Abstract

一種插座連接器包括一絕緣殼體及至少一個插座端子。絕緣殼體具有至少一個端子孔;插座端子收容於至少一個端子孔內,插座端子具有一固定部、一導電夾片、及一對接觸臂;導電夾片由固定部沿一縱長方向朝後延伸,該對接觸臂由固定部的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對;其中每一接觸臂包括一彈性夾持片、一端口部及至少一延伸部;彈性夾持片由固定部沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,端口部連接於彈性夾持片的前端,至少一延伸部由端口部的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區,其中端口部的部分與延伸部形成一第一接觸區。

Description

插座連接器及其插座端子
本發明涉及一種插座連接器及其插座端子,特別是指一種用以傳輸電力的電連接器,及其導電用的插座端子,或稱母端子。
電連接器被廣泛地應用於傳輸訊息或電力,其中用於傳輸電力的電連接器又可稱為電源連接器。電源連接器又可分為插入端以及插座端,或者可稱為插頭連接器及插座連接器。
插頭連接器具有多個插頭端子,通常呈插針狀;插座連接器的內部收容有多個插座端子,插座端子通常是以金屬片經過沖壓彎折而成。愈來愈多的電子裝置需要在通電狀態時,將插頭連接器插接於插座連接器,在插接或脫離的過程中,電流可能由一邊的端子穿過空氣而觸擊另一邊的端子而形成電弧(electric arc)。電弧可能損壞端子,或造成一些殘留物,而影響導電的性能。
本發明所要解決的技術問題,在於提供一種插座連接器及其插座端子,可以減少插座端子因電弧放電而造成端子被損毀的問題,進而提升插座端子的使用壽命。
為了解決上述技術問題,根據本發明的其中一種方案,提供一種插座連接器,其包括一絕緣殼體及至少一個插座端子。所述絕緣殼體具有至少一個端子孔;至少一個所述插座端子收容於至少一個所述端子孔內,所述插座端子具有一固定部、一導電夾片、及一對接觸臂;所述導電夾片由所述固定部沿一縱長方向朝後延伸,一對所述接觸臂由所述固定部的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對;其中每一所述接觸臂包括一彈性夾持片、一端口部、及至少一延伸部;所述彈性夾持片由所述固定部沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,所述端口部連接於所述彈性夾持片的前端,至少一所述延伸部由所述端口部的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區,其中所述端口部的部分與所述延伸部形成一第一接觸區。
為了解決上述技術問題,根據本發明的其中一種方案,還提供一種插座端子,其包括一固定部、一導電夾片及一對接觸臂。所述導電夾片由所述固定部沿一縱長方向朝後延伸;一對所述接觸臂由所述固定部的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對;其中每一所述接觸臂包括一彈性夾持片、一端口部、及至少一延伸部;所述彈性夾持片由所述固定部沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,所述端口部連接於所述彈性夾持片的前端,至少一所述延伸部由所述端口部的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區,其中所述端口部的部分與所述延伸部形成一第一接觸區。
本發明具有以下有益效果:本發明在插頭端子插接或脫離插座端子,若是形成電弧,僅觸擊於延伸部。因此可避免弧放電損壞彈性夾持片的第二接觸區,不因電弧而形成積碳之類的殘留物。
為了能更進一步瞭解本發明為達成既定目的所採取之技術、方法及功效,請參閱以下有關本發明之詳細說明、圖式,相信本發明之目的、特徵與特點,當可由此得以深入且具體之瞭解,然而所附圖式與附件僅提供參考與說明用,並非用來對本發明加以限制者。
請參考圖1及圖2,為本發明的插座連接器的立體圖及端子組的立體圖。本發明提供一種插座連接器10,可以與一插頭連接器20相對接。插座連接器10包括一絕緣殼體19及多個插座端子11。絕緣殼體19形成有多個端子孔190,端子孔190的數量對應於插座端子11的數量,可以是至少一個。插座端子11的後端各連接一電線C。插頭連接器20具有一插頭殼體29及多個插頭端子21。插頭端子21插向插座端子11的前端。插頭端子21呈方形插銷狀,具有大致相同的四個邊長W,然而本發明並不限制於此。
多個插座端子11對應地收容於多個端子孔190內。每一插座端子11具有一固定部112、一導電夾片116、及一對接觸臂111。導電夾片116是由固定部112沿一縱長方向朝後延伸,該對接觸臂111由固定部112的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對。本實施例的前端、後端,僅為著方便描述,並非用以限制本發明。縱長方向是指平行於插座端子11的前端、後端的方向,如圖1中X軸方向。
固定部112大致呈一筒狀沿著該縱長方向延伸且形成一銜接縫1120,此外,固定部112還包括一對固定翼片1124相對的由兩側向外張開,有助於插座端子11固定於端子孔190。本實施例的導電夾片116具有多個突肋1161,多個突肋1161由導電夾片116的外側向內突出;其中每一突肋1161的兩端各形成一斜面1162,所述斜面1162與導電夾片116的內側面形成一夾角,夾角為10至80度。此結構優點在於導電夾片116的兩側片體向內夾緊電線C的時候,避免突肋1161的兩端因片體內彎變形過程夾傷電線C的芯線。
插座端子11還包括一對嵌合片114位於固定部112與導電夾片116之間。嵌合片114幫助插座端子11固定於絕緣殼體19內。
本實施例的每一接觸臂111包括一彈性夾持片113、一端口部115、及一對延伸部117。彈性夾持片113由所述固定部112沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,端口部115連接於彈性夾持片113的前端,大致呈U字形或呈C字形。兩個端口部115的開口彼此相對,位於插座端子11的最前端。延伸部117由端口部115的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片113向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區1132,其中所述端口部115的部分與所述延伸部117形成一第一接觸區。延伸部117的數量可以是至少一個,由端口部115的其中一末端向後沿著縱長方向延伸。
請參閱圖3至圖5,分別為本發明的插座端子的俯視圖、側視圖及仰視圖。彈性夾持片113傾斜向內側延伸而形成第二接觸區1132,然後傾斜向外側延伸而連接於端口部115。由俯視圖觀看,彈性夾持片113呈一鈍角,大約150度。其中延伸部117延伸超過第二接觸區1132,也就是說,延伸部117超出端口部115的長度大於第二接觸區1132至端口部115的距離。此種設計的用意在於,當插頭端子21向外拔出要離開插座端子11時,插頭端子21離開第二接觸區1132時,仍然接觸於延伸部117。插頭端子21在第二接觸區1132的前後位置,均可接觸到延伸部117,以持續接觸插座端子11。
請參閱圖6及圖7,圖6為本發明的插座端子的前視圖,圖7為插頭端子插接於插座端子後的前視圖。本實施例的每一端口部115具有一外框壁1151及一對內摺壁1152,該對內摺壁1152由外框壁1151的兩側向內彎折。其中接觸臂111具有一對延伸部117各自連接一對內摺壁1152。如圖7所示,內摺壁1152與外框壁1151的夾角θ為一銳角,在本實施例約為60度。
該對接觸臂111的第二接觸區1132之間的距離W2小於插頭端子21的邊長W,也就是說,插頭端子21插入插座端子11時,可以確定接觸於兩個第二接觸區1132。其中端口部115的一對內摺壁1152之間的空隙W1小於插頭端子21的邊長W。也就是說,所述延伸部117之間的空隙小於所述插頭端子21的邊長W,當插頭端子21插入插座端子11時,可以確定接觸於該對內摺壁1152。
本發明的特點及功能在於,插頭連接器20與插座連接器10在熱插拔的過程,當插頭端子21插入插座端子11時,插頭端子21先接觸於端口部115的內摺壁1152,若是形成電弧,僅觸擊於延伸部117。插入過程,繼續接觸該延伸部117,然後再接觸到該對接觸臂111的第二接觸區1132。當插頭端子21拔離插座端子11時,特別是插頭端子21離開第二接觸區1132後,插頭端子2仍然持續接觸於延伸部117,最後脫離端口部115。在脫離時,若有電弧,也是觸擊於延伸部117。因此可避免弧放電損壞彈性夾持片113的第二接觸區1132,不因電弧而形成積碳之類的殘留物。本發明藉由上述安排,可以減少插座端子11因電弧放電而造成端子被損毀的問題,進而提升插座端子11及插座連接器的使用壽命。
應當注意,本案中「大致」等詞語用以修飾任何可微小變化的關係,例如由於加工允許的誤差等因素引起的稍微不一致的情況,但這種微小變化並不會改變其本質。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種插座連接器,包括:   一絕緣殼體,具有至少一個端子孔;及   至少一個插座端子,收容於至少一個所述端子孔內,所述插座端子具有一固定部、一導電夾片、及一對接觸臂;所述導電夾片由所述固定部沿一縱長方向朝後延伸,一對所述接觸臂由所述固定部的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對;   其中每一所述接觸臂包括一彈性夾持片、一端口部、及至少一延伸部;所述彈性夾持片由所述固定部沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,所述端口部連接於所述彈性夾持片的前端,至少一所述延伸部由所述端口部的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區,其中所述端口部的部分與所述延伸部形成一第一接觸區。
  2. 如請求項1所述的插座連接器,其中所述固定部大致呈一筒狀沿著該縱長方向延伸且形成一銜接縫。
  3. 如請求項1所述的插座連接器,其中所述導電夾片具有多個突肋,多個所述突肋由所述導電夾片的外側向內突出;其中每一所述突肋的兩端各形成一斜面,所述斜面與所述導電夾片的內側面形成一夾角,所述夾角為10至80度。
  4. 如請求項1所述的插座連接器,其中所述插座端子還包括一對嵌合片位於所述固定部與所述導電夾片之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述的插座連接器,其中所述彈性夾持片傾斜向內側延伸而形成所述第二接觸區,然後傾斜向外側延伸而連接於所述端口部。
  6. 如請求項5所述的插座連接器,其中每一所述端口部具有一外框壁及一對內摺壁,一對所述內摺壁連接於所述外框壁且由所述外框壁的兩側向內彎折,其中所述接觸臂具有一對所述延伸部各自連接一對所述內摺壁。
  7. 如請求項6所述的插座連接器,其中所述延伸部延伸超過所述第二接觸區,所述延伸部超出所述端口部的長度大於所述第二接觸區至所述端口部的距離。
  8. 如請求項6所述的插座連接器,其中所述內摺壁與所述外框壁的夾角為一銳角。
  9. 如請求項6所述的插座連接器,其中該插座連接器對接於一插頭連接器,所述插頭連接器包括至少一插頭端子,所述插頭端子呈方形插銷狀;其中一對所述接觸臂的所述第二接觸區之間的距離小於所述插頭端子的邊長;其中所述延伸部之間的空隙小於所述插頭端子的邊長。
  10. 一種插座端子,包括:   一固定部;   一導電夾片,所述導電夾片由所述固定部沿一縱長方向朝後延伸;及   一對接觸臂,由所述固定部的兩相對側分別朝前延伸並且彼此相對;   其中每一所述接觸臂包括一彈性夾持片、一端口部、及至少一延伸部;所述彈性夾持片由所述固定部沿該縱長方向朝前延伸,所述端口部連接於所述彈性夾持片的前端,至少一所述延伸部由所述端口部的內側朝後延伸;其中部分所述彈性夾持片向內彎折而形成一第二接觸區,其中所述端口部的部分與所述延伸部形成一第一接觸區。
