Abstract

本發明係有關於一種用結合實質連續長絲纖維素所製成的非織造織物網狀物(nonwoven web),其特性可藉由修改網狀物結合材予以強化。此網狀物是用:最初的片材形成之前及期間長絲的實體的交雜、長絲間的氫鍵結合(在網狀物乾燥期間發展出來的)及經由合併的長絲產生的結合(在纖維形成處理和網狀物形成處理期間發展出來的)等處理的組合來結合。非必要地,後網狀物形成步驟(譬如,水力纏絡(hydroentanglement)、針扎(needle-punching)、黏劑結合及/或化學結合)亦可被使用。氫鍵結合在處理纖維素纖維和水時自然地發生。相較於其它結合處理的貢獻而言,該氫鍵結合對於該非織造織物網狀物的整體抗拉強度效能的貢獻很小。長絲的合併程度可藉由在長絲最初的敷設(initial laydown)以形成該網狀物之前及期間調整處理條件來加以控制。對於以萊賽爾為主的技術(Lyocell-based Technology)而言,在最初的擠出之後但在敷設之前將凝結液(coagulation liquor)施加至長絲(例如,透過噴灑系統)可被用來對合併的長絲的長度實施高程度的控制。合併的長絲的結合的控制與其它結合處理的結合將產生具有強化特性的非織造織物網狀物。這些強化是無法用任何單一結合技術產生的。
與包含實質連續長絲纖維素的非織造織物網狀物的結合機制和特性關係有關的教示相當少。
有一些和包含熱塑性纖維的非織造織物網狀物有關的教示。例如,US 4,741,941建議了實體上的交纏(physical entanglement)和合併的長絲(merged filaments)這兩者都存在於熔噴的(meltblown)且紡絲結合的聚烯烴中。US5,173,356提到實體的交纏和合併的或熔融的長絲這兩者來提供一些強度或完整性。然而,合併對於不是熱塑性的纖維素長絲而言並不是一項被預期的特性。
對於纖維素纖維而言,氫鍵結合是一種習知的結合技術,其被使用在紙和非織造織物處理和產品這兩者中。例如,US6,485,667教導了在高溫使用壓緊的無塵紙(airlaid pulp)來製造只用氫鍵結合來結合的非織造織物網狀物。US 9,309,627顯示使用木漿和萊賽爾纖維這兩者於一氫鍵結合的結構中。US 6,675,702請求一種用於短纖維素纖維(即,非本發明的實質連續的材料)的合併的長絲結合,其使用極高壓力的壓緊,但得到極低的濕強度的結果。US 9,339,581教導將纖維素纖維與熱塑性纖維混合,這允許氫鍵結合和合併的長絲結合這兩者。 問題
非織造織物網狀物被使用於許多應用中。這些應用對於柔軟度、剛性、尺寸穩定性、濕度管理及各種其它特性有不同的要求。在一些例子中,目前的非織造織物技術無法獲得最佳特性。詳言之,獲得下列特性的組合是所想要的,但以目前的技術是不可能的: ˙質輕且具吸水性 ˙質輕、具吸水性且有足夠的抗拉強度 ˙質輕、具吸水性、有足夠的強度和純度(沒有使用化學處理) ˙良好的剛性和吸水性 ˙良好的剛性、吸水性和快速芯吸速率(wicking rate) ˙可接受的柔軟度、垂延性及尺寸穩定度 ˙沒有不想要的額外化學處理來達到所要求的特性 ˙可生物分解及/或可作堆肥、具吸水性及質輕 ˙可持續的來源、具吸水性及質輕。
本發明的一個目的是要提供一種非織造織物網狀物,其包含實質連續纖維素纖維,以提供比目前可獲得纖維範圍更廣的特性。這是藉由一非織造織物材料來達成,該非織造織物材料由一或多層實質連續纖維素長絲非織造織物網狀物所構成,其特徵在於在每一層內發生:a)氫鍵結合,其因為在水中的纖維素中有羥基而被自然地提供、b)長絲交雜及c)合併的長絲結合這三種結合機制的每一種結合機制,用以將實質連續纖維素長絲結合在一起。
在本發明的一較佳的實施例中,該層的數目是一層。在本發明的另一較佳的實施例中,該層的數目是至少兩層,較佳地介於兩層和十層之間,更佳地係介於2層和6層之間。在本發明的一可能的實施例中,這些層的兩層或更多層係用合併的長絲結合、氫鍵結合及長絲交雜來結合在一起。在一較佳的實施例中,在該材料內的所有層都是用相同的結合技術結合在一起;在另一較佳的實施例中則只有2或3層是用相同的技術結合在一起;在另一較佳的實施例中不同的技術被用來結合這些層。網狀物層的結合和結合提供對於材料構造(外觀)、材料厚度/材料密度(在給定的基礎重量下,層的數量愈多則可達成的厚度愈大,且可達成的密度愈低)、材料透氣性(和厚度的道理相同)及材料的抗拉效能(層的數量愈多則可達成的材料抗拉強度愈高)有更大範圍的控制。
在本發明的一較佳的實施例中,該非織造織物材料進一步被水力纏絡(hydroentangled)及/或水針(spunlaced)及/或針合(needled)及/或針扎(needle-punched)、及/或用黏劑及/或其它化學結合技術結合。這些額外的處理提供更大可能範圍的物理特性變化。在一實施例中,該材料可用水力纏絡處理來額外地處理,其可提供額外的強度且去除任何鬆脫的微粒。這將提供適合用於醫療傷口照護吸收墊之具有低微粒數的強軔材料。在另一實施例中,該材料可接受針扎的額外處理,這可提供一極為緻密的結構,它在與其流體芯吸特性相結合時可被用作為一用於螢光筆的可生物分解的扁平的筆頭。在另一實施例中,該材料可接受黏膠結合的額外處理,這可提供一可被用作為建築材料中的紗幕(scrim)之極為堅硬的結構,以允許灰泥(stucco)材料能夠被更均勻地分佈並提供一基底(matrix)讓灰泥材料更牢靠地固定至牆上。上面的實施例描述並不是限制性的,它們是要描述水力纏絡及/或水針(spunlaced)及/或針合及/或針扎等額外處理、及/或黏劑及/或其它化學結合技術如何能夠讓本發明有更大範圍的物理特性修改。
較佳地,該非織造織物材料進一步接受後處理,譬如像是化學處理或電漿處理(亦被稱為電暈表面處理),用以施加或強化本發明的某些物理或化學特性。在一實施例中,該材料可用蠟來化學地處理,這將會將低該材料的吸水能力,甚至得到一疏水性材料。在另一實施例中,該材料可接受表面電漿處理,這將施加一不同的化學及物理特性至該表面上,以允許對合成物薄膜有更好的黏著性,得到一在一側面具有更快的流體芯吸特性且在另一側面有流體阻障性的材料以防止流體傳遞通過該材料。上面的實施例描述不是限制性的,它們是要描述化學處理及/或電漿處理等額外處理如何能夠讓本發明有更大範圍的物理及化學特性修改。
在本發明的一特殊的實施例中,至少一實質連續纖維素長絲的網狀物且較佳地是所有網狀物包括萊賽爾長絲。
依據本發明的該纖維素長絲可包含已被結合到該長絲內的黏劑。此等黏劑以及將其結合至萊賽爾材料內的方法原則上對於專家而言是已知的。這些黏劑可被用來修改該材料的既有化學及/或物理特性、或者施加新的化學及/或物理特性給該材料。
纖維素纖維可用各種處理來產生。在一實施例中,一萊賽爾纖維藉由一熔噴處理從溶解於N-甲基嗎福林N-氧化物(NMMO)中的纖維素中紡出來,原則上可從EP1093536 B1,EP2013390B1及EP2212456 B1中知道。當熔噴(meltblown)一詞被使用時,它將被理解為一種處理,其近似或類似於用於製造合成的熱塑性纖維(長絲是在壓力下被推擠通過噴嘴且藉由實質平行於該長絲方向流動之高速/高溫拉伸空氣而被拉伸成所想要的程度)的處理,即使是纖維素被溶解成溶液(即,不是熔融的熱塑性體)且旋轉和空氣溫度只被溫和地升高。因此,“溶液噴吹(solution blown)”一詞也許更是合本文,而不是“熔噴”一詞(因其對於這些種類的技術而言已變成是常見的)。為了本發明的目的,這兩個用詞可被當作同義詞使用。在另一實施例中,該網狀物是用紡黏(spun bonding)處理來形成,其中長絲是用低溫空氣來拉伸。大致而言,經過紡黏的合成纖維比熔噴的合成纖維(其通常是分散的短的長度)長。用溶液噴吹萊賽爾處理所形成的纖維可以是連續的或分離的,這取決於處理條件,譬如拉伸空氣速度、空氣壓力、空氣溫度、溶液的黏性、纖維素分子重量及它們的分佈和組合。
在一用於製造非織造織物的網狀物的實施例中,在擠製之後但在形成網狀物之前,纖維係藉由噴灑來與非溶劑,譬如水(或水/NMMO混合物)相接觸。纖維後續被一多孔的支撐件取出以形成非織造織物的網狀物、然後被清洗且被乾燥。
剛剛被擠製出來的萊賽爾溶液(‘溶劑紡(solvent spun)’,它將只包含例如5-15%的纖維素),其表現出與‘黏黏的’且可變形的熱塑性長絲類似的特性。在該剛剛被紡絲出來的長絲(freshly-spun filaments)仍與溶劑以及與一‘黏黏的’表面在一均勻的低壓下一起腫脹的同時,促使該剛剛被紡絲出來的長絲彼此接觸將促使合併的長絲結合,其中來自一個長絲的分子與來自一不同的長絲的分子不可逆地混合。一但該溶劑被移除且長絲的凝結完成,此類的結合即不可能。
本發明的另一個目的是要提供一種用來製造主要包含連續的纖維素長絲的非織造織物的材料的處理,其步驟有: a.準備一含有纖維素的紡絲溶液, b.將該紡絲溶液壓擠通過至少一包含緊密地間隔的熔噴噴嘴的噴絲嘴(spinneret), c.用高速空氣噴流來減緩被擠出來的紡絲溶液, d.將網狀物形成在一移動的表面上(如,一多孔的皮帶或滾筒上), e.清洗該被形成的網狀物, f.將該清洗過的網狀物乾燥, 其中在步驟c.及/或d中,在萊爾賽處理中的凝結液(即,能夠造成被溶解的纖維素凝結的液體)(其較佳地是水或用水稀釋的NMMO溶液)被施加,用以控制被合併的長絲結合。被合併的長絲結合的量直接取決於當長絲接觸時長絲的凝結。在該凝結處理中,長絲愈早接觸則長絲可能的合併程度就愈大。凝結液施放地點和施加液體的施放速度可加快或減慢凝結速率。這可控制發生在材料中的合併的長絲結合的程度(量)。
較佳地,該被合併的長絲結合可用長絲紡絲噴嘴設計和配置以及長絲延伸空氣的組態和溫度來進一步控制。在溶液離開紡絲噴嘴時存在的分子對齊的程度對凝結速率(coagulation rate)有影響。分子愈是對齊,凝結速率就愈快,相反地,分子對齊的愈少,則凝結速率就愈慢。紡絲噴嘴設計和配置以及所使用的纖維素原材料的分子重量將決定在紡絲噴嘴出口處的啟始凝結速率。此外,紡絲噴嘴出口處的溶液的冷卻(溫度下降)速率亦將對凝結速率有影響。冷卻速率愈慢,凝結速率就愈慢,相反地,冷卻速率愈快,凝結速率也就愈快。因此,長絲延伸空氣的組態會直接影響冷卻速率,因而影響凝結速率,而這會影響到可達成的合併的成絲結合的量。
在依據本發明的處理的較佳實施例中,至少兩個噴絲嘴(亦被稱為紡嘴)(較佳地介於2個至10個之間,更佳地介於2個至6個之間,每一個噴絲嘴被設置在形成一層非織造織物的網狀物)被用來獲得多層的非織造織物的材料。藉由在各個噴絲嘴施加不同的處理條件,可獲得個別的層具有不同特性之多層非織造織物的材料。這對於依據本發明的非織造織物的材料用於不同的應用的最佳化很有用。在一實施例中,這可藉由讓每一個別的網狀物具有一比在其上方的網狀物的標準長絲直徑小的長絲直徑來提供從該材料的一側到另一側的長絲直徑的梯度,這可製造一適合用作為空氣過濾媒介物的材料,其將提供孔隙(捕捉微粒的大小)的梯度。相較於在相同基礎重量和孔隙大小分布基礎下具有類似特性的單片網狀物,這將提供一有效的過濾處理並且獲得一較低的跨越該過濾媒介物的壓降。
較佳地,長絲係使用纖維素在液體氧化胺中的溶液來紡絲且該凝結液是水,較佳地具有不會溶解纖維素的氧化胺成分,其亦被稱為萊爾賽處理;此溶液的製造原則上是已知的,如從US 6,358,461、US 7,067,444、US 8,012,565、US 8,191,214、US 8,263,506及US 8,318,318中得知,較佳地該氧化胺是NMMO。
本發明描述一種用熔噴或紡絲結合式處理製造的纖維素非織造網狀物。被製造的長絲在該處理的不同時點,尤其是在一開始的網狀物形成之前和期間,接受接觸及/或緊湊(compaction)及/或交雜(intermingling)處理。當一高比例的溶劑仍然存在且仍然和該溶劑一起腫脹的時候,長絲之間的接觸會造成合併的長絲結合發生。溶劑存在的量以及(例如,延伸空氣所造成的)溫度及接觸壓力控制了此結合的量。
詳言之,長絲交雜的量和氫鍵結合受到合併的長絲結合的程度所限制。這是長絲表面積的減少和長絲的可撓曲程度的降低所造成的結果。例如,當合併的長絲結合的程度增加時,整體表面的量會減少,且纖維素形成氫鍵結合的能力直接取決於存在於纖維素表面上的羥基的數量。此外,長絲交雜是在長絲接觸該形成皮帶時發生的。長絲是在一比該形成皮帶還快的速率下移動。因此,當長絲接觸該皮帶時,它將在該形成皮帶上面彎曲且左右及前後搖晃。在此彎曲且搖晃期間,長絲將與鄰近的長絲交雜在一起。如果長絲在該形成皮帶之前即已接觸及合併的話,則這會限制可與其相交雜的鄰近長絲的數量。此外,在接觸該形成皮帶之前已合併的長絲不具有和單一長絲相同的可撓曲程度且這將限制該長絲彎曲和搖晃的總面積。

在本發明的較佳實施例中,非織造織物的材料是在後續的結合/處理之前被乾燥。

本發明描述一種處理和產品,其中合併的長絲結合、實體交雜和氫鍵結合可被獨立地控制。然而,合併的長絲結合的程度可限制發生的實體交雜和氫鍵結合的程度。此外,對於多層網狀物產品的製造而言,處理條件可被調整,用以將層與層之間的這些結合機制最佳化。這可包括在必要時修改層的剝離(delamination)容易度。
除了合併的長絲、交雜和氫鍵結合如上文所述被獨立地設定之外,額外的結合/處理步驟可選擇性地被添加。這些結合/處理步驟可在該網狀物仍用水濕潤、或被乾燥(完全乾燥或部分乾燥)時實施。這些結合/處理步驟可增加額外的結合及/或其它網狀物特性修改。這些其它的結合/處理步驟包括水力纏絡(hydroentangling)或水針(spunlacing)、針合法(needling)或針扎法、黏劑結合或化學結合。如熟習此技藝者所熟悉的,各種對於網狀物的後製處理亦可被實施,用以達成特定的產品效能。相反地,當不需要後製處理時,在製造期間直接對本發明的網狀物實施精製處理及其它化學處理是可能的,其在例如用一後製處理水力纏絡處理步驟來實施時將不會被移除掉。
改變合併的長絲結合的程度可為非織造織物的纖維素網狀物提供關於柔軟度、剛性、尺寸穩定度及各式其它特性的獨一無二的特性特徵。特性亦可藉由在一開始的網狀物形成之前和期間改變實體交雜的程度來加以改變。影響氫鍵結合亦是可能的,但這對於網狀物特性的所欲達成的效果是很小的。此外,特性可藉由包括一額外的結合/處理步驟(譬如,水力纏絡、針扎、黏劑及化學結合)來加以進一步被調整。每一種結合/處理都可對非織造織物的網狀物提供好處。例如,水力纏絡可增加一些長度並讓網狀物軟化以及可修改總體密度(bulk density);針合法典型地被用於較高的基礎重量且被用來提供額外的強度;黏劑及化學結合可增加強度和表面處理這兩者,譬如黏性材料、增黏劑、或甚至是表面潤滑劑。
先前技術,例如,US 6,675,702,教示對於100%的纖維素纖維或長絲而言,氫鍵結合和合併的長絲結合不是獨立的,而是相關聯的。亦即,操縱合併的長絲結合而不顯著地影響到氫鍵結合是不可能的。本發明允許獨立地控制關鍵的網狀物結合特徵:合併的長絲、在網狀物形成時的交雜、氫鍵結合及非必要的額外的下游處理。合併的長絲結合的操縱可被改變,用以有力地掌控非織造織物的網狀物的特性。
由本發明的各式實施例獲得的產品對於下列終端用途(但不侷限於這些終端用途)而言是最佳的: ˙濕巾;乾式、濕式、清潔、消毒劑、個人照護 ˙過濾器;空氣及液體 ˙乾衣機衣物柔軟片 ˙染料吸片 ˙美容面膜 ˙傷口照護吸收層 ˙濕度管理層;可拋式及可重複使用的嬰兒尿片、女性衛生墊及/或成人失禁產品。
因此,本發明的另一項目的是依據本發明的非織造織物的材料的用途,用以藉由增加至少一種選自於包含清潔劑、殺菌劑、除臭劑、消毒劑、增濕劑和卸妝劑的群組的添加物來製造一清潔的濕巾。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造用於各式居家、機構及工業清潔、拋光或表面處理應用的乾式清潔抹布。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造用於各式需要吸水及/或吸油的清潔應用的乾式清潔抹布。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造一種最終可被乾式包裝起來且在使用之前可用水活化的清潔抹布。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造一種空氣過濾媒介物或液體過濾媒介物。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來藉由用下列至少一種化學物:防靜電劑、季節性柔軟劑及/或蠟浸泡該非織造織造的材料來製造乾衣機衣物柔軟片。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造傷口照護吸收層。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來藉由用藥物活性成分後製處理該非織造織造的材料來製造傷口照護吸收層。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造用於可拋式或可重複使用的嬰兒尿片、女性衛生墊及/或成人失禁產品的濕度管理層。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用於碳化以製造一碳化的網狀物。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來藉由用一或多種來自於包含已知的化學物及聚合物染料轉印抑制劑、染料吸收器及清除劑、漂白水和氧化活性劑或其它化學物的製劑群組的製劑浸泡來製造染料吸片。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造美容面膜片,其用各式護膚及美白乳液或液體浸泡。
此外,依據本發明的非織造織物的材料可被用來製造美容面膜片,其可進一步被乾式包裝且在使用之前用水活化。
本發明現將用實例來例示。這些實例並不會以任何方式限制本發明的範圍。本發明亦包括基於相同發明概念的任何其它實施例。 實例
下文中所討論的所有實例都是在溫度23℃ (±2℃)及相對濕度50%(±5%)下持續24小時。 實例1
一種纖維素非織造織物的網狀物用下面的步驟來製造: ˙用已知的方法噴灑含有10%纖維素的萊賽爾紡絲溶液(spinning solution) ˙再次使用已知的方法將該紡絲溶液推擠通過緊密地相間隔的熔噴噴嘴且用高速空氣流來減緩被擠出的紡織溶液 ˙該網狀物被形成在一移動中的皮帶上、被清洗和乾燥、賦予一40gsm的網狀物重量及約5微米的未合併的長絲的平均直徑。
在該網狀物的製備期間,五個不同數量的初始凝結噴灑物在長絲擠製與開始網狀物形成之間被施加。在該五個施加平面的每一施加平面收集網狀物樣本。
在每一樣本中的長絲的合併程度是用下面的方法來評估: ˙該網狀物的一1公分×1公分(在溫度23℃(±2℃)及相對濕度50%(±5%)下持續24小時)樣本被安放在一顯微鏡的載玻片上的蓋玻片底下且額外地被一62.6克的框固定(參見圖1)。圖1顯示具有固定框之用於顯微鏡檢查的網狀物樣本的準備。該樣本然後用一光學顯微鏡以100倍放大率來進行檢查。從此樣本的影像看出,一個1mm×1mm的方形網狀物被隨機的選改且兩條對角線被畫在此方形上。 ˙300微米的深度可看到的(個別的及合併成束的)長絲的數量(其與對角線相交)被計數且這些個別的長絲及合併的長絲束的每一者的直徑被測量(參見圖2)。圖2顯示一評估‘等效平均長絲直徑’因子的方法(樣本尺寸為1公釐×1公釐正方形,放大倍率100倍),其具有網狀物樣本評估區域(1),尺寸為1公釐×1公釐;評測線(2)-與這些線相交的所有長絲都被計數且被測量;及與該評測線相交的單一長絲或合併的長絲束(3)的例子;等效直徑據此被加以測量。此數據然後被用來計算一‘等效平均長絲直徑’因子(所有直徑測量值的總和除以被測得的物件數)。 ˙對同一網狀物的另外兩個樣本重複該處理且個別數據被結合以確保獲得代表性的結果。
和個別長絲的平均直徑相較,該‘等效平均長絲直徑’因子愈大,則合併長絲存在的比例就愈大。‘等效平均長絲直徑’因子接近個別長絲的平均直徑代表一極低的合併的長絲發生率。
網狀物的實例是在溫度23℃(±2℃)及相對濕度50%(±5%)的條件下被處理,然後接受抗拉特性及剛性測試。抗拉特性係依據DIN EN 29 073 part 3/ISO 9073-3的標準方法來測量,但使用的是8公分的夾鉗而不是20公分的夾鉗。剛性是依據WSP 90.3的標準方法用“Handle-o-meter”(例如可從設在美國紐澤西州NJ 08091 West Berlin市West Collings 街的Thwing-Albert Instrument公司購得),其具有1/4英吋的槽寬,不銹鋼表面,1000克的樑。
結果被示於表1中。樣本編號1.3是‘標準’,其它測試結果都和它相比較。
該等結果清楚地顯示,當用‘等效平均長絲直徑’測量時,降低的凝結液噴灑可提高長絲合併的程度。這是由網狀物特性的改變來達成。在這些實施例中,在長絲合併被提高下,抗拉強度和剛性被提高,而伸長率被降低。 實例2
網狀物製造在實例1的條件下被實施,唯一的差異在於噴嘴之間的距離是實例1中所用的熔噴噴嘴的距離的2倍。網狀物樣本係用和實例1相同的方式來加以分析。
結果被顯示在表2中。測試結果被拿來和實例1的標準樣本1.3相比較。
結果顯示,在這些操作條件下,增加的噴嘴間距可降低長絲合併的程度,且當和高程度的初始凝結液噴灑相結合時,給出一用等效平均長絲直徑’技術測量時只具有極低的合併的長絲數量的網狀物。網狀物特性的趨勢和實例1中發現的類似。

Claims (23)

  1. 一種非織造織物材料,包含兩層或多層實質連續的纖維素長絲熔噴的非織造織物的網狀物,其特徵在於在每一層內發生:a)氫鍵結合、b)實體上的長絲交雜及c)合併的長絲結合,這三種結合機制的每一種結合機制,用以將實質連續的纖維素長絲結合在一起,其中,該等實質連續的纖維素長絲熔噴的非織造織物的網狀物中的至少兩層具有不同的長絲直徑,以及不同的特性。
  2. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其中該層的數目是介於2層至10層之間。
  3. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其中該層的數目是2層至6層。
  4. 如請求項第1或2項之非織造織物材料,其中2層或更多層是用合併的長絲結合、氫鍵結合及長絲交雜來結合在一起。
  5. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其進一步被水力纏絡處理(hydroentangled)及/或水針處理(spunlaced)及/或針合處理(needled)及/或針扎處理(needlepunched)、及/或用黏劑及/或其它化學結合技術結合。
  6. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其進一步已接受後製處理的化學處理或電漿處理。
  7. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其中該等實質連續的纖維素長絲熔噴的非織造織物的網狀物的至少一者,包含萊賽爾長絲(lyocell filaments)。
  8. 如請求項第1項之非織造織物材料,其中所有該等實質連續的纖維素長絲熔噴的非織造織物的網狀物都包含萊賽爾長絲(lyocell filaments)。
  9. 一種如請求項第1至8項中任一項的非織造織物材料用於製造清潔濕巾的用途,其藉由添加至少一種選自於包含清潔劑、殺菌劑、除臭劑、消毒劑、增濕劑、卸妝劑、和水的群組的添加物來製造該清潔濕巾。

  11. 一種如請求項第1至8項中任一項的非織造織物材料用於製造各式需要吸水及/或吸油的清潔應用的乾式清潔抹布的用途。
  12. 一種如請求項第1至8項中任一項的非織造織物材料用於製造清潔抹布的用途,該清潔抹布可藉由添加至少一化學添加物而被塗覆一實質上乾的乳液配方,該清潔抹布最終可被乾式包裝起來且在使用之前可被液體地活化。
  13. 一種如請求項第1至8項中任一項的非織造織物材料用於製造空氣過濾媒介物的用途。
