A production process for braided composite tubes, which comprises the following steps: (1) housing one or more than one layers of heat shrinkage membrane belt on the braid preform; (2) according to the required fiber volume content infusing a pre-specified amount of resin into one end of the heat shrinkage membrane belt if necessary vacuum shall be applied as an aid; (3) after infusion of resin sealing the infusion end; (4) after completion of resin infusion and sealing, applying appropriate amount of heat to thermally shrink the heat shrinkage membrane belt so that the resin contained in the heat shrinkage membrane belt gradually and uniformly permeate into the fiber of braid yarn bundles; (5) after completion of heating on the heat shrinkage membrane belt and permeation of resin into the braided belt, applying the cross-linking temperature of the resin system on the tube to cross-link the tubes; (6) after cross-linking, removing the heat shrinkage membrane on the tube surfaces; (7) removing the heat shrinkage membrane belt to complete the production of braided composite tubes.
