在系統機櫃中設置有複數串聯或併聯風扇,又由於風扇係為24小時不間斷運轉藉以提供系統機櫃散熱之效果,故相對的也會產生故障之現象發生,而必須進行風扇替換之工作,若風扇係透過螺鎖之方式與系統機櫃進行固定,則更換風扇之工作則較為繁雜且耗費工時,故該項技藝之人士則設計一套件與風扇串聯結合的串聯組件6,提供給使用者可以快速進行更換風扇之便利性,該串聯組件6具有一本體61,並該本體61上設置有一手提扣環62,該手提扣環62上設置有一按壓件63,該本體61側面呈可按壓的鉚接一勾扣件64,該勾扣件64一端具有一勾部641,該按壓件63一端與該勾扣件64未設置勾部641的一端連接,並透過該串聯組件61以手指按壓之方式上、下起伏的操作該勾扣件64的勾部641進行勾扣或解除作為一快拆之組裝方式,但該串聯組件6的快拆結構具有複數金屬小構件(按壓件63及勾扣件64)相互所組成,並且必須透過鉚合之方式固定於該套件上作為固定,則不僅該套件組裝不便也增加了風扇的製造成本,故如何解決習知所衍生之問題,則為該項業者首要之目的。The cooling fan is the most common and effective cooling unit that forcibly guides the airflow to dissipate the system cabinets, personal computers or electronic products. 所述框架本體1具有一第一端11及一第二端12,所述第一、二端11、12分設於該框架本體1的前後兩端,並該框架本體1內具有一中空通道13連通該第一、二端11、12,所述第一端11係與一風扇2(於本案實施例中係選擇串聯式風扇來說明,但不以為限)對接,該框架本體1外緣具有一第一側14及一第二側15,所述第一側14延伸一卡制彈片141,該卡制彈片141表面具有一卡扣部142,該卡扣部142由該卡制彈片141表面凸起,所述第二側15具有一指扣部151,藉此提供風扇2與其他結構達到快速插拔固定效果者 所述框架本體1四隅分別具有一貫穿孔16。
所述卡制彈片141僅一端與該框架本體1之第一側14連接,該卡制彈片141之左右兩側具有一第一間隙143及一第二間隙144。

請參閱第3圖,係為本發明之風扇卡固結構第二實施例立體示意圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構與前述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與前述第一實施例之不同處在於本實施第一端對接於該風扇2之入風側,並該風扇2與該第一端11之間設置有一網格體3。
請參閱第4圖,係為本發明之風扇卡固結構第三實施例立體示意圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構與前述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與前述第一實施例之不同處在於更具有一連接埠端4,對接於前述風扇2與所述框架本體1對接相反之一端。
請參閱第5圖,係為本發明之風扇卡固結構第四實施例立體示意圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構與前述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與前述第一實施例之不同處在於所述所述第二側15也具有一卡制彈片152,該卡制彈片152表面具有一卡扣部153,所述卡制彈片152左右兩側與該第二側15之間具有一第三間隙154及一第四間隙155。
請參閱第6圖,係為本發明之風扇卡固結構作動示意圖,如圖所示,本實施例主要揭示風扇卡固結構如何與風扇2結合並且一起固定於一伺服器機箱5上做快速插拔之動作,首先風扇2一端先與該連接埠端4對接,該風扇2另一端則與該框架本體1對接,該連接埠端4係與該伺服器機箱5上之一端子(圖中未示)插接進行電性連接,而所述風扇2透過框架本體1之該卡制彈片141表面的卡扣部142表面凸起與該伺服器機箱5側壁上進行卡合固定,並當將風扇2進行拆卸時,則透過一隻手指勾扣於該框架本體1之第二側15的指扣部151,另一手指則扳動呈可活動的卡制彈片141,令其表面之卡扣部142脫離該伺服器機箱5側壁上與其卡合之小凹孔或小凹坑,藉以將風扇2由伺服器機箱5內拖出進行拔除作業。
