Description

拋棄式擦洗墊  Disposable scrubbing pad

本文討論之實施例關於拋棄式擦洗墊。更具體地,本揭露之實施例關於單次使用目的之拋棄式擦洗墊。 Embodiments discussed herein relate to disposable scrub pads. More specifically, embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to disposable scrubbing pads for single use purposes.

通常,擦洗墊被廣泛用於移除餐具及類似物中之污染物。通常,擦洗墊被製造成具有一定程度的耐用性以便重複使用,因此一旦其被消費者購買,其通常可連續地重複使用。然而,由於習知擦洗墊被重複使用,污染物可能留在其表面上,使得其受污染或暴露在潮濕的環境中,且因此可傳播細菌。儘管如此,使用擦洗墊時不進行單獨的滅菌程序。 Typically, scrub pads are widely used to remove contaminants from tableware and the like. Typically, scrubbing pads are manufactured to have a degree of durability for reuse, so that once they are purchased by a consumer, they are typically continuously reusable. However, since conventional scrubbing pads are reused, contaminants may remain on their surface, rendering them contaminated or exposed to moisture, and thus may spread bacteria. Nonetheless, a separate sterilization procedure is not used when using the scrubbing pad.

本揭露的目的係提供拋棄式擦洗墊,與習知擦洗墊相比,其藉由降低製造成本而製造成使用一次後被消費者丟棄。 The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a disposable scrubbing pad that is manufactured to be discarded by the consumer after being used once, as compared to conventional scrubbing pads.

本揭露之目的亦係提供具有與習知擦洗墊相同的清潔力之拋棄式擦洗墊,即使其係為了拋棄式使用而製造。 It is also an object of the present disclosure to provide a disposable scrubbing pad having the same cleaning power as conventional scrubbing pads, even if it is manufactured for disposable use.

根據本揭露之一態樣,可提供包括基材之拋棄式擦洗墊,該基材包括以網形式熔融之纖維紗線,及塗佈在核心表面上 之核心塗層。該纖維紗線包括由合成樹脂製成之核心。該核心具有3丹尼或更大及6丹尼或更小之厚度。 According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a disposable scrubbing pad comprising a substrate comprising a fiber yarn melted in a web form and a core coating coated on the core surface can be provided. The fiber yarn includes a core made of synthetic resin. The core has a thickness of 3 denier or greater and 6 denier or less.

根據本揭露之例示性實施例,本揭露與習知擦洗墊相比具有降低製造成本而不會劣化清潔力的效果。因為其在使用一次後難以再使用,其在被使用一次後可被丟棄而毫無任何問題。 According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the present disclosure has an effect of reducing manufacturing cost without deteriorating cleaning power as compared with the conventional scrubbing pad. Because it is difficult to reuse after one use, it can be discarded after being used once without any problem.

所說明實施例並非意圖為根據本發明之詳盡無漏之所有實施例。應瞭解可運用其他實施例,且可有構造性或邏輯性的變更而不背離本發明之範疇。 The illustrated embodiments are not intended to be exhaustive of all embodiments in accordance with the invention. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and may be constructed or modified without departing from the scope of the invention.

在本文中,將參考圖式詳細描述實現本揭露之精神的具體實施例。 Specific embodiments for implementing the spirit of the present disclosure will be described in detail herein with reference to the drawings.

在本揭露之以下描述中,當確定可能使本揭露的主旨反而不清楚時,將於本文中省略相關的眾所皆知配置或功能的詳細描述。 Detailed descriptions of well-known configurations or functions will be omitted herein when it is determined that the subject matter of the present disclosure may be unclear.

本文使用的術語僅用於解釋特定實施例之目的,並非意圖限制本揭露的範圍。除非在上下文中以其他方式明確指出,否則單數表達可包括複數表達。 The terminology used herein is for the purpose of the description A singular expression can include a plural expression unless it is specifically indicated otherwise in the context.

參考圖1至圖3,拋棄式擦洗墊1可包括基材10,該基材包括以網狀形式熔融之纖維紗線100。在本文中,網狀形式係指纖維紗線100以其等沒有特定方向性被配置的狀態下熔融在一起之形式。儘管圖2及圖3出示纖維紗線100以網孔形式熔融,其不必然限於此,但纖維紗線100可以網狀形式熔融以形成基材10。 Referring to Figures 1 through 3, the disposable scrubbing pad 1 can include a substrate 10 comprising fiber yarns 100 that are melted in a web form. Herein, the mesh form refers to a form in which the fiber yarns 100 are fused together in a state in which they are not arranged with a specific directionality. Although FIGS. 2 and 3 show that the fiber yarn 100 is melted in the form of a mesh, which is not necessarily limited thereto, the fiber yarn 100 may be melted in a mesh form to form the substrate 10.

基材10可與待清潔物體直接接觸,從而可清潔物體。構成基材10的纖維紗線100可包括由合成樹脂製成的核心110及塗佈在核心110的至少一部分上之核心塗層120。 The substrate 10 can be in direct contact with the object to be cleaned so that the object can be cleaned. The fiber yarn 100 constituting the substrate 10 may include a core 110 made of a synthetic resin and a core coating 120 coated on at least a portion of the core 110.

Core 110 can have a thickness of 3 denier (De) or greater and 6 denier or less. In this context, Danny refers to the international unit of the thickness of the fiber yarn and the like, which means, for example, the weight (g) of the fiber yarn having a length of 9,000 meters. When the thickness of the core 110 is less than 3 denier, the fiber yarn 100 may be broken, making it difficult to manufacture the disposable scrubbing pad 1. In addition, when the thickness of the core 110 exceeds 6 denier, the thickness and basis weight of the disposable scrubbing pad 1 may be less pronounced than the thickness and basis weight of the conventional scrubbing pad. Here, the basis weight means the weight (g) of the disposable scrubbing pad 1 per unit area (sqm).

另外,核心110可包括例如聚酯纖維、尼龍纖維及丙烯酸纖維中的至少一者。然而,本揭露之精神不限於此。 Additionally, core 110 can include at least one of, for example, polyester fibers, nylon fibers, and acrylic fibers. However, the spirit of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

The core coating 120 can be coated on at least a portion of the core 110 to improve the durability of the substrate 10. In particular, the core coating 120 can act to securely secure the adhesive of adjacent fiber yarns 100. Additionally, the core coating 120 can function as a filler that fills between adjacent fiber yarns 100. For example, the core coating layer 120 may be made of a coating solution for forming a core coating layer including a synthetic resin such as a latex resin, a phenol resin, a melamine resin, an acrylic resin, and the like. The coating solution for forming the core coating layer may be coated on the surface of the core 110 at a basis weight of 15 g/sqm or more and 60 g/sqm or less.

The durability of the substrate 10 can vary depending on the extent to which the core coating 120 is coated on the core 110. For example, the core coating 120 may be coated on at least a portion of the core 110 at a basis weight of 15 g/sqm or more and 60 g/sqm or less. When the core coating 120 is coated on the core 110 at a basis weight of less than 15 g/sqm, the extent to which the core coating 120 is coated on the core 110 may not be apparent. Moreover, when core coating 120 is coated on core 110 at a basis weight greater than 60 g/sqm, aggregation may occur between adjacent fiber yarns 100 by core coating 120.

如圖3所示,可在纖維紗線100的至少一部分上進一步形成補充塗層130。例如,補充塗層130可塗佈在位於基材10之表面側上的核心塗層120上。藉由此補充塗層130,相鄰的纖維 紗線100在其等之間可更牢固地固定及填充,以補充相鄰纖維紗線100之間的接合力。補充塗層130可以130g/sqm或更大及165g/sqm或更小的基重含在基材10中。 As shown in FIG. 3, a supplemental coating 130 can be further formed on at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100. For example, the supplemental coating 130 may be coated on the core coating 120 on the surface side of the substrate 10. By supplementing the coating 130 thereby, the adjacent fiber yarns 100 can be more firmly fixed and filled between them to complement the bonding force between the adjacent fiber yarns 100. The make-up coating 130 may be contained in the substrate 10 at a basis weight of 130 g/sqm or more and 165 g/sqm or less.

例如,補充塗層130可由用於形成補充塗層的塗佈溶液形成,塗佈溶液包括合成樹脂,諸如乳膠樹脂、酚樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂及類似者。此外,補充塗層130可藉由噴塗方法形成,其中用於形成補充塗層的塗佈溶液從基材10的表面穿透到基材10的內側的至少一部分,以被塗佈在核心塗層120的至少一部分上。 For example, the supplementary coating 130 may be formed of a coating solution for forming a supplementary coating including a synthetic resin such as a latex resin, a phenol resin, a melamine resin, an acrylic resin, and the like. Further, the supplementary coating 130 may be formed by a spraying method in which a coating solution for forming a supplementary coating penetrates from the surface of the substrate 10 to at least a portion of the inner side of the substrate 10 to be coated on the core coating. At least a portion of 120.

如上所述,用於形成補充塗層的塗佈溶液可藉由噴塗方法施加到纖維紗線100的至少一部分。補充塗層130可藉由噴塗方法用少量塗佈溶液形成,且用於形成補充塗層的塗佈溶液可更密集地施加到核心塗層120的表面上。 As described above, the coating solution for forming the make-up coating can be applied to at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100 by a spraying method. The replenishing coating 130 may be formed with a small amount of coating solution by a spraying method, and a coating solution for forming a replenishing coating may be applied to the surface of the core coating layer 120 more densely.

Hereinafter, another embodiment according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. Referring to Figures 4-6, a disposable scrubbing pad 1 in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure can include a substrate 10 comprising fiber yarns that are melted in a web form in the same manner as one embodiment of the present disclosure. 100. As shown in FIG. 5, the substrate 10 can further include a friction material 140 to penetrate or coat over at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100. This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that it further includes a friction material 140 as compared to the previous embodiment. Therefore, the differences will be mainly described below, and the same description and reference symbols will be used.

摩擦材料140可改善對待清潔物體的摩擦力。摩擦材料140可包括礦物質及類似物。進一步地,摩擦材料140可藉由噴塗方法塗佈在基材10的至少一部分上。具體地,摩擦材料140可從基材10的表面穿透至基材10之內側的至少一部分。此外,摩擦材料140可塗佈在位於基材10之表面側上的核心塗層120的至少一部分上。 The friction material 140 can improve the friction of the object to be cleaned. Friction material 140 can include minerals and the like. Further, the friction material 140 can be coated on at least a portion of the substrate 10 by a spray coating method. Specifically, the friction material 140 may penetrate from the surface of the substrate 10 to at least a portion of the inner side of the substrate 10. Further, the friction material 140 may be coated on at least a portion of the core coating layer 120 on the surface side of the substrate 10.

由於摩擦材料140以此種方式噴塗在核心塗層120的至少一部分上,因此可減少增加清潔力所需之摩擦材料140的量。此外,摩擦材料140可更密集地施加至核心塗層120的表面上。 Since the friction material 140 is sprayed on at least a portion of the core coating 120 in this manner, the amount of friction material 140 required to increase the cleaning force can be reduced. Further, the friction material 140 may be applied to the surface of the core coating 120 more densely.

另外,摩擦材料140可塗佈在核心塗層120的至少一部分上,或者可穿透至核心塗層120的內側。進一步地,一些摩擦材料140可被塗佈而其餘部分可穿透至核心塗層120。在此種情況下,摩擦材料140可密集地塗佈在纖維紗線100與相鄰纖維紗線100交叉或鄰接的點上並穿透至該點。由於摩擦材料140更集中在纖維紗線100交叉或鄰接的點處,可進一步改善纖維紗線100之間的接合力。 Additionally, the friction material 140 may be coated on at least a portion of the core coating 120 or may penetrate into the inner side of the core coating 120. Further, some of the friction material 140 may be coated while the remainder may penetrate to the core coating 120. In this case, the friction material 140 may be densely coated at a point where the fiber yarn 100 intersects or abuts the adjacent fiber yarn 100 and penetrates to the point. Since the friction material 140 is more concentrated at the point where the fiber yarns 100 intersect or abut, the bonding force between the fiber yarns 100 can be further improved.

Such a friction material 140 may be coated or penetrated into at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100 at a basis weight of 1.5 g/sqm or more and 2.0 g/sqm or less. In this case, when the friction material 140 is coated on the surface of the fiber yarn 100 with a basis weight of less than 1.5 g/sqm, the degree to which the friction material 140 is formed on the surface of the fiber yarn 100 may not be noticeable. Further, when the friction material 140 is coated on at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100 with a basis weight of more than 2.0 g/sqm, the friction material 140 may be excessively formed on the surface of the fiber yarn 100, and thus the object to be cleaned may be The friction material 140 is scratched, which may cause damage to the object to be cleaned.

由於摩擦材料140如上所述塗佈在纖維紗線100的表面上,因此基材10及待清潔物體之間的摩擦力可藉由摩擦材料140增加,從而改善拋棄式擦洗墊1之清潔力。 Since the friction material 140 is coated on the surface of the fiber yarn 100 as described above, the friction between the substrate 10 and the object to be cleaned can be increased by the friction material 140, thereby improving the cleaning power of the disposable scrubbing pad 1.

如圖6所示,纖維紗線100的至少一部分可進一步具有補充塗層130。在此種情況下,摩擦材料140可藉由噴塗方法形成,使得摩擦材料140從基材10表面穿透至基材10內側的至少一部分,以被塗佈在位於基材10之表面側上的補充塗層130的至少一部分上。 As shown in FIG. 6, at least a portion of the fiber yarn 100 can further have a make-up coating 130. In this case, the friction material 140 may be formed by a spraying method such that the friction material 140 penetrates from the surface of the substrate 10 to at least a portion of the inner side of the substrate 10 to be coated on the surface side of the substrate 10. At least a portion of the coating 130 is replenished.

進一步地,摩擦材料140可更密集地塗佈在纖維紗線100與相鄰纖維紗線100交叉或鄰接的點上並穿透至該點。因此,相鄰纖維紗線100之間的接合力可藉由補充塗層130及摩擦塗層140二者加強。 Further, the friction material 140 can be more densely coated at the point where the fiber yarn 100 intersects or abuts the adjacent fiber yarn 100 and penetrates to that point. Therefore, the bonding force between adjacent fiber yarns 100 can be reinforced by both the supplementary coating 130 and the friction coating 140.

(2)測量根據實施例之樣品及根據比較例之樣品的基重(g/sqm),結果示於圖5中。 (2) The basis weight (g/sqm) of the sample according to the example and the sample according to the comparative example was measured, and the results are shown in Fig. 5.

如圖8所示,發現根據比較例之樣品具有在自400g/sqm至500g/sqm範圍中的基重,而與根據比較例之樣品相比,根據實施例之樣品具有減少大約50%或更多的基重。 As shown in FIG. 8, it was found that the sample according to the comparative example had a basis weight in the range from 400 g/sqm to 500 g/sqm, and the sample according to the example had a reduction of about 50% or more as compared with the sample according to the comparative example. More basis weight.

3.耐久性測試I(拉伸強度測試) 3. Durability test I (tensile strength test)

(1)以與如上所述的厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例及比較例之樣品。 (1) Samples according to the examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as the thickness measurement as described above.

(2)在縱向(機器方向(machine direction:MD))及橫向(橫向(cross direction:CD))上測量根據實施例及比較例之樣品的耐久性(拉伸強度)。測量結果示於圖9中。 (2) The durability (tensile strength) of the samples according to the examples and the comparative examples was measured in the machine direction (machine direction: MD) and the cross direction (CD). The measurement results are shown in Fig. 9.

參考圖9,與根據比較例之樣品的縱向上拉伸強度相比,根據實施例之樣品的縱向上拉伸強度減少大約40%或更多。 Referring to Fig. 9, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the sample according to the example was reduced by about 40% or more as compared with the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the sample according to the comparative example.

另外,與根據比較例之樣品的橫向上拉伸強度相比,根據實施例之樣品的橫向上拉伸強度減少大約30%或更多。 In addition, the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the sample according to the example was reduced by about 30% or more as compared with the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the sample according to the comparative example.

4.耐久性測試II(法式洗衣機測試) 4. Durability Test II (French Washing Machine Test)

(1)以與上述厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例之樣品。 (1) A sample according to the example was prepared in the same manner as the above thickness measurement.

(2)將根據實施例之樣品放入洗衣機中並在65℃下洗滌1小時,以測試根據實施例之樣品的耐久性。測試結果示於圖10中。 (2) A sample according to the example was placed in a washing machine and washed at 65 ° C for 1 hour to test the durability of the sample according to the example. The test results are shown in Figure 10.

參考圖10,指出與洗滌前樣品的總厚度相比,洗滌後根據實施例之樣品破碎大約50%或更多,因此不可重複使用。 Referring to Fig. 10, it is pointed out that the sample according to the embodiment is broken by about 50% or more after washing as compared with the total thickness of the sample before washing, and therefore is not reusable.

5.耐久性測試III(拉伸強度測試) 5. Durability Test III (Tensile Strength Test)

(1)以與上述厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例之樣品。 (1) A sample according to the example was prepared in the same manner as the above thickness measurement.

(2)將實施例之樣品用水充分潤濕,在室溫下用樣品擦拭十個餐具5分鐘;且接著將樣品用烘箱在100℃下乾燥1小 時。此後,測量乾燥樣品的縱向上拉伸強度及橫向上拉伸強度。測試結果示於圖11中。 (2) The sample of the example was sufficiently wetted with water, and ten dishes were wiped with the sample at room temperature for 5 minutes; and then the sample was dried in an oven at 100 ° C for 1 hour. Thereafter, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction and the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the dried sample were measured. The test results are shown in Fig. 11.

參考圖11,發現根據實施例之樣品具有的耐久性實質上類似於在被濕氣潤濕前之情況中習知擦洗墊的耐久性,而在被濕氣潤濕後的情況下,根據實施例之樣品的耐久性顯著降低約70%或更多。 Referring to Figure 11, it was found that the durability of the sample according to the embodiment is substantially similar to the durability of the conventional scrubbing pad in the case of being wetted by moisture, and in the case of being wetted by moisture, according to the implementation The durability of the samples of the examples was significantly reduced by about 70% or more.

作為測試的結果,發現與習知擦洗墊的耐久性相比,根據實施例之樣品的耐久性降低。 As a result of the test, it was found that the durability of the sample according to the example was lowered as compared with the durability of the conventional scrubbing pad.

相反,在習知可重複使用的擦洗墊中,纖維紗線之厚度變厚以增強耐久性。因此,由於擦洗墊之製造成本不低,因此難以被銷售用於一次性使用。 In contrast, in conventional reusable scrubbing pads, the thickness of the fiber yarns is thickened to enhance durability. Therefore, since the manufacturing cost of the scrubbing pad is not low, it is difficult to be sold for single use.

However, as a result of the test, it was found that the degree of durability reduction of the sample according to the embodiment of the present disclosure did not deviate from the durability standard required to clean the object to be cleaned using the disposable scrubbing pad 1. Therefore, it has been found that even if the durability of the disposable scrubbing pad 1 is lowered, the disposable scrubbing pad 1 can be used once without any problem. Further, it has been found that the manufacturing cost of the disposable scrubbing pad 1 is lowered; it is difficult to reuse the disposable scrubbing pad 1 after one use; therefore, the disposable scrubbing pad 1 can be discarded once by the consumer without any problem.

此外,可製造如上述根據實施例之拋棄式擦洗墊1,考慮到待清潔物體(例如有塗層的煎鍋、不銹鋼鍋及類似物)可能被拋棄式擦洗墊1刮傷。在下文中,將建議根據本揭露之另一實施 例,考慮待清潔物體,例如塑膠容器及類似物,其等不易被拋棄式擦洗墊1刮傷。 Further, the disposable scrubbing pad 1 according to the above embodiment can be manufactured, and it is considered that the object to be cleaned (for example, a coated frying pan, a stainless steel pan, and the like) may be scratched by the disposable scrubbing pad 1. In the following, it will be suggested that in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure, objects to be cleaned, such as plastic containers and the like, are considered to be less susceptible to being scratched by the disposable scrubbing pad 1.

實例2Example 2

在下文中,根據本揭露之一個實施例的拋棄式擦洗墊1將參考實驗實例更詳細地被描述。 Hereinafter, the disposable scrubbing pad 1 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in more detail with reference to experimental examples.

(1)以與如上所述的厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例及比較例之樣品。 (1) Samples according to the examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as the thickness measurement as described above.

(2)測量根據實施例之樣品及根據比較例之樣品的基重(g/sqm)。測量結果示於圖13中。 (2) The basis weight (g/sqm) of the sample according to the example and the sample according to the comparative example was measured. The measurement results are shown in Fig. 13.

參考圖13,發現根據比較例之樣品具有在自580g/sqm至700g/sqm範圍中的基重,而與根據比較例之樣品相比,根據實施例之樣品具有減少大約38%或更多的基重。 Referring to Fig. 13, it was found that the sample according to the comparative example had a basis weight in the range from 580 g/sqm to 700 g/sqm, and the sample according to the example had a reduction of about 38% or more as compared with the sample according to the comparative example. base weigh.

(2)在縱向(機器方向(machine direction:MD))及橫向(橫向(cross direction:CD))上測量根據實施例及比較例之樣品的耐久性(拉伸強度)。測量結果示於圖14中。 (2) The durability (tensile strength) of the samples according to the examples and the comparative examples was measured in the machine direction (machine direction: MD) and the cross direction (CD). The measurement results are shown in Fig. 14.

如圖14中所示,與根據比較例之樣品的縱向上拉伸強度相比,根據實施例之樣品的縱向上拉伸強度降低了約30%或更多。 As shown in FIG. 14, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the sample according to the example was reduced by about 30% or more as compared with the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the sample according to the comparative example.

另外,與根據比較例之樣品的橫向上拉伸強度相比,根據實施例之樣品的橫向上拉伸強度降低了約38%或更多。 In addition, the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the sample according to the example was reduced by about 38% or more as compared with the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the sample according to the comparative example.

4.耐久性測試II(法式洗衣機測試) 4. Durability Test II (French Washing Machine Test)

(1)以與上述厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例之樣品。 (1) A sample according to the example was prepared in the same manner as the above thickness measurement.

(2)將根據實施例之樣品放入洗衣機中並在65℃下洗滌1小時,以測試根據實施例之樣品的耐久性。測試結果示於圖15中。 (2) A sample according to the example was placed in a washing machine and washed at 65 ° C for 1 hour to test the durability of the sample according to the example. The test results are shown in Fig. 15.

參考圖15,指出與洗滌前樣品的總厚度相比,洗滌後實施例之樣品破碎大約50%或更多,因此不可重複使用。 Referring to Figure 15, it is pointed out that the sample of the post-washing example is broken by about 50% or more compared to the total thickness of the sample before washing, and therefore cannot be reused.

5.磨擦表現測試(清潔表現測試:磨擦) 5. Friction performance test (clean performance test: friction)

(1)以與如上所述的厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例及比較例之樣品。 (1) Samples according to the examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as the thickness measurement as described above.

(2)將根據實施例之樣品和根據比較例之樣品各別切割成具有直徑為10cm的圓形形狀,並將切割的樣品設置在用於測量磨擦表現的設備中。在此種情況下,設置切割樣品,以被各別置放於具有直徑為10cm的圓形形狀丙烯酸板上。 (2) The sample according to the example and the sample according to the comparative example were each cut into a circular shape having a diameter of 10 cm, and the cut sample was placed in a device for measuring the friction performance. In this case, cut samples were set to be individually placed on a circular shaped acrylic plate having a diameter of 10 cm.

藉由驅動測量磨擦表現的設備而將樣品旋轉5,000次,且然後藉由使用旋轉之前及之後丙烯酸板的重量差異而檢查丙烯酸板磨損量來測量樣品的磨擦表現。磨擦表現的測試結果示於圖16中。 The sample was rotated 5,000 times by driving a device that measures the frictional performance, and then the frictional performance of the sample was measured by examining the amount of wear of the acrylic plate by using the difference in weight of the acrylic plate before and after the rotation. The test results of the friction performance are shown in Fig. 16.

參考圖16,指明與根據比較例之樣品相比,根據實施例之樣品具有減少約36%或更多的磨擦表現。 Referring to Fig. 16, it is indicated that the sample according to the example has a frictional performance reduced by about 36% or more as compared with the sample according to the comparative example.

換言之,發現儘管與習知擦洗墊(即比較例)的磨擦表現相比,根據實施例之樣品的磨擦表現降低,但根據實施例之樣品具有大於1.5g之磨擦表現,其為擦洗墊清潔力所需的最低磨擦表現;且因此,根據實施例之樣品的清潔力沒有問題。 In other words, it was found that although the friction performance of the sample according to the example was lowered as compared with the friction performance of the conventional scrubbing pad (ie, the comparative example), the sample according to the example had a rubbing performance of more than 1.5 g, which is the scrubbing pad cleaning power. The minimum friction performance required; and therefore, the cleaning power of the samples according to the examples is not problematic.

6.耐久性測試III(拉伸強度測試) 6. Durability Test III (Tensile Strength Test)

(1)以與上述厚度測量之相同方式製備根據實施例之樣品。 (1) A sample according to the example was prepared in the same manner as the above thickness measurement.

(2)將實施例之樣品用水充分潤濕,在室溫下用樣品擦拭十個餐具5分鐘;且接著將樣品用烘箱在100℃下乾燥1小時。此後,測量乾燥樣品的縱向上拉伸強度及橫向上拉伸強度。測試結果示於圖17中。 (2) The sample of the example was sufficiently wetted with water, and ten dishes were wiped with the sample for 5 minutes at room temperature; and then the sample was dried in an oven at 100 ° C for 1 hour. Thereafter, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction and the tensile strength in the transverse direction of the dried sample were measured. The test results are shown in Figure 17.

參考圖17,發現根據實施例之樣品具有的耐久性實質上類似於在被濕氣潤濕前之情況中習知擦洗墊的耐久性,而在被濕氣潤濕後的情況下,根據實施例之樣品的耐久性顯著減少約70%或更多。 Referring to Figure 17, it was found that the durability of the sample according to the embodiment is substantially similar to the durability of the conventional scrubbing pad in the case of being wetted by moisture, and in the case of being wetted by moisture, according to the implementation The durability of the samples was significantly reduced by about 70% or more.
