Abstract

A process of producing flexible drainpipe with fixed ring, which comprises (a) forming a elastic metal coil; (b) heating the elastic metal coil and rotating the elastic metal coil through a liquid resin bath to form an elastic metal coil coated with resin; (c) transporting the elastic metal coil coated with resin along its axial direction, meanwhile winding multiple strands of warp yarn, which has been immersed with liquid synthetic resin, along the axial direction of the coated elastic metal coil on the outer circumference of the coated elastic metal coil in which two adjacent strands are spaced at equal interval; (d) spirally winding multiple strands of substantially parallel weft yarns on the outer circumference of the elastic coil which is layered with the immersed warp yarn strands in which the weft yarns are dipped with the liquid synthetic resin which is used to immerse the warp yarns; and (e) heating the product from step (d) and curing the liquid synthetic resin of the weft yarn and warp yarn strands to combine with the synthetic resin coating on the elastic coil; in which the improvement is that during step (d) when the wound elastic coil has advanced for a fixed stroke, temporarily stop transporting the coated metal elastic coil and winding of the winding yarn and pulling a portion of warp yarn from the position prior to winding of weft yarn to pass the winding position of the weft yarn so that when the movement of the elastic metal coil and the winding of weft yarns resume, the pulled warp yarn is not wound by the weft yarn and forms a fixed ring.
