the storage terminal server forwards the pickup verification request to a verification server;

According to a second aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided a storage terminal pickup method, the method comprising:
the storage terminal collects a face image of a pickup user; the storage terminal is provided with a plurality of storage spaces;
the storage terminal sends a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to a verification server;
the verification server acquires a storage list associated with the storage terminal number in the pickup verification request; the storage list records user information and storage numbers of stored articles to be taken in the storage terminal;
the verification server acquires historical face images reserved by the user to be taken from a face image library according to the user information to be taken of the storage list;
the verification server matches the face image of the pickup user collected by the storage terminal with the acquired historical face image;
under the condition of successful matching, the verification server acquires a target storage number successfully matched in the storage list and returns the target storage number to the storage terminal server;
the storage terminal server sends an instruction for opening a target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal;
and the storage terminal opens the cabinet door of the target storage space under the condition of receiving the instruction of opening the target storage space sent by the storage terminal server.
According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a storage terminal pickup method, the method including:

According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a storage terminal pickup method, the method including:
the storage terminal server receives a pickup verification request sent by the storage terminal; the pickup verification request carries a face image of a pickup user acquired by the storage terminal and a storage terminal number of the storage terminal;
forwarding the pickup verification request to a verification server;
receiving a target storage number returned by the verification server;
and sending an instruction for opening the target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal.
According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a storage terminal pickup method, where the apparatus includes:
the authentication server receives a pickup authentication request; the pickup verification request carries a face image of a pickup user acquired by a storage terminal and a storage terminal number of the storage terminal, and the storage terminal is provided with a plurality of storage spaces;
acquiring a storage list associated with the storage terminal number in the pickup verification request; the storage list records user information and storage numbers of stored articles to be taken in the storage terminal;
acquiring historical face images reserved by a user to be taken from a face image library according to the user information to be taken of the storage list;
matching the facial image of the pickup user acquired by the storage terminal with the acquired historical facial image;
and under the condition of successful matching, acquiring the successfully matched target storage number in the storage list and returning the target storage number.
According to a sixth aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided a storage terminal pickup device, the device comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a face image of a pickup user by the storage terminal; the storage terminal is provided with a plurality of storage spaces;
the sending unit is used for sending a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal;
and the opening unit is used for opening the cabinet door of the target storage space under the condition of receiving the instruction of opening the target storage space.
According to a seventh aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a storage terminal pickup device, the device including:
the storage terminal server receives a pickup verification request sent by the storage terminal; the pickup verification request carries a face image of a pickup user acquired by the storage terminal and a storage terminal number of the storage terminal;
the forwarding unit is used for forwarding the pickup verification request to a verification server;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the target storage number returned by the verification server;
and the sending unit is used for sending an instruction for opening the target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal.

According to a tenth aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an electronic apparatus comprising:

a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
receiving a pickup verification request sent by a storage terminal; the pickup verification request carries a face image of a pickup user acquired by the storage terminal and a storage terminal number of the storage terminal;
forwarding the pickup verification request to a verification server;
receiving a target storage number returned by the verification server;
and sending an instruction for opening the target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal.

acquiring historical face images reserved by a user to be taken from a face image library according to the user information to be taken of the storage list;
matching the facial image of the pickup user acquired by the storage terminal with the acquired historical facial image;
and under the condition of successful matching, acquiring the successfully matched target storage number in the storage list and returning the target storage number.
In the embodiment of the specification, the facial images of the pickup user are collected and matched with historical facial images which are reserved by the pickup user and correspond to all stored articles in the storage terminal; if the matching is successful, the target object of the pickup user exists in the storage terminal, so that the cabinet door of the target storage space for storing the target object is opened. By the embodiment, the pickup user only needs to assist the storage terminal to collect the face image without performing additional operation, pickup efficiency can be improved, and pickup experience of the user is improved; on the other hand, the pickup user does not need to carry a mobile terminal or memorize a pickup code, so that pickup experience of the user can be improved; on the other hand if the same user of getting has a plurality of article to leave in the different storing space at same storing terminal respectively, then can open a plurality of cabinet doors of depositing the storing space of this user's article of getting at the storing terminal simultaneously, improve and get an efficiency, promote user's the experience of getting.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The present description may refer to one or more systems. Referring now to FIG. 1, a conceptual diagram of an exemplary system architecture that may be used in the present description is shown. The system architecture conceptual diagram may include a store terminal 11, a store terminal server 12, and a verification server 13. The store terminal 11 may interface with the store terminal server 12 or the verification server 13 via a network 14 to allow data interaction. The storage terminal 11 may have a plurality of storage spaces, and each storage space may be used for temporarily storing articles. The store terminal server 12 may be configured to record storage information of stored items in the store terminal. The authentication server 13 may provide a service for face image authentication. In one embodiment, the verification server 13 and the store terminal server 12 may be integrated into one system. In another embodiment, the verification server 13 may be a separate device from the store terminal server 12, for example, the verification server 13 may be a server of a third party having a face recognition function independent of the store terminal server 12. The storage terminal server 12 can interface with the verification server 13 through the network 14 so as to perform data interaction. The storage terminal 11 can acquire the face image of the pickup user; uploading the collected face image to the storage terminal server 12; and then forwarded to the verification server 13 by the storage terminal server 12. Under the condition that the verification server 13 passes the verification, the storage terminal server 12 can control the storage terminal 11 to open the cabinet door of the storage space storing the article of the pickup user.
The network 14 in the present specification may include wired or wireless telecommunication devices through which the network device on which the storage terminal 11 is based can exchange data. For example, the network 14 may include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), an intranet, the internet, a mobile telephone network, a virtual private network ("VPN"), a cellular or other mobile communication network, bluetooth, NFC, or any combination thereof. In the discussion of the exemplary embodiments, it should be understood that the terms "data" and "information" are used interchangeably herein to refer to text, images, audio, video, or any other form of information that may be present in a computer-based environment.
An embodiment of a method for implementing a storage terminal pickup according to the present disclosure may be described below with reference to an example shown in fig. 3, where the method may include the following steps:
step 210: the storage terminal collects face images of pickup users.
In this specification, the storage terminal may have a plurality of storage spaces, and each storage space may be used to temporarily store an article. As shown in fig. 2, the storage terminal 11 for storing express packages may be provided with a plurality of storage compartments 111. In order to collect the facial image of the pickup user, the storage terminal may be provided with a facial image collecting device 112, such as a camera. Generally, the storage terminal 11 may further be provided with an operation panel or a touch screen 113 for user operation.
In a specific embodiment, before the step 210, the method may further include:
under the condition that the piece taking verification is triggered, the storage terminal starts the camera to collect the face image.
In the embodiment, the storage terminal camera is not opened in real time, and the camera is started only under the condition that the piece taking verification is triggered; at other times, the camera is off. Like this, can reduce the energy consumption at storing terminal.
It should be noted that the conditions for triggering the picking verification may be various, and generally depend on how the storage terminal is configured to pick the picking. In one example, an operation panel or a touch screen of the storage terminal may be provided with a pickup button, when the pickup button of an entity on the operation panel is pressed by a user or a virtual pickup button on the touch screen is touched, the pickup verification may be triggered, and then the storage terminal may start a camera to collect a face image.
Step 220: and the storage terminal sends a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to a storage terminal server.
As described above, after the storage terminal collects the face image of the pickup user, it may send a pickup verification request carrying the collected face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to the storage terminal server. Generally, the storage terminal can send a pickup verification request to the storage terminal server through the SDK provided by the storage terminal server.
In a specific embodiment, before the step 220, the method may further include:
the storage terminal calculates the definition of the acquired face image of the pickup user;
the step 220 specifically includes:
and under the condition that the definition reaches a threshold value, the storage terminal sends a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to a storage terminal server.
Under the condition that the definition does not reach the threshold value, the storage terminal can acquire the face image of the pickup user again, and then the steps are repeated.
Generally, the definition of the face image can be calculated by a common image processing algorithm.
In this embodiment, the storing terminal need examine the definition of the facial image who gathers, only under the definition reaches the threshold value the condition, just can send and get a verification request. Therefore, the method can avoid sending a blurred face image, and is not convenient for the verification server to carry out face recognition.
In a specific embodiment, before the step 220, the method may further include:
the storage terminal compares a plurality of collected face images of the pickup user;
judging whether the pickup user blinks or not;
the step 220 specifically includes:
and under the condition that the part taking user is determined to blink, the storage terminal sends a part taking verification request carrying the acquired face image of the part taking user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to a storage terminal server.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid that the acquired face image is a photo, it is necessary to perform living body detection on the acquired face image, that is, to determine whether the pickup user blinks. By the processing, the safety of brushing the face and taking the piece can be improved.
Step 230: and the storage terminal server forwards the pickup verification request to a verification server.
In another embodiment of the present description, as shown in fig. 3, step 221: the storage terminal can directly send a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to a verification server. And the object storage terminal server does not need to be sent to the object storage terminal server first and then forwarded to the verification server by the object storage terminal server. Specifically, the storage terminal may send a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal to the verification server through the SDK provided by the verification server. Because get a verification request and need not through storing terminal server, can improve the efficiency that the piece was got to the brush face.
Step 240: and the verification server acquires the storage list associated with the storage terminal number in the pickup verification request.
The storage list records user information and storage numbers of stored articles to be taken in the storage terminal. Generally, one storage terminal can correspond to one storage list.
The stock list generation process is described in detail below:
1: when the deliverer deposits articles at the storage terminal, the information of the user to be taken is required to be input.
2: the storage terminal can automatically detect the number of the storage space where the articles are stored, and upload storage information (including the storage terminal number, the storage space number and the information of a user waiting to take the articles) to the storage terminal server.
3: and after the storage terminal server receives the storage information, a unique storage number is generated. The storage number has an incidence relation with the received storage terminal number, the received storage space number and the to-be-taken user information. In an exemplary example, the store terminal server may generate a record of { store number, store terminal number, store space number, to-be-picked-up item user information }.
4: after the storage terminal server generates the storage number, the storage terminal number, the storage number and the user information to be taken can be sent to the verification server.
5: and after the verification server receives the information, when the storage terminal number exists, newly adding the storage number and the record of the user information of the to-be-taken piece in a storage list associated with the storage terminal number. And when the storage terminal number does not exist, newly building a storage list related to the storage terminal number, and newly adding the storage number and the record of the user information of the to-be-taken piece in the newly-built storage list. The record can be regarded as the storage record of the storage terminal for storing the articles.
After the verification server receives the article taking verification request forwarded by the article storage terminal server, the article taking verification request carries the article storage terminal number, and the article storage terminal number and the article storage list have an association relationship; therefore, the verification server can acquire the storage list associated with the storage terminal number according to the storage terminal number in the pickup verification request.
Step 250: and the verification server acquires historical face images reserved by the user to be taken from a face image library according to the user information to be taken of the storage list.
As mentioned above, the information of the user who has to take the article is recorded in the storage list. After the verification server obtains the storage list associated with the storage terminal number in the pickup verification request, the historical face image reserved by the user to be picked can be obtained from the face image library according to the user information to be picked of the storage list.
The facial image library may be a facial image of a user stored in the authentication server and acquired in advance. For example, the verification server may collect a face image of the user when performing a network real-name system, or may collect a face image of the user when the user opens a face pickup. The collected face image can be stored in a face image library after being associated with user information.
Step 260: and the verification server matches the face image of the pickup user collected by the storage terminal with the acquired historical face image.
Based on the face recognition technology, the face image of the pickup user can be recognized. Specifically, the verification server can match the face image of the pickup user collected by the storage terminal with the acquired historical face image.
For example, assume that the storage terminal acquires a face image a of a pickup user; the storage terminal stores 4 articles, and the face images of the user to be taken, which are acquired by the verification server and correspond to the 4 articles, are respectively A ', B', C 'and D'.
Then, the verification server can match the A with the A ', the B', the C 'and the D' for the face image; and when the facial image of the pickup user is successfully matched with any historical facial image, the pickup user is indicated as the user to be picked corresponding to the successfully matched historical facial image. When the facial image of the pickup user is matched and identified with all historical facial images, the article of the pickup user is not in the storage terminal.
Step 270: and under the condition of successful matching, the verification server acquires the successfully matched target storage number in the storage list and returns the target storage number to the storage terminal server.
As described above, when the facial image of the pickup user is successfully matched with any historical facial image, it is indicated that the pickup user is the user to be picked corresponding to the successfully matched historical facial image; then, the verification server can acquire the successfully matched target storage number in the storage list and return the target storage number to the storage terminal server.
The historical face image corresponds to the information of the user to be picked up, and the information of the user to be picked up is associated with the storage number in the storage list; therefore, when the face image of the pickup user is successfully matched with any historical face image, the storage number can be acquired according to the corresponding relation and the association relation, and the acquired storage number can be called as a target storage number for distinguishing other storage numbers.
It should be noted that the number of the history face images successfully matched may be 1 or multiple. In practical application, the same user may have a plurality of articles to be stored in the same storage terminal. Then, there are a plurality of identical historical face images in the historical face image acquired by the authentication server. For example, the following steps are carried out: the storage terminal is assumed to acquire a face image A of a pickup user; the storage terminal stores 4 articles, and the face images of the user to be taken, which are acquired by the verification server and correspond to the 4 articles, are respectively A ', B ' and C '. That is, there are 2 items belonging to the same pick-up user. If A matches A', the verification server may obtain 2 target storage numbers.
Step 280: and the storage terminal server sends an instruction for opening a target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal.
After the storage terminal server receives the target storage number, the storage terminal server records the association relation among the storage number, the storage terminal number, the storage space number and the information of the user waiting for picking up the object; therefore, the storage terminal number and the target storage space number corresponding to the target storage number can be inquired according to the association relation. Further, the storage server sends an instruction for opening a target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal (determined according to the storage terminal number).
Step 290: and the storage terminal opens the cabinet door of the target storage space under the condition of receiving the instruction of opening the target storage space sent by the storage terminal server.
The specification provides a scheme for brushing a face and picking up a piece, which is characterized in that a face image of a piece picking-up user is collected and matched with historical face images reserved by a piece to be picked-up user corresponding to all stored articles in a storage terminal; if the matching is successful, the target object of the pickup user exists in the storage terminal, so that the cabinet door of the target storage space for storing the target object is opened. By the embodiment, the pickup user only needs to assist the storage terminal to collect the face image without performing additional operation, pickup efficiency can be improved, and pickup experience of the user is improved; on the other hand, the pickup user does not need to carry a mobile terminal or memorize a pickup code, so that pickup experience of the user can be improved; on the other hand if the same user of getting has a plurality of article to leave in the different storing space at same storing terminal respectively, then can open a plurality of cabinet doors of depositing the storing space of this user's article of getting at the storing terminal simultaneously, improve and get an efficiency, promote user's the experience of getting.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the step 290, the method may further include:
under the condition that the cabinet door of the target storage space is closed, the storage terminal sends a pickup completion message to the storage terminal server; and the message carries the target storage space number and the storage terminal number.
The storage terminal server receives a message of finishing picking the parts, which is sent by the storage terminal; and modifying the storage state of the target storage space number into a taken piece.
The storage terminal server sends a message for updating the storage list to the verification server; the message for updating the storage list carries a storage terminal number and a target storage number corresponding to the target storage space number;
the verification server receives a message for updating the storage list sent by the storage terminal server; the message for updating the storage list carries a storage terminal number and a target storage number corresponding to the target storage space number;
and the verification server deletes the target storage number and the user information of the to-be-taken piece in the storage list associated with the storage terminal number.
In this embodiment, after the storage terminal opens the cabinet door of the target storage space, whether the cabinet door is closed or not can be monitored; if closing is monitored, the stored articles are taken away, and the storage records on the storage server and the verification server need to be updated.
In practical applications, the data is synchronized between the storage terminal server and the verification server generally not in real time, so that there may be a delay in synchronizing the data. It may happen that the storage terminal server records that an article in the storage terminal has been taken, but the verification server records that the article in the storage terminal has not been taken. At the moment, if the same user takes the article through the article storage terminal again, the authentication server does not update the article taking information of the article storage terminal, and therefore the target article storage number can still be returned to the article storage terminal server, and the article storage terminal is led to open the cabinet door of the same article storage space again.
In order to solve the above problem, in another embodiment of the present specification, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, before the step 280, the method may further include:
the storage terminal server acquires the storage state of the target storage space according to the target storage number;
the step 280 specifically includes:
and under the condition that the storage state is that the part is not taken, the storage terminal server sends an instruction for opening a target storage space corresponding to the target storage number to the storage terminal.
In this embodiment, the storage terminal server can record the storage state of each storage space. After receiving a target storage number, the storage terminal needs to check the storage state of the target storage number, and only when the storage state is not taken, an instruction for opening a target storage space corresponding to the target storage number can be sent to the storage terminal. Therefore, the situation of repeated cabinet opening can be avoided.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present specification, the pickup verification request may further include a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number can be provided by a pickup user, for example, the pickup user can input the mobile phone number on the storage terminal, or part of the mobile phone number (such as the back 4 of the mobile phone number). In this case, the server needs to identify whether the mobile phone numbers match or not in addition to the face recognition. Only under the condition that the face matching is successful and the mobile phone number matching is successful, the cabinet door of the target storage space in the storage terminal can be opened.
This embodiment, through need to get the additional information that the user provided the cell-phone number, can further improve the security of brushing the face and getting. The condition that the user who does not really wait for picking the piece succeeds in picking the piece under special conditions such as twins is avoided.
An embodiment of the method mainly based on the storage terminal in the present specification is described below with reference to fig. 4, and the embodiment may correspond to fig. 3:
step 310: the storage terminal collects a face image of a pickup user; wherein the storage terminal is provided with a plurality of storage spaces;
step 320: sending a pickup verification request carrying the acquired face image of the pickup user and the storage terminal number of the storage terminal;
step 330: and under the condition of receiving an instruction of opening the target storage space, opening a cabinet door of the target storage space.
