Abstract

The disclosure relates to a method, a device, a terminal, a server, a system and a storage medium for displaying unread information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: responding to the query operation of a target user account on unread information, and determining an unread information set of the target user account; obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; and each piece of unread information in the unread information set is developed according to the corresponding social credit. According to the method and the device, when the query operation is detected, the social credit of each sending user account of the unread information is obtained, and the corresponding unread information is displayed according to the social credit, so that the target user account can read the unread information with high social credit preferentially, important information is prevented from being missed, a high-quality social relationship is established with the other side through passive triggering, and the user experience is improved.

Background

With the development and popularization of internet technology, social networks become an essential part of the life of people, so that the life pleasure of people is enriched, friends in different fields can be handed over, and the social circle is enlarged.

In the related technology, some social network platforms allow unfamiliar users who do not establish social relationships (such as unfamiliar friends or unconcerned users) to send private letters to other users, for users who accept the private letters of unfamiliar users, the private letters can be opened according to the sequence of receiving the private letter time, or whether the private letters are opened or not is judged according to the title information of the private letters, however, harassing private letters and the like with contents irrelevant to titles can be opened by mistake often, and if the harassing private letters and the like are not read, important information is worried about to be missed. That is, for a user who receives a private letter sent by an unfamiliar user, the identity of the user who sends the private letter cannot be confirmed, so that whether to read the private letter cannot be determined, and certain trouble is caused to the user.

Disclosure of Invention

The disclosure provides a method, a device, a terminal, a server, a system and a storage medium for displaying unread information, so as to at least solve the technical problems that important information may be missed by a user and user experience is reduced due to the fact that information sent by a strange user cannot be effectively displayed in the related technology. The technical scheme of the disclosure is as follows:

according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a method for displaying unread information is provided, which includes determining an unread information set of a target user account in response to a query operation of the target user account for the unread information;

obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account;

and displaying each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit.

According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for displaying unread information, including:

in response to receiving a query operation request of a target user account for unread information, determining an unread information set of the target user account for displaying the unread information; and/or

In response to receiving a request for obtaining social credit, obtaining the social credit of a sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account; and/or

And responding to a display request of the received unread information, and displaying each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit.

According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus for presenting unread information, including:

the unread information set determination module is configured to execute an operation of responding to the inquiry operation of the unread information of the target user account, and determine the unread information set of the target user account;

According to a ninth aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer program product, wherein instructions in the computer program product, when executed by a processor of a terminal or a processor of a server, cause the terminal or the server to execute any one of the above methods for presenting unread information.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure at least has the following beneficial effects:

in the embodiment of the disclosure, when the query operation of a target user account on unread information is detected, an unread information set of the target user account is determined firstly; then, obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; and performing exhibition on each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the query operation of the unread information is detected, the social credit of each sending user account of the unread information is obtained, and the corresponding unread information is displayed according to the social credit, so that the target user account can preferentially read the unread information from the strange user with high social credit, thereby avoiding missing important information, and further passively triggering establishment of a high-quality social relationship with the other side, thereby improving user experience.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for presenting unread information, according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method may include the following steps, as shown in fig. 1:

in step 101, in response to a query operation for unread information to a target user account, an unread information set of the target user account is determined.

In step 102, obtaining social credit of a sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; and the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account.

In step 103, each piece of unread information in the unread information set is displayed according to the corresponding social credit.

In this embodiment, the method may be applied to a terminal, and the terminal may be an electronic device such as a smart phone, a notebook computer, and a tablet computer.

The following describes in detail specific implementation steps of a method for displaying unread information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, with reference to fig. 1.

Firstly, step 101 is executed, and in response to a query operation of a target user account for unread information, an unread information set of the target user account is determined.

In this step, the query operation of the unread information may be an operation of refreshing or opening an email account or a private account, or an operation of opening a social platform and entering a social page. For example, when the target user opens an application providing a social platform function and enters a social page, a private letter sent by each stranger of one or more strangers is clicked or checked.

And counting the unread information of the target user account to obtain a set of the unread information. The unread information may include a private letter sent by an unfamiliar user account (i.e., a friend is not added, and a user account that is not concerned), or may include unread information sent by a friend or a user account that is concerned, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The statistical method of the unread information is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein again.

Secondly, executing step 102, obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; and the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account.

In this step, after the target user account triggers the query operation of the unread information, the terminal responds to the query operation to obtain the social credit of each sending user account of the unread information in the unread information set, and the social credit of each sending user account is obtained based on historical social interaction result data of each sending user account sending the unread information within a preset historical time period. And the historical social interaction result data comprises positive interaction result data and negative interaction result data.

The forward interaction result data comprises at least one of forward comment result data and forward private letter result data; the forward comment result data at least comprises one of the number of forwarded comments by other user accounts, the number of praise of the comments by the author, the number of praise of the comments by other user accounts except the author, and the number of continuous comments of the comments by other user accounts; the positive private letter result data at least comprises one of the reply quantity received by the private letter non-concerned user account and the concerned quantity after the private letter non-concerned user account.

The negative interaction result data comprise at least one of negative comment result data and negative private trust result data, and the negative comment result data at least comprise one of the shielded number of comments and the complained number of comments; the negative private letter result data at least comprises one of the number of the private letters belonging to the abnormal private letters and the number of the complaints of the private letters sent to the user account which is not concerned with the negative private letter data.

Of course, in this embodiment, the social credits of each sending user account may also include positive social credits and negative social credits, i.e., the sum of the positive social credits and the negative social credits is the social credits of the target user account. Wherein the forward social credit is determined according to forward comment result data and/or forward private credit result data in the historical social interaction result data; the negative social credibility is determined according to the negative comment result data and/or the negative private credibility result data in the historical social interaction result data, and the specific determination mode is described in detail in the following specific process, which is not described herein again. Wherein the forward comment result data may include: the amount of comment data forwarded by others, the amount of comment data endorsed by authors or others, etc. Negative comment result data may include: the number of reviews that are masked, the number of reviews that are complained, etc. The forward privacy result data may include: the private letters do not concern the number of replies received by the user, the number of the private letters who do not concern the user and are concerned, and the like; the negative privacy result data may include: sending the number of the private letters belonging to the abnormal private letters and the number of complaints of the private letters to the user who does not pay attention to the user; the abnormal private letter can comprise various types, for example, the private letter comprises advertisements, the private letter is stigmatized, the private letter requires the attention of the other party (mutual powder), the private letter comprises harassing words (harassing private letter), and the like.

In this step, there are various ways to obtain the social credit of each sending user account of the unread message, for example, the social credit of the sending user account may be obtained when the target user account implements triggering of private data, specifically, the social credit may be obtained in real time, may be obtained periodically, may also be obtained in advance, directly requests for reading when implementing triggering of private data, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.

Secondly, step 102 is executed, and each piece of unread information in the unread information set is displayed according to the corresponding social credit.

In this step, one display mode is: firstly, sequencing all the obtained social credit degrees in a descending order to obtain a sequencing result in the descending order; and then, displaying the unread information sent by each sending user account according to the descending order result of the social credit, wherein the unread information of the sending user account with higher social credit can be displayed in the front. For example, the unread information sent by the sending user account with the highest social credit is ranked first in the private letter list, and the like.

The other display mode is as follows: firstly, determining target unread information of which the corresponding social credit is greater than a preset credit threshold value from the unread information set; and then, displaying the target unread information according to a preset prominent display style. That is to say, determining unread information sent by a sending user account with the social credit degree greater than a preset threshold value from the unread information set; and when the unread information sent by the sending user account which is larger than the preset threshold value is displayed, highlighting the unread information in a style display mode. Wherein the highlighting style may include: darken, enlarge the font, or represent with different color colors, etc.

And normally displaying the unread information sent by the sending user account which is smaller than the preset threshold value according to the time for receiving the private letter data. The preset threshold is preset according to needs, for example, set to be equal to 5, 10, and the embodiment is not limited.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the query operation of a target user account on unread information is detected, an unread information set of the target user account is determined; obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; and displaying each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the query operation of the unread information is detected, the social credit of each sending user account of the unread information is obtained, and the corresponding unread information is displayed according to the social credit, so that the target user account can preferentially read the unread information with high social credit, thereby avoiding missing important information, and further passively triggering establishment of a high-quality social relationship with the other party, and displaying the unread information sent by each sending user account based on the social credit, thereby improving user experience.

On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, namely before obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the set of unread information, the method may further include step 201 and step 202, a specific flowchart of which is shown in fig. 2, wherein,

step 201: responding to the query operation of a target user account on unread information, and determining an unread information set of the target user account;

step 201 is the same as step 101, and is described in detail above, and will not be described herein again.

Step 202: obtaining historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account in a preset historical period;

in this step, historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account in a preset historical period is counted, for example, historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account interacting with other user accounts in the past 3 months is counted, where the historical social interaction result data at least may include: positive interaction result data and negative interaction result data; the forward comment result data at least comprises one of the number of forwarded comments by other user accounts, the number of praise of the comments by the author, the number of praise of the comments by other user accounts except the author, and the number of continuous comments of the comments by other user accounts; the positive private letter result data at least comprises one of the reply quantity received by the private letter non-concerned user account and the concerned quantity after the private letter non-concerned user account.

The negative interaction result data comprise at least one of negative comment result data and negative private trust result data, and the negative comment result data at least comprise one of the shielded number of comments and the complained number of comments; the negative private letter result data at least comprises one of the number of the private letters belonging to the abnormal private letters and the number of the complaints of the private letters sent to the user account which is not concerned with the negative private letter data. The abnormal private letters can be of various types, for example, the private letters comprise advertisements, profanity words appearing in the private letters, the private letters require attention of each other (mutual powder), the private letters comprise harassing words (harassing private letters), and the like.

Step 203: determining the corresponding social credit according to the historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account;

wherein the historical social interaction result data comprises positive interaction result data and negative interaction result data.

Determining the corresponding social credit according to the historical social interaction result data of the sending user account of each unread message comprises:

1) acquiring corresponding forward social credit according to the forward interaction result data of each unread message sending user account;

the forward interaction result data comprises at least one of forward comment result data and forward private letter result data; the forward comment result data at least comprise one of the number of comments forwarded by other user accounts, the number of comments praised by authors, the number of comments praised by other user accounts except authors and the number of comments continuously commented by other user accounts, and the forward comment result data at least comprise one of the number of replies received by the user account without paying attention to the user account and the number of paid attention after the user account used by the user account is paid attention to the user account without paying attention to the user account.

And the corresponding forward social credit is obtained by weighting and summing different items of data included in the forward interaction result data through corresponding weight factors.

The positive social credit is a positive weighting factor corresponding to each item of data included in the positive comment result data; or

Negative social credit is negative number weight factors corresponding to various data included in the negative comment result data; or

Negative social trust degree is a negative number weight factor corresponding to each item of data included in the negative private trust result data; or

And the negative social credit is a negative weight factor corresponding to each item of data included in the negative comment result data plus a negative weight factor corresponding to each item of data included in the negative private trust result data.

3) And acquiring the sum of each positive social credit and the corresponding negative social credit as the corresponding social credit.

The calculation formula of the social credit degree is as follows: social credits are positive social credits + negative social credits.

For the sake of understanding, a specific example is described below, which takes as an example a process of obtaining social credits of an unfamiliar user account from comment result data and private credit result data of the unfamiliar user account.

In this embodiment, first, the base point of social credit for the unfamiliar user account is set to 0,

secondly, calculating the forward social credit, namely adding the score, wherein the calculation process is that the forward score is obtained according to the forward comment result data and the forward private letter result data.

Supposing that the comment data of the user is praised by the author by +1 point; wherein, the number of praise corresponds to a positive weighting factor of +1, and the following is similar;

sending private letter to the user who does not pay attention to your, and the other party replies with your +1 point;

That is, through the above calculation, the social credit of the unfamiliar user is obtained as-2 points, and it should be noted that the positive number comment weight factor and the negative number comment weight factor, and the positive number privacy trust weight factor and the negative number privacy trust weight factor in the present disclosure are preset weight factors, and a specific setting manner is well known technology and is not described herein again.

Step 204: obtaining the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set;

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the social credit degree of each sending user account is calculated based on historical social interaction result data of each sending user account of unread information (such as private letters) in a preset historical period, and the unread information sent by each sending user account is displayed by using the social credit degree. For example, in the private letter list, private letter data sent by a user account with high social credit degree is preferentially displayed to a target user account, so that the target user account can preferentially read private letters sent by strange users with high social credit degree, and important information is prevented from being missed, and user experience is improved.

Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the method may further include:

sending a query operation request of a target user account for unread information to a server, triggering the server to determine an unread information set of the target user account for the request of displaying the unread information, and returning; and/or

Triggering the server to acquire the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set by sending a request for acquiring the social credit of the sending user account of each piece of unread information to the server; the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account; and back.

The method and the device for triggering the server to acquire the social credit of the unread information sending user account and display the corresponding unread information according to the social credit fed back by the server, so that the target user account can read the unread information with high social credit preferentially, important information is prevented from being missed, a high-quality social relationship is established with the other side through passive triggering, user experience is improved, meanwhile, the social credit can be acquired through processing of the server to reduce processing resource consumption of the device per se, and processing efficiency is improved.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for presenting unread information, which is applied to a server according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the method for presenting unread information may include any one of the following steps:

in step 301: in response to receiving a query operation request of a target user account for unread information, determining an unread information set of the target user account for displaying the unread information;

in this step, when receiving a query operation request of a target user account for unread information sent by a client, a server responds to the received query operation request of the target user account, and determines an unread information set of the target user account according to the query operation request, and a specific determination process thereof is described above and is not described herein again.

Step 302: in response to receiving a request for obtaining social credit, obtaining the social credit of a sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set; the social credit is obtained according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account;

when receiving a request sent by a client for acquiring the social credit of a sending user account of each piece of unread information in an unread information set, a server responds to the request and determines the social credit of the corresponding user account according to historical social interaction result data in a preset historical time period of the corresponding sending user account, and acquires the social credit of each user account. The process of obtaining the social credit of the user account sending each piece of unread information is detailed in the implementation process of the corresponding part in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.

Step 303: and responding to a display request of the received unread information, and displaying each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit.

In the step, when receiving a display request of the unread information sent by the client, the server responds to the display request and displays the unread information according to the obtained social credit. Each unread message may be specifically displayed according to the social credit level or the highlighted display style, and the specific process is described in detail in the implementation process of the corresponding part in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.

in response to receiving a request for obtaining historical social interaction result data, obtaining historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account in a preset historical time period;

in response to receiving a request for determining social credits, determining corresponding social credits based on the historical social interaction result data for each unread message sending user account.

Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the forward interaction result data includes at least one of forward comment result data and forward privacy result data, where the forward comment result data at least includes one of the number of comments forwarded by other user accounts, the number of comments praised by an author, the number of comments praised by other user accounts other than the author, and the number of comments continuously commented by other user accounts, and the forward privacy result data at least includes one of the number of replies received by a user account that is not privately paid and the number of concerns after a user account that is not privately paid attention to; the corresponding forward social credit degree is obtained by weighting and summing different items of data included in the forward interaction result data through corresponding weight factors.

Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the negative interaction result data includes at least one of negative comment result data and negative private trust result data, where the negative comment result data includes at least one of the number of comments that are masked and the number of comments that are complained; the negative private letter result data at least comprises one of the number of the private letters belonging to the abnormal private letters and the number of the complaints of the private letters sent to the user account which is not concerned with the negative private letter; and the corresponding negative social credit degree is obtained by weighting different items of data in the negative interaction result data through corresponding weight factors and then summing the weighted items of data.

Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the displaying, according to the corresponding social credit, each piece of unread information in the unread information set in response to receiving a display request for the unread information includes:

responding to a display request of the received unread information, and displaying each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the descending order sorting order of the corresponding social credit;

alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

in response to receiving a display request of unread information, determining target unread information of which the corresponding social credit is greater than a preset credit threshold from the unread information set;

and displaying the target unread information according to a preset prominent display style.

The device is applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 4, the device comprises an unread information set determination module 401, a social credit acquisition module 402 and a presentation module 403. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application example of a presentation system for unread information according to an exemplary embodiment, where the presentation system includes a client and a server, but is not limited to this in practical applications. Wherein, the interactive process between the client and the server comprises the following steps:

step 901: the client detects that a target user account initiates an unread information query operation;

step 902: the client determines an unread information set of the target user account;

step 903: the client sends the unread information set of the target user account to a server;

in this embodiment, there may be two ways to determine the unread information set of the target user account, and one way is: when a client detects that a target user account initiates an unread information query operation, the client directly determines an unread information set of the target user account and then sends the unread information set to a server; in another way, when detecting that a target user account initiates an inquiry operation of unread information, a client directly sends the inquiry operation of the unread information to a server, and the server determines an unread information set of the target user account.

Step 904: the server acquires historical social interaction result data of a sending user account of each piece of unread information in the unread information set within a preset historical time period;

step 905: the server determines the corresponding social credit according to the historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account;

in this step, the specific process of determining the social credit is described above, and is not described herein again.

Step 906: the server sends the social credit degree corresponding to each sending user account of the unread information to the client;

in this step, the social credits may be sent to the client in a list manner, or of course, the social credits may be sent in other manners. The present embodiment is not limited.

Step 907: and the client displays each piece of unread information in the unread information set according to the corresponding social credit.

The specific display mode is described in detail above, and is not described herein again.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, details of each step are described in detail in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above embodiment, and are not described herein again.

In an exemplary embodiment, the present disclosure also provides a storage medium, where instructions executed by a processor of a terminal enable the terminal to perform the method for presenting unread information as described above; alternatively, the instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of a server, enable the server to perform the presentation method of unread information as described above.

With regard to the apparatus in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and reference may be made to part of the description of the embodiment of the method for the relevant points, and the detailed description will not be made here.

In an exemplary embodiment, the present disclosure also provides a storage medium including instructions, for example, a memory including instructions, which are executable by a processor of an apparatus to perform the method for presenting unread information. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which may be, for example, a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating a presentation apparatus 1000 for unread information, according to an example embodiment. Wherein, the display device 1000 is simply referred to as the device 1000. For example, the apparatus 1000 may be applied to a mobile terminal. For example, the apparatus 1000 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.

Referring to fig. 10, the apparatus 1000 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1002, memory 1004, power component 1006, multimedia component 1008, audio component 1010, input/output (I/O) interface 1012, sensor component 1014, and communications component 1016.

The processing component 1002 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1002 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1008 and the processing component 1002.

The memory 1004 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.

The power supply component 1006 provides power to the various components of the device 1000. The power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 1000.

The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1000 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1000 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.

The audio component 1010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 1000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1004 or transmitted via the communication component 1016. In some embodiments, audio component 1010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

I/O interface 1012 provides an interface between processing component 1002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.

The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 1000. For example, sensor assembly 1014 may detect an open/closed state of device 1000, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 1000, sensor assembly 1014 may also detect a change in position of device 1000 or a component of device 1000, the presence or absence of user contact with device 00, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 1000, and a change in temperature of device 1000. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.

The communication component 1016 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 1000 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.

In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described method of presenting unread information.

In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1004 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1020 of the apparatus 1000 to perform the above-described method of presenting unread information is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

In an exemplary embodiment, the present disclosure also provides a computer program product, when instructions in the computer program product are executed by the processor 1020 of the presentation apparatus 1000 for unread information, the apparatus 1000 is caused to execute the presentation method of unread information shown above.

FIG. 11 is another block diagram illustrating a presentation apparatus 1100 for unread information, according to an example embodiment. Wherein the device 1100 is shown simply as device 1100. For example, the apparatus 1100 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 11, the apparatus 1100 includes a processing component 1122 that further includes one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 1132, for storing instructions, such as application programs, executable by the processing component 1122. The application programs stored in memory 1132 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1122 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method for presenting unread information.

The apparatus 1100 may also include a power component 1126 configured to perform power management of the apparatus 1100, a wired or wireless network interface 1150 configured to connect the apparatus 1100 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1158. The apparatus 1100 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 1132, such as Windows Server, MacOS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

1. A method for displaying unread information is characterized by comprising the following steps:

responding to the query operation of a target user account on unread information, and determining an unread information set of the target user account;

2. The method for displaying unread information according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

obtaining historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account in a preset historical period;

and determining the corresponding social credit according to the historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account.

3. The method for displaying unread messages according to claim 2, wherein the historical social interaction result data comprises positive interaction result data and negative interaction result data;

the determining the corresponding social credit according to the historical social interaction result data of each unread message sending user account includes:

acquiring corresponding forward social credit according to the forward interaction result data of each unread message sending user account;

acquiring corresponding negative social credit according to the negative interaction result data of each unread message sending user account;

and acquiring the sum of each positive social credit and the corresponding negative social credit as the corresponding social credit.
