Abstract

本發明是一種「重油當柴油使用」的配方與方法,柴油引擎的運作方式,是先將油和空氣的混合氣體,壓縮16~23倍,達到柴油的燃點T,,因而引爆柴油,並產生動力,這個溫度T不足以引爆重油,如果在重油裡面添加微量炸藥,則該溫度T可以引爆炸藥,然後再引爆重油,產生動力,也就是使重油可以當作柴油使用在柴油引擎中。

本發明是一種重油添加劑,可以讓重油當柴油使用。
本發明是一種重油配方,可以讓重油當柴油使用。
由於重油燃點較高,無法在柴油引擎中使用,只能當作低價的燃料使用。
在重油中添加0.001%~0.1%的微量炸藥,與空氣霧化,噴入在柴油引擎中,油與空氣的混合氣體被壓縮,溫度升高到400度C以上,炸藥引爆,然後,再引爆重油,就可以使重油代替柴油在柴油引擎中使用,這麼低濃度的炸藥,在常溫安定,震盪或撞擊也不會爆炸。
三硝基甲苯的爆炸化學式2C7H5N3O6→12CO+5H2+3N2+2C,所以它第一階段,它先分解成體積數百倍的氣體(這就是爆炸),這些氣體把油滴「炸開」成為數以百計的更小油滴,使其與空氣的接觸面積更大,更容易燃燒,而且,爆炸後產生的氣體,一氧化碳,氫氣都是易燃物,燃燒後,引爆重油與空氣的混合氣體,因而產生動力。
三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluend)在4500C爆炸,三硝基酚(trinitrophenol)在3200C爆炸,硝化甘油(trinitroglycerol)在1800C爆炸, 因此,但是在重油中的引爆溫度,與濃度有關引此,可以在適當場合選擇適當的炸藥與濃度。
在重油中添加0.01%三硝基甲苯,再代替柴油於柴油引擎中使用,確實可以讓柴油引擎順利運轉。

  1. 一種含有微量炸藥的重油,可以代替柴油,在柴油引擎中使用。
  2. 如專利申請範圍第一項之含有微量炸藥的重油,其中之炸藥包含:硝化甘油,三硝基甲苯,六硝基苯,三硝基苯,三硝基酚。
  3. 如專利申請範圍第一項之含有微量炸藥的重油,其中炸藥佔總量的0.001%到1%之間。
  4. 如專利申請範圍第一項之含有微量炸藥的重油,其中之微量炸藥可以直接溶解於重油中,也可以先溶解在有機溶劑,成為重油添加劑,再添加進重油中。
