Abstract

A foldable storage box includes a door panel unit, a side panel unit, an upper cover unit and a box unit. The upper cover unit includes an upper cover and an upper connection set. The box unit includes a box body and a lower connection set. The box body unit and the upper cover unit can be switched between a use state and a storage state. In the use state, the upper cover is connected to the door panel unit through the upper connection set and the box body is connected to the lower connection set. In the storage state, the upper cover and the box body are bent toward their respective centers, and the lower connection set is connected to the upper connection set, so that the bent upper cover and the bent box body define a storage space for accommodating the side panels and the door panel unit. Thereby, the volume during storage is reduced, and all components of the present invention are stored in the storage space without being lost, thereby achieving the effect of convenient storage.

Description

Folding Storage Box

The present invention relates to a pet outdoor tool, in particular to a folding storage box.

In recent years, pets have become popular and pet owners often take their pets out to play. Generally speaking, pet owners usually use pet cages to allow pets to rest on public transportation or motorcycle mats, or when the pet is tired, it can rest in the pet cage.

However, when the pet cage is not in use, the pet cage is large and cannot be folded, causing inconvenience in storage.

Alternatively, as pet supplies increase in number and pet snacks are easily broken by external impact, a hard storage bag or box is often needed to store pet supplies when taking pets out for fun. However, the aforementioned storage bags or boxes are also inconvenient to store because they cannot be folded and are large in size when not in use.

Therefore, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a foldable storage box that is convenient for storage.

Therefore, in some embodiments, the method of the present invention includes: a door panel unit, a side panel unit, a top cover unit, and a box unit.

The door panel unit comprises a first door panel set and a second door panel set which are arranged at intervals along a front-rear direction.

The side panel unit is detachably connected to the door panel unit and comprises two side panels spaced apart along a left-right direction. The front and rear sides of each side panel are detachably connected to the first door panel set and the second door panel set respectively.

The upper cover unit is detachably connected to the door panel unit and comprises an upper cover and an upper connection set arranged on the upper cover.

The box unit is detachably connected to the door panel unit and comprises a box body and a lower connection set arranged on the box body.

The box unit and the upper cover unit can be switched between a use state and a storage state. In the use state, the upper cover is connected to the first door panel set and the second door panel set through the upper connection group and the box body is connected to the lower connection group, so that the door panel unit, the side panel unit, the upper cover unit and the box unit define a pet space suitable for accommodating pets. In the storage state, the upper cover and the box body are bent toward their respective centers, and the lower connection group is connected to the upper connection group, so that the bent upper cover and the bent box body define a storage space for accommodating the side panels and the door panel unit.

In some embodiments, the upper connecting group includes two upper connecting parts respectively connected to the front and rear sides of the upper cover, each upper connecting part has an upper assembly part, and the lower connecting group includes two lower connecting parts respectively corresponding to the upper connecting parts, each lower connecting part has a lower assembly part that cooperates with the upper assembly part, so that the lower connecting part can be detachably connected to the corresponding upper connecting part.

In some embodiments, the first door panel assembly has a first door frame, the first door frame has a first frame body, and a first upper mounting portion and a first lower mounting portion formed on the first frame body, the second door panel assembly has a second door frame, the second door frame has a second frame body, and a second upper mounting portion and a second lower mounting portion formed on the second frame body, the first upper mounting portion and the second upper mounting portion are respectively matched and connected to the upper assembly portions, and the first lower mounting portion and the second lower mounting portion are respectively matched and connected to the lower assembly portions, so that the door panel unit can be detachably connected to the upper cover and the box body.

In some implementations, the upper assembly parts, the first lower mounting part and the second lower mounting part are one of through holes and protrusions, and the lower assembly parts, the first upper mounting part and the second upper mounting part are the other of through holes and protrusions.

In some embodiments, the first door panel assembly has a first door frame, the first door frame has two first grooves extending in an up-down direction, and the second door panel assembly has a second door frame, the first door frame has two second grooves extending in an up-down direction, and the second grooves and the first grooves are used for the front and rear ends of each side panel to be engaged.

In some embodiments, the first door frame defines a first opening, and the first door panel assembly further has a first door panel pivotally connected to the first door frame and used to cover the first opening, and the first door panel is used to abut against a portion of the first door frame close to the box body when completely covering the first opening.

In some implementations, each side panel can be folded in half and accommodated in the storage space in the storage state.

In some embodiments, each side panel has a plurality of ventilation holes.

The present invention has at least the following effects: by providing the box body unit that can be switched between the use state and the storage state, the storage space defined by the folded upper cover and the folded box body can accommodate the side panels and the door panel unit to reduce the volume during storage, and all components of the present invention are stored in the storage space without being lost, thereby achieving the effect of convenient storage.

1 , 2 and 3 , an embodiment of the foldable storage box of the present invention comprises a door panel unit 1 , a side panel unit 2 , a top cover unit 3 , and a box unit 4 .

The door panel unit 1 includes a first door panel set 11 and a second door panel set 12 which are spaced apart along a front-rear direction X1.

The first door panel assembly 11 has a first door frame 112 defining a first opening 111 , and a first door panel 113 pivotally connected to the first door frame 112 and used to cover the first opening 111 .

The second door panel assembly 12 has a second door frame 122 defining a second opening 121 , and a second door panel 123 pivotally connected to the second door frame 122 and used to cover the second opening 121 .

1, 2 and 5, the side panel unit 2 is detachably connected to the door panel unit 1 and includes two side panels 21 spaced apart along a left-right direction X2. The front and rear sides of each side panel 21 are detachably connected to the first door panel set 11 and the second door panel set 12, respectively.

Specifically, the first door frame 112 has a first frame 114, and two first grooves 115 formed in the first frame 114 and extending along a vertical direction X3. The second door frame 122 has a second frame 124, and two second grooves 125 extending along the vertical direction X3. The second grooves 125 and the first grooves 115 are used for the front and rear ends of each side panel 21 to be engaged, so that the side panel unit 2 can be detachably connected to the first door panel set 11 and the second door panel set 12. In one embodiment of the present embodiment, the cross-section of the end of each side panel 21 is circular, but it can also be square or other shapes.

The upper cover unit 3 is detachably connected to the door panel unit 1 and includes a foldable upper cover 31 and an upper connection set 32 disposed on the upper cover 31 .

2, 3 and 4, the box unit 4 is detachably connected to the door panel unit 1 and includes a bendable box body 41 and a lower connection set 42 disposed on the box body 41. The door panel unit 1, the side panel unit 2, the upper cover unit 3 and the box unit 4 define a pet space 5 suitable for accommodating pets.

Specifically, the upper connection set 32 includes four upper connection pieces 321 respectively connected to the front and rear sides of the upper cover 31, and each upper connection piece 321 has an upper assembly portion 322. The lower connection set 42 includes four lower connection pieces 421 respectively corresponding to the upper connection pieces 321, and each lower connection piece 421 has a lower assembly portion 422 matched and connected to the upper assembly portion 322. The first door frame 112 also has two first upper mounting portions 116 and two first lower mounting portions 117 formed on the first frame body 114, and four first mounting holes 118 disposed on the first frame body 114 and adjacent to the first upper mounting portions 116 and the first lower mounting portions 117. The second door frame 122 also has two second upper mounting parts 126, two second lower mounting parts 127 formed on the second frame 124, and four second mounting holes 128 disposed on the second frame 124 and adjacent to the second upper mounting parts 126 and the second lower mounting parts 127. The upper assembly parts 322 pass through two of the corresponding first mounting holes 118 and two of the second mounting holes 128, and are matched and connected with the first upper mounting parts 116 and the second upper mounting parts 126, and the lower assembly parts 422 pass through the other two first mounting holes 118 and the other two second mounting holes 128, and are matched and connected with the first lower mounting part 117 and the second lower mounting part 127, so that the door panel unit 1 is detachably connected to the upper cover 31 and the box body 41.

Referring to Figures 7, 8 and 9, in addition, when the upper cover 31 and the box body 41 are bent toward their respective centers, each upper connecting member 321 is close to each lower connecting member 421, and the upper assembly portion 322 of each upper connecting member 321 is matched and connected with the lower assembly portion 422 of each lower connecting member 421, so that the upper connecting member 321 is detachably connected to the corresponding lower connecting member 421, so that the bent upper cover 31 and the bent box body 41 define a storage space 6 for accommodating the side panels 21 and the door panel unit 1.

It is to be noted that, in the present embodiment, each side panel 21 can be folded in half, but this is not limited to the present embodiment. As long as each side panel 21 can be stored in the storage space 6, the effect to be achieved by the present embodiment can be achieved. In addition, the upper cover 31, the box body 41 and each side panel 21 are folded by folds and notches corresponding to the folds, but this is not limited to the present embodiment. For example, they can also be folded by setting a hinge. In addition, it is not limited to a two-fold or a three-fold type.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 8 , it is worth noting that the upper assembly parts 322, the first lower mounting part 117 and the second lower mounting part 127 are one of through holes and convex blocks, and the lower assembly parts 422, the first upper mounting part 116 and the second upper mounting part 126 are the other of through holes and convex blocks. In this embodiment, the upper assembly parts 322, the first lower mounting part 117 and the second lower mounting part 127 are through holes, and the lower assembly parts 422, the first upper mounting part 116 and the second upper mounting part 126 are convex blocks. In addition, the number of the upper connectors 321 and the lower connectors 421 is not limited to the aforementioned four, and can also be more than two.

The box unit 4 and the upper cover unit 3 can be switched between a use state (FIG. 1 to FIG. 5) and a storage state (FIG. 6 to FIG. 9). In the use state, the upper cover 31 is connected to the first door panel set 11 and the second door panel set 12 through the upper connection set 32 and the box body 41 is connected to the lower connection set 42, so that the door panel unit 1, the side panel unit 2, the upper cover unit 3 and the box unit 4 define the pet space 5. In the storage state, the upper cover 31 and the box body 41 are bent toward their respective centers, and the lower connection set 42 is connected to the upper connection set 32, so that the bent upper cover 31 and the bent box body 41 define the storage space 6.

6 and 9 , in the storage state, the upper cover 31 and the box body 41 are both bent, so that the overall volume is reduced. In addition, the disassembled first door panel set 11, the second door panel set 12 and the side panels 21 are also stored in the storage space 6, which is convenient for the user to assemble the next time, eliminating the trouble of the user to store the parts separately and find another storage space, thereby achieving the effect of convenient assembly.

It is worth noting that the arrangement direction of the first door panel set 11, the second door panel set 12 and the side panels 21 in the storage space 6 shown in FIG. 9 is one of the implementation modes of this embodiment, and the scope of implementation of the present invention cannot be limited thereto.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , specifically, when the user wants to carry the pet out, the lower assembly parts 422 of the box unit 4 are first connected to the first lower mounting parts 117 and the second lower mounting parts 127 of the door panel unit 1, so that the box unit 4 is connected to the door panel unit 1. Then, the end of each side panel 21 is aligned from top to bottom and enters the corresponding first groove 115 and second groove 125 of the door panel unit 1, so that the side panel unit 2 is connected to the door panel unit 1. Finally, the upper assembly parts 322 of the upper cover unit 3 are connected to the first upper mounting parts 116 and the second upper mounting parts 126 of the door panel unit 1, so that the door panel unit 1, the side panel unit 2, the upper cover unit 3 and the box unit 4 can be connected to each other to achieve the usage state.

Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , it is additionally explained that in the present embodiment, the upper cover unit 3 further includes a handle 33 disposed on the upper cover 31 for the convenience of the user to carry the pet. In addition, the first door panel 113 is pivotally connected to the frame portion of the first frame body 114 extending along the left-right direction X2 near the upper side and located in the pet space 5, and the first door panel 113 abuts against the first door frame 112 when the first opening 111 is completely covered. The second door panel 123 is pivotally connected to the frame portion of the second frame body 124 extending along the up-down direction X3, and the second door panel 123 does not abut against the second door frame 122 when the second opening 121 is completely covered. Therefore, the pet can enter the pet space 5 through the first opening 111 covered by the first door panel 113, and the pet cannot go out of the pet space 5 through the first opening 111 because the first door panel 113 abuts against the first door frame 112. In addition, preferably, the second door panel 123 is located outside the pet space 5 so that the second door panel 123 does not occupy the pet space 5 when pivoting, so that the pet has more room for movement.

Referring to FIG. 6 , FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 , in addition, when the user wants to store, the upper cover unit 3 is first detached from the door panel unit 1, and then the door panel unit 1 is detached from the side panel unit 2 and the box body unit 4, and then the box body 41 is folded, and the side panel unit 2 and the door panel unit 1 are set in the box body 41. Finally, the upper cover 31 is folded, and the upper assembly parts 322 of the upper connecting members 321 are connected to the lower assembly parts 422 of the lower connecting members 421 to connect to each other, so that the side panel unit 2 and the door panel unit 1 are stored in the storage space 6 defined by the folded upper cover 31 and the folded box body 41.

It is worth noting that in the present embodiment, when the side panel unit 2 and the door panel unit 1 are located in the storage space 6, their movement along the front-rear direction X1 will be limited by the wall portions of the upper connecting group 32 and the lower connecting group 42, and their movement along the left-right direction X2 will be limited by the wall portions of the upper cover 31 and the box body 41, and therefore they will not easily escape from the storage space 6.

In addition, referring to FIG. 10 , another variation of the folding storage box of the present invention is to extend the length of the upper cover 31 and the box body 41 extending along the first direction X1. Specifically, the length between the two folds of the upper cover 31 and the corresponding ends and the length between the two folds of the box body 41 and the corresponding ends are extended, and the upper connecting member 321 also has another upper connecting portion 322 (marked in FIG. 10 ) for the lower assembly portion 422 to engage, so that when in the storage state, there is no gap in the middle when the upper cover 31 and the box body 41 are combined, thereby increasing the structural strength in the storage state.

In summary, the foldable storage box of the present invention is provided with the box body unit 4 that can be switched between the use state and the storage state, so that the storage space 6 defined by the folded upper cover 31 and the folded box body 41 can accommodate the side panels 21 and the door panel unit 1 to reduce the volume when stored, and the various components of the present invention are stored in the storage space 6 without being lost, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the patent of the present invention.

Claims (8)

A foldable storage box comprises: a door panel unit, comprising a first door panel set and a second door panel set arranged at intervals along a front-rear direction; a side panel unit, detachably connected to the door panel unit, and comprising two side panels arranged at intervals along a left-right direction, and the front and rear sides of each side panel are detachably connected to the first door panel set and the second door panel set respectively; an upper cover unit, detachably connected to the door panel unit, and comprising an upper cover and an upper connection set arranged on the upper cover; and a box body unit, detachably connected to the door panel unit, and comprising a box body and a lower connection set arranged on the box body, The box unit and the upper cover unit can be switched between a use state and a storage state. In the use state, the upper cover is connected to the first door panel set and the second door panel set through the upper connection set and the box body is connected to the lower connection set, so that the door panel unit, the side panel unit, the upper cover unit and the box unit define a pet space suitable for accommodating pets. In the storage state, the upper cover and the box body are bent toward their respective centers, and the lower connection set is connected to the upper connection set, so that the bent upper cover and the bent box body define a storage space for accommodating the side panels and the door panel unit. A foldable storage box as described in claim 1, wherein the upper connecting group includes two upper connecting members respectively connected to the front and rear sides of the upper cover, each upper connecting member has an upper assembly portion, and the lower connecting group includes two lower connecting members respectively corresponding to the upper connecting members, each lower connecting member has a lower assembly portion that cooperates with the upper assembly portion, thereby allowing the lower connecting member to be detachably connected to the corresponding upper connecting member. A foldable storage box as described in claim 2, wherein the first door panel assembly has a first door frame, the first door frame has a first frame body, and a first upper mounting portion and a first lower mounting portion formed on the first frame body, the second door panel assembly has a second door frame, the second door frame has a second frame body, and a second upper mounting portion and a second lower mounting portion formed on the second frame body, the first upper mounting portion and the second upper mounting portion are respectively matched and connected to the upper assembly portions, and the first lower mounting portion and the second lower mounting portion are respectively matched and connected to the lower assembly portions, so that the door panel unit can be detachably connected to the upper cover and the box body. A foldable storage box as described in claim 3, wherein the upper assembly parts, the first lower mounting part and the second lower mounting part are one of the through holes and the protrusions, and the lower assembly parts, the first upper mounting part and the second upper mounting part are the other of the through holes and the protrusions. A foldable storage box as described in claim 3, wherein the first door frame defines a first opening, and the first door panel assembly also has a first door panel pivotally connected to the first door frame and used to cover the first opening, and the first door panel is used to abut against the portion of the first door frame close to the box body when completely covering the first opening. A foldable storage box as described in claim 1, wherein the first door panel assembly has a first door frame, the first door frame has two first grooves extending in an up-down direction, the second door panel assembly has a second door frame, the first door frame has two second grooves extending in an up-down direction, and the second grooves and the first grooves are used for the front and rear ends of each side panel to be engaged. A foldable storage box as described in claim 1, wherein each side panel can be folded in half and accommodated in the storage space in the storage state. A foldable storage box as described in claim 1, wherein each side panel has a plurality of ventilation holes.
