Abstract
A motor with closed magnetic circuit formed by the terminal frame of the shaft consists of: - a rotator 100 which includes D.C./A.C., brush/brushless, permanent/winding excitation, conducting ring/commutator/mouse-cage rotator whose rotating surface is for coupling magnetic field, - an individual core pole 103, made by good magnetic material or permanent magnet, for magnetic field winding and combining with the terminal frame in the shaft direction, - a magnetic field winding 104 to generate magnetic force by electrical force, - a shaft-direction terminal frame 105 made by good magnetic material for combining the iron core 103 and rotator 100 in the following ways: 1. Two frames made by good magnetic material combine with the magnetic pole from side by locking. 2. One frame made by good magnetic material combines with the magnetic pole from side by locking and the other frame is made by non-magnetic material. 3. One frame has open-cup shape. The frame on the other side and the previous frame are made by good magnetic material. The magnetic pole is sticked, screw-locked or clipped. 4. One frame made by good magnetic material has open-cup shape. The frame on the other side is made by non-magnetic material. The magnetic pole is sticked, screw-locked or clipped. 5. An integrated architecture for motor frames combines with the magnetic pole from side by locking. 6. A symmetrical cup-shaped architecture for the two frames made by good magnetic material combines with the magnetic pole by clipping. 7. A single open-cup shaped frame made by good magnetic material is coupled to the rotator from one side.
