70 μm。Preferably, the diameter of the micro-holes 13 ranges from 20 μm to 200 μm, and the thickness of the plastic film 2 ranges from 10 μm to 70 μm.

Referring to FIG. 3 , the first embodiment can be manufactured by a method comprising the following steps: adhering the first surface 11 of a cloth sheet 1 to the inner surface 22 of a plastic film 2 ; making the plastic film 2 together with the cloth sheet 1 The second surface 12 of the cloth sheet 1 is placed on a first mesh mold (not shown); the plastic film 2 on the cloth sheet 1 is heated and softened; a first air extraction device (not shown) is used to penetrate The vacuum punching technique sucks the softened plastic film 2 from the cloth sheet 1 to the direction away from the plastic film 2, and cools the plastic film 2 on the cloth sheet 1 before stopping the suction; then, the plastic film 2. Put the outer surface 23 of the plastic film 2 on a second mesh mold (not shown) together with the cloth sheet 1; reheat and soften the plastic film 2 on the cloth sheet 1; use a second air extraction A device (not shown) sucks the softened plastic film 2 from the plastic film 2 in a direction away from the cloth sheet 1 to form the hollow flanges 21 on the plastic film 2; The plastic film 2 is cooled and released from the second mesh mold, thereby forming the breathable waterproof composite cloth. Wherein, the mesh size of the second mesh mold is not larger than the mesh size of the first mesh mold, and the first air extraction device and the second air extraction device may be the same or different. In the first embodiment, the plastic film 2 is cooled first, and then the suction is stopped and released from the second mesh mold, thereby forming the breathable waterproof composite fabric of the first embodiment.

The method of the present invention is beneficial to easily adjust the minimum diameter of the channel 213 in the plastic film 2 by adjusting the thickness of the plastic film 2 . In addition, the length of the hollow flanges 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the mesh diameter of the mesh mold, and the density of the hollow flanges 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the mesh number of the mesh mold. Basically, under the condition that the minimum diameter of the hollow flanges 21 is constant, the higher the density of the hollow flanges 21 , the higher the air permeability of the plastic film 2 .

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5 , the second embodiment of the breathable and waterproof composite fabric of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, except that in the second embodiment, the protruding portion 214 is directed from the main body portion 212 toward the The direction of the second surface 12 of the cloth sheet 1 extends, and the through hole 215 is located in the channel 213 . In the second embodiment, the suction is stopped first, and then the plastic film 2 is cooled and released from the second mesh mold, thereby forming the breathable waterproof composite fabric of the second embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 6 , the third embodiment of the breathable and waterproof composite fabric of the present invention is similar to the second embodiment, the difference lies in the size of the yarns constituting the second surface 12 of the cloth sheet 1 in the third embodiment Different from the size of the yarns constituting the first surface 11 of the cloth sheet 1, in other words, in the third embodiment, the cloth sheet 1 is made of thick yarns and fine yarns blended to make the first surface 11 and the structure of the second surface 12 are inconsistent, so that the body portion 212 is formed with a shoulder ring 216 away from the protruding portion 214 to further reduce the size of the channel 213 . In addition, the position and shape of the shoulder loop 216 can be adjusted by changing the blended yarns.

To sum up, the breathable and waterproof composite cloth of the present invention can prevent the passage of water droplets by the waterproof plastic film 2 , provide good waterproofness by the hollow flange 21 formed by the plastic film 2 , and can use the cloth sheet 1 to prevent water droplets from passing through. The micro-holes 13, the channels 213 and the through-holes 215 of the plastic film 2 maintain good air permeability, so the purpose of the present invention can indeed be achieved.

However, the above are only examples of the present invention, and should not limit the scope of the present invention.
