一種帶顯示功能的窗戶以及使用該窗戶的房子
本發明涉及窗戶領域,尤其是一種帶顯示功能的窗戶。
常用的窗戶一般包括窗框和窗戶本體,所述窗戶本體包括至少一玻璃層鑲嵌到所述窗框內。根據需要,所述窗戶本體可以固定到所述窗框內,亦可以水準滑動,或前後推拉。
人們常常將窗戶用作房屋採光的工具,是以窗戶外面是什麼景色,人們就看到什麼樣的景色。有時窗外的景色並不是人們所喜歡的,影響心情。
有鑒於此,本發明提供一種帶顯示功能的窗戶以及採用該窗戶的房子。
一種帶顯示功能的窗戶,其包括一窗框、一窗戶本體及一柔性顯示幕;所述窗戶本體設置於所述窗框內,所述窗戶本體包括相對且間隔設置的第一玻璃層和第二玻璃層;所述柔性顯示幕設置於所述第一玻璃層和第二玻璃層之間。
一種房子,其包括屋頂、牆和窗戶,其中,所述窗戶包括一窗框、一窗戶本體及一柔性顯示幕;所述窗戶本體設置於所述窗框內,所述窗戶本體包括相對且間隔設置的第一玻璃層和第二玻璃層;所述柔性顯示幕設置於所述第一玻璃層和第二玻璃層之間。
與現有技術相比,本發明所提供的窗戶帶顯示功能使人們藉由窗戶看到的風景不局限於外界環境。
如下具體實施方式將結合前述附圖進一步說明本發明。
參見圖1,本發明第一實施例提供一種帶顯示功能的窗戶10,其包括一窗框12、一窗戶本體14及一柔性顯示幕16。
所述窗框12包括上橫框122、下橫框124、左立框126、右立框128。所述上橫框122與下橫框124相對設置,所述左立框126與右立框128相對設置。所述上橫框122與下橫框124分別與所述左立框126和右立框128連接設置,形成一連續的框架。所述窗框12的材料不限,可以為木質材料、聚合物材料或金屬材料等。所述金屬材料可以為純金屬材料或合金材料。
所述窗戶本體14設置於所述窗框12內,所述窗戶本體14包括一第一玻璃層142和一第二玻璃層146。所述第一玻璃層142包括一內表面1420和一外表面1422,所述內表面1420和所述外表面1422是根據所述第一玻璃層142和所述第二玻璃層146位置關係定義的。所述第一玻璃層142和所述第二玻璃層146相對設置時,所述內表面1420是指所述第一玻璃層142與所述第二玻璃層146相對的表面,所述外表面1422是指所述第一玻璃層142遠離第二玻璃層146的表面。所述柔性顯示幕16設置於所述第一玻璃層142和所述第二玻璃層146之間。所述第一玻璃層142和所述第二玻璃層146用於保護所述柔性顯示幕16。所述窗戶本體14的第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146可以直接鑲嵌到所述窗框12內,這時所述窗戶本體14不能移動,所述第一玻璃層142和所述第二玻璃層146之間的空間可以抽真空或充入惰性氣體。

可選擇地,所述第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146以及所述柔性顯示幕16可以作為一個整體藉由一個內框固定,並隨該內框在所述滑槽125內一起移動或前後轉動,當所述第一玻璃層142、第二玻璃層146以及柔性顯示幕16作為一個整體時,所述第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146之間的空間亦可以抽真空或充入惰性氣體。
所述柔性顯示幕16用於顯示畫面。所述柔性顯示幕16設置於所述窗戶本體14的第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146之間。參見圖4,所述柔性顯示幕16可以藉由一支撐杆15設置於所述第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146之間。具體地,所述窗框12的左立框126和右立框128的上方相對的兩端分別包括一凹孔129,在所述凹孔129中設置一固定框1290,用於固定所述柔性顯示幕16。所述支撐杆15包括一中間部以及位於中間部兩端的圓形突起152,所述圓形突起152的半徑小於所述支撐杆15中間部的半徑。所述圓形突起152嵌入到所述凹孔129的固定框1290中。所述窗戶10還可以進一步包括一滑輪154以及一滑繩156。所述滑輪154固定設置於所述支撐杆15的圓形突起152上,從而使所述滑輪154與所述支撐杆15一起轉動。所述滑輪154和滑繩156用於控制所述柔性顯示幕16的展開和捲曲。所述柔性顯示幕16可以起到窗簾的作用。
在所述柔性顯示幕16的下方還可以包括一配重片167,所述配重片167的作用是防止所述柔性顯示幕16在展開時彎曲以及晃動。進一步地,所述左立框126和右立框128的兩側還可以包括一導軌127,所述導軌127包括複數個凹凸的卡槽1270,所述導軌127與所述柔性顯示幕16的兩側藉由卡槽1270連接。所述卡槽1270可以防止所述柔性顯示幕16在展開時捲曲以及晃動。此外,所述柔性顯示幕16展開或捲曲時,所述柔性顯示幕16可以經導軌127中凹凸的卡槽1270移動。
所述柔性顯示幕16工作時,可以與一電子裝置17電連接。所述電子裝置17可以為一設置於所述窗框12內的微型電腦,與所述窗戶10構成一整體。所述電子裝置17亦可以與所述窗框12、窗戶本體14和柔性顯示幕16分離設置,並藉由一資料線19與所述柔性顯示幕16連接。所述電子裝置17可以為電腦、電視機、手機、PDA及其他可擕式電子產品中的一種。所述電子裝置17為一可選結構。本發明第一實施例中,所述電子裝置17與所述窗框12、窗戶本體14和柔性顯示幕16分離設置。
所述柔性顯示幕16顯示的畫面可以藉由遙控器或觸摸方式進行操控。本發明第一實施例中,所採用的方式為觸摸方式。即所述窗戶10進一步包括一觸控面板18。所述觸控面板18用於檢測使用者的觸控信號,並將信號傳入到所述電子裝置17中,所述電子裝置17包括所述柔性顯示幕16和觸控面板18的控制單元和處理單元。所述柔性顯示幕16顯示由所述電子裝置17輸入的顯示畫面。
所述柔性顯示幕16和觸控面板18可以設置為一體結構,亦可以所述分離設置,並且分別與所述電子裝置17電連接。本發明第一實施例中,所述柔性顯示幕16和觸控面板18分離設置。
參見圖5,所述柔性顯示幕16和觸控面板18的一側分別設有第一數據線接口168和第三數據線接口188。所述第一數據線接口168和第三數據線接口188用於電連接所述電子裝置17的第二資料介面178。所述電子裝置17除了包括存儲單元和輸入/輸出設備,還包括一中央處理器172、一觸摸屏控制模組174、一顯示幕控制模組176。所述柔性顯示幕16和觸控面板18可以藉由資料線19與所述電子裝置17電連接,以便獲得驅動信號以及傳輸控制信號和感測信號。
所述柔性顯示幕16可以為有機發光二極體(OLED)顯示幕或電泳顯示幕。參見圖6,本發明第一實施例中,所述柔性顯示幕16為電泳顯示幕,其包括一電子紙163以及一與所述電子紙163層疊設置的驅動面板165。所述電子紙163為一微膠囊型電子紙、一微杯結構型電子紙或一電子粉流體型電子紙。本發明第一實施例中,所述電子紙163為一微膠囊型電子紙。所述電子紙163包括一上基板1632、一對向電極1634、複數個微膠囊1636以及一下基板1638。
所述上基板1632以及下基板1638的材料均為一透明柔性材料。所述柔性材料為塑膠、樹脂等柔性高分子材料,如聚對苯基二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
所述下基板1638與所述上基板1632相對設置。所述對向電極1634設置於所述上基板1632靠近所述下基板1638的表面。所述對向電極1634藉由一電路連接到所述第一數據線接口168,從而使所述對向電極1634藉由第一數據線接口168和第二數據線接口178之間的資料線19與所述顯示幕控制模組176電連接。所述複數個微膠囊1636間隔設置於所述上基板1632與所述下基板1638之間,即,所述複數個微膠囊1636夾持於所述下基板1638及對向電極1634之間。該複數個微膠囊1636包括複數個帶電荷的淺顏料微粒M以及一介質溶液N。
所述驅動面板165包括複數個圖元電極1652以及一基底1654。複數個圖元電極1652設置於基底1654靠近電子紙163的表面。即,所述複數個圖元電極1652夾持於所述基底1654與下基板1638之間。所述圖元電極1652可以為薄膜電晶體圖元電極。該所個圖元電極1652藉由一電路電連接至所述第一數據線接口168,從而使所述複數個圖元電極1652藉由電連接至資料線19,並與所述顯示幕控制模組176電連接。該複數個圖元電極1652與所述微膠囊1636一一對應設置。所述基底1654的材料均為一透明柔性材料。所述柔性材料為塑膠、樹脂等柔性高分子材料,如聚對苯基二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
參見圖7,所述觸控面板18可以設置於所述窗戶本體14中第一玻璃層142的外表面1422。所述觸控面板18可以為一電容型觸控面板18、電阻型觸控面板18或其他類型的觸控面板18。本發明第一實施例中,所述觸控面板18為一表面電容型的觸控面板18。所述觸控面板18包括一透明導電層182、至少兩個電極184和一防護層186。透明導電層182設置於所述第一玻璃層142靠近室內的表面;前述至少兩個電極184分別設置於透明導電層182的每個角或邊上,且與透明導電層182電連接,用以在透明導電層182上形成等電位面。所述防護層186設置於透明導電層182以及電極184上。
所述透明導電層182可以為一透明奈米碳管層或一氧化銦錫層(ITO)。本發明第一實施例中,該透明導電層182為一奈米碳管層。所述奈米碳管層可以為純奈米碳管結構或奈米碳管複合結構。
所述至少兩個電極184設置於所述透明導電層182上。該至少兩個電極184的一端與所述透明導電層182電連接,該是少兩個電極184的另一端藉由電路連接到第三數據線接口188,從而使所述透明導電層182可以藉由所述至少兩個電極184電連接到所述第三數據線接口188和第二數據線接口178之間的資料線19,並與所述觸摸屏控制模組174電連接。本發明第一實施例中,包括兩個電極184,該兩個電極184分別設置於所述透明導電層182相對的兩個邊上,並與所述透明導電層182電連接。
所述防護層186設置於所述觸控面板18靠近室內的一側,用於保護所述透明導電層182,提高耐用性。該防護層186可由氮化矽、氧化矽、BCB、聚酯膜、PET薄膜以及丙烯酸樹脂等材料形成。該保護還可用於提供一些其它的附加功能,如可以減少眩光或降低反射。在本發明第一實施例中,該防護層186亦為一PET薄膜。
參見圖8,所述觸控面板18亦可以設置於所述窗戶本體14第一玻璃層142的內表面1420。所述觸控面板18包括一透明導電層182、至少兩個電極184。至少兩個電極184分別設置於透明導電層182的每個角或邊上,且與透明導電層182電連接,用以在透明導電層182上形成等電位面。所述第一玻璃層142的內表面1420與所述透明導電層182以及電極184接觸設置。所述第一玻璃層142起到保護透明導電層182的作用。在所述透明導電層182遠離第一玻璃層142的表面還可以設置一防護層186。由於觸控面板18設置於所述第一玻璃層142和第二玻璃層146之間,所述第一玻璃層142可以同時起到支撐和保護觸控面板18的作用,所述防護層186為一可選結構。
在所述第一玻璃層142和透明導電層182之間還可以進一步包括一透明基底180。所述透明基板可以為透明柔性材料。所述柔性材料可以為聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等聚酯材料,以及聚醚碸(PES)、纖維素酯、苯並環丁烯(BCB)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)及丙烯酸樹脂等材料。所述透明基底為一可選結構。
使用時,所述柔性顯示幕16和所述觸控面板18藉由資料線19與所述電子裝置17電連接,首先藉由觸控端對觸控面板18進行操作,產生相應的觸摸信號,觸摸屏控制模組174感測該觸摸信號,計算出所述觸摸點在觸控面板18上的座標資訊,並將座標資訊發送給所述中央處理器172;所述中央處理器172根據所述座標資訊讀取一資訊資料或圖像資料,並將所述資訊資料或圖像資料傳輸給所述顯示幕控制模組176;所述顯示幕控制模組176直接控制所述電子紙163,從而將資訊或圖像限制在所述電子紙163上。
所述電子裝置17進一步包括一網線介面用於接收網路信號使柔性顯示幕16顯示畫面。或者所述電子裝置17內設置wifi信號接收模組接收網路信號使所述柔性顯示幕16顯示畫面。
參見圖9,本發明第二實施例提供一種房子100,所述房子100包括屋頂20、牆30和窗戶10,其中,所述窗戶10為前述帶顯示功能的窗戶10。
相較于現有技術,本發明所提供的窗戶帶顯示功能使人們藉由窗戶看到的風景不局限於外界環境。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡習知本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種帶顯示功能的窗戶,其包括: 一窗框; 一窗戶本體;所述窗戶本體設置於所述窗框內,所述窗戶本體包括相對且間隔設置的第一玻璃層和第二玻璃層; 其改良在於,進一步包括一柔性顯示幕;所述柔性顯示幕設置於所述第一玻璃層和所述第二玻璃層之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,進一步包括一觸控面板。
  3. 如請求項2所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述柔性顯示幕和觸控面板為一體結構,所述第一玻璃層可以在所述窗框內移動。
  4. 如請求項2所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述第一玻璃層與所述第二玻璃層相對的一面為內表面,所述觸控面板設置於所述第一玻璃層內表面。
  5. 如請求項2所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述第一玻璃層遠離第二玻璃層的表面為外表面,所述觸控面板設置於所述第一玻璃層的外表面。
  6. 如請求項1所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,進一步包括一電子裝置,用於向所述柔性顯示幕輸入顯示的畫面。
  7. 如請求項6所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述電子裝置設置於所述窗框內。
  8. 如請求項1所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述柔性顯示幕可以捲曲或展開。
  9. 如請求項1所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶,其中,所述柔性顯示幕的下方進一步包括一配重片。
  10. 一種房子,其包括屋頂、牆和窗戶,其改良在於,所述窗戶為請求項1至9項中任意一項所述的帶顯示功能的窗戶。
