Abstract
A method for fertilizing super-hydrated organic materials, which comprises: (a) the process of dehydration, drying and fermentation: putting super-hydrated organic materials in the treatment tank, while supplying with air continuously heating, mixing, smashing for more than 1 hour and less than 3 hours to turn the materials into congee-shape, maintaining the temperature at room temperature to below 60 deg.C and undergoing aerobic fermentation, meanwhile drawing the gas and vapor generated out of the treatment tank to change the moisture content to below 65%; (b) the process of dehydration, drying and thermal degradation: maintaining the temperature of fermentation decomposed materials to be above 60 deg.C and below 100 deg.C to thermally decompose the fermentation decomposed materials, meanwhile drawing the gas and vapor generated out of the treatment tank to change the moisture content to below 45%; and (c) the process of final dehydration and drying: maintaining the temperature of thermally degraded materials to be above 100 deg.C and below 135 deg.C for more than 1 hour and less than 6 hours to sterilize the materials, meanwhile drawing the gas and vapor generated out of the treatment tank to change the moisture content to below 30%.
