  所述影像採集設備202,用於對輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行影像採集;   所述資訊處理器203,用於根據所述終端設備201接收到的資料對象標識資訊,以及所述影像採集設備202採集到的影像資料,對所述結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   其中,所述終端設備201具體可以部署在實體店鋪中,或者,也可以是以POS等結算終端的方式存在,這樣可以實現便攜式的結算。終端設備201的主要作用是幫助用戶完成自助的結算過程,在結算的過程中,透過所述影像採集器202以及資訊處理器203進行防損控制。但是,對於用戶而言,可以不必感知所述影像採集器202以及資訊處理器203的存在,直接按照終端設備201的提示進行操作即可。   例如,具體實現時,可以提供資訊輸入區域,根據資訊輸入方式的不同,資訊輸入區域的具體形式也可以有所不同。例如,如果是透過掃碼的方式輸入資料對象的標識資訊,則該資訊輸入區域具體可以是以硬體形式存在掃碼口等。例如,如圖3-1所示,其展示了終端設備的一種具體實現形式,具體的,掃碼口301可以位於終端設備的右下角等位置。在沒有用戶來進行結算的狀態下,可以在終端設備的顯示器中展示出提示資訊,例如,“點擊螢幕開始自助結帳”,等等。在用戶點擊螢幕後,還可以對輸入方式資訊進行提示,例如,如圖3-2所示,可以透過圖形加文字的形式進行提示,文字部分可以包括“正在等待掃描商品碼,請將商品條碼對準下方掃碼口”,等等。接下來,用戶便可以逐件將自己所選購的商品的條形碼等圖形碼對準掃碼口,進而,終端設備便可以獲取到具體的資料對象的標識資訊。另外,終端設備中還可以預先保存各個資料對象的價格等資訊,或者實時從伺服器獲得具體資料對象的價格資訊,在掃碼的過程中,還可以對各個資料對象的價格等進行累加,並將資料對象的資訊展示在終端設備的顯示器中,如圖3-3所示。   當然,有些情況下可能會出現掃碼不成功等情況,因此,還可以提供透過手動輸入商品碼的方式來輸入資料對象的標識資訊,此時,資訊輸入區域具體可以是指終端設備顯示器中的一塊區域,例如,如圖3-3中顯示器左下角顯示的“手動輸入條形碼”等按鈕,用戶可以透過點擊該按鈕打開虛擬鍵盤,並對照著所選購商品的條形碼,將具體的資料對象標識資訊輸入到終端設備中。   在完成對所選購的全部商品的資訊輸入之後,便可以透過點擊終端設備螢幕上顯示的“確認付款”等按鈕來確定完成輸入操作,之後可以透過關聯的客戶端程式完成支付。其中,關聯的客戶端程式可以安裝在用戶私有的移動終端設備中,例如,手機端的“盒馬App”等。相應的,終端設備201所獲取到的資料對象的標識資訊等也可以提交給這種應用程式對應的伺服器,例如,前述例子中的“盒馬”的伺服器等,由伺服器產生相應的訂單。之後,如圖3-4所示,終端設備201可以在顯示器中提示用戶:“請打開盒馬App的付款碼,對準下方掃碼口”,等等。之後,用戶便可以操作自己的手機等終端設備中預先安裝的相關應用程式,並進入付款碼界面,將手機的顯示器對準終端設備201的掃碼口,終端設備便可以將付款碼的相關資訊提供給伺服器,這樣,伺服器便可以利用付款碼中攜帶的用戶帳戶等資訊完成支付處理。   具體實現時,可以為終端設備201搭載智慧操作系統,這樣,可以將手機等移動終端設備中安裝的App(應用)上可以提供的行銷方案等推薦資訊,透過這種結算終端設備提供給用戶,使得用戶在結算的過程中或者結算完成之後,還能夠透過這種終端設備獲得更多的行銷活動等推薦資訊,或者,關於更多資料對象的推薦資訊,等等。用戶還可以直接透過這種終端設備進行互動,包括完成互動遊戲,贏取相應的獎勵,或者,還可以選擇自己感興趣的資料對象進行下單,等等。並且,由於結算終端設備能夠獲取到用戶的帳戶等資訊,進而還可以獲得用戶的身份特徵等資訊,因此,在提供這些推薦資訊的過程中,還可以根據不同的用戶提供個性化的推薦。這種推薦的資訊還可以是相關的線上資料對象的資訊,這樣,還可以實現從線下到線上的用戶引流。另外,該終端設備還可以配備較大面積的螢幕,並且可以是以觸摸螢幕的形式存在,以用於更好的支援與用戶的互動。總之,透過這種方式使得整個終端設備201看上去像是一個比較大的平板電腦,在可以呈現更豐富資訊的同時,還可以與用戶進行互動,並且比較節省空間。   另外,終端設備201還可以帶有多攝影機,可以用於獲取用戶的人臉影像,進而對用戶進行身份驗證。具體實現時,由於用戶在實名認證過程中,通常會將用戶的人臉影像與帳戶資訊進行綁定,因此,可以透過比對實際操作的用戶的人臉影像,以及用戶輸入的帳戶資訊,確定是否為用戶本人的操作,以避免他人冒用用戶的終端設備,而導致用戶的財產等受到損失。當然,在實際應用中,還可以透過採集用戶其他的生物體徵資訊對用戶進行身份認證,包括指紋、虹膜等,因此,在本案實施例中可以統一稱為生物體徵資訊採集設備,其用於採集用戶的生物體徵資訊,以用於對用戶進行身份認證。具體的,該生物體徵資訊採集設備可以內置於所述終端設備201內,或者,還可以是獨立設置,並與終端設備201之間能夠進行通信,等等。   以上對具體的結算過程進行了介紹,而影像採集設備202則可以在結算的過程中,在用戶可以不必感知的情況下,對用戶操作行為、所操作的資料對象的資訊等進行影像採集。其中,具體實現時,為了提高影像識別的準確度,並且實現在用戶非配合狀態下的資訊採集,所述影像採集設備具體可以在透過逐件輸入的方式輸入所選購資料對象的標識資訊的過程中,對每次輸入時所操作的資料對象的影像資訊進行採集。為了能夠提高採集的影像的品質,影像採集設備所在的位置以及拍攝角度等還可以根據終端設備中資訊輸入區域所在的位置來確定,例如,如圖1所示,可以使得影像採集設備位於所述資訊輸入區域的斜上方,並且可以使得拍攝角度可以覆蓋以資訊輸入區域為中心的一個範圍,在透過將資料對象靠近所述資訊輸入區域進行標識輸入的過程中,可以對資料對象的影像資訊進行採集。這樣,可以避免採集到過多的無效影像資訊,還可以更準確的採集到用戶的操作行為情況,以及用戶實際操作的商品的影像等資訊。其中,這裡所述的用戶所操作的商品,具體就可以是指當前正在掃碼的商品,例如,用戶手持一個商品,將該商品的條形碼對準終端設備201的掃碼口進行掃碼操作,則該商品就是用戶所操作的商品。   其中,影像採集設備202具體可以對所述輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行視訊錄製,後續透過分析具體錄製的視訊資料進行分析判斷。或者,還可以採用拍攝照片等其他方式來進行影像採集。在採用拍攝照片的方式進行影像採集的方式下,還可以由影像採集設備對用戶的操作行為進行識別,每次識別到用戶正在執行對一件商品的掃碼等輸入操作時,便拍攝一張或者多張照片,在識別出輸入下一個商品標識資訊的操作時,再拍攝一張或者多張照片,以此類推。這樣,每次執行對一件商品的標識輸入操作,便可以對應獲取到一張或者多張照片,後續可以透過分析這些照片的方式進行分析判斷。   採集到的影像資料可以提供給資訊處理器203,資訊處理器203便可以根據終端設備接收到的資料對象標識資訊,以及所述影像採集設備採集到的影像資料,對所述結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   其中,資訊處理器203可以位於終端設備201中,也即,可以在終端設備201本地進行相關的判斷操作。或者,資訊處理器203也可以位於雲端的伺服器中,此時,相關的採集結果資訊可以提交到伺服器,由伺服器中的資訊處理器來執行相關的判斷操作。此時,伺服器端的資訊處理器可以採用同步判斷的方式,也即,邊接收相關的資料採集結果,邊進行判斷,並將判斷結果可以實時提供給終端設備201,終端設備201可以實時確定是否允許用戶繼續操作。或者,伺服器端的資訊處理器還可以採用非同步判斷的方式,也就是說,在用戶實際進行結算的過程中,可以僅接收採集到的相關資料,但是暫時不進行判斷,後續在統一設定的時間段進行判斷操作。這種情況下,判斷的結果通常可以提供給實體店鋪的相關管理人員等所使用的客戶端,例如,在發現某用戶的訂單存在問題時,可以將相關的資訊提供給對應實體店鋪的管理員。後續的具體處理則可以根據實際情況而定,例如,可以對用戶進行追責,或者,給用戶打上標籤,不允許用戶再使用自助結算終端設備進行結算,等等。   其中,資訊處理器具體在進行判斷時,可以模糊識別數量資訊,或者還可以精確識別具體資料對象的標識資訊。例如,對於前者,資訊處理器可以確定用戶執行輸入操作的次數,以及實際所輸入資料對象的數量,並判斷所述指定輸入操作的次數與實際所輸入資料對象的數量是否一致。對於後者,資訊處理器可以根據所述採集到的影像資料,確定用戶執行輸入操作過程中所操作的資料對象的標識,判斷所述所操作的資料對象的標識,與所輸入的資料對象的標識是否一致。其中,這裡所述的用戶所操作的資料對象,就是指用戶實際所手持並靠近掃碼口進行掃碼的商品對應的資料對象,其與實際輸入到終端設備中的資料對象的標識可能會是不同的。例如,如果用戶試圖用低價格商品的條形碼對一個高價格商品進行結算,則可能出現以下情況:想要購買商品A,但是預先將商品B的條形碼取下,貼在商品A的條碼位置處,這樣,手持商品A進行掃碼時,實際上是對商品B的條形碼進行掃碼,此時,終端設備所接收到的是商品B對應的資料對象的標識資訊,因此,就會出現用戶所手持的商品與實際掃碼的商品不一致的情況。其中,為了能夠從所採集到的影像資料中識別出具體資料對象的標識資訊,可以預先保存資料對象的標識與影像特徵資訊之間的對應關係,這樣,就可以根據所述採集到的影像資料以及所述對應關係,確定用戶執行輸入操作過程中所操作的資料對象的標識。   總之,透過本案實施例,能夠在資料對象資訊處理系統中設置影像採集設備以及資訊處理器,這樣,在透過終端設備進行資料對象標識資訊輸入的過程中,影像採集設備能夠對用戶的操作行為以及相關的資料對象的影像資訊進行採集,進而,資訊處理器就可以透過影像分析的方式,確定出用戶實際所拿的資料對象與輸入到終端設備中的資料對象是否一致,以此實現在自助結算過程中的防損處理。   在優選的實施方式中,由於用戶通常是逐件輸入其所選購的資料對象的標識資訊,因此,影像採集設備可以在用戶進行逐件資訊輸入的過程中,對用戶每次執行輸入操作的資料對象的影像資訊進行採集,這樣可以實現在用戶非配合狀態下的防損處理,有利於提升用戶體驗,進一步提高效率。 實施例二   該實施例二是從終端設備的角度提供了一種資料對象資訊處理方法,在該方法中,影像採集設備可以集成在終端設備內,或者,也可以採用外置的方式與終端設備進行連接,另外,終端設備中還可以包括資訊處理器,該資訊處理器可以透過軟體或者硬體等多種形式來實現。在這種情況下,參見圖4,該方法具體可以包括:   S401:獲得所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊;   S402:對輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行影像採集;   S403:根據所述資料對象標識輸入資訊,以及所採集到的影像資料,對結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   其中,具體在獲得所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊時,可以獲得透過逐件輸入的方式所提交的所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊。例如,用戶可以逐件對其選購的資料對象執行掃碼操作,或者逐件輸入各資料對象的條形碼資訊,等等。   具體在對輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行影像採集時,可以是在透過逐件輸入的方式進行資料對象標識資訊輸入的過程中,對所述過程進行影像錄製,以此來降低對用戶配合度的依賴。具體在進行影像採集時,可以對所述輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行視訊錄製,後續在進行分析時,可以是基於錄製的視訊影像進行分析處理。或者,還可以採用拍攝照片等方式來進行影像的採集。   具體在進行判斷時,可以進行模糊的數量判斷,具體的,可以確定用戶執行輸入操作的次數,以及實際所輸入資料對象的數量,然後,判斷所述指定輸入操作的次數與實際所輸入資料對象的數量是否一致。   或者,還可以可進行精確的資料對象標識的一致性比對,檢測出不等價商品條形碼替換的情況。具體的,可以根據所述採集到的影像資料,確定用戶執行輸入操作過程中所操作的資料對象的標識,然後,判斷所述所操作的資料對象的標識,與所輸入的資料對象的標識是否一致。   為了執行上述影像識別過程,可以預先保存資料對象的標識與影像特徵資訊之間的對應關係。這樣,可以根據所述採集到的影像資料以及所述對應關係,確定用戶執行輸入操作過程中所操作的資料對象的標識。   其中,具體在判斷所述所操作的資料對象的標識,與所輸入的資料對象的標識是否一致時,可以在每接收到關於所選購資料對象標識的一條輸入資訊時,判斷所述所操作的資料對象的標識,與所輸入的資料對象的標識是否一致。如果當前接收到的輸入資訊對應的判斷結果為不一致,則可以中斷結算操作。   或者,還可以是在完成對所選購的全部資料對象的標識資訊輸入之後,判斷所述所操作的各資料對象的標識所組成的第一集合,與所輸入的各資料對象的標識所組成的第二集合是否相同。 實施例三   該實施例三是從終端設備的角度,提供了另一種資料對象資訊處理方法,在該方法中,資訊處理器可以位於伺服器端,因此,相關的影像識別及判斷操作可以在伺服器端來完成。此時,參見圖5,該方法具體可以包括:   S501:獲得所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊;   S502:對輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程進行影像採集;   S503:將所獲得的資料對象的標識輸入資訊以及所採集到的影像資料提供給伺服器,由所述伺服器對結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。 實施例四   該實施例四是與實施例三相對應的,從伺服器的角度,提供了一種資料對象資訊處理方法,參見圖6,該方法具體可以包括:   S601:接收用戶所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊,以及對輸入資料對象標識資訊的過程採集到的影像資料;   S602:根據所述資料對象標識輸入資訊,以及所採集到的影像資料,對結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   對於在伺服器端進行影像識別以及判斷的情況,可以進行同步處理或者非同步處理。其中,在非同步處理的情況下,由於伺服器中可以保存具體的訂單資訊,以及各個訂單的產生時間等資訊,另外,具體影像資料的採集時間等資訊也都可以進行保存,因此,可以根據具體的時間資訊進行訂單資訊與採集的影像資料之間的匹配判斷。如果一個伺服器需要對接多個實體店鋪,或者多個終端設備,則還可以在訂單以及採集到的影像資料中保存具體的店鋪標識、終端設備標識等資訊,以此將統一店鋪內同一終端設備產生的訂單資訊與該設備關聯的影像採集設備採集的影像資料進行匹配判斷。   具體的,可以首先確定待匹配的訂單的屬性資訊,所述訂單的屬性資訊包括:所述訂單關聯的實體店鋪標識、終端設備標識、訂單產生時間資訊以及開始進行資料對象標識輸入的時間。另外還可以確定所採集到的影像資料的屬性資訊,所述影像資料的屬性資訊包括:所述影像資料關聯的實體店鋪標識、終端設備標識以及影像採集時間資訊。之後,可以根據所述訂單的屬性資訊以及影像資料的屬性資訊,確定所述訂單對應的待分析影像資料,並根據所述訂單關聯的資料對象標識輸入資訊,以及所述待分析影像資料,對結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   關於前述實施例二至實施例四中的未詳述部分,可以參見前述實施例一中的記載,這裡不再贅述。   與實施例二相對應,本案實施例還提供了一種資料對象資訊處理裝置,參見圖7,該裝置具體可以包括:   輸入資訊獲得單元701,用於獲得所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊;   影像資訊確定子單元,用於確定所採集到的影像資料的屬性資訊,所述影像資料的屬性資訊包括:所述影像資料關聯的實體店鋪標識、終端設備標識以及影像採集時間資訊;   影像資料確定子單元,用於根據所述訂單的屬性資訊以及影像資料的屬性資訊,確定所述訂單對應的待分析影像資料;   判斷子單元,用於根據所述訂單關聯的資料對象標識輸入資訊,以及所述待分析影像資料,對結算過程中用戶操作行為與實際所輸入資料對象資訊的匹配度進行判斷。   另外,該裝置還提供了一種電子設備,包括:   一個或多個處理器;以及   與所述一個或多個處理器關聯的記憶體,所述記憶體用於儲存程式指令,所述程式指令在被所述一個或多個處理器讀取執行時,執行如下操作:   獲得所選購資料對象的標識輸入資訊;
