===First implementation form=== 1A and 1B are explanatory diagrams of the packaging unit 1 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 1A is an explanatory diagram of the packaging unit 1 of the first form. FIG. 1B is an explanatory diagram of the packaging unit 1 of the second form. FIGS. 2A and 2B are explanatory views of the inside of the packaging unit 1 . FIG. 2A is an explanatory view of the inside of the packaging unit 1 viewed from the side. FIG. 2B is an explanatory diagram showing the inside of the packaging unit 1 without showing the side plate portion 412 and the cover 42 .

In the following description, the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the package body 40 (the upper surface of the bottom 411; the surface supporting the roll body 20) is called the "up-and-down direction". When viewed from the bottom surface of the package body 40 , the side of the winding body 20 is called "upper", and the opposite side is called "lower". When the packaging unit 1 is placed on a horizontal surface, the up-down direction coincides with the vertical direction. In addition, in the following description, the direction perpendicular to the up-down direction may be called a lateral direction.

60。The packaging unit 1 is a component (unit) for packaging the wire 10 . As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B , the packaging unit 1 can change its form. As shown in FIG. 1A , the form for packaging the wire rod 10 is called a “first form”. As shown in FIG. 1B , the form for pulling out the wire 10 is called the "second form". The packaging unit 1 has the wire 10, the packaging body 40, and the pallet 60.

The wire 10 is a linear member. The wire 10 includes, for example, a cable (electric wire, cable, optical cable, etc.), an electric wire, a hose, and the like. Here, the wire 10 is an optical cable. The wire 10 is packed in a bent state. Here, the wire 10 is packaged in a wound state. For example, a rigid thick cable with an outer diameter of 3 mm or more is stored in the packaging body 40 in a state of being wound over 1000 m or more and can be pulled out. Furthermore, when the outer diameter of the cable is 7 to 11 mm, the package 40 with a size of 1 m×1 m×1 m can accommodate a cable with a length of 2000 m. In the following description, the structure in which the wire 10 is wound is called a "winding body." However, the wire 10 does not need to be packed in the wound state.

FIG. 3A is an explanatory diagram of an example of the rolled body 20. FIG. 3B is an explanatory diagram of another example of the rolled body. The winding body 20 is configured to wind the wire 10 while reversing the winding direction. By repeatedly reversing the winding direction of the wire 10 , as shown in FIG. 1B , the twist of the wire 10 can be suppressed when the wire 10 is pulled out from the winding body 20 . The winding body 20 has an inversion portion 22 in which the wire 10 wound in an S-shape and the wire 10 wound in an inverted S-shape are alternately laminated. The winding body 20 shown in FIG. 3A has a surrounding portion 21 that surrounds the wire 10 around the outer periphery of the inversion portion 22 . Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3B , the winding body 20 may not include the surrounding portion 21 . In addition, the winding body 20 may have a structure in which the wire 10 is wound without rewinding the winding direction of the wire 10 . The structure of the winding body 20 can be appropriately changed according to needs.

The packing body 40 is a structure in which the wire rod 10 (the winding body 20 ) is packed. The package body 40 has a storage space for accommodating the wire 10 (winding body 20). The package body 40 is deformable into a first form and a second form. Here, the packaging body 40 is configured in a box shape. However, the packaging body 40 is not limited to a box-shaped structure and may be a skeleton-shaped (frame-shaped) structure. That is, the packaging body 40 has members forming a storage space. For example, the component forming the accommodation space may be a component covering the bottom, side, or upper surface of the accommodation space, or may be a frame. Examples of the material of the components forming the storage space include wood, paper such as corrugated cardboard, metal, FRP, plastic, and combinations of these materials. Especially when the member forming the storage space is made of corrugated cardboard, it is lightweight, easy to disassemble, and recyclable, and does not use chemicals such as preservatives. Therefore, it is more suitable than rollers made of metal, wood, etc. Contribution to a sustainable society. The packaging body 40 of the first embodiment has a main body 41 and a cover 42 . However, as will be described later, the packaging body 40 does not need to have a cover.

413。The main body part 41 is a part constituting the main body of the packaging body 40 . The main body 41 is a portion where the wire 10 (winding body 20) is packed. The body part 41 has a bottom part 411 and a holding part 413.

413。 The bottom 411 constitutes the bottom surface of the main body 41 . The bottom 411 serves as a member that supports the winding body 20 from below. Here, the bottom part 411 is a plate-shaped member, but it is not limited to a plate-shaped member as long as it can support the winding body 20 . The side plate portion 412 is provided so as to stand upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom portion 411 . The side plate portion 412 constitutes a side surface of the main body portion 41 . However, when the main body part 41 is configured in a skeleton shape, the main body part 41 does not need to include the side plate part 412. Furthermore, here, a storage space for accommodating the wire 10 is formed by the bottom 411 and a plurality of side plate portions 412 (four in this case). The number of side plate portions 412 is not limited to 4, and may be, for example, 6 or 8. The holding portion 413 is a member that holds the wire 10 in a wound shape. In other words, the holding portion 413 is a member that holds the winding body 20 . The holding part 413 is a rod-shaped (cylindrical) member along the up-down direction. The holding portion 413 extends upward from the bottom 411 . Since the wire 10 is in contact with the holding portion 413 and the movement of the wire 10 is restricted, collapse of the winding body 20 can be suppressed when the wire 10 is pulled out (for example, when packing, pulling out, storing, transporting, etc.). However, the holding part 413 may be provided as needed, or the holding part 413 may not be provided.

Taking an example as shown in FIG. 3 , a pair of holding portions 413 are provided in the vicinity of the front and rear portions of the reversing portion 22 of the winding body 20 . Furthermore, in order to suppress the twisting of the wire 10 when the wire 10 is pulled out, the winding body 20 has a reversal portion 22 that reverses the winding direction of the wire 10 into an S-shape or an inverted S-shape (Z-shape). In the reversal part 22, the posture of the wire 10 becomes unstable and easily collapses. Therefore, by arranging the pair of holding parts 413 in the respective vicinity of the front and rear of the reversing part 22 (in other words, by arranging the reversing part 22 of the winding body 20 between the pair of holding parts 413), it is possible to Shape collapse of the inversion portion 22 is suppressed.

The cover 42 covers the main body 41 . The cover 42 is configured to open and close. As shown in FIG. 1A , when the lid 42 is closed (the lid 42 is folded), the lid 42 is in a state covering the upper part of the main body 41 , and the package body 40 is in the first form (for wrapping the rolled body 20 packaged in the packaging body 40). When the wire 10 is pulled out from the package body 40 , as shown in FIG. 1B , the cover 42 is unfolded, and the cover 42A is assembled with the cover 42 . The assembled state of the cover portion 42A corresponds to the second form of the package body 40 (the form for pulling out the wire 10).

The cover part 42A is a part assembled with the cover 42 (a plurality of cover parts 421 described later). The cover part 42A is provided above the main body part 41 and is provided higher than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first form (the part located at the highest position of the packaging body 40; in this case, it is the upper surface of the cover 42). Location. The pull-out opening 43 is provided at the top of the cover part 42A. Thereby, the pull-out opening 43 can be arrange|positioned at a high position. However, the pull-out opening 43 only needs to be provided at a position higher than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 in the first form, and does not need to be provided at the top of the cover part 42A. For example, the pull-out opening 43 may be provided on the inclined surface of the cover part 42A.

The pull-out opening 43 is used to pull out the wire 10 bundled in the main body 41 . Since the pull-out opening 43 is set to be larger than the cross section of the wire 10, the wire 10 can be inserted into the pull-out opening 43 and the wire 10 can be pulled out to the outside. The pull-out opening 43 is provided at a position higher than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first form. The pull-out opening 43 of the first embodiment is provided in the cover portion 42A composed of the cover 42 . However, the pull-out opening 43 does not need to be provided in the cover part 42A, nor does it need to be provided in the cover 42 (for example, refer to the second embodiment described below).

As shown in FIG. 1B , the cover 42 has two cover parts 421 (a first cover part 421A and a second cover part 421B). The first cover part 421A is a plate-shaped member, is provided on the upper edge (upper edge) of the side plate part 412, and rotates (opens and closes) with the upper edge of the side plate part 412 as an axis. The second cover part 421B is a plate-shaped member, is provided at the upper edge of the side plate part 412 opposite to the side plate part 412 on which the first cover part 421A is provided, and rotates (opens and closes) with the upper edge of the side plate part 412 as an axis. As shown in FIG. 1A , in the first form, the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B cover the upper part of the main body part 41 in an overlapping state. As shown in FIG. 1B , in the second form, the gable roof-shaped cover portion 42A is assembled with the cover 42 (the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B). In the second form, by connecting the end edges of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B to each other, the postures of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B are stabilized.

In the first embodiment, the pull-out opening 43 is provided in the cover portion 42A. Here, as shown in FIG. 1B , a cylindrical member 44 is attached to the center of the edge of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B, and this cylindrical member 44 constitutes the pull-out opening 43 . That is, the cylindrical member 44 is provided in the location which connects the 1st cover part 421A and the 2nd cover part 421B. Furthermore, a recessed part is provided in the center part of the edge of the 1st cover part 421A and the 2nd cover part 421B in advance, and the cylindrical member 44 is attached to the opening formed by this recessed part. By attaching the tube member 44 to the portion connecting the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B, the wire 10 can be prevented from entering between the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B. However, the pull-out port 43 does not need to be composed of the cylindrical member 44 (to be described later, see FIG. 5B ).

Next, the reason for setting the pull-out port 43 at a high position will be explained. FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the wire 10 , the holding part 413 and the pull-out opening 43 .

Z。When the packaging unit 1 is viewed from the lateral direction, the pair of holding portions 413 are arranged symmetrically. That is, the pair of holding portions 413 are arranged equidistantly from the center of the packaging body 40 (see the dotted line in the figure). Here, the outer edges of the pair of holding portions 413 are spaced apart by X. That is, the pull-out opening 43 is disposed on an extension of the center (see the dotted line in the figure) of the packaging body 40 . Therefore, the distance in the lateral direction between the outer edge of the holding portion 413 and the pull-out opening 43 becomes X/2. In addition, let the distance from the bottom surface of the package body 40 (the upper surface of the bottom part 411) to the front end of the holding part 413 (the protruding length of the holding part 413 from the bottom surface; the height of the holding part 413) be Y. In addition, let the distance from the bottom surface of the packaging body 40 (the upper surface of the bottom part 411) to the pull-out outlet 43 (the height of the pull-out outlet 43) be Z.

In order to pull out the wire 10 drawn out from the winding body 20 from the drawing opening 43, it is necessary to pass over the front end of the holding part 413. Here, when the wire 10 passes over the front end of the holding part 413, the angle formed by the wire 10 above the front end of the holding part 413 (the wire 10 between the front end of the holding part 413 and the pull-out opening 43) in the lateral direction is θ 1 , the angle formed by the wire 10 below the front end of the holding part 413 (the wire 10 guided by the holding part 413; the wire 10 between the winding body 20 and the front end of the holding part 413) in the lateral direction Let it be θ 2 . The figure shows the state when the angle θ 2 is the maximum. When the wire 10 on the bottom 411 is pulled out, the angle θ 2 becomes maximum. Therefore, the maximum value of angle θ 2 corresponds to the line and bundle connecting the outer edge of the front end of one holding part 413 and the outer edge of the base end of the other holding part 413 (the fixed end of the holding part 413 and the bottom part 411 ). The angle formed by the bottom surface of the package body 40 (the upper surface of the bottom 411).

As the angle θ 1 becomes larger, the wire 10 becomes easier to pass over the front end of the holding part 413 . Therefore, it is desirable that the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is as large as possible. That is, it is desirable that the pull-out opening 43 is located at a high position. For this reason, the pull-out opening 43 of this embodiment is arranged at a position higher than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first embodiment (the upper surface of the cover 42 in the first embodiment) (see FIG. 1B ).

In addition, when the angle θ 1 is larger than the angle θ 2 , the wire 10 becomes easier to pass over the front end of the holding portion 413 . Therefore, it is desirable that the angle θ 1 is equal to or greater than the angle θ 2 . As shown in FIG. 4 , when the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is 1.5 times the height Y of the holding portion 413 , the angle θ 1 becomes equal to the maximum value of the angle θ 2 . Therefore, it is desirable that the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is 1.5 times or more the height Y of the holding portion 413 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , since the wire 10 needs to pass over the front end of the holding part 413 , it is desirable that the front end of the holding part 413 has a shape that allows the wire 10 to easily pass over. Therefore, the holding portion 413 may have a shape that becomes narrower toward the front end side. In addition, when viewed from the side, the front end of the holding part 413 may also be circular.

Furthermore, the main body part 41 may not be provided with the holding part 413. Even if the main body part 41 does not have the holding part 413, if the pull-out port 43 is provided at a higher position, the angle formed by the center line of the pull-out port 43 and the wire 10 can be reduced, making it easier to pull out the wire 10 from the pull-out port 43. Take out 10 wires. Therefore, even if the main body part 41 does not include the holding part 413, it is advantageous to dispose the pull-out opening 43 at a higher position. Therefore, it is desirable to arrange the pull-out opening 43 at the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first form. high position.

60。The pallet 60 is a member that serves as a base for the packaging body 40 . The pallet 60 serves as a placement platform for moving the packaging unit 1 using, for example, a forklift. The pallet 60 may include a lower plate portion 61 and a spacer 62 . The lower plate portion 61 is a plate-shaped portion constituting the lower surface of the pallet 60 . The spacer 62 is a member arranged between the packing body 40 (bottom 411) and the lower plate part 61. The spacer 62 forms a gap between the bottom part 411 and the lower plate part 61, and the fork of the forklift is inserted into this gap. Furthermore, the lower plate portion 61 may not be provided, and only the spacer 62 may be used to form a gap on the lower side of the packaging body 40 . The packaging unit 1 does not need to be provided with the pallet 60 .

411。As shown in FIG. 2A , the holding portion 413 penetrates the bottom 411 of the packaging body 40 , and the lower end of the holding portion 413 is fixed to the lower plate portion 61 of the pallet 60 . The holding portion 413 is fixed at two locations: the bottom 411 of the packing body 40 and the lower plate portion 61 of the pallet 60 . Since the bottom portion 411 and the lower plate portion 61 are separated by a gap in the vertical direction via the spacer 62, the holding portion 413 is fixed at two locations separated by a gap in the vertical direction. This forms a structure in which the holding portion 413 is unlikely to fall. However, the holding part 413 may not penetrate the bottom 411 of the packaging body 40 , and the lower end of the holding part 413 may be fixed to the bottom 411 of the packaging body 40 .

<Modification> 5A and 5B are explanatory diagrams of a first modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. FIG. 5A is a diagram of the packaging unit 1 in a state where the cover 42 is opened when viewed from above. FIG. 5B is an explanatory diagram of the packaging unit 1 of the second form. Also in the first modification, the cover 42 has a first cover part 421A and a second cover part 421B, and a recess is provided in the center of the edge of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B. In the first modification, after the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B are assembled to form the cover part 42A, the cylindrical member 44 is not installed in the recessed part, but through the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B. The recess forms the pull-out opening 43. In this way, the pull-out port 43 does not need to be composed of the cylindrical member 44 .

6A and 6B are explanatory diagrams of a second modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. Also in the second modification, the cover 42 has a first cover part 421A and a second cover part 421B. In the second modified example, the coupling portion 422 is provided at the end edges of the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B. The coupling portion 422 is a portion that is formed with other components when the cover portion 42A is assembled. The coupling portion 422 of the first cover portion 421A and the coupling portion 422 of the second cover portion 421B stabilize the postures of the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B, thereby increasing the strength of the cover portion 42A. Here, the coupling portion 422 is configured in a concave-convex shape, and the concavities and convexities of the first cover portion 421A and the concavities and convexities of the second cover portion 421B mesh with each other, so that the end edges of the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B are coupled to each other. However, the coupling portion 422 is not limited to a concave and convex shape. For example, the connecting part of one of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B may be used as an insertion piece, and the other connecting part may be used as a slit, and the insertion piece may be inserted into the slit, thereby making the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B. The end edges of the cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B are coupled to each other. However, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B , when the coupling portion 422 is formed into a concave and convex shape, the first cover portion 421A can be opened and closed only by the opening and closing operations of the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B. The coupling portion 422 is coupled to the coupling portion 422 of the second cover portion 421B. Therefore, there is no need to perform an operation of inserting the insertion piece into the slit, and therefore the assembly work of the cover portion 42A becomes easy.

7A and 7B are explanatory diagrams of a third modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. Also in the third modification, the cover 42 has a first cover part 421A and a second cover part 421B. In addition, in the third modification, the cover 42 has a flap portion 423 . The flap part 423 is a plate-shaped part for closing the gap of the cover part 42A. The flap portion 423 is provided on the upper edge (upper edge) of the side plate portion 412 where the first cover portion 421A or the second cover portion 421B is not provided, and rotates (opens and closes) about the upper edge of the side plate portion 412 as an axis. When the gable roof-shaped cover part 42A is assembled by the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B, the respective side edges of the first cover part 421A and the second cover part 421B and the side edges of the flap part 423 are link. Thereby, the flap part 423 can close the gap on the side surface of the gable roof-shaped cover part 42A. Furthermore, even in the third modification, the coupling portion 422 in the second modification may be provided on the respective side edges of the first cover portion 421A and the second cover portion 421B and on the side edges of the flap portion 423. The coupling portion couples the coupling portion of the first cover portion 421A or the second cover portion 421B to the coupling portion of the flap portion 423 . Thereby, the strength of the cover part 42A can be improved.

8A and 8B are explanatory diagrams of a fourth modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. In the fourth modification, the cover 42 has a plurality of cover portions 421 (four in this case). Respective cover portions 421 are provided on respective upper edges (upper sides) of the plurality of side plate portions 412 of the main body portion 41 . By connecting the side edges of the four cover portions 421 to each other, the square roof-shaped (truncated cone-shaped) cover portion 42A is assembled. In the fourth modification, the pull-out opening 43 is formed by the end edges of the plurality of cover portions 421 . Furthermore, by attaching the cylindrical member 44 to the opening formed by the edge of the plurality of cover parts 421 , the cylindrical member 44 may constitute the pull-out port 43 . By forming the pull-out port 43 with the cylindrical member 44, the wire 10 can be prevented from entering between the cover portions 421. Furthermore, even in the fourth modification example, like the joint portion 422 in the second modification example, a joint portion can be provided on the side edge of each cover portion 421 so that the joint portions of the cover portions 421 can be joined to each other. Thereby, the strength of the cover part 42A can be improved.

9A and 9B are explanatory diagrams of a fifth modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. The fifth modification is different from the fourth modification ( FIGS. 8A and 8B ) in that a recessed portion 424 is formed at the end edge of the lid portion 421 constituting the pull-out opening 43 . By forming the recessed portion 424 at the edge of the cover portion 421 , the recessed portion 424 is disposed around the peripheral edge of the pull-out opening 43 . When the wire 10 is pulled out from the pull-out opening 43 , the wire 10 enters the recess 424 , so that the position of the pulled wire 10 becomes stable in the recess 424 . In the fifth modification example, the wire 10 can be prevented from entering between the cover portions 421 without using the tube member 44 .

10A and 10B are explanatory diagrams of a sixth modification of the packaging unit 1 of the first embodiment. In the sixth modification, the cover 42 has a plurality of cover portions 421 (four in this case). Each cover part 421 has an upper surface part 425. The upper surface portion 425 is a plate-shaped portion constituting the upper surface of the cover portion 42A. The upper surface portion 425 is provided at the end edge of the cover portion 421 on the opposite side to the side plate portion 412 . A hole 425A is formed in the upper surface part 425, and the pull-out port 43 is formed by this hole 425A. Here, upper surface portions 425 are provided on each of the four cover portions 421 , and the four upper surface portions 425 are overlapped to form the upper surface of the cover portion 42A. However, it suffices that at least one cover part 421 is provided with the upper surface part 425 . According to the sixth modification, the wire 10 can be prevented from entering between the cover portions 421 .

In the first embodiment including the above-described first to sixth modifications, the pull-out opening 43 of the second form is located at a higher position than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first form. Thereby, the pull-out opening 43 can be positioned at a high position through the deformation of the packaging unit 1, so the wire 10 can be easily pulled out with a simple structure. In addition, in the first embodiment including the above-described first to sixth modifications, the packaging body 40 has a plurality of cover portions 421, and the pull-out opening 43 is provided in the cover portion 42A assembled by the cover portions 421. Thereby, the pull-out port 43 can be set at a high position using the cover 42, so it is not necessary to prepare a structure such as an arm, and the wire rod pull-out performance can be improved.

<Experimental example> The packaging unit 1 shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B was produced, and the pull-out performance of the optical cable (corresponding to the wire 10 ) was evaluated. Here, the distance between the pair of holding parts 413 is set to 700 mm, the height Y of the holding parts 413 is set to 720 mm, and the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is set to a range of 810 mm to 1500 mm to create a different packaging unit 1 . Furthermore, the diameter of the optical cable is 7mm. In the evaluation of the pull-out efficiency, the case where the optical cable is pulled out from the pull-out opening 43 without excessive force is evaluated as good (○), and the case where the optical cable is pulled out from the pull-out opening 43 by strong pulling is evaluated as good (○). Then the evaluation is as possible (△), and when the optical cable cannot be pulled out, the evaluation is as impossible (×).

Table 1 shows the evaluation results of the pull-out performance of each packaging unit 1 when the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is different.

As shown in Table 1, when the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is 1.5 times or more of the height Y of the holding portion 413, the optical cable can be pulled out from the pull-out opening 43 without excessive force. In this way, it was confirmed that if the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is 1.5 times or more the height Y of the holding part 413, the wire 10 becomes easier to pass over the front end of the holding part 413. Furthermore, even in the case of Z/Y=1.46, the optical cable can be pulled out from the pull-out port 43. In this way, even if the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is less than 1.5 times the height Y of the holding part 413, the optical cable can be pulled out from the pull-out opening 43 as long as it can resist the optical cable from being hooked on the holding part 413. However, if the height Z of the pull-out outlet 43 is more than 1.5 times the height Y of the holding portion 413, there is no need to counteract the optical cable being caught on the holding portion 413. Therefore, it is confirmed that the height Z of the pull-out outlet 43 is less than the height Y of the holding portion. When the height of 413 is 1.5 times Y, it becomes easier to pull out. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4 , if the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is more than 1.5 times the height Y of the holding part 413 , the wire 10 becomes easy to pass over the front end of the holding part 413 . Therefore, even if the height Z is as shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. In the case of a different packing unit 1 shown in 1B, it was confirmed that the same as the packing unit 1 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B , as long as the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is equal to the height Z of the holding portion 413 . If the height Z is 1.5 times or more of the height Y, the pull-out port 43 becomes easier to pull out than when the height Z is less than 1.5 times the height Y of the holding portion 413 .

412。 ===Second implementation form=== 11A and 11B are explanatory diagrams of the packaging unit 1 according to the second embodiment. FIG. 11A is an explanatory diagram of the packaging unit 1 of the first form. FIG. 11B is an explanatory diagram of the packaging unit 1 of the second form. 12A to 12C are explanatory diagrams of the lifting unit 50. FIG. 12A is a view of the packaging unit 1 viewed from above. FIG. 12B is an explanatory diagram of the lifting unit 50 of the first form. FIG. 12C is an explanatory diagram of the lifting unit 50 of the second form. In addition, in FIGS. 12B and 12C , in order to show the lifting unit 50 (and the winding body 20 ), the side plate portion 412 is not shown.

42。Also in the second embodiment, the packaging unit 1 includes the winding body 20 , the packaging body 40 and the pallet 60 . Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the lifting unit 50 does not need to include the pallet 60 . The lifting unit 50 of the package body 40 of the second embodiment. In addition, the packaging body 40 of the second embodiment may or may not be provided with the lid 42, similarly to the first embodiment.

The lifting unit 50 is a member that lifts and lowers the pull-out opening 43 . When the packaging body 40 is in the first form (a form for packaging the roll body 20 in the packaging body 40 ), the lifting unit 50 is in a state of lowering the pull-out opening 43 and is accommodated in the packaging body 40 ( Body part 41). Furthermore, when the package body 40 is provided with the cover 42, the lift unit 50 can be packaged in the package body 40 by closing the cover 42 (not shown) with the lift unit 50 lowering the pull-out port 43. When the package body 40 is in the second form (a form for pulling out the wire 10), the lifting unit 50 is in a state of raising the pull-out opening 43, and the pull-out opening 43 is higher than the uppermost part of the package body 40 in the first form. The position located at the highest position of the package body 40; when the lid 42 is provided, it is the upper surface of the lid 42; when there is no lid 42, it is the upper edge of the main body 41). Furthermore, when the package body 40 is provided with the cover 42, when the package body 40 is deformed from the first form to the second form, after the cover 42 is opened, the lifting unit 50 is used to position the pull-out opening 43 at a relatively high position. high position.

52。The lifting unit 50 includes a moving body 51 having a pull-out opening 43 and a telescopic member 52 .

The moving body 51 is a member that moves (raises and lowers) in the up and down direction. When the packaging body 40 is in the first form (a form for packaging the wire rod 10 ), the movable body 51 is in a lowered position and is packaged in the main body 41 . When the package body 40 is in the second form (the form for pulling out the wire 10), the moving body 51 is in an elevated position and is higher than the uppermost part of the package body 40 in the first form. The moving body 51 has a pull-out opening 43 and a connection part 511. In the second embodiment, the pull-out opening 43 is not provided in the cover 42 of the packaging body 40 but is provided in the movable body 51 . The connection part 511 is a part which connects the pull-out opening 43 and the telescopic member 52. One end of the connection part 511 is connected to the pull-out opening 43, and the other end of the connection part 511 is connected to the telescopic member 52 (more specifically, the front end of the telescopic member 52). The pull-out opening 43 and the connection part 511 shown in FIGS. 12A to 12C are composed of the same member (rod-shaped member). However, the member constituting the pull-out opening 43 and the member constituting the connecting portion 511 may also be composed of different members (as will be described later; see FIG. 14C ).

As shown in FIG. 11A , when the packaging body 40 is in the first form (a form for packaging the wire rod 10 ), the movable body 51 is disposed below the front end of the holding portion 413 . Thereby, in the first form, the wire 10 of the winding body 20 can be prevented from being detached from the holding portion 413 . However, in the first form, the moving body 51 may be disposed above the holding portion 413 (but below the uppermost portion of the packaging body 40 in the first form). In addition, as shown in FIG. 11A , when the packaging body 40 is in the first form (a form for packaging the wire rod 10 ), the moving body 51 is in contact with the upper surface of the winding body 20 (with the upper surface of the winding body 20 constituting the winding body 20 ). The wire 10 on the surface is in contact). Thereby, in the first form, the wire 10 of the wound body 20 can be suppressed, and the collapse of the wound body 20 can be suppressed. However, the moving body 51 does not need to be in contact with the wire 10 of the winding body 20 . If the moving body 51 is disposed below the front end of the holding part 413 , the wire 10 of the winding body 20 can be suppressed from being detached from the holding part 413 .

The telescopic member 52 is a member that telescopes in the up-down direction. The telescopic member 52 is a member that moves (raises and lowers) the moving body 51 in the up-and-down direction. The telescopic member 52 is a member along the up-down direction and extends upward from the bottom 411 . The lower end of the telescopic member 52 in the figure is fixed to the bottom 411. However, like the aforementioned holding portion 413 , the telescopic member 52 penetrates the bottom 411 of the packaging body 40 , and the telescopic member 52 is fixed at two locations: the bottom 411 and the lower plate portion 61 of the pallet 60 . This provides a structure in which the telescopic member 52 is less likely to fall. The moving body 51 (in detail, the connection part 511) is fixed to the upper end of the telescopic member 52. When the telescopic member 52 expands and contracts, the moving body 51 moves (lifts and lowers) in the up-and-down direction. The plurality of telescopic members 52 are arranged outside the winding body 20 and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction so as to surround the winding body 20 . Here, the four telescopic members 52 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees on the outer circumference of the winding body 20 .

FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram of an example of the structure of the telescopic member 52.

The telescopic member 52 has an upper member 521, a lower member 522, and a fixing part 523. The upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are members along the up-down direction. By the upper member 521 sliding upward with respect to the lower member 522, the telescopic member 52 is extended. Furthermore, instead of sliding the upper member 521 and the lower member 522, the upper structural member 521 and the lower structural member 522 may be hinged together to expand the angle of the hinge (in other words, by connecting the upper member 521 and the lower structural member 522 in the folded state). The lower member 522 is unfolded) to allow the telescopic member 52 to extend. The telescopic member 52 can also be expanded in multiple stages by having a plurality of layers as shown in FIG. 13 . Here, the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are configured in a cylindrical shape, the outer diameter of the upper member 521 is smaller than the inner diameter of the lower member 522 , and the upper member 521 is arranged inside the lower member 522 . The fixing part 523 fixes the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 to fix the telescopic member 52 in an extended state. The fixing portion 523 in the figure is provided on the upper member 521 and has a protrusion that is pushed toward the outside by a spring. When the upper member 521 moves upward with respect to the lower member 522, the protrusion of the fixing portion 523 is inserted into the fitting hole of the lower member 522, whereby the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are fixed. In this way, it is desirable that the fixing portion 523 has a structure that automatically fixes the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 when the upper member 521 is moved to a predetermined position relative to the lower member 522 . This makes it easier to fix the telescopic member 52 in an extended state than when the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are fixed by, for example, screws. Especially in the case where a plurality of telescopic members 52 need to be simultaneously extended when the moving body 51 (pull-out port 43) is raised, if the fixing part 523 is configured to automatically fix the upper member 521 and the lower member 522, the moving body 51 ( The fixing operation becomes easier when the pull-out port 43) is raised.

Furthermore, the fixing part 523 is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 13 . For example, the fixing portion may be provided on the lower member 522 and have a protrusion that is pushed inward. The upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are fixed by the protrusion of the fixing portion being inserted into the fitting hole of the upper member 521 . In addition, the fixing part 523 is not limited to the structure in which the protrusion is pushed by a spring as shown in FIG. 13 . For example, a tapered portion may be provided on the outer surface of the upper member 521 or the inner surface of the lower member 522. By moving the upper member 521 upward relative to the lower member 522, the outer surface of the upper member 521 and the inner surface of the lower member 522 can be fitted. , so that the telescopic member 52 is fixed in an extended state. In this way, even if it is a structure in which the tapered surfaces are fitted together, when the upper member 521 is moved to a predetermined position relative to the lower member 522, the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 can be automatically fixed. However, the fixing part 523 is not limited to a structure that automatically fixes the upper member 521 and the lower member 522. The upper member 521 and the lower member 522 may also be fixed by, for example, screws, pins, latches, or the like. In addition, the upper member 521 and the lower member 522 are not limited to cylindrical members, and may be constituted by, for example, rod-shaped or plate-shaped members. In addition, the fixing part 523 may not be provided on the lifting unit 50 itself. However, if the lifting unit 50 is provided with the fixing part 523, the operation of fixing the telescopic member 52 in the extended state can be made easy.

14A to 14C are explanatory diagrams of modifications of the lifting unit 50.

511。The lifting unit 50 of the first modified example shown in FIG. 14A has a moving body 51 and a telescopic member 52 in which four telescopic members 52 are arranged at 90-degree intervals around the outer circumference of the winding body 20 . The moving body 51 has two intersecting cross-linked portions 512 . The cross-linking portion 512 is a portion that bridges the front ends of the two opposite telescopic members 52 . Each cross-linked portion 512 is composed of a pair of parallel rod members. The pull-out opening 43 is formed by the intersection of the two cross-linked portions 512, and the connecting portion 511 is formed by other portions.

Also in the second modification example shown in FIG. 14B , the lifting unit 50 includes the moving body 51 and the telescopic member 52 . In the second modification, the lifting unit 50 has two telescopic members 52, and a cross-linking part 512 is provided to bridge the front ends of the two telescopic members 52. In the second modification example, the pull-out opening 43 is formed in the central portion of the cross-linked portion 512, and the connecting portion 511 is formed at other locations. As shown in the second modified example, the telescopic members 52 may not be arranged at 90-degree intervals on the outer circumference of the winding body 20 .

Also in the third modification example shown in FIG. 14C , the lifting unit 50 includes the moving body 51 and the telescopic member 52 . The mobile body 51 of the third modification example has a pull-out port 43 composed of an annular member 513 and a rope member (corresponding to the connecting portion 511 ) that connects the pull-out port 43 (the annular member 513 ) and the telescopic member 52 . In this way, the pull-out port 43, the connecting part 511, etc. do not need to be comprised with a rod-shaped member.

In the second embodiment including the above-described first to third modification examples, like the first embodiment, the pull-out opening 43 of the second form is located at a higher position than the uppermost part of the packaging body 40 of the first form. Thereby, by deforming the packaging unit 1, the pull-out opening 43 can be set at a high position. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a structure such as an arm, and the pull-out performance of the wire can be improved. In addition, the second embodiment including the above-described first to third modifications is different from the first embodiment in that the packaging body 40 includes the moving body 51 having the pull-out opening 43 and the telescopic member 52 . Thereby, by extending the telescopic member 52, the pull-out opening 43 can be set at a high position. Furthermore, since the lifting unit 50 is packaged in the packaging body 40, when pulling out the wire 10, there is no need for a pull-out device having a different structure from the packaging unit 1 or the like. Furthermore, in the second embodiment including the above-described first to third modifications, as shown in FIG. 4 , it is desired that the angle θ 1 is equal to or greater than the angle θ 2 . Therefore, even in the second embodiment including the above-described first to third modifications, like the first embodiment, it is desirable that the height Z of the pull-out opening 43 is 1.5 times or more the height Y of the holding portion 413 .

===Others=== The above-described embodiments are used to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the interpretation of the present invention.
