Detailed description of the preferred embodiment

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Here, the dimensions, materials, and other specific numerical values shown in the embodiments are merely examples, and do not limit the present invention unless otherwise specified. In addition, for elements that have substantially the same function and configuration, repeated descriptions are omitted by denoting the same symbols, and illustration of elements not directly related to the present invention is omitted. Furthermore, in the following figures, as an example, the Z axis is taken in the vertical direction, the X axis is taken in a plane perpendicular to the Z axis, and the Y axis is taken in the direction perpendicular to the X axis.

The cargo container (hereinafter referred to as "container") of the present embodiment is used for air cargo transportation and is a ULD (Unit Load Device) stored in the cargo room of the aircraft in a manner that can be carried in and out. Therefore, the overall shape of the container in this embodiment is based on the general ULD specification. In particular, the cross-sectional shape of the cargo compartment is specified in accordance with the cross-sectional shape of the aircraft body. Therefore, in order to effectively utilize the cargo space, in most cases the shape of the cargo container is partially asymmetrical to the left and right according to the cross-sectional shape of the cargo compartment.

First, the overall shape of the container of this embodiment will be described.

24。Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a container 10 of this embodiment. However, FIG. 1 shows a state where the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 are separated from the frame 41 of the cooling unit 40, respectively. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the container 10. However, in FIG. 2, the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 are not attached to the frame 41 of the cooling unit 40.

17。The overall shape of the container 10 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The container 10 has an upper wall 11, a lower wall 12, a front door 13, a rear wall 14, a first side wall 15, a second side wall 16, and an inclined wall 17 as a whole.

The upper wall portion 11 and the lower wall portion 12 are parallel to each other with respect to the XY plane. The planar shapes of the upper wall portion 11 and the lower wall portion 12 are rectangular respectively. The dimensions of the upper wall portion 11 and the lower wall portion 12 in the width direction along the Y direction coincide with each other. However, the size of the lower wall portion 12 in the depth direction along the X direction is shorter than the size of the upper wall portion 11 in the depth direction.

The front door 13, the rear wall 14, the first side wall 15, and the second side wall 16 are respectively connected to any four ends of the upper wall 11 along the Z direction. The front door portion 13, the first side wall portion 15 and the second side wall portion 16 are respectively connected to any four ends of the lower wall portion 12 along the Z direction. The front door portion 13 and the rear wall portion 14 are parallel to each other with respect to the YZ plane. The first side wall portion 15 and the second side wall portion 16 are parallel to the XZ plane.

16。The front door 13 is, for example, a pair of opening and closing doors. One of the doors of the front door portion 13 is supported by the first side wall portion 15 via a plurality of first hinges 20. The other door of the front door portion 13 is supported by the second side wall portion 16 via a plurality of second hinges 21.

The inclined wall 17 is a wall having a predetermined shape in accordance with the cross-sectional shape of the cargo compartment of the aircraft. The upper end of the inclined wall portion 17 in the Z direction is connected to the rear wall portion 14. The lower end of the inclined wall portion 17 in the Z direction is connected to the lower wall portion 12. That is, when the container 10 is viewed from the side of the front door 13 or the rear wall 14, the planar shape of the container 10 is substantially quadrangular. On the other hand, when the container 10 is viewed from the side of the first side wall portion 15 or the second side wall portion 16, the planar shape of the container 10 is a substantially pentagonal shape.

The lower wall portion 12 has an upper bottom portion 12a, a lower bottom portion 12b, and a side wall portion 12c connecting the upper bottom portion 12a and the lower bottom portion 12b. The upper bottom part 12a is an actual lower wall part constituting a part of the container main body part 30. There is a space area between the upper bottom 12a and the lower bottom 12b. On the other hand, two side wall portions 12c on the side of the first side wall portion 15 and the side of the second side wall portion 16 have insertion openings 12d, and the insertion openings 12d can be used especially for loading and unloading devices such as forklifts when the container 10 is moved outside the aircraft. Insert the fork part.

Next, the specific structure of the container 10 is demonstrated.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the container 10 showing a state in which the cooling unit 40 is removed from the container body 30. 4 is a partial perspective view of the container body 30 when the cooling unit mounting portion 32 is viewed from below in the Z direction.

40。The container 10 includes a container main body 30 and a cooling unit 40.

32。The container main body 30 includes a storage chamber 31 (refer to FIG. 7) in which goods are stored, and is a main body structure of the container 10. In addition, the specific shape of the accommodating chamber 31 in the container body 30 will be described later. The container body 30 has a cooling unit mounting portion 32 to which the cooling unit 40 is mounted.

From the perspective of the overall shape of the container 10, the cooling unit mounting portion 32 exists such that a part of the rear wall portion 14 and the inclined wall portion 17 become a part of the cooling unit 40. Specifically, as described above, the overall shape of the container 10 is a partially asymmetrical shape unique to ULD. Therefore, the cooling unit mounting portion 32 becomes a cut-out area in the container main body portion 30 so that it does not protrude outward from the overall shape of the container 10 even when the cooling unit 40 is mounted on the container main body portion 30.

The container main body 30 is composed of, for example, a combination of a plurality of frame bodies 30a, a plurality of outer walls 30b, and a front door portion 13. Some of the plurality of outer walls 30b respectively constitute any one of the upper wall portion 11, the lower wall portion 12, a part of the rear wall portion 14, a part of the first side wall portion 15, or a part of the second side wall portion 16.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the container main body portion 30 has a first mounting wall portion 18 and a second mounting wall portion 19 as the outer wall 30 b included in the cooling unit mounting portion 32. The first attachment wall portion 18 and the second attachment wall portion 19 are connected in a mutually perpendicular posture. Specifically, the first mounting wall portion 18 is parallel to the upper wall portion 11 and is connected to the second mounting wall portion 19, a part of the rear wall portion 14, a part of the first side wall portion 15, and a part of the second side wall portion 16. The second mounting wall portion 19 is parallel to the rear wall portion 14 and is connected to the first mounting wall portion 18, the lower wall portion 12, a part of the first side wall portion 15, and a portion of the second side wall portion 16. That is, in a state where the cooling unit 40 is mounted on the cooling unit mounting portion 32, the first mounting wall portion 18 faces the cooling unit 40 in the Z direction, and the second mounting wall portion 19 faces the cooling unit 40 in the X direction. Opposite.

The plural frame bodies 30a respectively support the adjacent outer wall 30b or the front door portion 13. The frame bodies 30a may be connected via the connecting portion 30c. The frame body 30a, the outer wall 30b, the connecting portion 30c, or the front door portion 13 may each be formed of an aluminum-based alloy. The aluminum-based alloy is a lightweight metal in terms of the nature of the container 10 being mounted on an aircraft. Furthermore, by forming the outer wall 30b and the front door 13 by using a heat-insulating panel whose surface material is aluminum or fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), the cold-keeping performance of the container 10 can be improved.

19a。In particular, on the surfaces of the plurality of frame bodies 30a supporting the first mounting wall portion 18 or the second mounting wall portion 19 that face the cooling unit 40, a plurality of cooling units 40 for mounting the cooling unit 40 to the cooling unit mounting portion 32 are formed. 30d mounting holes. It is desirable that these attachment holes 30d are evenly arranged with respect to the full length of each frame 30a. Furthermore, the first attachment wall portion 18 or the second attachment wall portion 19 may have an attachment hole for attaching the cooling unit 40 to the cooling unit attachment portion 32. In this embodiment, as an example, the second attachment wall portion 19 has two attachment holes 19a.

34。Moreover, the container main body part 30 may hang down the frame 30a on the side of the rear wall part 14, and may provide the belt 33 when moving the container 10, for example. In addition, the container body portion 30 may be provided with a hook portion 34 for keeping the front door portion 13 in an open state on each of the outer walls 30b on the side of the first side wall portion 15 and the second side wall portion 16, for example.

54。In addition, the container 10 includes a cooling system 50 for cooling the inside of the storage chamber 31 of the container body 30. In this embodiment, a cold storage type is adopted as the cooling method of the cooling system 50. In this case, the cooling system 50 includes, for example, a control box 51, a compressor 52, a condenser 53, and a cold storage plate 54.

The control box 51 controls the operation of the cooling system 50. The compressor 52 generates a high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant. The condenser 53 includes, for example, a fan 55, and according to the driving of the fan 55, heat exchange is performed between the gas refrigerant generated by the compressor 52 and the outside atmosphere, thereby cooling the gas refrigerant and condensing it to generate a liquid refrigerant. The cold storage plate 54 is sealed with a cold storage material. The condenser 53 and the cold storage plate 54 are connected via a refrigerant pipe 56. The liquid refrigerant discharged from the condenser 53 is decompressed and adiabaticly expanded while flowing through the refrigerant pipe 56 and then circulates in the cold storage plate 54 to absorb heat from the cold storage material and evaporate, thereby cooling the cold storage material.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the container 10 showing various elements constituting the cooling system 50. Fig. 5 (a) is a cross-sectional perspective view of the container 10 corresponding to the VA-VA cross section in Fig. 2. Specifically, FIG. 5(a) shows a state in which the container 10 is cut by the end of the cooling unit 40 on the side opposite to the container body 30 in the X direction. However, in the diagram shown in FIG. 5( a ), the first side panel 23 is attached to the cooling unit 40. FIG. 5(b) is an enlarged perspective view showing the vicinity of the pipe joint 57 provided in the middle of the refrigerant pipe 56 corresponding to the VB area in FIG. 5(a).

In the present embodiment, the cold storage plate 54 included in the cooling system 50 is installed in the container body 30 so as to face the space in the storage chamber 31. For example, the cold storage plate 54 may also be provided so as to cover the inner surface on the upper wall 11 side of the storage chamber 31. In contrast, among the components included in the cooling system 50, components other than the cold storage plate 54 such as the control box 51, the compressor 52, and the condenser 53 are housed and held in the cooling unit 40.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the cooling unit 40 viewed from the side substantially attached to the second attachment wall portion 19.

The cooling unit 40 has the constituent elements of the cooling system 50 other than the above-mentioned cold storage plate 54 and a frame 41 that holds these constituent elements. In addition, the cooling unit 40 is also referred to as a condensation unit.

46。The frame 41 may be composed of, for example, a combination of a plurality of L-shaped angle steel materials. The material of the frame 41 may be an aluminum-based alloy similarly to the constituent elements of the container body 30. In the example of this embodiment, the frame 41 includes an upper frame 42, a lower frame 43, a first side frame 44, a second side frame 45, and a placing frame 46.

The upper frame 42 is a rod-shaped body located at the uppermost part in the Z direction and extending along the Y direction. The upper frame 42 can be regarded as a part of the rear wall 14 and can be in contact with a part of the frame 30a on the side of the first mounting wall 18 in the Z direction. The lower frame 43 is a rod-shaped body located at the lowest part in the Z direction and extending in the Y direction.

The first side frame 44 is an annular body that can be regarded as a part of the first side wall portion 15. Specifically, the first side frame 44 includes a first upper frame 44a, a first front frame 44b, a first back frame 44c, and a first inclined frame 44d. Hereinafter, the “front” of the frame 41 refers to the side facing the outside of the container 10 when the cooling unit 40 is installed in the container body 30. On the other hand, the “back” of the frame 41 refers to the side that is located on the opposite side of the “front”, and the side facing the inside of the container 10 when the cooling unit 40 is installed in the container body 30.

The first upper frame 44a is a rod-shaped body located at the uppermost part in the Z direction and extending in the X direction. The first upper frame 44a can contact a part of the frame 30a on the side of the first mounting wall 18 in the Z direction. The first front frame 44b corresponds to the outer frame of the container 10 and is a rod-shaped body extending in the Z direction. Therefore, the first front frame 44b can also be regarded as a part of the rear wall 14. The first back frame 44c is a rod-shaped body extending in the Z direction. The first back surface frame 44c can be in contact with a part of the frame body 30a on the second attachment wall portion 19 side in the X direction. The first inclined frame 44d corresponds to the outer frame of the container 10 and is a rod-shaped body extending along the inclination of the inclined wall portion 17. Therefore, the first inclined frame 44d can also be regarded as a part of the inclined wall portion 17.

The second side frame 45 is an annular body that can be regarded as a part of the second side wall portion 16. Specifically, the second side frame 45 includes a second upper frame 45a, a second front frame 45b, a second back frame 45c, and a second inclined frame 45d. The second upper frame 45a is a rod-shaped body located at the uppermost part in the Z direction and extending along the X direction. The second upper frame 45a can contact a part of the frame 30a on the side of the first mounting wall 18 in the Z direction. The second front frame 45b corresponds to the outer frame of the container 10 and is a rod-shaped body extending in the Z direction. Therefore, the second front frame 45b can also be regarded as a part of the rear wall 14. The second back frame 45c is a rod-shaped body extending in the Z direction. The second back frame 45c can be in contact with a part of the frame 30a on the second attachment wall 19 side in the X direction. The second inclined frame 45d corresponds to the outer frame of the container 10 and is a rod-shaped body extending along the inclination of the inclined wall portion 17. Therefore, the second inclined frame 45d can also be regarded as a part of the inclined wall portion 17.

The mounting frame 46 is a ring-shaped body that mounts each component of the cooling system 50 housed in the cooling unit 40. Specifically, the mounting frame 46 includes a front middle section frame 46a, a back middle section frame 46b, a first side middle section frame 46c, and a second side middle section frame 46d. The front middle frame 46a, the back middle frame 46b, the first side middle frame 46c, and the second side middle frame 46d are all located on the same XY plane, that is, on the same horizontal plane. Furthermore, the front middle section frame 46a may be, for example, a rod-shaped body extending at the connection position between the rear wall portion 14 and the inclined wall portion 17 of the container 10.

One end of the upper frame 42, the lower frame 43, the front middle frame 46 a and the back middle frame 46 b is connected to the first side frame 44. Similarly, the other ends of the upper frame 42, the lower frame 43, the front middle frame 46 a and the back middle frame 46 b are connected to the second side frame 45. In this case, the upper frame 42, the lower frame 43, the first side frame 44, the second side frame 45, and the front middle frame 46a on which the frame 46 is placed, in other words, define the outer shape of the frame 41. frame.

Here, the frame 41 has a plurality of through holes 41a. A plurality of through holes 41 a are formed in the frame 41 at positions corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes 30 d in the cooling unit mounting portion 32. Specifically, the positions where such through holes 41a are formed are the upper frame body 42, the first upper frame 44a, the second upper frame 45a, the first back frame 44c, and the second back frame 45c, which can be connected to the cooling unit mounting portion. The plate portion that any one of the plural frame bodies 30a of 32 contacts.

In addition to the above-mentioned positions, a plurality of through holes 41a are also formed in the frame 41 at positions corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes on the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24. 1 and 5, the bolts 25 used to attach the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 to the frame 41 are depicted. Therefore, they are located on the front panel 22 and the first side. The multiple mounting holes of the panel 23 and the second side panel 24 are not shown.

In addition to the aforementioned frame, the frame 41 may also include one or more reinforcing frame 47. For example, the mounting frame 46 bears the weight of each component of the cooling system 50. Therefore, the frame 41 may have a first reinforcing member 47a, a second reinforcing member 47b, a third reinforcing member 47c, or a fourth reinforcing member 47d for supporting and mounting the frame 46 from the lower frame 43, in order to increase the mounting frame The support strength of the body 46. The first reinforcing member 47a and the second reinforcing member 47b are parallel to the first inclined frame 44d and the second inclined frame 45d, respectively, and connect the lower frame 43 and the front middle frame 46a. The third reinforcement member 47c and the fourth reinforcement member 47d are parallel to the first back frame 44c and the second back frame 45c, respectively, and connect the lower frame 43 and the back middle frame 46b. Furthermore, the frame 41 may have, for example, a fifth reinforcing member 47e, which is parallel to the lower frame body 43 and the front middle section frame 46a, and connects the first reinforcing member 47a and the second reinforcing member 47b (see FIG. 8 ).

In addition, the frame 41 may have, for example, a sixth reinforcing member 47f, a seventh reinforcing member 47g, an eighth reinforcing member 47h, or a twelfth reinforcing member 47l in the mounting frame 46, and the purpose is to vary according to each component of the cooling system 50. The shape is easy to fix (refer to Figure 5). Here, in the present embodiment, along the longitudinal direction of the cooling unit 40, that is, the Y direction, the control box 51, the condenser 53, and the compressor 52 are arranged in order from one side. In particular, in accordance with the requirement for heat dissipation through heat generation, it is desirable that the compressor 52 is provided on the end side of the frame 41. Furthermore, considering the arrangement of the control box 51, the condenser 53, and the compressor 52, the sixth reinforcement member 47f is parallel to the first side middle section frame 46c and the second side middle section frame 46d, and is connected between the compressor 52 and the condenser 53 The middle front frame 46a and the middle back frame 46b are connected therebetween. Similarly, the seventh reinforcement member 47g is parallel to the first side middle section frame 46c and the second side middle section frame 46d, and connects the front middle section frame 46a and the back middle section frame 46b between the condenser 53 and the control box 51. Furthermore, the eighth reinforcing member 47h is parallel to the front middle frame 46a and the rear middle frame 46b, and connects the sixth reinforcing member 47f and the seventh reinforcing member 47g. Furthermore, the twelfth reinforcing member 47l is parallel to the front middle frame 46a and the back middle frame 46b, and connects the sixth reinforcing member 47f and the first side middle frame 46c.

In addition, the frame 41 may have, for example, a ninth reinforcement member 47i or a tenth reinforcement member 47j on which the frame body 46 is supported and mounted from the upper frame body 42, in order to more firmly fix each component of the cooling system 50 (see FIG. 8 ). The ninth reinforcing member 47i and the tenth reinforcing member 47j are parallel to the first back frame 44c and the second back frame 45c, respectively, and connect the upper frame 42 and the front middle frame 46a. Furthermore, the frame 41 may have, for example, an eleventh reinforcing member 47k. The aforementioned eleventh reinforcing member 47k is parallel to the upper frame 42 and the front middle section frame 46a, and connects the second front frame 45b and the ninth reinforcing member 47i (see FIG. 8 ).

The control box 51, condenser 53, and compressor 52 included in the cooling system 50, and other piping or wiring connected between each component are fastened directly or indirectly via joint fittings, such as bolts. This is fixed to various frames of the frame 41.

54。The cooling system 50 has a refrigerant piping 56 which circulates liquid refrigerant from the condenser 53 to the cold storage plate 54 provided in the storage chamber 31 of the container body 30. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the refrigerant pipe 56 extends upward from the cooling unit 40 in the Z direction. Furthermore, the refrigerant pipe 56 penetrates the opening 18 a formed in the first attachment wall 18 and is connected to the cold storage plate 54.

In addition, in this embodiment, the refrigerant pipe 56 can be separated in the vicinity of the opening 18a, and the purpose is to be able to remove the cooling unit 40 provided with the condenser 53 from the container body 30 provided with the cold storage plate 54. Specifically, the refrigerant pipe 56 includes one pipe connected to the condenser 53 and another pipe connected to the cold storage plate 54. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5( b ), the respective pipes constituting the refrigerant pipe 56 are connected to each other via a pipe joint 57. Here, in order not to easily reduce the cold retention performance in the housing chamber 31, it is desirable that the size of the opening 18a is set to a size required for the tip of the refrigerant pipe 56 including the pipe joint 57 to penetrate through, and the sealing material is applied . In addition, the pipe joint 57 is located on the side of the accommodation chamber 31 in a state where the cooling unit 40 is mounted on the cooling unit mounting portion 32, that is, a state where the pipe joint 57 is fastened.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the container 10 has a front panel 22, a first side panel 23, and a second side panel 24 as exterior panels covering the frame 41 of the cooling unit 40. The materials of the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 may be aluminum-based alloys similarly to the respective components of the container body 30.

The front panel 22 includes a first flat plate portion 22 a covering a portion of the frame 41 corresponding to a part of the rear wall portion 14, and a second flat plate portion 22 b covering a portion corresponding to the inclined wall portion 17. The first flat plate portion 22 a and the second flat plate portion 22 b each have a plurality of attachment holes at positions corresponding to the plurality of through holes 41 a formed in the frame 41. In addition, the second flat plate portion 22b may have a flange portion 22e in accordance with the shape of the frame 41, and the flange portion 22e may have a plurality of attachment holes at positions corresponding to the plurality of through holes 41a formed in the frame 41. In addition, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the 1st flat plate part 22a and the 2nd flat plate part 22b are integrated, but each may be a separate individual.

In addition, the front plate 22 has, for example, a perforated portion 22c in the first flat plate portion 22a, and the perforated portion 22c is a collection portion of a plurality of through holes that can circulate air between the inside and the outside of the frame 41. The perforated portion 22c is formed in a region facing the compressor 52 and a region facing the condenser 53 in the first flat plate portion 22a, for example. As a result, the compressor 52 can efficiently dissipate heat. The condenser 53 can efficiently introduce the atmosphere from the outside. In addition, the front panel 22 has an opening 22d in the region facing the control box 51 in the first flat portion 22a. The opening 22d is used for the operator even when the front panel 22 is attached to the frame 41. The operation buttons and the like of the control box 51 are approached from the outside.

The first side panel 23 covers a portion of the frame 41 corresponding to a part of the first side wall portion 15. The first side panel 23 is located in the vicinity of the compressor 52 in a state of being attached to the frame 41. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the first side panel 23 has the same punched portion 23a as the punched portion 22c described above in the region facing the compressor 52. In addition, the second side panel 24 covers a portion of the frame 41 corresponding to a part of the second side wall portion 16. The first side panel 23 and the second side panel 24 each have a plurality of attachment holes at positions corresponding to the plurality of through holes 41 a formed in the frame 41.

25。In addition, in FIG. 1 and the like, as described above, the mounting holes themselves formed in the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 are not shown, but are drawn at positions corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes.

Next, the shape of the storage chamber 31 in the container 10 will be described.

FIG. 7 is a side view of the container 10. However, FIG. 7 shows a state where the cooling unit 40 is removed from the container body 30. In addition, in FIG. 7, a two-dot chain line schematically shows the shape of the accommodation chamber 31 located in the container body 30.

In the container 10 conforming to the general ULD shape, the cooling unit 40 is arranged in the inner area where the inclined wall portion 17 is located in the X direction, and is arranged in the lower area including the inclined wall portion 17 in the Z direction. Therefore, in the accommodating area of the accommodating chamber 31, the position in the X direction from the front door portion 13 to the second mounting wall portion 19 becomes an area that substantially matches the overall shape of the container 10. Furthermore, in the accommodating chamber 31, the position in the X direction from the second mounting wall 19 to the space between the rear wall 14 and the position in the Z direction from the upper wall 11 to the first mounting wall 18 also becomes the accommodating area. That is, in the present embodiment, in a state where the cooling unit 40 is attached to the container body portion 30, the area located above the Z direction of the cooling unit 40 also becomes a part of the storage chamber 31.

Next, the procedure of mounting the cooling unit 40 to the container body 30 will be described.

41。First, the container body 30 and the cooling unit 40 are assembled separately. In particular, the cooling unit 40 is assembled into one unit as shown in FIG. 6 before being installed in the container body 30. In other words, the control box 51, the condenser 53, the compressor 52, etc. constituting the cooling system 50 are held in the frame 41 at this stage.

32。Then, the cooling unit 40 is arranged at a predetermined position of the cooling unit mounting portion 32 of the container body 30. Here, since the cooling unit 40 holds a plurality of elements constituting the cooling system 50, it has a certain amount of weight. Therefore, in this embodiment, the cooling unit 40 is arranged in the cooling unit mounting portion 32 by a holding jig and a loading and unloading device such as a forklift as described below.

100b。Fig. 8 is a front view of the cooling unit 40 in a state where the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are attached. Fig. 9 is a side view of the cooling unit 40 in a state where the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are attached. 10 is a perspective view of the cooling unit 40 in a state where the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are attached. In each of FIGS. 8 to 10, the forklift body is not shown, but two front end portions are shown as part of the fork frame portion of the forklift. Hereinafter, one front end portion of the fork portion is referred to as a first fork 100a, and the other front end portion of the fork portion is referred to as a second fork 100b.

At the stage of arranging the cooling unit 40 in the cooling unit mounting portion 32, the front panel 22 and the like have not been mounted to the frame 41. Therefore, the forklift can penetrate the first fork frame 100a and the second fork frame 100b from the outside of the frame 41 to the inside. In addition, the frame 41 includes a mounting frame 46 arranged parallel to the horizontal plane. Therefore, the forklift can lift the mounting frame 46 by directly lifting the mounting frame 46 after inserting the first fork 100a and the second fork 100b under the mounting frame 46. As a result, the entire cooling unit 40 can be lifted. Lift it up and make it move.

However, in the cooling unit 40, the various elements of the cooling system 50 are fixed to the upper part of the mounting frame 46. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, there are various pipes in the lower part of the mounting frame 46. class. Therefore, if the forklift only inserts the first fork frame 100a and the second fork frame 100b below the mounting frame 46, when the mounting frame 46 is to be lifted, the first fork frame 100a or When the second fork 100b touches the pipes. Therefore, in this embodiment, the forklift lifts the mounting frame 46 via the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b. The first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are respectively connected to Two holding fixtures corresponding to the first fork 100a and the second fork 100b.

The first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are blocks that can abut on the partial back surface of the mounting frame 46 and the mounting surface of the first fork 100a or the second fork 100b, respectively. The material of the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b may be wood or the like, for the purpose of preventing damage to the mounting frame 46 due to contact with the mounting frame 46. As shown in FIG. 8, the height dimensions of the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are set so that the first fork 100a and the like hold the mounting frame 46 via the first holding jig 60a and the like, and the first fork Also, 100a and the like do not come into contact with the piping existing in the lower part of the mounting frame 46. As shown in FIG. 10, the depth dimensions of the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b are set so that the first fork 100a and the like hold the mounting frame 46 via the first holding jig 60a and the like, and the first fork Also, 100a and the like do not come into contact with the piping existing in the lower part of the mounting frame 46. Therefore, the depth dimensions of the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b may be different from each other according to the arrangement of pipes.

40。In addition, the position where the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b abut on the mounting frame 46 may also be determined based on the weight distribution among the parts of the cooling unit 40. For example, among the constituent elements of the cooling system 50 held in the cooling unit 40, the compressor 52 is the heaviest. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, one of the first fork 100a or the second fork 100b, that is, the second fork 100b, is located below the compressor 52, so that the second holding treatment The tool 60b abuts on a part of the mounting frame 46. In this case, the contact position between the other first holding jig 60a and the mounting frame 46 is determined based on the distance between the first fork 100a and the second fork 100b. As a result, the forklift can maintain the cooling unit 40 in a very balanced manner for the first fork 100a and the second fork 100b.

100b。In addition, the first holding jig 60a and the second holding jig 60b may be separately divided. For example, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the second holding jig 60b abuts against the 12th reinforcement member 47l located on the same plane in addition to the front middle section frame 46a of the mounting frame 46. . In this case, the second holding jig 60b may also be composed of two blocks, one block abuts on the front middle section frame 46a and the second fork 100b, and the other block abuts on the twelfth reinforcement member 47l And the second fork 100b.

19a。Immediately after the cooling unit 40 is arranged in the cooling unit mounting portion 32, the operator makes a plurality of bolts 48 (refer to FIG. 5(a)) penetrate through the through hole 41a from the inner side of the frame 41, and fasten them in the cooling unit mounting portion A plurality of mounting holes 30d of the part 32. Thereby, the cooling unit 40 is fixed to the cooling unit attachment portion 32. Here, especially in order to more firmly fix the part holding the compressor 52 that generates vibration, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the bolt 48 may also penetrate through the through hole 41a of the third reinforcing member 47c and be fastened to Two mounting holes 19a are located on the second mounting wall 19.

In the current stage, in the refrigerant piping 56 on the side of the cooling unit 40, the tip of the refrigerant piping 56 with the pipe joint 57 penetrates the opening 18a of the first mounting wall 18 and is located in the accommodation chamber 31 of the container body 30 . Therefore, immediately after that, the operator enters the accommodation chamber 31 from the front door 13, tightens the pipe joint 57, and connects the refrigerant pipe 56 on the side of the cold storage plate 54 and the refrigerant pipe 56 on the side of the cooling unit 40.

Then, the operator fixes the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, and the second side panel 24 to the frame 41 by using a plurality of bolts 25 to complete the assembly of the container 10.

Next, the procedure of maintaining the cooling system 50 will be described.

First, in the case of simple maintenance of the control box 51, the condenser 53, the compressor 52, etc. included in the cooling system 50, the operator removes the front panel 22 and the first side from the frame 41 by loosening the fastening of the bolt 25 Panel 23 or second side panel 24. As a result, the components of the cooling system 50 are exposed to the outside of the container 10. Therefore, the operator can enter each component of the cooling system 50 from the gap of the frame 41 without removing the container 10, thereby easily performing maintenance.

On the other hand, for example, in the case of maintenance that requires replacement of any of the components of the cooling system 50, the operator only needs to remove the cooling unit 40 from the container body 30 in the order opposite to the installation order of the cooling unit 40 described above. It can be implemented afterwards.

Next, the effect of the container 10 of this embodiment is demonstrated.

The container 10 of the present embodiment includes: a container body 30 having a storage chamber 31 for accommodating goods; a cooling system 50 including a compressor 52 and a condenser 53 to cool the inside of the storage chamber 31; and a frame 41 for containing The compressor 52 and the condenser 53 are installed and maintained. The frame 41 can be attached to and removed from the container body 30 while holding the compressor 52 and the condenser 53.

According to this type of container 10, for example, in the case of performing maintenance such as replacement of the compressor 52 constituting the cooling system 50, the operator can remove the components of the cooling system 50 from the container body 30 together with the frame 41. Therefore, the operator can replace each component of the cooling system 50 with respect to the frame 41 in a place different from the container main body 30, for example after that. In other words, in the past, compressors, condensers, etc. were installed directly and individually with respect to the container. Therefore, when replacement or the like was necessary, they had to be individually removed from the container and then installed. In contrast, according to the present embodiment, since the components of the cooling system 50 can be removed together with the frame 41, the time required for installation and removal can be reduced, and as a result, the total time required for maintenance can be reduced. In addition, since the replacement operation can be performed in a place different from the container body portion 30, the operability can be improved.

10。Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a container 10 that is advantageous for improving the maintainability of the cooling system 50 for cooling the inside of the storage chamber 31.

In addition, the cargo container 10 of this embodiment is mounted in a cargo compartment of an aircraft, and has an inclined wall portion 17 that is inclined according to the cross-sectional shape of the cargo compartment. The frame 41 may have a shape including the inclined wall portion 17 when it is attached to the container body portion 30.

41。According to this kind of container 10, since the frame 41 is located at the part facing the outside of the container 10, the operator can easily enter the frame 41 when the cooling system 50 is maintained.

In addition, in the container 10 of this embodiment, the container body 30 may include a part of the storage chamber 31 above the frame 41 in the vertical direction.

According to such a container 10, for example, when the frame 41 has a shape including the inclined wall portion 17, the area above the frame 41 can be effectively used as the storage area of the storage chamber 31. In addition, according to this type of container 10, since the frame 41 holding each component of the cooling system 50 is located below the container 10, the center of gravity of the container 10 is low and the posture of the container 10 can be stabilized.

30。In addition, in the container 10 of the present embodiment, the container main body 30 may have a plurality of attachment holes 30 d formed toward the frame 41. The frame 41 may have through holes 41a at positions corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes 30d, and the bolts 48 may be penetrated through the through holes 41a and fastened to the mounting holes 30d to be mounted on the container body 30.

According to this kind of container 10, during maintenance of the cooling system 50, the operator can easily install and remove the frame 41 with respect to the container body 30 by tightening or unfastening the bolts 48.

In addition, in the container 10 of the present embodiment, the cooling system 50 may also include: a cold storage plate 54 provided inside the accommodating chamber 31; and a refrigerant piping 56 that allows the refrigerant to flow between the cold storage plate 54 and the condenser 53, and The cold storage plate 54 and the compressor 52 circulate therebetween. In addition, the container 10 may include a pipe joint 57 capable of separating the refrigerant pipe 56 into one pipe and the other pipe. The fastening of the pipe joint 57 may be released when the frame 41 is removed from the container body 30 in a state in which the compressor 52 and the condenser 53 are held.

41。According to the container 10, the operator only needs to release the fastening of the pipe joint 57 after the refrigerant is recovered, and the connection between the cold storage plate 54 and the condenser 53, and the connection between the cold storage plate 54 and the compressor 52 can be released. The frame 41 is removed from the container body 30.

In addition, the container 10 of the present embodiment may have an exterior panel that faces the outside and can be attached to and removed from the frame 41.

24。Here, the exterior panel corresponds to the front panel 22, the first side panel 23, or the second side panel 24, for example.

41。According to this kind of container 10, the operator can easily enter the cooling system 50 and perform maintenance only by removing the exterior panel when performing such simple maintenance without replacing the components of the cooling system 50. That is, in the case of performing simple maintenance on the cooling system 50, the operator may not remove the frame 41 from the container body 30.

In addition, in the container 10 of the present embodiment, the frame 41 may have a frame that faces the fork portion when the fork portion of the loading and unloading device is inserted from the outside to the inside of the frame 41. The frame may be lifted by the fork part via the holding jig. The holding jig may have a height dimension that prevents the fork portion from contacting the cooling system 50 when the fork portion lifts the frame.

60b。Here, the fork part of the loading and unloading device corresponds to, for example, the first fork 100a or the second fork 100b of a forklift. The frame corresponds to the mounting frame 46, for example. The holding jig corresponds to, for example, the first holding jig 60a or the second holding jig 60b.

According to such a container 10, an operator can hold the frame 41 using a forklift and make it easily move, for example. In other words, the frame 41 can be easily moved even without a loading and unloading device that hangs the cargo and moves it by a crane or the like. Therefore, it is not necessary to include a hook portion for hanging and the like. In addition, the operator can tighten or loosen a plurality of bolts 48 while holding the frame 41 with a forklift, so that the frame 41 holding the components of the cooling system 50, that is, the cooling unit 40, can be opposed to the container body 30. Easy to install and remove. In addition, the frame 41 is held by the fork portion via a holding jig, and therefore, the frame 41 is not easily damaged when the frame 41 is lifted. In addition, the holding jig has a height dimension that prevents the fork portion from contacting the cooling system 50 when the fork portion lifts the frame. Therefore, it is possible to avoid damage to the piping as a component of the cooling system 50 in advance.
