Abstract

A touch panel structure and fabricating method thereof is provided. The touch panel structure includes a cover substrate, a first shielding layer, a second shielding layer, an ink layer and a protection layer. The first shielding layer is formed on the cover substrate and includes a first opening. The second shielding layer is formed on the first shielding layer and includes a second opening, wherein the second opening connects with the first opening and is larger than the first opening. The ink layer is formed in the second opening and fills the first opening, wherein the ink layer is not formed on the second shielding layer. And the protection layer covers the ink layer.
