Abstract
An exhaust purification device for two-wheel motorcycle, the motorcycle comprises: an engine, a power device of transmission box which from one side of the engine extends toward the back and has a support on the back wheel at the rear end; the front part of the power device is movably supported on the motorcycle body; on the motorcycle body above the power device there is a seat; and under the seat the upper surrounding of the power device is covered by the motorcycle body and there is a housing space in front of the seat; the exhaust purification device is characterized in: on the engine exhaust system there is connected a secondary air intake passage which introduces secondary air for the complete combustion of un-combusted gas in the exhaust; a control unit is installed on the secondary air intake passage, the control unit sequentially from the upper stream of the secondary air intake passage is consisted of an air filter and a spring valve, which opens and closes corresponding to the exhaust pulsation, and a normal-open stoppage valve which connects to the exhaust system; the air filter is installed on the side of the motorcycle body along the inside of the motorcycle body cover and the control unit is installed on the side of the power device.
