Abstract

The present invention discloses an electric door controller for controlling the opening and closing of an electric door. The electric door controller comprises an interface circuit and a control circuit connected to the interface circuit. The control circuit, upon authentication of the access, performs one of the following procedures: based on a request received from the external device via the interface circuit, providing at least one of the current operation setting information and historical operation information corresponding to at least one electric-door-related equipment; and based on operational setting modification information obtained from the external device via the interface circuit, rewriting the current operating setting information. The operational setting modification information is associated with at least one electric-door-related equipment. The electric door controller of the present invention, upon successful verification of the connection with an external device, can provide at least one of the current operating setting information and the historical operating information corresponding to at least one electric-door-related equipment. Alternatively, it can update the current operating setting information based on the operation setting modification information obtained from the external device, thus facilitating installation and maintenance operation for construction personnel.
