本說明書可以涉及一個或多個系統。以下請參考圖1示出了本說明書中可以適用的示例性的系統架構概念圖。所述系統架構概念圖可以包括儲物終端11、儲物終端伺服器12以及驗證伺服器13。所述儲物終端11可以與儲物終端伺服器12或者驗證伺服器13通過網路14介面相連接從而可以進行資料交互。其中,所述儲物終端11可以具有多個儲物空間,每一個儲物空間都可以用於臨時存放物品。所述儲物終端伺服器12可以用於記錄儲物終端中存放物品的儲存資訊。所述驗證伺服器13可以提供人臉圖像驗證的服務。在一種實施例中,所述驗證伺服器13和所述儲物終端伺服器12可以整合在一個系統中。在另一種實施例中,所述驗證伺服器13可以與所述儲物終端伺服器12分離設備,例如所述驗證伺服器13可以是獨立於所述儲物終端伺服器12的具有人臉識別功能的第三方的伺服器。所述儲物終端伺服器12可以與驗證伺服器13通過網路14介面想連接從而可以進行資料交互。儲物終端11可以通過採集取件使用者的人臉圖像;並將採集到的人臉圖像上傳給儲物終端伺服器12;再由儲物終端伺服器12轉發給驗證伺服器13。在驗證伺服器13驗證通過的情況下,儲物終端伺服器12可以控制儲物終端11開啟存放有該取件使用者物品的儲物空間的櫃門。
本說明書中的網路113可以包括有線或無線電信裝置,儲物終端11所基於的網路裝置可以通過所述有線或無線電信裝置來交換資料。例如,網路113可以包括區域網路(“LAN”)、廣域網(“WAN”)、內部網、網際網路、行動電話網路、虛擬專用網(“VPN”)、蜂窩式或其它行動通信網路、藍牙、NFC或其任何組合。在示例性實施方案的討論中,應理解,術語“資料”和“資訊”可在本文中互換使用來指代可存在於基於電腦的環境中的文字、圖像、音頻、視頻或任何其它形式的資訊。
以下可以結合圖3所示的例子介紹本說明書一種實現儲物終端取件的方法的實施例,如圖3所示,該方法可以包括以下步驟:
步驟210:儲物終端採集取件使用者的人臉圖像。
本說明書中,所述儲物終端可以具有多個儲物空間,每一個儲物空間都可以用於臨時存放物品。如圖2所示的儲物終端的示意圖,一般的,存放快遞包裹的儲物終端11可以設置有多個儲物格子111。為了採集取件使用者的人臉圖像,所述儲物終端可以設置人臉圖像採集設備112,例如攝影機。一般的,儲物終端11還可以設置有供使用者操作的操作面板或者觸控螢幕113。
在一種具體地實施例中,在所述步驟210之前,還可以包括:
在取件驗證被觸發的情況下,儲物終端啟動攝影機進行人臉圖像的採集。
該實施例中,儲物終端攝影機並不是實時開啟的,只有在取件驗證被觸發的情況下,才啟動攝影機;在其它時間裡,攝影機都是關閉的。這樣,可以降低儲物終端的能耗。
需要說明的是,觸發取件驗證的條件可以是多種多樣的,一般取決於儲物終端是如何設置取件的。在一個示例中,儲物終端的操作面板或者觸摸螢幕可以設置取件按鈕,當操作面板上實體的取件按鈕被使用者按下或者觸摸螢幕上虛擬的取件按鈕被觸控時,就可以觸發取件驗證,進而儲物終端可以啟動攝影機進行人臉圖像的採集。
步驟220:所述儲物終端向儲物終端伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。
如前所述,儲物終端在採集到取件使用者的人臉圖像後,可以向儲物終端伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。通常,儲物終端可以通過儲物終端伺服器提供的SDK,向儲物終端伺服器發送取件驗證請求。
在一種具體地實施例中,在所述步驟220之前,還可以包括:
所述儲物終端計算採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像的清晰度;
所述步驟220,具體包括:
在所述清晰度達到閾值的情況下,所述儲物終端向儲物終端伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。
在清晰度未達到閾值的情況下,儲物終端可以再次採集取件使用者的人臉圖像,進而重複上述步驟。
一般的,通過常用的圖像處理算法可以計算人臉圖像的清晰度。
該實施例中,儲物終端需要對採集到的人臉圖像的清晰度進行檢查,只有在清晰度達到閾值的情況下,才可以發送取件驗證請求。如此,可以避免發送一張模糊不清的人臉圖像,不便於驗證伺服器進行人臉識別。
在一種具體地實施例中,在所述步驟220之前,還可以包括:
所述儲物終端將多張採集到的取件使用者的人臉圖像進行比較;
判斷所述取件使用者是否存在眨眼;
所述步驟220,具體包括:
在確定所述取件使用者存在眨眼的情況下,所述儲物終端向儲物終端伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。
本實施例中,為了避免採集到的人臉圖像是照片,需要對採集到的人臉圖像進行活體檢測,即判斷取件使用者是否眨眼。這樣處理,可以提升刷臉取件的安全性。
步驟230:所述儲物終端伺服器向驗證伺服器轉發所述取件驗證請求。
在本說明書的另一個實施例中,如圖3所示,步驟221:儲物終端可以直接向驗證伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。而不需要先發送給儲物終端伺服器,再由儲物終端伺服器轉發給驗證伺服器。具體地,所述儲物終端可以通過驗證伺服器提供的SDK,向所述驗證伺服器發送攜帶有所述採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像和本儲物終端的儲物終端編號的取件驗證請求。由於取件驗證請求無需經過儲物終端伺服器,可以提高刷臉取件的效率。
步驟240:所述驗證伺服器獲取所述取件驗證請求中所述儲物終端編號關聯的儲物列表。
所述儲物列表記錄有該儲物終端中儲存物品的待取件使用者資訊和儲物編號。一般的,一個儲物終端可以對應有一張儲物列表。
以下詳細介紹儲物列表產生過程:
1:派件員在儲物終端存放物品時,需要錄入待取件使用者資訊。
2:儲物終端可以自動檢測到物品存放的儲物空間的編號,並且上傳儲物資訊(包括儲物終端編號、儲物空間編號、待取件使用者資訊)至儲物終端伺服器。
3:儲物終端伺服器收到儲物資訊後,產生一個具有唯一性的儲物編號。所述儲存編號和收到的儲物終端編號、儲物空間編號、待取件使用者資訊具有關聯關係。示範性的例子中,儲物終端伺服器可以產生{儲物編號、儲物終端編號、儲物空間編號、待取件使用者資訊}這樣的一條記錄。
4:儲物終端伺服器產生儲物編號後,可以將儲物終端編號、儲物編號和待取件使用者資訊發送給驗證伺服器。
5:驗證伺服器收到後,當存在該儲物終端編號時,在該儲物終端編號關聯的儲物列表中,新增所述儲物編號和待取件使用者資訊的記錄。當不存在該儲物終端編號時,新建關聯該儲物終端編號的儲物列表,並在新建的儲物列表中新增所述儲物編號和待取件使用者資訊的記錄。該記錄可以視為儲物終端存放物品的儲物記錄。
驗證伺服器在接收到儲物終端伺服器轉發的取件驗證請求後,由於該取件驗證請求攜帶有儲物終端編號,以及儲物終端編號與儲物列表具有關聯關係;因此驗證伺服器可以根據該取件驗證請求中的儲物終端編號,獲取所述儲物終端編號關聯的儲物列表。
步驟250:所述驗證伺服器根據所述儲物列表的待取件使用者資訊,從人臉圖像庫中獲取待取件使用者預留的歷史人臉圖像。
如前所述,儲物列表中記錄有待取件使用者資訊。在驗證伺服器獲取所述取件驗證請求中所述儲物終端編號關聯的儲物列表之後,可以根據所述儲物列表的待取件使用者資訊,從人臉圖像庫中獲取待取件使用者預留的歷史人臉圖像。
所述人臉圖像庫可以是驗證伺服器中用於保存預先採集到的使用者的人臉圖像。例如,驗證伺服器在進行網路實名制時可以採集使用者的人臉圖像,或者使用者開通人臉取件時可以採集使用者的人臉圖像。採集到的人臉圖像可以和使用者資訊關聯後存入人臉圖像庫。
步驟260:所述驗證伺服器將所述儲物終端採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像與所獲取的歷史人臉圖像進行匹配。
基於人臉識別技術,可以對取件使用者的人臉圖像進行識別。具體地,驗證伺服器可以將儲物終端採集的取件使用者的人臉圖像與所獲取的歷史人臉圖像進行匹配。
舉例說明,假設儲物終端採集到取件使用者的人臉圖像A;該儲物終端儲存有4個物品,並且驗證伺服器獲取到這4個物品對應的待取件使用者的人臉圖像分別為A’、B’、C’、D’。
那麼,驗證伺服器可以將A與A’、B’、C’、D’進行人臉圖像的匹配;在取件使用者的人臉圖像與任一歷史人臉圖像匹配成功時,說明該取件使用者為該匹配成功的歷史人臉圖像對應的待取件使用者。在取件使用者的人臉圖像與全部歷史人臉圖像均匹配識別時,說明該儲物終端中沒有該取件使用者的物品。
步驟270:在匹配成功的情況下,所述驗證伺服器獲取所述儲物列表中匹配成功的目標儲物編號並將所述目標儲物編號返回給所述儲物終端伺服器。
如前所述,在取件使用者的人臉圖像與任一歷史人臉圖像匹配成功時,說明該取件使用者為該匹配成功的歷史人臉圖像對應的待取件使用者;則,驗證伺服器可以將獲取所述儲物列表中匹配成功的目標儲物編號並將所述目標儲物編號返回給所述儲物終端伺服器。
由於歷史人臉圖像與待取件使用者資訊對應的,而待取件使用者資訊又和儲物列表中的儲物編號關聯;因此,在取件使用者的人臉圖像與任一歷史人臉圖像匹配成功時,根據上述對應關係、關聯關係,就可以獲取到儲物編號,為了便於區別其它的儲物編號,這個所獲取到的儲物編號可以稱之為目標儲物編號。
值得一提的是,匹配成功的歷史人臉圖像可以是1個也可以是多個。在實際應用中,同一個使用者可能存在多個待收取物品存放於同一個儲物終端。那麼,驗證伺服器所獲取到的歷史人臉圖像中就存在多個相同的歷史人臉圖像。舉例說明:假設儲物終端採集到取件使用者的人臉圖像A;該儲物終端儲存有4個物品,並且驗證伺服器獲取到這4個物品對應的待取件使用者的人臉圖像分別為A’、A’、B’、C’。也就是說,其中有2個物品屬同一個待取件使用者。如果A與A’匹配成,那麼驗證伺服器可以獲取到2個目標儲物編號。
步驟280:所述儲物終端伺服器向所述儲物終端發送開啟所述目標儲物編號對應的目標儲物空間的指令。
儲物終端伺服器在接收到目標儲物編號後,由於儲物終端伺服器記錄有儲存編號、儲物終端編號、儲物空間編號、待取件使用者資訊之間的關聯關係;因此,可以根據關聯關係查詢到所述目標儲物編號對應的儲物終端編號和目標儲物空間編號。進一步的,所述儲物伺服器向所述儲物終端(根據儲物終端編號確定)發送開啟所述目標儲物編號對應的目標儲物空間的指令。
步驟290:所述儲物終端在接收到所述儲物終端伺服器發送的開啟目標儲物空間的指令的情況下,開啟所述目標儲物空間的櫃門。
本說明書提供了一種刷臉取件的方案,通過採集取件使用者的人臉圖像,並將其與儲物終端內所有儲存物品對應待取件使用者預留的歷史人臉圖像進行匹配;如果匹配成功,則說明在該儲物終端記憶體在該取件使用者的目標物品,從而開啟存放該目標物品的目標儲物空間的櫃門。通過該實施例,取件使用者只需協助儲物終端進行人臉圖像的採集,不需要進行額外操作,可以提高取件效率,提升使用者的取件體驗;另一個方面的,取件使用者無需攜帶行動終端或者記憶取件碼,可以提升使用者的取件體驗;再一方面如果同一取件使用者有多個物品分別存放在同一儲物終端的不同儲物空間,那麼在儲物終端可以同時開啟多個存放該取件使用者物品的儲物空間的櫃門,提高取件效率,提升使用者的取件體驗。
在圖3所示實施例的基礎上,本說明書的另一個實施例中,在所述步驟290之後,所述方法還可以包括:
在所述目標儲存空間的櫃門關閉的情況下,所述儲物終端向所述儲物終端伺服器發送取件完成的訊息;其中,所述訊息攜帶有所述目標儲存空間編號和儲物終端編號。
所述儲物終端伺服器接收所述儲物終端發送的取件完成的訊息;將所述目標儲存空間編號的存放狀態修改為已取件。

該實施例中,儲物終端開啟目標儲物空間的櫃門後,可以監測該櫃門是否關閉;如果監測到關閉,可以說明存放的物品被取走,需要更新儲物伺服器、驗證伺服器上的儲存記錄。
在實際應用中,儲物終端伺服器和驗證伺服器之間同步資料一般並不是實時地,因此同步資料可能存在延遲。可能會出現儲物終端伺服器中記錄儲物終端中某物品已取件,但驗證伺服器中記錄該儲物終端中該物品未取件。此時,如果同一使用者再次通過儲物終端取件,由於驗證伺服器未更新該儲物終端的取件資訊,因此依然會向儲物終端伺服器返回目標儲物編號,從而導致儲物終端再次開啟同一個儲物空間的櫃門。
為了解決上述問題,在圖3所示實施例的基礎上,本說明書的另一個實施例中,在所述步驟280之前,所述方法還可以包括:
所述儲物終端伺服器根據所述目標儲存編號獲取目標儲存空間的儲存狀態;

本實施例中,儲物終端伺服器可以記錄每一個儲存空間的儲存狀態。所述儲物終端在接收到目標儲物編號後,需要查看該目標儲物編號的儲存狀態,只有在儲存狀態為未取件的情況下,才可以向所述儲物終端發送開啟所述目標儲存編號對應的目標儲存空間的指令。如此,可以避免重複開櫃的情況。
在圖3所示實施例的基礎上,本說明書的另一個實施例中,所述取件驗證請求還可以包括手機號。所述手機號可以是取件使用者提供的,例如取件使用者可以在儲物終端上輸入手機號,或者部分的手機號(如手機號的後4位)。這樣的話,伺服器除了需要進行人臉識別還需要識別手機號是否匹配。只有在人臉匹配成功、手機號匹配成功都成功的情況下,才可以開啟儲物終端中目標儲存空間的櫃門。
該實施例,通過需要取件使用者提供手機號這一附加資訊,可以進一步提高刷臉取件的安全性。避免例如雙胞胎這樣特殊情況下,非真正的待取件使用者取件成功的情況。
