Abstract

Description

基於不飽和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷酸酯(例如2-羥乙基-甲基丙烯酸酯-磷酸酯)在黏著劑或塗料樹脂等應用中是習知的附著力促進劑(promoter),對極性基材提供改善的附著力。另外地,基於(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷酸酯的引入可以改善基於乳液的塗料配方的腐蝕保護力,這是因為經改善的附著力。此外,習知基於磷的化合物可改善阻燃性質。將基於不飽和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷酸酯引入至聚合物樹脂中形成阻燃材料。阻燃性質尤其是在交通運輸與建築等複合應用中備受關注。在這些應用領域中,乙烯基酯與不飽和聚酯樹脂是主要使用的樹脂類型。這些樹脂通常含有作為反應性稀釋劑的苯乙烯。除苯乙烯外,亦使用其他反應性稀釋劑或反應性溶劑,例如乙烯基甲苯(vinyl toluene)或(甲基)丙烯酸酯。基於不飽和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷酸酯提供了賦予阻燃性質的反應性稀釋劑的選擇。這在需要同時具有阻燃性與光學透明度的應用領域備受關注。另外地,基於不飽和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷酸酯增強了纖維強化塑膠中的玻璃纖維的附著力。
對於固化複合樹脂,通常使用包含氧化劑(例如過氧化物)與可溶性鈷離子作為加速劑的氧化還原系統。加速劑增加了氧化劑在較低溫度下(例如室溫(RT))的活性,從而加快了固化速度。鈷離子能夠以鈷鹽及/或鈷錯合物的形式存在。
然而,與不飽和磷酸酯組合的複合樹脂與基於鈷的固化系統在標準室溫(RT)下並沒有完全固化。磷酸酯降低鈷錯合物的穩定性,並因而降低加速劑的活性。另外地,習知在沒有苯乙烯的情況下,經鈷加速的甲基乙基酮過氧化物(methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, MEKP)系統與丙烯酸單體有效形成自由基的能力相當低。目前最常見用於丙烯酸樹脂系統的引發劑/加速劑系統是具有三級胺加速劑的苯甲醯基過氧化物(benzoyl peroxide, BPO)。然而,由於可能與不飽和磷酸酯形成鹽及最終複合材料暴露於光或熱時已知的變色問題,胺的使用是較不理想的。
因此,本發明的目的是為這些磷酸酯反應性稀釋劑提供合適的加速劑系統。換言之,本發明所欲解決的問題是提供一種反應性稀釋劑系統,此反應性稀釋劑系統包括作為反應性稀釋劑之基於有機(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷化合物與最佳化的加速劑系統。
本發明已成功地達成此目的:發明人已意外地發現可以在溫和條件下(即透過室溫(RT)固化)藉由使用包含至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物與至少一種鈷或銅鹽或錯合物結合的加速劑系統而有效地固化包含基於有機(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷化合物之反應性稀釋劑系統與可固化樹脂組成物的樹脂組成物。

本發明是基於以下驚喜發現而建立:可以在溫和條件下(即通過室溫(RT)固化)透過使用包含至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物與至少一種選自鈷與銅的鹽或錯合物結合的加速劑系統而有效地固化包含基於有機(甲基)丙烯酸酯的磷化合物之反應性稀釋劑系統與可固化樹脂組成物的樹脂組成物。

該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)與過渡金屬鹽或錯合物(ii)的比可以在2:1至500:1的範圍內,較佳在10:1與300:1之間。該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)與過渡金屬鹽或錯合物(ii)的比在10:1至200:1是尤其較佳的。
反應性稀釋劑組成物(a)中的有機磷化合物與加速劑系統(b)中的金屬含量的比可以在80:1至4000:1的範圍內。
加速劑組成物可包含至少一種溶劑。用於鈷(或銅)化合物及用於鐵化合物的溶劑可以是相同或不同的,並可例如為羥基官能化(hydroxyl-functional)溶劑。

在加速劑組成物為加速劑溶液的情形中,鈷或銅的量可以是至少0.5 mmol/kg 含反應性稀釋劑的樹脂,較佳為至少2 mmol/kg。在加速劑溶液中鈷或銅的量較佳為小於200 mmol/kg樹脂,較佳為小於50 mmol/kg樹脂,且更佳為小於25 mmol/kg樹脂。
在加速劑組成物是加速劑溶液的情形中,鐵的量可以為至少0.0001 mmol/kg樹脂,更佳為至少0.01 mmol/kg樹脂。加速劑溶液中的鐵較佳為小於20 mmol/kg樹脂,更佳為小於10 mmol/kg樹脂,且最佳為小於1 mmol/kg樹脂。
將用於本發明的製程與組成物中的過渡金屬的總量較佳為0.5-100 mmol/kg含反應性稀釋劑的樹脂,更佳為1-50 mmol/kg,且最佳為1-10mmol/kg樹脂。
加速劑組成物可選地含有一或多個促進劑、鹼、水、抑制劑、添加物、及/或填料。
促進劑有三種重要的分類:銨、鹼金屬或鹼土金屬的羧酸鹽、含磷化合物與1,3-二酮。1,3-二酮的例子為乙醯丙酮(acetyl acetone)、苯甲醯丙酮(benzoyl acetone)與二苯甲醯甲烷(dibenzoyl methane),以及乙醯乙酸酯(acetoacetates)例如二乙基乙醯乙醯胺(diethyl acetoacetamide)、二甲基乙醯乙醯胺(dimethyl aceto-acetamide)、二丙基乙醯乙醯胺(dipropylacetoacetamide)、二丁基乙醯乙醯胺(dibutylacetoacetamide)、乙醯乙酸甲酯(methyl acetoacetate)、乙醯乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetoacetate)、乙醯乙酸丙酯(propyl acetoacetate)、與乙醯乙酸丁酯(butylacetoacetate)。

若加速劑組成物中存在一或多個促進劑,此促進劑的量較佳為至少0.01 wt%,更佳為至少0.1 wt%,再更佳為至少1 wt%,更佳為至少10 wt%,且最佳為至少20 wt%;較佳地不大於90 wt%,更佳地不大於80 wt%,且最佳地不大於70 wt%,全部基於加速劑組成物的總重量。

本發明的反應性稀釋劑系統特別地適合用於製備具有阻燃性質的複合樹脂及/或用於製備具有增強的玻璃纖維附著力的複合樹脂。
可固化樹脂組成物本發明亦有關於一種可固化樹脂組成物,其包含可固化樹脂及上述實施方式中的反應性稀釋劑系統。
在本發明的特定較佳實施方式中,通式(I)的有機磷化合物為2-羥乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯。
適合以本發明的反應性稀釋劑系統而固化的樹脂包括醇酸(alkyd)樹脂、不飽和聚酯(UP)樹脂、乙烯基酯(VE)樹脂、(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂、聚胺甲酸乙酯(polyurethane)、環氧樹脂、及其混合物。
較佳的樹脂為(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂、UP樹脂與乙烯基酯樹脂。在本申請的前後文中,術語「不飽和聚酯樹脂」及「UP樹脂」指不飽和聚酯樹脂與烯鍵式不飽和單體化合物的組合。術語「(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂」指丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸甲酯樹脂與烯鍵式不飽和單體化合物的組合。上述定義的UP樹脂與丙烯酸酯樹脂是習知的且可在市面上獲得。

樹脂組成物中包含的丙烯酸(acrylic)樹脂可選自由本領域中習知的熱固性丙烯酸樹脂或丙烯酸改性樹脂。丙烯酸樹脂包括丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、二丙烯酸酯與二甲基丙烯酸酯,及其寡聚物。寡聚丙烯酸酯可以是丙烯酸酯化的聚氨酯、環氧樹脂、聚酯、聚醚與丙烯酸。另外地,丙烯酸樹脂可以使用預反應的單體內聚合物(polymer-in-monomer)漿液,其係透過丙烯酸單體聚合而製成或透過不同丙烯酸單體的混合物共聚合至特定聚合度而製成。丙烯酸改性樹脂是一類相似於寡聚丙烯酸酯的樹脂,不同之處在於丙烯酸改性樹脂使用具有足夠的分子量的基礎樹脂而不被認為是寡聚物。製備丙烯酸改性樹脂的方法為本領域中具有通常知識者所習知。因此,丙烯酸改性樹脂可含有溶劑。溶劑樹脂系統可以是惰性的,或者它們可以在固化步驟期間與其發生反應。反應性溶劑或亦稱反應性稀釋劑是尤其較佳的。它們通常由烯鍵式不飽和單體化合物所組成。烯鍵式不飽和單體化合物的例子包括苯乙烯與苯乙烯衍生物例如α-甲基苯乙烯(a-methyl styrene)、乙烯基甲苯(vinyl toluene)、茚(indene)、二乙烯基苯(divinyl benzene)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮(vinyl pyrrolidone)、乙烯基矽氧烷(vinyl siloxane)、乙烯基己內醯胺(vinyl caprolactam)、二苯乙烯(stilbene),以及鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(diallyl phthalate)、二亞芐基丙酮(dibenzylidene acetone)、烯丙基苯(allyl benzene)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯(methylacrylate)、(甲基)丙烯酸((meth)acrylic acid))、二丙烯酸酯(diacrylates)、二甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯醯胺(acrylamides);乙酸乙烯酯(vinyl acetate)、氰脲酸三烯丙酯(triallyl cyanurate)、異氰脲酸三烯丙酯(triallyl isocyanurate)、用於光學應用的烯丙基化合物(allyl compounds)(例如(二)乙二醇碳酸二烯丙酯)((di)ethylene glycol diallyl carbonate),氯苯乙烯chlorostyrene)、苯乙烯叔丁酯(tert-butyl styrene)、丙烯酸叔丁酯(tert-butylacrylate)、二甲基丙烯酸丁二醇酯及其混合物。(甲基)丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑的合適例子為PEG200二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,3-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、2,3-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯及其異構物、二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、甘油二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、PPG250二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三環癸烷二羥甲基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,10-癸二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、四乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、環氧丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(雙)馬來醯亞胺、(雙)檸康醯亞胺((bis)citraconimides)、(雙)衣康醯亞胺((bis)itaconimides)及其混合物。
基於樹脂的重量,預加速樹脂中的烯鍵式不飽和單體的量較佳為至少0.1 wt%,更佳為至少1 wt%,且最佳為至少5 wt%。烯鍵式不飽和單體的量較佳地不大於50 wt%,更佳地不大於40 wt%,且最佳地不大於35 wt%。
此外,本發明提供一種雙組分組成物,其包含(a)上述的可固化樹脂組成物作為第一組分,以及(b)引發劑例如過氧化物作為第二組分。
適合用於固化樹脂並適合存在於雙組分組成物中的第二組分的過氧化物包括無機過氧化物與有機過氧化物,例如常用的酮過氧化物(ketone peroxide)、過氧化酯(peroxyesters)、二芳基過氧化物(diaryl peroxides)、二烷基過氧化物(dialkyl peroxides)、與過氧化二碳酸酯(peroxydicarbonates)、過氧化碳酸酯(peroxycarbonates)、過氧化縮酮(peroxyketals)、氫過氧化物(hydroperoxides)、二醯基過氧化物(diacyl peroxides)、與過氧化氫(hydrogen peroxide)。較佳的過氧化物為有機氫過氧化物、酮過氧化物、過氧化酯、與過氧化碳酸酯。更佳的是氫過氧化物與酮過氧化物。較佳的氫過氧化物包括枯基氫過氧化物(cumyl hydroperoxide)、1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基氫過氧化物、三級-丁基氫過氧化物、異丙基枯基氫過氧化物(isopropylcumyl hydroperoxide)、三級-戊基氫過氧化物、2,5-二甲基己基-2,5-二氫過氧化物、蒎烷氫過氧化物、對薄荷烷-氫過氧化物、萜烯-氫過氧化物與蒎烯氫過氧化物。較佳的酮過氧化物包括甲基乙基酮過氧化物、甲基異丙基酮過氧化物、甲基異丁基酮過氧化物、環己酮過氧化物、與乙醯丙酮過氧化物。亦可使用兩個或以上的過氧化物的混合物;例如氫過氧化物或酮過氧化物與過氧化酯的組合。
尤其較佳的一種過氧化物為甲基乙基酮過氧化物。熟習技藝者將了解的是這些過氧化物可以與傳統添加物組合,例如填料、色素、與阻遏劑(phlegmatizer)。阻遏劑的例子為親水性酯類與烴溶劑。用於固化樹脂的過氧化物的量較佳為至少0.1 每百分樹脂(per hundred resin, phr),更佳為至少0.5 phr,且最佳為至少1 phr。過氧化物的量較佳地不大於8 phr,更佳地不大於5 phr,最佳地不大於2 phr。
上述多個實施方式中的反應性稀釋劑系統及/或上述多個實施方式中的可固化樹脂組成物可用於製備具有阻燃性質的複合樹脂及/或用於製備具有增強的玻璃纖維附著力的複合樹脂。
用於製備固化複合樹脂組成物的方法在一另外的態樣中,本發明有關於用於製備固化複合樹脂組成物的方法,方法包含
(a) 提供上述的可固化樹脂組成物
(b) 可選地添加至少一種有機或無機添加物,以及
(c) 透過添加引發劑引發固化製程。
可在-15℃至高達250℃的任何溫度下進行固化製程,取決於引發劑系統、加速劑系統、適於固化速率的化合物、以及將被固化的樹脂組成物。較佳地,其是在應用用途中常用的環境溫度下進行,應用用途例如為手積層(hand lay-up)、噴塗(spray-up)、纏繞成型(filament winding)、樹脂轉送模製(resin transfer moulding)、塗佈(coating)(例如膠塗佈(gelcoat)與標準塗佈)、鈕扣製造、離心鑄造(centrifugal casting)、波形板(corrugated sheets)或平坦板(flat panels)、換襯(relining)系統、通過澆注化合物的廚房水槽等。然而,其亦可用於板材模製化合物(sheet moulding compounds, SMC)、塊材模製化合物(bulk moulding compounds, BMC)、拉擠成型(pultrusion)技術及其類似中,其中使用的溫度高達180℃,更佳地高達150℃,最佳地高達100℃。
固化製程中可使用其他可選的添加物,例如填料、纖維、色素、分散劑、抑制劑、助劑(co-agent)、及促進劑。纖維的例子為玻璃纖維、碳纖維、芳醯胺纖維、聚醯胺纖維、硼纖維、陶瓷纖維、金屬纖維、碳纖維、及天然纖維(例如黃麻、洋麻、工業用大麻、亞麻(亞麻纖維)、苧麻等)或其任何組合。纖維含量根據纖維種類、所使用的製造製程與最終應用領域而定。舉例而言,在SMC配方中,例如玻璃纖維含量較佳為高達35wt%,並結合高達40 wt%的高含量填料。SMC應用中的樹脂含量較佳為10wt%至20wt%之間。BMC配方含有較佳為60wt%的較高填料含量的與較佳為15wt%的較低的纖維含量。在手積層中,高達60wt%的纖維含量是較佳的。在噴塗應用中,主要使用短切玻璃纖維(chopped glass fibers)之30-35wt%的中等玻璃纖維含量是較佳的。在纏繞成型與拉擠成型中,使用30-80wt%的玻璃粗紗(glass rovings)。
引發劑可如上所定義。有利地,引發劑為有機過氧化物,較佳地係選自由甲基乙基酮過氧化物(MEKP)、苯甲醯基過氧化物(BPO)、異丙苯氫過氧化物(CuHP)、或其任何組合所組成的群組。
固化的 纖維強化複合樹脂組成物一般上,纖維強化樹脂(纖維強化塑膠-FRP)具有相對高強度、良好的產品表面條件、耐腐蝕性和耐化學性高等優點。具有這些優點,這些主要用作住宅材料、工業材料、槽體、容器、船隻、車輛、火車等中的部件。纖維強化樹脂包含作為粘合劑的合成樹脂和添加到其中的強化纖維,並被固化。若強化纖維與樹脂之間的附著性不足,它們的機械強度(包括剛性和柔韌性)通常不佳。
根據上述發現,本發明亦提供一種纖維強化材料,其包含
(a)聚合物樹脂,其係選自由(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂(UPR)或乙烯基酯樹脂(VER)所組成的群組;以及
(b)至少一種強化纖維材料,較佳為玻璃纖維;
可透過在引發劑的存在下,使用根據本發明的反應性稀釋劑系統固化組分(a)與組分(b)而獲得此纖維強化材料。
引發劑與固化條件可如上所記載。
用於纖維強化材料中的強化纖維可如上所定義。本發明的纖維強化材料中可使用任何可用於強化樹脂的普通纖維。具體地,它們可包括例如玻璃纖維、碳纖維、芳醯胺纖維、聚醯胺纖維、硼纖維、陶瓷纖維(例如碳化矽纖維、氧化鋁纖維)、金屬纖維、或天然纖維。這些強化纖維可具有紗線(yarns)、粗紗(rovings)、股線(strands)、短切股線(chopped strands)、紗布(yarn cloths)、粗紗布(roving cloths)等的任何形式。
纖維強化樹脂組成物可更包含至少一種填料。這些填料可選自由用於阻燃的氫氧化鋁(aluminum trihydroxide, ATH)或氧化銻、碳酸鈣、及/或高嶺土所組成的群組。替代地或除此之外,纖維強化樹脂亦可包含至少一種其他添加物,此添加物選自由抑制劑、阻滯劑、觸變劑(例如發煙矽石(fumed silica))、及/或UV吸收劑、或其混合物所組成的群組。
接下來,以非限制性實施例及示例性實施方式說明本發明。
實施例
表1:使用的組分
方法
塊狀聚合與聚合時間的測定
對於塊狀聚合,根據表2與表3混合UPR與反應性稀釋劑及/或磷酸酯化合物。加入加速劑或加速劑混合物,接著透過攪拌1分鐘使混合物均勻化,再加入引發劑溶液。再次攪拌混合物1分鐘,接著移至標準試管(18x180mm)中以監測聚合時間。借助溫度感測器記錄反應的溫度曲線。此溫度感測器位於第二個較小的管內,此管內裝有作為傳輸流體並固定在試管的中間的四乙二醇(tetraethylene glycol),並因此浸入樣品液體中足夠低的位置,從而能夠準確測量樣品溫度。測量的起點被認為是氧化還原組分的結合時間。最大反應溫度T
max的位置對應於聚合時間。
DSC測量(玻璃轉移溫度的測定)
在測定玻璃溫度之前,所有樣品在80℃下經後固化(post-cure)8小時。為了測定玻璃轉移溫度,採用了常用的分析方法差示掃描量熱法(differential scanning calorimetry, DSC)(參考文獻:Ehrenstein, Gottfried W. Riedel, Gabriela, Trawiel, Pia(2004);Thermal Analysis of Plastics-Theory and Practice, Hanser Publishers)。在氮氣下及-50℃至150℃的溫度範圍內以10K/分鐘(在快速冷卻後)的加熱速率在具有穿孔蓋的鋁坩堝內(具有液態氮冷卻的Mettler Toledo DSC儀器)分析由塊狀聚合製造的樣品。
機械性測試
根據ISO 527-2進行拉伸試驗。使用200 g的樹脂配方鑄造狗骨頭狀物。在拉伸試驗之前,所有樣品在烘箱中在80℃下經後固化24小時。
吸水性
將實施例A-C與參照品1的鑄造樣品材料浸入去礦物質水中,為時三週。於7天後及21天後稱重樣品,並記錄重量增加量。
結果:
從表2中所示的聚合時間測量可知,在磷化合物例如VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70M的存在下,不可能在標準條件下使用基於鈷的固化系統固化UPR。
結果:
實施例3至8表明,在不同的反應性稀釋劑濃度與基於Fe的加速劑的變化下,固化是可能的。
實施例3至8示出,在使用基於鈷與鐵之加速劑的上述加速劑系統時,含有20 wt%樹脂之VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70M的固化是可能的。比較實施例3與7亦示出根據加速劑的供應形式,Fe金屬含量可以顯著降低。Nouryact CF40作為反應性稀釋劑以0.8-0.9 mg/kg於甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯中供應。反應性稀釋劑提高加速劑在樹脂混合物中的反應性與溶解度。
UPR 2-VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70M新催化劑系統與機械性測試
依照表4與表5中記載的配方固化實施例9至11與參照品3。混合加速劑溶液,再添加到樹脂。將引發劑添加到加速後的樹脂中。在以50克的樹脂配方鑄造厚度為2 cm的層時,所有樹脂於室溫在2.5小時至3.5小時內固化。
實施例9至11固化良好,且機械數據與苯乙烯基參考品很好地吻合。實施例9與10的機械性質與純苯乙烯基參考系統相當。吸水量(water-uptake)隨著HEMA-P 量的增加而增加。

Claims (15)
- 如請求項1所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該反應性稀釋劑組成物(a)中存在的具有通式(I)之該有機磷化合物包含(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥烷基酯磷酸酯,較佳為甲基丙烯酸2-羥乙基酯磷酸酯。
- 如請求項1或請求項2所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該加速劑系統(b)中存在的該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)係選自由配位有單牙及多牙N及/或O-供體配體的鐵(II)物種所組成的群組; 或, 其中該加速劑系統(b)中存在的該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)係選自由鹵化鐵、羧酸鹽、1,3-二側氧基基錯合物及基於環戊二烯基的鐵錯合物所組成的群組。
- 如請求項1或請求項2所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該加速劑系統(b)中存在的該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)為包含三牙、或四牙、或五牙或六牙之氮/氧供體配體的鐵錯合物。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該加速劑系統(b)中存在的至少一種選自鈷及銅的該過渡金屬鹽或錯合物(ii)為鈷(II)鹽或錯合物, 該鈷(II)鹽或錯合物較佳為烷基羧酸鹽。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該加速劑系統(b)中存在的該至少一種選自鈷及銅的過渡金屬鹽或錯合物(ii)為銅(I)或銅(II)鹽或錯合物, 該銅(I)或銅(II)鹽或錯合物較佳為烷基羧酸鹽。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該至少一種鐵鹽或錯合物(i)與該過渡金屬鹽或錯合物(ii)的比在2:1至100:1的範圍內,較佳為10:1與20:1之間。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統,其中該反應性稀釋劑組成物(a)中的該有機磷化合物與該加速劑系統(b)中的金屬含量的比在90:1至3000:1的範圍內。
- 一種可固化樹脂組成物,其包含可固化樹脂;以及如前述請求項1至8中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統。
- 一種如請求項1至8中任一項所述的反應性稀釋劑系統或如請求項9所述的可固化樹脂組成物之用途,其係用於製備具有阻燃性質的複合樹脂及/或用於製備具有增強的玻璃纖維附著力的複合樹脂。
- 一種製造固化複合樹脂組成物的方法,該方法包含 (a) 提供如請求項9所述的可固化樹脂組成物, (b) 可選地添加至少一種有機或無機添加物,以及 (c) 透過添加引發劑以引發固化製程。
- 如請求項11所述的方法,其中該至少一種有機或無機添加物為色素、分散劑及/或纖維材料, 該纖維材料較佳地係選自由玻璃纖維、碳纖維、芳醯胺纖維、聚醯胺纖維、硼纖維、陶瓷纖維、金屬纖維、碳纖維、及天然纖維或其任何組合所組成的群組。
