Abstract

A process of recovering waste materials, which comprises the steps of: (I) crunching, which comprises crunching the waste materials by crusher into particles or flakes with appropriate dimensions in which the dimensions of waste tire shall preferably be 5~10 cm; (II) oil immersion, which comprises feeding the crunched waste materials into the oil sealed feed conveyer to undergo oil immersion operation in order to rinse the surface of waste material while expelling and removing air in the waste materials; (III) thermal degradation, which comprises feeding the oil-immersed waste materials into a high temperature converter to separate out organic materials and inorganic materials; (IV) condensing, which comprises condensing the organic materials, which were vaporized during the thermal degradation step, into the storage tank; (V) washing, which comprises discharging the un-degradated or un-dissolved inorganic materials left in the converter, washing the inorganic materials through the residue conveyer to extract out residual oily materials, and separating out clean inorganic solids.
