Abstract

一種利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成,以循環流體化床蒸氣發電所產生之飛灰無水石膏(β CaSO4 anhydrite)90%加上黏結反應劑10%製成建材,主要使用於非結構水泥砂漿、人行步道磚、藝術牆面磚、室內隔間防火牆面及石膏板等,其中之黏結反應劑具有半水硫酸鈣(CaSO4.½H2O)70%、硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)10%、氧化鈣(CaO生石灰)10%、氫氧化鈉(NaOH燒鹹)5%、水泥0~5%、澱粉0~5%,故將其組成加總重量之百分之三十到四十水便能形成水化反應。

Description

利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成
本發明係關於一種廢棄飛灰之再利用,特別是指一種利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成。
台塑六輕採用美國ALSTOM之CFB Boiler(循環流體化床蒸氣發電系統),以石油焦:石灰石=2:1混合送入CFB進行高溫氧化燃燒推動氣輪機發電及供應蒸氣,其產生每日數百公噸之副產品飛灰(包括粉狀混合石膏、粒狀副產石灰及水化石膏),至今無法有效處理,基於故此混合副產石灰為850 C~900℃以上產生之副產品,所謂β無水石膏(β CaSO4 anhydrite),

故影響到飛灰之利用性,為了提供更符合實際環保需求之物品,發明人乃進行研發,以解決習知使用上易產生之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成,以適合之粘結反應劑混入飛灰(CFB灰)無水石膏再生利用,只需適量水即可產生媲美水泥強度之建材。
為達成上述之目的,本發明之組成配方為:以循環流體化床蒸氣發電所產生之飛灰無水石膏(β CaSO4 anhydrite)90%加上黏結反應劑10%製成建材,主要使用於非結構水泥砂漿、人行步道磚、藝術牆面磚、室內隔間防火牆面及石膏板等,其中之黏結反應劑具有半水硫酸鈣(CaSO4.½H2O)70%、硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)10%、氧化鈣(CaO生石灰)10%、氫氧化鈉(NaOH燒鹹)5%、水泥0~5%、澱粉0~5%,故將其組成加總重量之百分之三十到四十水便能形成水化反應。
為使 貴審查委員能更進一步瞭解本發明為達成預定目的所採取之技術、手段及功效,茲舉一較佳可行之實施例,並配合詳細說明如后,相信本發明之目的、特徵與優點,當可由此得一深入且具體之瞭解。
本發明一種利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成,以循環流體化床蒸氣發電所產生之飛灰無水石膏(β CaSO4 anhydrite)90%加上黏結反應劑10%製成建材,主要使用於非結構水泥砂漿、人行步道磚、藝術牆面磚、室內隔間防火牆面及石膏板等,其中之黏結反應劑具有半水硫酸鈣(CaSO4.½H2O)70%、硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)10%、氧化鈣(CaO生石灰)10%、氫氧化鈉(NaOH俗名)5%、水泥0~5%、澱粉0~5%,故將其組成加總重量之百分之三十到四十水便能形成水化反應。

本發明之製品已能符合常態之建材需求,只需加入上述總量之10%,本發明之反應黏著劑即可符合常態之建材強度需求。其中粉狀混合石膏100%尚能加入之飛灰粒狀石灰130%或水化石膏75%以製成各種建材。
綜上所述之組合物中,本發明運用特定之黏結反應劑加入產生反應促成無水石膏之反應產生黏結,所以能提供很好之使用性,為一完全與習知不同之組成配方。
以上所述為本發明之較佳實施例之詳細說明與圖式,並非用來限制本發明,本發明之所有範圍應以下述之專利範圍為準,凡專利範圍之精神與其類似變化之實施例與近似結構,皆應包含於本發明之中。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成,以循環流體化床蒸氣發電所產生之飛灰無水石膏(β CaSO4 anhydrite)90%加上黏結反應劑10%製成建材,主要使用於非結構水泥砂漿、人行步道磚、藝術牆面磚、室內隔間防火牆面及石膏板等,其中之黏結反應劑具有半水硫酸鈣(CaSO4.½H2O)70%、硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)10%、氧化鈣(CaO生石灰)10%、氫氧化鈉(NaOH燒鹹)5%、水泥0~5%、澱粉0~5%,故將其組成加總重量之百分之三十到四十水便能形成水化反應。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之利用脫硫發電之飛灰製造成建材之組成,其中粉狀混合石膏100%尚能加入之飛灰粒狀石灰130%或水化石膏75%以製成各種建材。
