A scanning apparatus used for reading labels with different reflectiveness includes: 1. apparatus used for directing the light bean from the scanner to label; 2. apparatus used for collecting the reflective light from the label; 3. apparatus used for scanning label with light beam, which includes: (1). one scanning component; (2). fixing apparatus used for installing scanning component to make it operate angular oscillation on at least the first and second scanning directions and positions between the first and second scanning end; the fixing apparatus includes the first and second vibrating apparatus which are in stalled and vibrate on two perpendicular planes and cocurrently operate angular oscillation with respect to each axis on the scanning direction of the first and second perpendicular planes to generate the fast and slow oscillating rotation of scanning component; (3). read startup apparatus used for making the scanning component simultaneously operate at least on the first and second scanning direction, for making the scanning component simultaneously operate angular oscillation between the first and second scanning end positions to guide the light bean along at least the first and second scanning direction; (4). control apparatus connected with read startup apparatus, used for transferring different operational energy level or frequency in order to make the scanning component practice different operation mode to generate specific omnidirectioin scan on the label.
