Abstract

A method by which an electronic device provides an item list is disclosed. Particularly, the method for providing an item list may comprise the steps of: receiving a request for an item list from a user terminal; transmitting, to the user terminal, a first item list corresponding to the user terminal in response to the request; acquiring first information, including information about first item list and an item selected from the first item list, identified on the basis of a user input acquired by the user terminal; identifying a second item list in which at least a part of the order of one or more items included in the first item list has been changed on the basis of the first information; and transmitting the second item list to the user terminal.

Description

Method and device for providing item list

Embodiments of the present specification relate to a method and apparatus for providing an item list. Embodiments of the present specification relate to a method and apparatus for providing an updated item list by changing at least a portion of the order of items included in the item list based on user input obtained from a user terminal.

As the use of the Internet becomes more widespread, the e-commerce market is expanding. The proportion of customers visiting offline stores to purchase goods is decreasing, while the proportion of customers purchasing goods through e-commerce using computers or smartphones is increasing rapidly.

The user can select a portion of the items in the item list displayed on the user terminal to purchase. At this time, arranging the items in the item list so that the items selected by the user can be easily confirmed can have a significant impact on improving customer service satisfaction and sales rate. Therefore, a method and device for solving the above-mentioned problems are required.

The present invention is proposed to solve the above-mentioned problem and provides a method and device for providing an item list.

More specifically, the present invention aims to provide the following method and apparatus: based on user input obtained from a user terminal, confirm information including item information selected by a user in an item list, thereby confirming a new item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the item list is changed, and transmitting the new item list to the user terminal.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide the following method and apparatus for implementing the same: when a user terminal receives user input, a new item list corresponding to the user input is confirmed, thereby providing the best item list for the user terminal.

The technical problems to be solved by this embodiment are not limited to the technical problems described above, and other technical problems can be derived based on the following embodiments. [Technical means to solve the problem]

As a technical method for solving the above-mentioned problem, the method for providing a list of items in an electronic device in the first aspect of the present invention may include the following steps: receiving a request for a list of items from a user terminal; transmitting a first list of items corresponding to the user terminal to the user terminal in response to the request; obtaining first information, the first information including the first list of items, and information of items selected from the first list of items confirmed based on user input obtained from the user terminal; confirming a second list of items based on the first information, the second list of items being a list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the first list of items has been changed; and transmitting the second list of items to the user terminal.

According to one embodiment, the first information may include information of items selected in the first item list and information of items deselected in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list may include the following step: confirming the first item in which the first information of at least one item is changed based on the first information.

According to one embodiment, the second item list may be an item list in which the order of the first item in at least one item is changed.

According to one embodiment, the second item list may be an item list in which items corresponding to the information of the selected items are placed before items corresponding to the information of the deselected items.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list may include the step of: when the confirmed information of the first item is included in the information of the selected item, changing the order of the first item to be before the remaining items included in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list may include the step of changing the order of the first item to the first order set between at least one item when the information of the confirmed first item is included in the information of the deselected item.

According to one embodiment, the step of transmitting the first item list to the user terminal may include the step of transmitting information of the first item list to the user terminal, and the information of the first item list may include at least one of information of at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item, information of a sequence between at least one item group, and information of a sequence between items included in at least one item group.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list may include the following steps: confirming a first item group including the first item in at least one item group; and changing the order of the first item in the first item group to be before the remaining items in the first item group based on the first information.

According to one embodiment, the step of changing the order of the first item may include the following steps: when information of items included in the first item group is included in the information of the selected items, in the first item list, changing the order of the first item group to be before the remaining item groups included in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second list of items may include the following steps: confirming a first item group including the first item in at least one item group; assigning the first item to one of the first subgroup and the second subgroup of the first item group based on the first information; and confirming the second list of items by assigning the first item to one of the first subgroup and the second subgroup.

According to one embodiment, the step of allocating the first item to one of the first subgroup and the second subgroup may include the following steps: if the information of the first item is included in the information of the selected item, the first item is allocated to the first subgroup; if the information of the first item is included in the information of the deselected item, the first item is allocated to the second subgroup.

According to one embodiment, the second item list may be an item list in which the first subgroup is before the second subgroup.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list may include the following step: when information of items included in the first item group is included in the information of the selected items, in the first item list, changing the order of the first subgroup to be before the remaining item groups included in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, the step of confirming the second item list includes the following steps: confirming a first item group including the first item in at least one item group; and if information of the first item is included in the information of the selected item, the first item can be excluded from the first item group and the order of the first item can be changed to be before the remaining items included in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, the step of transmitting the second item list to the user terminal may include the following step: transmitting information on the sequence of the first item in the first item list to the user terminal.

According to one embodiment, the step of transmitting the second item list to the user terminal may further include the following steps: confirming at least one first item based on the first information, the at least one first item corresponding to the information of the item selected from the at least one item; and transmitting the amount information and discount information of the second item list to the user terminal based on the information of the at least one first item.

The electronic device for providing a list of items according to the second aspect of the present invention may include: a transceiver; a memory storing one or more commands; and a processor receiving a request for a list of items from a user terminal, transmitting a first list of items corresponding to the user terminal to the user terminal in response to the request, obtaining first information, the first information including the first list of items, and information of items selected from the first list of items confirmed based on user input obtained from the user terminal, confirming a second list of items based on the first information, the second list of items being a list in which at least a portion of the sequence of at least one item included in the first list of items is changed, and transmitting the second list of items to the user terminal.

The recording medium of the third aspect of the present invention may be a non-temporary computer-readable recording medium that records a program for execution in a computer. [Effect of the invention]

According to the embodiments of the present specification, the electronic device provides a customized item list corresponding to the user input to the user terminal, thereby increasing the user's service satisfaction and the profitability of the service provider. Specifically, the electronic device provides the user with a customized item list and can more easily confirm the information of the item selected by the user, thereby improving the user's convenience and making it easier to purchase, thereby increasing the purchase conversion rate.

The terms used in the embodiments are common terms that are currently widely used as much as possible in consideration of the functions of the present invention, but these terms may be different according to the intentions or cases of technical personnel in this field, the emergence of new technologies, etc. In addition, in specific cases, there are also terms that the applicant arbitrarily selects. FIG. 1 is a diagram of a system for illustrating various embodiments of a method for implementing an electronic device to provide a list of items.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the systems of various embodiments can be implemented by various devices. For example, the system can include an electronic device 100 and a user terminal 110. The system shown in FIG. 1 only represents the components related to the present embodiment. Therefore, those with common sense in the technical field related to the present embodiment can understand that in addition to the components shown in FIG. 1 , general components can be further included.

The electronic device 100 and the user terminal 110 may include a transceiver, a storage, and a processor, respectively. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 and the user terminal 110 respectively refer to a unit that processes at least one function or action, which can be implemented by hardware or software, or a combination of hardware and software. On the other hand, throughout the embodiment, the electronic device 100 and the user terminal 110 are described as separate devices or servers, but they can be logically divided structures, and at least a part of them can be implemented in one device or server by separate functions.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 and the user terminal 110 may include a plurality of computer systems or computer software implemented by a network server. For example, at least a portion of the electronic device 100 and the user terminal 110 may refer to the following computer systems and computer software: can be connected to a lower device that communicates with other network servers through a computer network such as an intranet or the Internet to receive an operation execution request, execute the operation and provide an execution result. Wireless communication may include, but is not limited to, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth low energy, ZigBee, WFD (Wi-Fi Direct), UWB (ultra wideband), infrared Data Association (IrDA), NFC (Near Field Communication), etc.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may receive a request for a list of items from the user terminal 110, transmit a first list of items corresponding to the user terminal 110 to the user terminal 110 in response to the request, obtain first information, the first information including the first list of items, and information of items selected from the first list of items confirmed based on user input obtained from the user terminal 110, confirm a second list of items based on the first information, the second list of items being a list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the first list of items has been changed, and transmit the second list of items to the user terminal 110.

When the user terminal 110 receives a user input on whether to select an item included in the item list, the electronic device 100 of one embodiment can obtain the first information, which includes information of the items selected in the first item list and information of the items deselected in the first item list. Therefore, the electronic device 100 can confirm the first item corresponding to the user input among at least one item included in the first item list. In addition, the electronic device 100 can confirm what kind of information the information of the first item includes among the information of the selected items and the information of the deselected items. Therefore, the electronic device 100 can confirm the second item list in which the order of the first item in at least one item is changed based on the first information. Therefore, as the user performs various actions such as selecting a portion of at least one item included in the item list or canceling a portion of the selection, the electronic device 100 can dynamically change the order of at least a portion of the items included in the item list. The specific embodiment of the electronic device 100 providing the best item list to the user terminal 110 is described in detail below.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart showing a method for an electronic device to provide an item list.

2 , it can be clearly understood that the actions of the electronic device 100 to provide the item list may be partially changed, replaced, or the order of the actions may be partially changed within the scope clearly understood by a person with common sense in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.

In step S210, the electronic device 100 may receive a request for an item list from a user terminal.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may receive identification information associated with the user terminal 110 and a request for a page item list from the user terminal 110. More specifically, the electronic device 100 may store item lists of a plurality of user terminals. In order to identify the item list of the user terminal 110, the electronic device 100 needs to receive identification information associated with the user terminal 110. Here, the identification information associated with the user terminal 110 may include at least one of the user's ID (Identity Document) information and the ID information of the user terminal 110. Therefore, even if the user requests the item list through the user terminal 110 without logging in, the electronic device 100 can identify the item list based on the ID information of the user terminal 110. In addition, the item list requested from the same user terminal 110 may be different depending on the page. For example, the item list displayed on the shopping cart page requested from the user terminal 110 and the item list displayed on the search page may be different.

In step S220, the electronic device 100 may transmit the first item list corresponding to the user terminal to the user terminal in response to the request.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may confirm the first item list corresponding to the user terminal 110 based on identification information related to the user terminal 110. The electronic device 100 may transmit the first item list to the user terminal 110.

According to an embodiment, the electronic device 100 may transmit information of the first item list to the user terminal 110. Here, the information of the first item list may include information of at least one item included in the first item list. The information of at least one item included in the first item list may include information of a sequence between at least one item. Here, the sequence between at least one item may be an element set based on information of a title of at least one item, information of a sales volume of at least one item, information of an item ID of at least one item, and the like.

In more detail, the information of the first item list may include at least one of information of at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item, information of the order between at least one item group, and information of the order between items included in at least one item group. In the present case, each item included in the item list may have a corresponding item group. For example, at least one group may include a group of rocket-delivered items, a group of fresh items, a group of third-party sales items, and a group of overseas direct purchase items. In more detail, the items included in the item group may be items with the same attributes. For example, the items included in the group of fresh items may be items that are required to maintain freshness, such as meat, dairy products, etc. In addition, the information of the order between at least one item group can be determined based on the attributes of at least one item group. For example, a group of rocket delivery items and a group of fresh items such as food and beverages may be placed before a group of third-party sales items and a group of overseas direct purchase items, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

In step S230, the electronic device 100 may obtain first information including a first item list and information of an item selected from the first item list confirmed based on a user input obtained from a user terminal.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may obtain the first information based on the first item list and the user input obtained from the user terminal 110. The user may select a portion of the at least one item displayed on the screen of the user terminal 110 or cancel the selection of a portion of the items. The electronic device 100 may obtain the first information, which includes information of the items selected based on the user input of selecting a portion of the at least one item or canceling the selection of a portion of the items. At this time, the first at least one item corresponding to the information of the selected item in the at least one item may be the item selected by the user. On the contrary, the second at least one item in the at least one item that excludes the first at least one item may be the item that the user has not selected or canceled the selection. However, the first information of the present case is not limited to this. For example, the first information, as information on whether to select at least one item included in the item list, may be the following information: information including information of items selected in the first item list and information of items deselected in the first item list. The electronic device 100 may identify 1) the first at least one item corresponding to the item selected in the first information and 2) the second at least one item corresponding to the item deselected in the first information based on the first information.

In step S240, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item list based on the first information, wherein at least a portion of the sequence of at least one item included in the first item list is changed.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can confirm a first item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. In more detail, the electronic device 100 can confirm a first item in which the information on whether or not to select is changed among at least one item included in the first item list based on the first information. In this case, the information on whether or not to select an item can be information on whether or not to select the item. The first item in which the information on whether or not to select is changed can be 1) the information on whether or not to select is changed from selection to cancellation of selection or 2) the information on whether or not to select is changed from cancellation of selection to selection. For example, the electronic device 100 compares the information on whether or not to select of at least one item previously obtained with the first information obtained this time, thereby confirming a first item in which the information on whether or not to select of at least one item in the item group is changed.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can confirm the second item list as an item list in which the order of the first item in at least one item is changed. In addition, the electronic device 100 can change the selected item to be before the deselected or unselected item so that the item selected by the user in the item list can be easily confirmed. In this case, the deselected item can be used not only as a term to indicate the item that is canceled after selection, but also as a term to indicate the items including the original unselected item.

A specific embodiment of confirming that at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the first item list has been changed is described in detail in FIGS. 6 to 9 .

In step S250, the electronic device 100 may transmit the second item list to the user terminal.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may transmit the second item list to the user terminal 110. In more detail, the electronic device 100 may transmit information of the second item list to the user terminal 110. Here, the information of the second item list may include information of at least one item included in the second item list. The information of at least one item included in the second item list may include information of a sequence between at least one items.

Furthermore, according to an embodiment, the electronic device 100 may transmit information about the order of the first item in the first item list to the user terminal 110. Here, the first item list may refer to an item list that is a previous version of the second item list. For example, when the user selects the first item through the user terminal 110, the first item may also be deleted from the previous position and moved to the top of the second item list. Therefore, the user may need to quickly move to the previous position of the first item. In this regard, the electronic device 100 may transmit information about the order of the first item in the first item list to the user terminal 110. Therefore, the user terminal 110 can display the second item list on the screen of the user terminal 110 and display icons that can be moved to the order of the first item in the first item list through the user interface of the fast food restaurant, etc. In this way, the user can re-confirm the item that was once located below the first item in the first item list.

According to one embodiment, when the electronic device 100 transmits the second item list to the user terminal 110, the amount information and discount information of the item selected from at least one item included in the second item list may be transmitted at the same time. In more detail, the electronic device 100 may confirm at least one first item corresponding to the item information selected from the at least one item based on the first information. The at least one first item may be an item selected by the user from the at least one item. The electronic device 100 may transmit the amount information and discount information of the second item list to the user terminal based on the information of the at least one first item. Therefore, the electronic device 100 may dynamically change the amount information and discount information of the item selected from the item list according to various actions of the user.

FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining the prior art of providing an item list by an electronic device.

3 , FIG3 shows a first picture 300 , a second picture 330 , and a third picture 360 provided to the user by the user terminal 110 .

The first screen 300 indicates a screen in which the user has not selected any at least one item included in the item list. That is, the first screen 300 may be a screen indicating a state in which the user has not yet selected an item included in the item list. Referring to FIG. 3 , looking at the general purchase tab 301 , the at least one item included in the first screen 300 may be 39 in total. As in the embodiment of FIG. 3 , the more items stored in the shopping cart, the greater the necessity of updating the item list by changing at least a part of the order of the items according to the embodiment of the present case.

Furthermore, based on the information of the order between at least one item group including at least a part of at least one item, the user terminal 110 can display the items included in the group of fresh items 311 at the top of the item list. For example, the first item of deep-fried tofu sushi and the second item of vegetable kimbap as the items included in the group of fresh items 311 can be displayed at the top of the item list. Furthermore, the user terminal 110 can also display the information 312 of the minimum order amount for ordering fresh items together with the group of fresh items 311. The first icon 302 on the first screen 300 can be an icon for whether to select the first item of deep-fried tofu sushi, and the second icon 304 can be an icon for whether to select the second item of vegetable kimbap. The user has not selected an item yet, and the first icon 302 and the second icon 304 on the user terminal 110 may indicate that the first item and the second item are not selected.

In addition, the icon 303 of the quantity of the first item of fried tofu sushi can display the number of items purchased through the shopping cart page. The icon 305 on the first screen 300 can also be an icon for selecting or deselecting all of the at least one item included in the first screen 300. If the user does not select any of the at least one item, the icon 306 of the price information on the first screen 300 can display "Total: 0 Korean Won".

The second screen 330 may be a screen that is displayed to the user terminal 110 as the user selects the third item in the at least one item in the item list. Specifically, the second screen 330 may be a screen that is displayed to the user terminal 110 as the third item of the ceramic baking pan included in the rocket delivery item 341 and the third item of the ceramic baking pan in the round plate items are displayed after the group of fresh items 311 is selected. Referring to FIG. 3 , the user terminal 110 may receive a user input for selecting the third item, which is the ceramic baking pan, which is a container for gratin. The electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item in the item list and transmit the item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item is changed to the user terminal 110. 3 , the user terminal 110 can display the third item of the ceramic baking pan selected by the user at the top of the item list. The third icon 331 on the second screen 330 can be an icon indicating whether the third item of the ceramic baking pan is selected. When the user selects the third item of the ceramic baking pan, the third icon 331 on the user terminal 110 can indicate the state of selecting the third item. When the user selects only the third item among at least one item, the icon 332 of the price information on the second screen 330 can display “Total: 22,000 Korean Won”. The icon 333 of the number parallel to the purchase button can correspond to the number of items selected in the item list.

The third screen 360 may be a screen displayed to the user terminal 110 as the user selects the fourth item following the third item. Referring to FIG. 3 , the user terminal 110 may receive a user input selecting the fourth item of the portable display. The electronic device 100 may change the order of the fourth item in the item list, and transmit the item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item has been changed to the user terminal 110. Referring to FIG. 3 , the user terminal 110 may display the fourth item selected by the user at the top of the item list. In more detail, the order between the items selected by the user in the item list may be determined in an order that is opposite to the order selected by the user. For example, the fourth item most recently selected by the user may be located above the third item. The user selects the third item and the fourth item, and the fourth icon 361 and the fifth icon 362 (the fifth icon 362 may be substantially the same as the third icon 331) on the user terminal 110 may indicate the status of selecting the fourth item and the third item.

Furthermore, the electronic device 100 can transmit the amount information and discount information of the item list to the user terminal 110 based on the information of at least one first item selected from the at least one item (referring to FIG. 3 , it can be the third item and the fourth item). Referring to FIG. 3 , the discount information can be 1060 Korean won, and the price information icon 363 on the third screen 360 can display "Total: 195250 Korean won". Furthermore, the number icon 364 arranged in parallel with the purchase button can correspond to the number of items selected in the item list.

However, at least one item group displayed in the user terminal 110 may also include an item group 365 that has been added to the shopping cart for a predetermined time. However, the user terminal 110 may not display the information of the items included in the item group 365 on the third screen 360. When the view all icon of the item group 365 is clicked, the user terminal 110 may display the information of the items included in the item group 365.

As the new item list is received from the electronic device 100, the user terminal 110 may display the item list portion corresponding to the previous scrolling position of the fourth item on the screen. Therefore, the user can easily confirm the item located below the fourth item. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the user terminal 110 may also display a screen moving to the top of the item list as the user input is received, as in the third screen 360. In this case, the user terminal 110 may need to provide the user with a function that allows the user to quickly move to the previous scrolling position of the third item.

In this regard, the user terminal 110 may display information about the order of the fourth item in the item list included in the second screen 330 through another user interface 370. The electronic device 100 may transmit information about the order of the fourth item in the item list included in the second screen 330 to the user terminal 110. Alternatively, the user terminal 110 may also store a scroll position corresponding to a user input obtained through the second screen 330. Therefore, the user terminal 110 may move the item list on the third screen 360 to a scroll position corresponding to the order of the fourth item in response to the user input realized through the user interface 370. 3 , the user interface 370 displayed in the third screen 360 may include an image of the rolling position of the fourth object.

FIG. 4 is a diagram for illustrating an embodiment of a method for implementing an electronic device to provide a list of items to a user terminal.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the electronic device 100 performing an operation of changing at least a part of the order of at least one item included in the first item list.

In step S410 , the user terminal 110 may transmit a request for an item list to the electronic device 100 .

In step S420, the electronic device 100 may confirm the first item list corresponding to the user terminal 110 and transmit it to the user terminal 110. Therefore, the user terminal 110 may display a page including the first item list on the screen of the user terminal 110.

In step S430, the user terminal 110 may receive a user input of an item included in the first item list through a screen of the user terminal 110. Specifically, the user input may include an input of selecting the first item from at least one item included in the first item list or deselecting the selected first item.

In step S440, the user terminal 110 may transmit information including whether at least one item of the first item is selected to the electronic device 100. Therefore, the electronic device 100 compares the previously received information on whether at least one item is selected with the currently received information on whether at least one item is selected, thereby confirming the first item whose information on whether the item is selected has changed. More specifically, the electronic device 100 may also confirm whether the first item is selected or deselected together with the change in the information on whether the first item is selected.

In step S450, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item list. The electronic device 100 may confirm the second item list in which the order of the first item in at least one item is changed.

In step S460 , the electronic device 100 may transmit the confirmed second item list to the user terminal 110 .

FIG. 5 is a diagram for illustrating another embodiment of a method for providing a list of items to a user terminal.

5 shows another embodiment of the user terminal 110 performing the action of changing at least a part of the order of at least one item included in the first item list. Steps S510 to S530 are similar to the actions of steps S410 to S430, and detailed description is omitted.

In step S540, the user terminal 110 may confirm a second item list in which at least a portion of the sequence of at least one item included in the first item list is changed.

The user terminal 110 can confirm the information of the first item corresponding to the user input in at least one item included in the first item list. Here, the information of the first item can include information of the item ID of the first item and information whether the first item is selected. Therefore, the user terminal 110 can confirm the second item list in which the order of the first item in at least one item is changed.

In step S550, the user terminal 110 may display a page including the second item list on the screen of the user terminal 110, and transmit the second item list to the electronic device 100. Therefore, when the electronic device 100 receives a request for an item list from the user terminal 110, it may transmit the received second item list to the user terminal 110.

FIG. 6 is a diagram of an embodiment of confirming a new item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the item list is changed.

FIG. 6 shows a first item list 600 , a second item list 610 , a third item list 620 , and a fourth item list 630 displayed on the user terminal 110 .

6 , the first item list 600 may be an item list in which at least one item included in the first item list 600 is not selected. The at least one item included in the first item list 600 may include a first item, a second item, a third item, a fourth item, and a fifth item. The order between the at least one item may be determined based on the set order between the at least one item. The user terminal 110 may receive the first user input of selecting the third item through the screen of the user terminal 110.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may confirm the first information including information of the items selected in the first item list 600 based on the first item list 600 and the first user input obtained from the user terminal 110. Referring to FIG. 6 , the first information may include information of the third item selected according to the first user input. The electronic device 100 may confirm the item whose first information has been changed among at least one item. In more detail, the electronic device 100 may compare the previously received information on whether at least one item has been selected with the first information obtained this time and confirm the third item whose first information has been changed.

According to one embodiment, when the information of the third item is included in the information of the selected item, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item to a priority order over the remaining items included in the first item list 600. Referring to FIG6 , the third item is included in the selected items, and the electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item to be before the first item, the second item, the fourth item, the fifth item, and the sixth item which are the remaining items. Referring to FIG6 , the second item list 610 may be characterized in that the third item is located at the top.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the second user input of selecting the second item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated third item list 620 may be as shown in FIG6 . The electronic device 100 may confirm the second item whose information of the selected item and the unselected item among at least one item has been changed. Furthermore, when the information of the second item is included in the information of the selected item, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the second item to be before the remaining items included in the second item list 610. The order between the selected items may be the reverse order of the order of selection. For example, referring to FIG6 , the second item corresponding to the most recently input second user input may be located above the third item corresponding to the first user input. Furthermore, the second item list may be an item list characterized by being located before the first item, the fourth item, and the fifth item which are information of items that are deselected or not selected, the second item and the third item corresponding to the information of the selected item.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive a third user input to cancel the selection of the third item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated fourth item list 630 may be as shown in FIG6. The electronic device 100 may confirm the third item whose information of the selected item and the deselected item among the at least one item has changed. In more detail, the electronic device 100 may compare the previously received information on whether at least one item has been selected with the information of the selected item and the deselected item obtained this time to confirm the third item whose selection information has changed. The information on whether the third item has been selected may be changed from selection to deselection. Furthermore, when the information of the third item is included in the information of the deselected item, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item to the order set between at least one item. For example, the order of the third item set between at least one item may be the order of the third item in the first item list 600 as the default order. In FIG. 6 , the order of the third item set may be the third order of the order in the first item list 600.

7 to 9 illustrate in detail an embodiment of confirming a new item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the item list is changed when at least one group including at least a portion of at least one item is set.

FIG. 7 shows a first item list 700 , a second item list 710 , a third item list 720 , and a fourth item list 730 displayed on the user terminal 110 .

7 , the first item list 700 may be an item list in which at least one item included in the first item list 700 is not selected. The at least one item included in the first item list 700 may include a first item, a second item, a third item, a fourth item, a fifth item, and a sixth item. The at least one item included in the first item list 700 may be included in a group of at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item. For example, the first item group may include the first item and the second item, the second item group may include the third item and the fourth item, and the third item group may include the fifth item and the sixth item.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the first user input of selecting the third item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the changed second item list 710 may be shown in FIG. 7. The electronic device 100 may confirm the third item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the third item.

According to one embodiment, when the information of the third item is included in the information of the selected items, the electronic device 100 may exclude the third item from the second item group and change the order of the third item to be before the remaining items included in the first item list 700. Referring to FIG. 7 , the third item is a selected item and the third item may be excluded from the second item group. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item to be before the first item, the second item, the fourth item, the fifth item, and the sixth item which are the remaining items included in the first item list 700.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive a second user input for selecting the second item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated third item list 720 may be as shown in FIG. 7. Based on an action similar to the action described above, the electronic device 100 may confirm the third item list 720. The second item may be excluded from the first item group, and the electronic device 100 may change the order of the first item to be before the remaining items included in the second item list 710. After selecting the third item, the second item is selected through the user terminal 110, and the second item may be before the third item in the third item list 720.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the third user input of selecting the fourth item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated fourth item list 730 may be as shown in FIG. 7. The electronic device 100 may confirm the fourth item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the fourth item. Furthermore, the fourth item corresponding to the third user input may be located at the upper end of the fourth item list 730 than the third item corresponding to the first user input.

According to one embodiment, when the information of the items included in the second item group is included in the information of the selected items, the electronic device 100 can change the order of the second item group in the third item list 720 to be before the remaining items not included in the second item group. In FIG. 7 , when determining whether the information of the items included in the item group is included in the information of the selected items, the item group can be a group determined based on the first item list 700 in which at least one item is not selected. Referring to FIG. 7 , the third item and the fourth item included in the second item group of the first item list 700 can both be selected items. Therefore, the electronic device 100 can change the order of the second item group to be before the remaining items. For example, the third item and the fourth item can be before the first item group and the third item group, and can also be before the second item excluded from the first item group.

FIG. 8 is a diagram of an embodiment of confirming a new item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the item list is changed.

FIG. 8 shows a first item list 800 , a second item list 810 , a third item list 820 , and a fourth item list 830 displayed on the user terminal 110 .

8 , the first item list 800 may be an item list in which at least one item included in the first item list 800 is not selected. The at least one item included in the first item list 800 may include a first item, a second item, a third item, a fourth item, a fifth item, and a sixth item. The at least one item included in the first item list 800 may be included in a group of at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item. For example, the first item group may include the first item and the second item, the second item group may include the third item and the fourth item, and the third item group may include the fifth item and the sixth item.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the first user input of selecting the third item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the changed second item list 810 may be shown in FIG8. The electronic device 100 may confirm the third item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the third item.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the third item in the second item group to a priority order over the remaining items in the second item group based on the first information. Referring to FIG8 , the third item in the second item group may be placed before the fourth item which is the remaining items included in the second item group. That is, the feature of the selected item may be located at the top of the item group including the selected item.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive a second user input selecting the second item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated third item list 820 may be as shown in FIG8 . Based on an action similar to the action described above, the electronic device 100 may confirm the third item list 820. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the second item in the first item group to be located before the remaining items in the first item group based on the first information. Referring to FIG8 , the second item in the first item group may be located before the first item which is the remaining item included in the first item group. Therefore, the order of the first item and the second item in the first item group may be changed.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the third user input of selecting the fourth item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated fourth item list 830 may be as shown in FIG8. The electronic device 100 may confirm the fourth item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the fourth item.

According to one embodiment, when the information of the items included in the second item group is included in the information of the selected items, the electronic device 100 may change the order of the second item group in the third item list 820 to be before the remaining item groups included in the third item list 820. Referring to FIG. 8 , if the third and fourth items included in the second item group are selected items, the electronic device 100 changes the order of the second item group to be before the first and third item groups as the remaining item groups. Therefore, the second item group may also be different from the order between the predetermined item groups and be before the first item group. In addition, the order of the items included in the second item group may be the reverse order of the order of selection of the items. Therefore, the fourth item corresponding to the third user input may be located above the fourth item list 830 compared to the third item corresponding to the first user input.

FIG. 9 is a diagram of an embodiment of confirming a new item list in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the item list is changed.

FIG. 9 shows a first item list 900 , a second item list 910 , a third item list 920 , and a fourth item list 930 displayed on the user terminal 110 .

9 , the first item list 900 may be an item list in which at least one item included in the first item list 900 is not selected. The at least one item included in the first item list 900 may include a first item, a second item, a third item, a fourth item, a fifth item, and a sixth item. The at least one item included in the first item list 900 may be included in a group of at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item. For example, the first item group may include the first item and the second item, the second item group may include the third item and the fourth item, and the third item group may include the fifth item and the sixth item.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the first user input of selecting the third item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the changed second item list 910 may be shown in FIG. 9. The electronic device 100 may confirm the third item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the third item.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may allocate the third item to one of the first subgroup and the second subgroup of the second item group. In more detail, the electronic device 100 may allocate the third item to one of the first subgroup and the second subgroup according to whether the information of the third item is included in the information of the selected item. Referring to FIG. 9 , the electronic device 100 may allocate the third item to the first subgroup when the third item is a selected item. In this case, the first subgroup may be a group of selected items among the items in the item group, and the second subgroup may be a group of deselected or unselected items among the items in the item group. Therefore, the second item list 910 may be an item list characterized in that the first subgroup including the selected items is before the second subgroup. Furthermore, the order of the first subgroups corresponding to at least one item group may be the same as the order of setting of the at least one item group. Similarly, the order of the second subgroups corresponding to at least one item group may be the same as the order of setting of the at least one item group.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive a second user input for selecting the second item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated third item list 920 may be as shown in FIG. 9. Based on an action similar to the action described above, the electronic device 100 may confirm the third item list 920. For example, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the second item.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may allocate the second item to one of the third subgroup and the fourth subgroup of the first item group. In FIG. 9 , the third subgroup and the fourth subgroup may be subgroups corresponding to the first subgroup of the first item group and the second subgroup of the first item group. However, in order to distinguish the subgroups of the first item group from the subgroups of the second item group, they are recorded as the third subgroup and the fourth subgroup. Referring to FIG. 9 , the second item is a selected item, and the electronic device 100 may allocate the second item to the third subgroup. Furthermore, the first item group is before the second item group, and the third subgroup corresponding to the first item group may be before the first subgroup corresponding to the second item group.

Furthermore, the user terminal 110 may receive the third user input of selecting the fourth item through the screen of the user terminal 110. Therefore, the updated fourth item list 930 may be shown in FIG8. The electronic device 100 may confirm the fourth item in which the first information of at least one item is changed. Furthermore, the electronic device 100 may confirm the second item group including the fourth item.

According to one embodiment, when the electronic device 100 includes the information of the items included in the second item group in the information of the selected items, the order of the first subgroup in the third item list 920 may be changed to be before the remaining item groups included in the first item. Referring to FIG. 9 , the third item and the fourth item included in the second item group may be items selected by the user terminal 110. Therefore, the third item and the fourth item included in the second item group are both selected items, and the electronic device 100 may change the order of the first subgroup in the third item list 920 to be before the remaining item groups included in the first item. Here, all items of the second item group are selected, and the items included in the first subgroup and the items included in the second item group may be the same. The first subgroup may be located above the fourth item list 930 compared to the first and third item groups as the remaining groups. In addition, the order of the items included in the first subgroup may be the reverse order of the order in which the items were selected. For example, referring to FIG. 9 , the fourth item corresponding to the third user input may be located above the fourth item list 930 compared to the third item corresponding to the first user input.

FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing an electronic device for providing a list of items according to an embodiment.

The electronic device 1000 in FIG. 10 may correspond to the electronic device 100 in the specification of the present invention.

The electronic device 1000 of the present invention may include a transceiver 1010, a processor 1020, and a memory 1030 according to an embodiment. The components shown in FIG. 8 are not necessary when implementing the electronic device, so those with common sense in the technical field related to the present embodiment can understand that the electronic device 1000 described in this specification may have more or less components than the components listed above. On the other hand, in an embodiment, the processor 1020 may include at least one processor. In addition, the electronic device 1000 may also be operated by a server.

The transceiver 1010 can communicate with an external device using wired or wireless communication technology and can include the transceiver 1010. The external device can include a user terminal. In addition, the communication technology used by the transceiver 1010 can include GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), CDMA (Code Division Multi Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), 5G (5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology), WLAN (Wireless (Local Area Network, LAN)), Wi-Fi (Wireless-Fidelity), Bluetooth, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), Infrared Data Association (IrDA), ZigBee, NFC (Near Field Communication), etc., but is not limited thereto.

According to one embodiment, the transceiver 1010 may communicate with the user terminal 110 to transmit and receive information. The transceiver 1010 may receive a request for an item list from the user terminal 110. Furthermore, the transceiver 1010 may transmit a first item list corresponding to the user terminal 110 to the user terminal 110 according to the request. The transceiver 1010 may receive information related to a user input obtained from the user terminal 110 from the user terminal 110. Furthermore, the transceiver 1010 may transmit a second item list in which at least a part of the order of at least one item included in the first item list is changed to the user terminal 110.

The processor 1020 can control the overall operation of the electronic device 1000 and process data and signals. The processor 1020 can implement a method described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. The processor 1020 can control the implementation of the electronic device 1000 by interacting with the transceiver 1010, the memory 1030, and other components that the electronic device 1000 may further include. According to one embodiment, the processor 1020 may receive a request for a list of items from the user terminal 110, transmit a first list of items corresponding to the user terminal 110 to the user terminal 110 in response to the request, obtain first information, the first information including the first list of items, and information of items selected from the first list of items confirmed based on user input obtained from the user terminal 110, confirm a second list of items in which at least a portion of the order of at least one item included in the first list of items is changed based on the first information, and transmit the second list of items to the user terminal 110.

The storage 1030 can store information for implementing at least one method described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. The storage 1030 can be referred to as a memory, and can be a volatile memory or a non-volatile memory. For example, the storage 1030 can store an item list of each user and information about the item list. Here, the information about the item list can include at least one of information about at least one item group including at least a portion of at least one item included in the item list, information about the sequence between at least one item group, and information about the sequence between items included in at least one item group.

On the other hand, the preferred embodiments of the present invention are disclosed in this specification and drawings. Although specific terms are used, they are only used in the general sense to easily explain the technical content of the present invention and help understand the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Those with common sense in the technical field to which the present invention belongs should understand that in addition to the embodiments disclosed here, other variations based on the technical ideas of the present invention can be implemented.

The electronic device or terminal of the above embodiment may include a processor, a memory for storing and executing program data, a permanent storage such as a disk drive, a communication port for communicating with external devices, a user interface device such as a touch panel, a key, an icon, etc. The software module or the method implemented by the algorithm may be stored in a computer-readable recording medium as a computer-readable code or program command that can be executed on the above processor. Here, as computer-readable recording media, there are magnetic storage media (e.g., ROM (read-only memory), RAM (random-Access memory), floppy disks, hard disks, etc.) and optical reading media (e.g., CD-ROM, DVD, Digital Versatile Disc), etc. Computer-readable recording media are distributed to computer systems connected by a network, so that computer-readable codes can be stored and executed in a distributed manner. The medium can be read by the computer, stored in the memory, and executed in the processor.

The present embodiment may be represented by a functional block structure and various processing steps. Such functional blocks can be implemented with various numbers of hardware and/or software structures that perform specific functions. For example, the embodiment may be implemented using integrated circuit structures such as memory, processing, logic, look-up tables, etc. that perform various functions through the control of one or more microprocessors or other control devices. Similar to the components that can be implemented using software programming or software element executors, the present embodiment may include various algorithms implemented by a combination of data structures, processes, routines, or other programming structures, thereby implementing them using programming or scripting languages such as C, C++, Java, assemblers, Python, etc. Functionality can be implemented using algorithms executed by more than one processor. In addition, the present embodiment can use prior art for electronic environment settings, signal processing, and/or data processing. Terms such as "mechanism", "element", "mechanism", and "structure" can be used broadly and are not limited to mechanical and physical structures. The above terms can include the meaning of a series of processes (routines) of software connected to a processor, etc.

The above embodiment is only an example, and other embodiments may be implemented within the scope of the invention application described below.

Claims (19)

A method for providing a list of items, which is a method for providing a list of items in an electronic device, comprising the following steps: Receiving a request for a list of items from a user terminal; Transmitting a first list of items corresponding to the user terminal to the user terminal in response to the request; Obtaining first information, the first information including the first list of items and information of items selected from the first list of items confirmed based on user input obtained from the user terminal; Confirming a second list of items based on the first information, the second list of items being at least a part of the order of at least one item included in the first list of items being changed; and Transmitting the second list of items to the user terminal. A method for providing a list of items as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first information includes information of items selected in the first list of items and information of items deselected in the first list of items. A method for providing a list of items as in claim 2, wherein the step of confirming the second list of items includes the following steps: Based on the first information, confirming the first item in the at least one item whose first information has been changed. A method for providing a list of items as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second list of items is a list of items in which the order of the first item in at least one of the items is changed. A method for providing a list of items as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second list of items is a list of items in which items corresponding to the information of the selected items are placed before items corresponding to the information of the deselected items. A method for providing a list of items as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of confirming the second list of items includes the following steps: When the confirmed information of the first item is included in the information of the selected item, the order of the first item is changed to be before the remaining items included in the first list of items. A method for providing a list of items as in claim 3, wherein the step of confirming the second list of items includes the following steps: When the confirmed information of the first item includes the information of the deselected item, the order of the first item is changed to the first order set between the at least one item.
