Abstract

A flame retardant polystyrenic resin composition with low surface glossiness, which comprises: (1) 7~45 wt% of hypertrophied rubber graft copolymer (A) which comprises 40~90 wt% of hypertrophied rubber, 60~10 wt% of monomers in which at least one monomer is selected from styrenic monomer, unsaturated nitrilic monomer, (methyl)acrylate monomer, and 0~30 wt% of other co-polymerizable monomer; in which the hypertrophied rubber is a hypertrophied rubber emulsion with rubber weight average particle size of more than 0.23 (muon)m formed by adding synthetic rubber emulsion with polymer coagulant of carboxylic acid group; (2) 14~60 wt% of rubber graft copolymer (B) which is produced by bulk or solution polymerization with composition comprising 5~30 wt% of rubber-like polymer, 95~70 wt% of monomers in which at least one monomer is selected from styrenic monomer, unsaturated nitrilic monomer, (methyl)acrylate monomer, and 0~30 wt% of other co-polymerizable monomer; (3) 15~70 wt% of acetylimino-containing styrenic resin (C) which comprises 45~99 wt% of styrenic monomer, 1~55 wt% of maleamic monomer, 0~40 wt% of unsaturated nitrilic monomer, and 0~35 wt% of other ethyl-containing co-polymerizable monomer; (4) 0~50 wt% of styrenic resin (D) which comprises 45~100 wt% of styrenic monomer, 0~40 wt% of unsaturated nitrilic monomer, and 0~35 wt% of other ethyl-containing co-polymerizable monomer.
