Abstract
A process of blade hard facing for shearing cutter, which is a production process for circular shearing cutter and comprises the following steps: (a) providing a disc without blade in which the inner and outer circumference of the disc side are separately installed with protruded shoulder in which the groove between the shoulders is the welding location and the dimension of the groove is about the width and height of ordinary blade; (b) melting a high hardness welding material into the groove of disc by hard facing to an appropriate thickness to obtain a blade part; and (c) cutting the outer shoulder of the disc as well as part of the inner shoulder followed by grinding the outer shape so that the high hardness welding layer forms a shearing blade to obtain a disc shearing cutter.
