Abstract
A process of producing high tensile strength re-generated rubber, which comprises coating activator on granules of the waste tires at normal temperature, followed by coating rubber and forming into re-generated rubber product, in which the activator comprises at least 20% of sulfurized aliphatic salt, at least 2% of emulsifier, and the remaining amount of grease into 100% of activator which is emulsified at normal temperature, the rubber comprises at least 40% grease, at least 2.7% plasticizer, at least 0.3% emulsifier, and the remaining amount of raw rubber into 100% of rubber which is emulsified at 120~200 deg.C
