Abstract

This invention provides a tape holder with a cutter, which can not only proceed with cutting in a conventional manner but can also easily produce, if desired, a pinch part formed by folding the end of the tape back to the tape sticking part. The invention comprises a support (9) provided on a tape holder body (1) for the end part of a tape (3) taken off from a roll type tape, a cutter (10) having teeth (a) and a tape sticking part (11) and formed in such a manner that the tape sticking part (11) is directed toward the reel retaining part (7) and that the teeth (a) are provided oppositely of the support (9) and the reel retaining part (7) and can be switched between a vicinal position and a spaced apart position with respect to the tape support (9).
