Abstract

本發明大體上係關於由聚矽氧製成之可密封杯子、碗及平底杯之領域。

本發明之實施例提供一種獨立站立且如同一可再密封拉鏈儲存袋般在頂部處拉上拉鏈之杯子或碗。杯子或碗可係由聚矽氧以單件製成、可係可撓性的、可係食品級的且可係洗碗機/微波安全的。杯子或碗可用作一盤/杯子。杯子或碗可用作一儲存容器。特定言之,杯子或碗可對於旅行極佳。
材料可為了穩定性而在基底處較厚。頂部可較薄且較可撓性。拉鏈可係一榫槽構形,其中一公部分與一母部分配接以形成密封。拉鏈可係一雙拉鏈或三拉鏈。可將一扣鉤組裝至拉鏈之外部用於沿著拉鏈滑動以輔助嘴及/或拉鏈之封閉。拉鏈可包括接合以密封嘴之公及母部件。為了本發明之目的,當拉鏈部件充分接合以保持封閉而獨立於任何外部影響且將水保留於一顛倒容器內部時,嘴將被視為由拉鏈部件密封。容器可保持1與20杯水量之間。
可將具有拉鏈部件之容器模製為一個單體整體件,特定言之,無經組裝部件。例如,為了製造作為一單體整體件而無組裝部分之一容器,可將具有全部其部分(包含拉鏈部件)之容器之整體壓縮成型、液體射出成型、轉移成型或藉由任何類似程序模製。包覆模製可包含於此等模製程序中,其中首先單獨模製拉鏈部件,且接著將其等放置於容器模具內部,使得當模製容器時,藉由將液體聚矽氧注射於模具中以形成容器而使拉鏈部件變得「經包覆模製」或「經囊封」,且藉此變為與容器之一單體整體件。可藉由單獨形成或模製拉鏈部件及容器且接著在聚矽氧材料未完全交聯(固化)時將其等接觸放置,且接著後焙該等部分以將整體硫化而使拉鏈部件及容器變為一單體整體。拉鏈部件或容器之其他部分可由經注射至模具中之一較硬硬度或不同材料製成,使得其可係一雙硬度或經共模製產物。
可使用聚矽氧,特定言之,鈦聚矽氧。例如,可使用具有在30至80蕭氏A之間之一硬度之聚矽氧。聚矽氧可具有在290%與620%之間之一斷裂伸長率。聚矽氧可具有21至33 N/mm之一撕裂強度。
本發明之一個態樣係使用一液體聚矽氧橡膠射出成型程序以將容器製造為一單一單體產品。未經固化液體聚矽氧橡膠可作為兩個材料開始:鹼形成材料及一催化劑。可將材料釋放至一混合腔室中,其中亦可將彩色顏料或其他添加劑釋放至混合腔室中。可將一特定體積作為適合每一工作之一射出尺寸(shot size)注射至模具中。可取決於經模製之容器之大小及形狀而調整溫度、壓力、注射速率及循環時間。模具可包括兩個或兩個以上板。可將液體聚矽氧橡膠注射至一經預加熱模具中以將材料推至模具及其中之腔中。藉由施加熱及壓力直至液體聚矽氧橡膠固化而在模具中固化液體聚矽氧橡膠。應考量聚矽氧收縮率。由於聚矽氧係一彈性材料,故當自一模具之腔移除其時,可發生溢料(flashing)。可自動地或手動地自經模製容器移除溢料。
本發明之另一態樣係使用一高稠度聚矽氧橡膠壓縮成型程序以將容器製造為一單一單體產品。藉由添加粉末而預催化粒狀塊體聚矽氧材料。判定製造容器所需之聚矽氧之一確切量。將經判定量之聚矽氧切割並稱重且策略性地放置於一模具腔中。可將聚矽氧材料預塑形至容器之近似構形,使得其填充模具之內部之全部部分。在藉由於模具之板之間壓縮聚矽氧以使矽流動至模具之腔中而施加力時,將模具加熱至攝氏300度或更高。藉由在熱及壓力下之一不可逆化學反應而固化或硫化聚矽氧以製造一經高度交聯分子結構。打開模具且移除經模製容器。可自動地或手動地自經模製容器移除溢料。
根據本發明之某些實施例,一個特徵係具有在頂部處具備嘴之一拉鏈密封件之一自站立容器,其中嘴在未經密封時保持敞開。對於使用者之一益處係容器之嘴在一獨立站立位置中保持敞開,因此使用者可將內容物倒或舀至容器中或自容器倒出或舀出而不必保持容器之嘴敞開。為了實現此特徵,容器可在一敞開位置中經聚矽氧模製,使得完成容器自然地想要呈現一打開位置。拉鏈部件可在筆直模具中經聚矽氧模製,使得其等自身自然地趨於呈現筆直位置。接著,當將拉鏈部件接合於容器之拉鏈槽中時,組合趨於引起容器之嘴在自站立時自然地呈現一睜開的眼睛形狀。
圖展示單獨杯子、碗或容器之透視圖、側視圖及端視圖。各杯子、碗或容器由一可撓性材料製成,該可撓性材料在基底區域中充分剛性以獨立站立,但在封閉端區域中充分可撓性以容許嘴在敞開構形與封閉構形之間轉變。
圖1A至圖1J展示一短容器之透視圖、側視圖及端視圖。短容器10包括形狀大致為橢圓形之一基底11。短容器10進一步包括在頂部處之一嘴12,其中嘴在敞開時係大致圓形的且在封閉時係大致線性的。基底11包括具有足夠硬度或剛度以抵抗回應於經施加力之變形之一壁厚度及材料組合物。嘴12包括充分可撓性或柔韌以容許嘴12在敞開構形與封閉構形之間變形之壁厚度及材料組合物。在一項實施例中,短容器10可具有自基底11至嘴12均勻地變動之壁厚度或剛度,其中壁厚度在基底11處更厚或更剛性且在嘴12處更薄或更不剛性。短容器10可具有在嘴12附近之一拉鏈槽13以在一封閉構形中密封嘴。

由聚矽氧製成之本發明之一些實施例具有大於0.5 mm之基底及側壁厚度。由聚矽氧製成之本發明之其他實施例具有在約0.7 mm與約1.3 mm之間之基底及側壁厚度。由聚矽氧製成之本發明之又進一步實施例具有約1.0 mm之基底及側壁厚度。
平底杯、杯子或碗可由透明或不透明且經製成為任何色彩之聚矽氧材料製成。聚矽氧可具有適用於與食物接觸之應用之一品質及組合物。特定言之,藉由與鉑交聯之一程序而獲得之甲基-乙烯基-聚矽氧烷可係一適當聚矽氧。材料可包含聚胺基甲酸酯橡膠、錫固化之聚矽氧橡膠及鉑固化之聚矽氧橡膠。可添加數字標記以指示杯子、碗或平底杯內之體積量測。
圖5B係圖5A中展示之平底杯之一橫截面俯視圖,其中展示公拉鏈部件57及母拉鏈部件58。公拉鏈部件57恰好定位於嘴52之內部且自平底杯50之一個內側延伸。母拉鏈部件58恰好定位於嘴52之內部且自平底杯50之另一側延伸。在此實施例中,平底杯50具有在嘴52之相對端處之相對厚尖端59,其中各尖端59形成橫向於嘴52之軸線之一內壁。尖端59之外表面提供「把手」以供一使用者在將拉鏈部件57及58封閉在一起時固持平底杯50。拉鏈部件在尖端59之內壁處終止以在經封閉時完全密封平底杯50之嘴52。即使在平底杯50之嘴52如圖5B中展示般敞開時,拉鏈部件57及58仍在尖端59處彼此「交叉」,使得公拉鏈元件及母拉鏈元件在尖端59處完全接合。為了封閉嘴52,一使用者僅將嘴52之側擠壓在一起且將拉鏈部件57及58捏在一起,直至公拉鏈部件57及母拉鏈部件58自尖端59至尖端59完全接合。當敞開時,嘴52在各尖端59處形成一收束嘴部53。

隨著公部件67及母部件68幾乎延伸至收束嘴部63,其等變得在高度上甚至更短且改變其等形式。在此實施例中,部件藉由減小頭部102之大小且減小凸緣104之間之通道之大小而改變其等形式。圖6E展示相對較短公部件67及母部件68。隨著部件朝向收束嘴部63漸縮,肩部103及105亦在大小上收縮。公部件67及母部件68繼續漸縮,直至其等在收束嘴部63處變得不存在。

Claims (20)
- 一種容器,其包括: 一基底及自站立側,該等自站立側自該基底延伸以界定與該基底相對之一嘴,其中該嘴具有彼此相對之第一收束嘴部及第二收束嘴部及在該第一收束嘴部與該第二收束嘴部之間彼此相對之第一內側及第二內側; 一第一拉鏈部件,其自該嘴之該第一內側自該第一收束嘴部延伸至該第二收束嘴部; 一第二拉鏈部件,其自該嘴之該第二內側自該第一收束嘴部延伸至該第二收束嘴部; 其中該嘴可在敞開構形與封閉構形之間變形且該第一拉鏈部件及該第二拉鏈部件在該嘴敞開時可脫離且在該嘴封閉時可接合, 其中該基底、該等側及該等拉鏈部件係一單體整體容器而無經組裝部分, 其中該容器包括聚矽氧。
- 如請求項1之容器,其中該聚矽氧包括鉑聚矽氧。
- 如請求項1之容器,其中該第一拉鏈部件係公的且該第二拉鏈部件係母的。
- 如請求項1之容器,其中該第一拉鏈部件之一橫截面輪廓包括在一軀幹之一遠端處之一頭部且該頭部具有在相對方向上實質上橫向於該軀幹之一中心軸線延伸之肩部,其中該第二拉鏈部件之一橫截面輪廓包括兩個凸緣,該兩個凸緣在該等凸緣之間界定一通道且各凸緣具有在其遠端處之一肩部。

- 如請求項1之容器,其中該基底及該等側具有在0.7 mm與1.3 mm之間之厚度。

- 如請求項18之藉由一模製程序製成之容器,其中該模製程序進一步包括模製該第一拉鏈部件及該第二拉鏈部件且在模製該容器時包覆模製該第一拉鏈部件及該第二拉鏈部件。
