Abstract

A method of anti static and broad band anti-reflective coating for video display panel comprises the steps of: pre-heating the video display panel; coating the anti static coating material combined by conductive metal salt to the video display panel to form one anti static coating layer; coating anti-reflective coating material including water-soluble organic or inorganic salt or polymer components to outside surface of the video display panel; cleaning the video display panel with cleaning liquid whose main components are dependent on the added component in the broad band anti-reflective coating material. The cleaning liquid evenly dissolves part of salt or polymer of the anti-reflective coating layer on outside surface of the video display panel, and forms pores in the broad band anti-reflective coating layer. The dissolution rate of the cleaning liquid with respect to the salt or polymer in the broad band anti-reflective coating layer decays continuously from the outside of the anti-reflective coating layer to inside. The light reflective index of the anti-reflective coating layer decays continuously from the outside of the anti-reflective coating layer to inside, making the anti-reflective coating layer with one broad band anti-reflective feature.
