其中,“權”定義了某一方享有的權利,也可以理解為另一方需要履約的行為,比如信用合約專案中的發約方和應約方按照約定履行信用合約,或者,用戶之間按照約定履行交易; “責”定義了違約方需要承擔的違約責任,比如在違約方的信用中記錄違約事件、降低違約方的信用評分或者對違約方進行罰款等; “利”定義了履約方能夠獲得的利益或者獎勵,比如按照約定參與並履行信用合約的用戶會通過這一次行為提升自身的信用評分,或者,按照約定成功履行交易的用戶可以獲得獎勵等。 本發明一個實施例提供一種基於信用的交互處理方法、一種基於信用的交互處理裝置、一種計算設備以及一種電腦可讀儲存媒體。以下分別結合本發明提供的實施例的圖式逐一進行詳細說明,並且對方法的各個步驟進行說明。 本發明提供的一種基於信用的交互處理方法實施例如下: 參照圖式1,其示出了本發明實施例提供的一種基於信用的交互處理方法處理流程圖,參照圖式2,其示出了本發明實施例提供的一種信用交互關係網的示意圖,參照圖式3,其示出了本發明實施例提供的一種信用交互關係鏈的示意圖,參照圖式4,其示出了本發明實施例提供的一種信用關係展示頁面的示意圖,參照圖式5,其示出了本發明實施例提供的一種個人可信資訊展示頁面的示意圖。 步驟S102,獲取交互用戶針對已選的目標用戶提交的交互請求。 本實施例所述交互用戶,是指發起交互活動的一方,即提出交互請求與另一方用戶進行交互的用戶,另一方用戶則被稱之為目標用戶。比如,用戶之間通過簽訂信用約定的方式參與公益活動中的交互用戶為提出公益活動邀約請求的發約方,被邀約參與公益活動的即為目標用戶。再比如,用戶之間以簽訂信用約定的方式進行信用借貸或者信用轉帳等信用交互活動中的交互用戶為提出借貸請求或者轉帳請求的用戶,借貸請求針對的借貸對象或者轉帳請求針對的轉帳物件即為目標用戶。 本實施例以信用合約交互活動和信用交易活動為例,對信用合約交互活動和信用交易活動中的交互處理過程進行說明。需要說明的是,本申請實施例並不限於信用合約交互活動和信用交易活動,還可以是以信用為抵押的信用借物交互活動或者信用借錢交互活動等,對此不做限定。 具體實施時,本步驟獲取所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶提交的所述交互請求,是在所述交互用戶選擇好所述目標用戶之後進行的,在此基礎上,通過提交所述交互請求來發起與所述目標用戶的交互。具體的,在獲取到所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互提交的所述交互請求之後,通過下述步驟S104至步驟S110來對所述目標用戶進行交互可信程度評估,並最終在交互可信程度評估的基礎上決定是否對所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶發起的交互進行處理。 例如,用戶A選擇其好友列表中的用戶B作為進行公益活動交互的目標用戶,並通過針對目標用戶B發起建立公益活動信用合約的邀約請求的方式來發起公益活動交互。或者,用戶A選擇其好友列表中的用戶C作為進行信用轉帳交互的目標用戶,並通過針對目標用戶C發起建立信用轉帳合約的邀約請求的方式來發起信用轉帳交互。 步驟S104,獲取所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用資訊以及參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄。 在接收到所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互的所述交互請求之後,對所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互的可信程度的評估,即:對所述目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的交互可信程度進行評估。具體在評估過程中,首先獲取所述交互用戶的信用資訊及其參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄,並獲取所述目標用戶的信用資訊及其參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄,後續在獲取在所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用資訊以及歷史交互記錄的基礎上,對所述目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的交互可信程度進行評估。 例如,獲取作為交互用戶的用戶A的信用資訊為用戶A在信用平臺的信用積分(800分),並獲取用戶A以往參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄:與用戶B以簽訂信用轉帳合約的方式進行轉帳交互產生的轉帳交互記錄A1,與用戶B以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄A2,與用戶C以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄A3,與用戶D以簽訂信用借貸合約的方式進行借貸交互產生的借貸交互記錄A4。 以及,獲取作為目標用戶的用戶B的信用資訊為用戶B在信用平臺的信用積分(750分),並獲取用戶B以往參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄:與用戶A以簽訂信用轉帳合約的方式進行轉帳交互產生的轉帳交互記錄B1,與用戶A以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄B2,與用戶E以簽訂信用借貸合約的方式進行借貸交互產生的借貸交互記錄B3。 步驟S106,基於所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的所述信用資訊以及所述歷史交互記錄構建信用交互關係鏈。 所述信用交互關係鏈,由兩個或者兩個以上的具有交互關係的用戶的信用交互關係網按照該交互關係進行聯通後獲得。在本實施例提供的所述交互用戶通過提交所述交互請求的方式與所述目標用戶進行交互的場景中,所述信用交互關係鏈,由所述交互用戶的信用交互關係網與所述目標用戶的信用交互關係網按照兩方的交互關係進行聯通後獲得。 需要說明的是,本實施例所述目標用戶的用戶數目為一個,並以此為例進行說明。除此之外,所述目標用戶的用戶資料還可以是兩個或者兩個以上,即:所述交互用戶通過提交所述交互請求的方式同時與兩個或者兩個以上的目標用戶進行交互,具體實現過程與一個目標用戶的實現過程類似,區別在於,在與多個目標用戶進行交互時,需分別構建每個目標用戶與所述交互用戶的信用交互關係鏈,並以此為基礎分別計算每個目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的交互可信度評分。 其中,所述信用交互關係網,是指從用戶的信用資訊與歷史交互記錄的聯通出發,在產生每條信用資訊對應的節點以及產生每條歷史交互記錄對應的節點的基礎上,以用戶為核心建立這些節點聯通之間的聯通關係來構建信用交互關係網。 本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用交互關係鏈,具體採用如下方式構建: (1)分別構建所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用交互關係網; 基於所述交互用戶的信用資訊與所述交互用戶的歷史交互記錄之間的聯通關係,構建由所述交互用戶的信用資訊對應的各個節點、所述交互用戶的歷史交互記錄對應的各個節點組成的所述交互用戶的第一信用交互關係網; 以及,基於所述目標用戶的信用資訊與所述目標用戶的歷史交互記錄之間的交互關係,構建由所述目標用戶的信用資訊對應的各個節點、所述目標用戶的歷史交互記錄對應的各個節點組成的所述目標用戶的第二信用交互關係網; (2)以所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用交互關係網為基礎構建所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用交互關係鏈。 根據所述交互用戶的歷史交互記錄與所述目標用戶的歷史交互記錄之間的交互關係,針對所述交互關係在所述第一信用交互關係網中對應的節點、在所述第二信用交互關係網中對應的節點,建立這兩方節點之間的聯通關係,建立聯通關係後獲得由第一信用交互關係網和第二信用交互關係網組成的目標信用交互關係網,則將該目標信用交互關係網作為所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶的所述信用交互關係鏈。 沿用上例,在上述獲取到交互用戶A的信用資訊及其以往參與交互產生的歷史交互資料的基礎上,構建獲得交互用戶A的第一信用交互關係網如圖式2(a)所示;其中,節點a為用戶A的身份ID對應的節點,節點a0為用戶A在信用平臺的信用積分(800分)對應的節點,節點a1為用戶A與用戶B以簽訂信用轉帳合約的方式進行轉帳交互產生的轉帳交互記錄A1對應的節點,節點a2為用戶A與用戶B以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄A2對應的節點,節點a3為用戶A與用戶C以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄A3對應的節點,節點a4為用戶A與用戶D以簽訂信用借貸合約的方式進行借貸交互產生的借貸交互記錄A4; 以及,在上述獲取到交互用戶B的信用資訊及其以往參與交互產生的歷史交互資料的基礎上,構建獲得目標用戶B的第二信用交互關係網如圖式2(b)所示,其中,節點b為用戶B的身份ID對應的節點,節點b0為用戶B在信用平臺的信用積分(750分)對應的節點,節點b1為用戶B與用戶A以簽訂信用轉帳合約的方式進行轉帳交互產生的轉帳交互記錄B1對應的節點,節點b2為用戶B與用戶A以簽訂公益活動信用合約的方式進行公益交互產生的公益交互記錄B2對應的節點,節點b3為用戶B與用戶E以簽訂信用借貸合約的方式進行借貸交互產生的借貸交互記錄B3; 對於交互用戶A和目標用戶B而言,二者的信用交互關係網中具有交互關係的節點包括如下兩對,第一對為具有轉帳交互關係的轉帳交互記錄A1對應的節點a1與轉帳交互記錄B1對應的節點b1,第二對為具有公益交互關係的公益交互記錄A2對應的節點a2與公益交互記錄B2對應的節點b2; 基於此,建立節點a1與節點b1、節點a2與節點b2的聯通關係,建立聯通關係之後即獲得基於交互用戶A和目標用戶B二者的信用交互關係網構建的交互用戶A與目標用戶B的信用交互關係鏈,如圖式3所示。 步驟S108,基於所述信用交互關係鏈計算所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶進行交互的可信度評分。 本實施例所述可信度評分,是指在信用平臺對每個用戶進行信用評估確定的信用積分的基礎上,輔之以用戶與用戶之間歷史及在途的交互類型、交互重要性、交互品質、交互頻次等多個交互維度對用戶的信用進行綜合評估,從而量化用戶相對於其他用戶的可信程度的結果評分。需要說明的是,每個用戶相對於另一用戶具有唯一性評分,即另一用戶針對該用戶進行交互時的可信程度評分具有唯一性。 本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,具體採用如下方式計算所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶進行交互的可信度評分,即:所述目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的可信度評分: (1)確定所述信用交互關係鏈中具有交互關係的信用交互節點對,以及所述目標用戶的信用積分對應的信用節點; (2)根據所述信用節點對應的所述目標用戶的信用積分與信用節點對應的信用權重,以及各信用交互節點對在各交互維度下的交互標的與各交互維度對應的交互權重,計算所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶進行交互的所述可信度評分。 仍以交互用戶A和目標用戶B為例,如圖式3所示,交互用戶A和目標用戶B的信用交互關係鏈中具有交互關係的信用交互節點對包括如下兩對,第一對為具有轉帳交互關係的轉帳交互記錄A1對應的節點a1與轉帳交互記錄B1對應的節點b1二者形成的信用交互節點對a1-b1,第二對為具有公益交互關係的公益交互記錄A2對應的節點a2與公益交互記錄B2對應的節點b2二者形成的信用交互節點對a2-b2; 同時,目標用戶B的信用積分(750分)對應的信用節點為節點b0; 進一步,根據信用節點b0與該信用節點對應的信用權重ω1,信用交互節點對a1-b1的交互維度為交易維度,信用交互節點對a1-b1在該交易維度下交互標的為轉帳資金數額(5000元),該交易維度下的交互權重為ω2;信用交互節點對a2-b2的交互維度為公益交互維度,信用交互節點對a2-b2在該公益交互維度下交互標的為公益參與時長(3h),該公益交互維度下的交互權重為ω3; 據此,計算出目標用戶B相對於交互用戶A的可信度評分為:信用積分*ω1+轉帳資金數額*ω2+公益參與時長*ω3=750*ω1+5000*ω2+3*ω3。 步驟S110,在所述可信度評分大於可信關係閾值的情況下,對所述交互請求進行交互處理。 基於上述計算獲得的所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互的可信度評分之後,將計算獲得的所述可信度評分與預先設置的可信關係閾值進行比對,若所述可信度評分大於可信關係閾值,則表明所述目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的可信度較高,因此,所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互存在或者發生風險的可能性較低,則對所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶提交的所述交互請求進行交互處理即可。 例如,用戶A選擇其好友列表中的用戶B作為進行公益活動交互的目標用戶,並通過針對目標用戶B發起建立公益活動信用合約的邀約請求的方式來發起公益活動交互,對這一公益活動進行交互處理,具體是指向目標用戶B發送交互用戶A邀請其簽訂公益活動信用合約的邀約,目標用戶B同意邀約之後,二者就參與公益活動達成合約共識。 進一步,為完善所述交互用戶基於交互可信程度對目標用戶的管理,在上述對所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶提交的所述交互請求進行交互處理之後,通過將所述目標用戶加入所述交互用戶的可信用戶列表,借助所述可信用戶列表對交互過程中可信程度較高的目標用戶進行管理,並通過向所述目標用戶發送攜帶所述可信用戶清單的展示頁面的方式向所述目標用戶展示所述可信用戶列表,從而使所述交互用戶能夠及時感知交互過程中可信程度較高的目標用戶,以此促進交互用戶與可信程度較高的目標用戶進行交互。 此外,若所述交互用戶針對所述目標用戶進行交互的所述可信度評分小於或者等於所述可信關係閾值,可選的,進一步將所述可信度評分與預先設置的不可信關係閾值進行比對,若所述可信度評分小於或者等於所述不可信關係閾值,則判斷所述目標用戶的交互守信率是否小於預設交互守信閾值; 若是,表明所述目標用戶以往參與交互的交互守信率較低,與該目標用戶進行交互發生風險的可能性較高,則向提交所述交互請求的所述交互用戶的終端設備發送所述目標用戶為不可信用戶的風險提示,所述風險提示中攜帶有所述目標用戶的可信度評分以及所述目標用戶的交互守信率,以此提醒所述交互用戶其選擇的所述目標用戶的可信程度較低,從而來降低交互用戶與可信程度較低的目標用戶進行交互導致的風險; 若否,表明所述目標用戶以往參與交互的交互守信率並未低於提醒閾值,不做處理即可。 其中,所述交互守信率,是指所述目標用戶參與並成功完成交互的交互次數與參與交互的交互總次數的比值,比如,目標用戶B總共參與交互的交互總次數為100,其中成功完成交互的交互次數為97,則目標用戶B的交互守信率為97/100=97%。 進一步,在上述向提交所述交互請求的所述交互用戶的終端設備發送所述目標用戶為不可信用戶的風險提示之後,通過將所述目標用戶加入所述交互用戶的不可信用戶列表,對可信程度較低(不可信程度較高)的目標用戶進行管理,並通過向所述目標用戶發送攜帶所述不可信用戶清單的展示頁面的方式向所述目標用戶展示所述不可信用戶列表,從而使所述交互用戶能夠及時感知可信程度較低的目標用戶,以此降低交互用戶與可信程度較低的目標用戶進行交互導致的風險。 更進一步,針對上述確定的所述可信用戶清單中記錄的可信用戶,或者所述不可信用戶清單中記錄的不可信用戶,為進一步提升對所述可信用戶列表中可信用戶的可信程度的感知,或者對所述不可信用戶列表中不可信用戶的不可信程度的感知,本實施例提供一種可選實施方式中,在接收到針對所述展示頁面展示的任意一個用戶標識的觸控指令之後,確定所述觸控指令觸發的用戶標識對應的被查看用戶,並讀取所述被查看用戶的用戶資訊、信用資訊、可信度評分和交互資訊,並基於所述展示頁面進行展示。 此外,在接收到針對所述展示頁面展示的任意一個用戶標識的觸控指令之後,還可基於所述展示頁面展示所述被查看用戶的信用憑證的憑證類型以及各憑證類型的信用憑證的存取介面,並在接收到針對任意一個存取介面的存取申請之後,向所述被查看用戶發出存取申請,若所述被查看用戶授權所述存取申請,則讀取所述存取介面對應的憑證類型的信用憑證並展示。 如圖式4所示的用戶A的信用關係展示頁面,該頁面設置有可信關係清單和不可信關係列表,當該可信關係展示頁面中的可信關係清單處於圖式4所示的展示狀態時,若用戶A點擊可信關係列表中的任意一個可信用戶(以用戶B為例)的頭像時,則會展示被點擊用戶(用戶B)的個人可信資訊展示頁面,如圖式5所示; 其中,該個人可信資訊展示頁面展示有“房產證”、“行駛證”和“存款證明”這3項信用憑證,若用戶A想要申請用戶B的“房產證”、“行駛證”和“存款證明”這3項信用憑證中的一項或者多項,通過點擊信用憑證的圖示即可向用戶B發送存取申請,用戶B授權之後則展示相應的信用憑證以供存取查看。 具體實施時,在上述步驟S102獲取到所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的所述信用資訊和所述歷史交互記錄之後,並且在上述步驟S110對所述交互請求進行交互處理之前,為降低所述交互用戶與可信程度較低的目標用戶進行交互導致的風險,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,從所述交互用戶提交的所述交互請求的交互類型出發來評估所述目標用戶在這一交互類型是否存在相應的交互風險,並在存在交互風險的情況下對所述交互用戶做出更有針對性的風險提醒,以此降低所述交互用戶的交互風險,具體採用如下方式實現: 1)確定所述交互請求所屬的交互類型; 2)在所述目標用戶處於交互狀態的交互記錄中查詢所述交互類型的交互記錄作為風險交互記錄; 3)基於查找到的所述風險交互記錄產生向提交所述交互請求的所述交互用戶的終端設備發送的所述目標用戶存在風險交互的風險交互提醒; 其中,所述風險交互提醒中包含所述交互類型以及所述風險交互記錄的數目。 例如,交互用戶A與目標用戶C進行資金借貸交互提出相應的交互請求,該交互請求所屬的交互類型為資金借貸交互這一交互類型,查詢目標用戶C是否處於履約狀態的簽訂信用資金借貸合約,如果存在,則向交互用戶A提出資金借貸交互這一交互請求的移動終端發送目標用戶C當前存在未償還的信用資金借貸合約的提醒,從而向交互用戶A提醒當前向目標用戶C進行信用借貸可能會存在風險,以此來避免交互用戶A的交互物件(目標用戶C)存在多個與多人簽訂信用資金借貸合約而出現無法償還或者不償還的情形。 此外,在具體實施時,在上述步驟S102獲取到所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的所述信用資訊和所述歷史交互記錄之後,並且在上述步驟S110對所述交互請求進行交互處理之前,為降低所述交互用戶與可信程度較低的目標用戶進行交互導致的風險,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,從所述目標用戶的歷史交互記錄出發來評估所述目標用戶是否存在相應的交互風險,並在存在交互風險的情況下對所述交互用戶做出更有針對性的風險提醒,以此降低所述交互用戶的交互風險,具體採用如下方式實現: 1)在所述目標用戶的歷史交互記錄中查找預設時間區間內所述目標用戶作為交互目標參與交互的風險交互記錄; 2)基於查找到的所述風險交互記錄產生向提交所述交互請求的所述交互用戶的終端設備發送的所述目標用戶存在風險交互的風險交互提醒。 綜上所述,所述基於信用的交互處理方法,從交互用戶進行交互提交的交互請求針對的目標用戶出發,在所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶的信用資訊以及參與交互產生的歷史交互記錄的基礎上,構建表徵所述交互用戶和所述目標用戶二者交互關係和信用關係的信用交互關係鏈,並借助構建的所述信用交互關係鏈來計算所述目標用戶相對於所述交互用戶的可信度評分,以此作為所述交互用戶與所述目標用戶進行交互的可信程度的評估,從而來降低甚至避免所述交互用戶與可信程度較低的目標用戶進行交互導致的交互風險,確保用戶間交互活動的真實性、安全性。 本發明提供的一種基於信用的交互處理裝置實施例如下: 在上述的實施例中,提供了一種基於信用的交互處理方法,與之相對應的,還提供了一種基於信用的交互處理裝置,下面結合圖式進行說明。 參照圖式6,其示出了本實施例提供的一種基於信用的交互處理裝置的示意圖。 由於裝置實施例基本相似於方法實施例,所以描述得比較簡單,相關的部分請參見上述提供的方法實施例的對應說明即可。下述描述的裝置實施例僅僅是示意性的。 本發明提供一種基於信用的交互處理裝置,包括: 交互請求獲取模組602,被配置為獲取交互用戶針對已選的目標用戶提交的交互請求;
