Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , FIG. 1 shows the main structure of the stretchable conductive substrate Z of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows one of the wire designs on the stretchable conductive substrate Z. As shown in the above figures, the stretchable conductive substrate Z mainly includes a substrate 1 and a first circuit layer 2 . The substrate 1 has a plurality of predetermined areas 100, which may be the disposition areas of electronic devices such as light-emitting elements and sensors, but are not limited thereto. The first circuit layer 2 is formed on the substrate 1 , and defines a conductive contact group 21 and at least one elastic wire structure 22 connected to the conductive contact group 21 in each predetermined area 100 . In actual application, the conductive contact set 21 may include a plurality of conductive contacts 211, which may be used as connection interfaces and/or signal transmission interfaces of electronic devices; the conductive contacts 211 may exist in the form of contact pads, but not limited thereto. It should be noted that the number and distribution positions of the conductive contacts 211 and the elastic wire structures 22 in each predetermined area 100 are not particularly limited, and can be adjusted and designed according to actual needs.

60%。It is worth mentioning that the elastic wire structure 22 has at least one patterned line segment 221, so it has good stretch recovery performance, can withstand a certain degree of stretch deformation, even if it is stretched, it will only cause a small change in impedance; In the test, the elongation rate of the elastic wire structure 22 along a length direction of the substrate 1 is 0% to 60%.

In this embodiment, the substrate 1 can be an elastic substrate with bendable and stretchable properties, the substrate 1 has a first surface 101 (such as the upper surface) and a second surface 102 (the lower surface) opposite, and the first The circuit layer 2 is formed on the first surface 101 of the substrate 1 for providing conductive contacts and signal transmission lines. In actual application, the material of the substrate 1 can be enumerated: polyethylene terephthalate (Polyethylene terephthalate, PET), polymethyl methacrylate (Polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA), polyimide (Polyimide, PI) and Polycarbonate (Polycarbonate, PC); the material of the first circuit layer 2 can include gold, silver, copper and other metals with good electrical conductivity and their alloys. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned examples.

221。Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2 , the patterned line segment 221 of the elastic wire structure 22 has at least one first curved portion 221A and at least one second curved portion 221B connected, wherein the curvature of the first curved portion 221A is smaller than that of the second curved portion 221A. The curvature of the curved portion 221B, and the curved direction of the first curved portion 221A is different from the curved direction of the second curved portion 221B. Preferably, the curvature of the first curved portion 221A is 0.1 mm to 10 mm, that is, the movable stretching margin of the first curved portion 221A is small, and the curvature of the second curved portion 221B is 0.5 mm to 15 mm, that is, the second The movable stretching margin of the curved portion 221B is relatively large. With such a structural design, the structural weakness of the wire can be reduced or even eliminated, thereby greatly reducing the risk of the wire breaking during stretching, and allowing the wire to have good stretch recovery performance and electrical stability (stretched state The lower impedance changes very little). It should be noted that when the number of the first curved portion 221A and the second curved portion 221B are two or more, their arrangement is not particularly limited; for example, two first curved portions 221A and the two second bent portions 221B may be arranged in an ABAB or ABBA manner to form the patterned line segment 221 .

Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , which show other possible structures of the conductive substrate Z. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the stretchable display module P of the present invention may further include a second circuit layer 4 to enhance the flexibility of circuit layout design. The second wiring layer 4 can be formed on the first surface 101 of the substrate 1 in a manner avoiding the location of the first wiring layer 2, that is, the second wiring layer 4 and the first wiring layer 2 are mutually formed on the first surface 101 of the substrate 1. not overlap; alternatively, the second circuit layer 4 can be formed on the second surface 102 of the substrate 1 .

Furthermore, the second circuit layer 4 may include a plurality of signal transmission lines 41 for transmitting electrical signals (current signals or voltage signals). It is worth mentioning that the signal transmission line 41 can adopt the wire design described in this embodiment (that is, the patterned line segment 221 has a first curved portion 221A with a smaller curvature and a second curved portion 221B with a larger curvature), so as to obtain the same or similar technical effects. In practical applications, under the framework shown in FIG. 3 , the second circuit layer 4 can form an electrical connection with the first circuit layer 2 in a direct contact manner. In addition, under the architecture shown in FIG. 4 , the second circuit layer 4 can be electrically connected to the first circuit layer 2 through one or more via holes (not shown in the figure); One conductive contact 211 can form an electrical connection with one of the signal transmission lines 41 through a corresponding via hole.

Although the extension direction of the signal transmission line 41 shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 is parallel to the length direction of the substrate 1, according to different circuit layout designs, the extension direction of the signal transmission line 41 can also be perpendicular to the length of the substrate 1. direction.

Second embodiment]

Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 together with FIG. 1 . FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show another wire design on the stretchable conductive substrate Z. As shown in the above figures, the stretchable conductive substrate Z mainly includes a substrate 1 and a first circuit layer 2 . The substrate 1 has a plurality of predetermined areas 100, the first circuit layer 2 is formed on the substrate 1, and a conductive contact group 21 and at least one elastic wire connected to the conductive contact group 21 are defined in each predetermined area 100 Structure 22. The elastic wire structure 22 has at least one patterned line segment 221 to have good stretch recovery performance, and the stretch rate of the elastic wire structure 22 along a length direction of the substrate 1 is 0% to 60%. The relevant technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not repeated here to reduce repetition. Correspondingly, the related technical details mentioned in this embodiment can also be applied in the first embodiment.

In this embodiment, the patterned line segment 221 adopts different structural designs, that is, the patterned line segment 221 has a plurality of hollow pattern units 221C, and the plurality of hollow pattern units 221C are connected to each other and arranged linearly along the length direction of the substrate 1; the hollow pattern The shape of the unit 221C is N-gon, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. With such a structural design, the structural weakness of the wire can be reduced or even eliminated, thereby greatly reducing the risk of the wire breaking during stretching, and allowing the wire to have good stretch recovery performance and electrical stability (stretched state The lower impedance changes very little). It should be noted that the shape of the hollow pattern unit 221C is not particularly limited; for example, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , the shape of the hollow pattern unit 221C may be a quadrangle or a hexagon.

50%。Please refer to FIG. 7 to FIG. 10 , which show the optimized design of the main structure of the stretchable conductive substrate Z of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10 , the stretchable conductive substrate Z may further include an elastic conductive layer 3 , and the elastic conductive layer 3 is formed on the first circuit layer 2 . Furthermore, the elastic conductive layer 3 includes a plurality of elastic conductive structures 31, and each hollow pattern unit 221C includes a plurality of corner portions 2211 and a plurality of straight edge portions 2212, wherein there is a gap between any two adjacent corner portions 2211.
