Abstract

A gripping and auxiliary alignment device for a valve rod stress sensor is disclosed, which is adhered to a valve rod for correctly measuring a stress of the valve rod sensor, and cmprises a metal slide with a flexibility, having a strain gauge bonded to an exterior side thereof, a positioning index hand disposed at an end and a positioning graduation at the other end and a first and a second fixation lock rings at the end and the ther end, respectively, the positioning index hand corresponding to the positioning graduation and the positioning index hand aligning rightly to a central graduation among the positioing graduation to measure the strain and deduce the stress of the valve rod when the metal slide is bonded to a valve rod, and a first and a second fixation elements each having a hole at an end and the other end thereof, the first and second fixation elements run through the fixation lock ring so as to fix the metal slide by using a pull force, so that the valve rod may be directly measured without requiring the fixation elements to be detached. In this manner, a rubber belt having an elasticity is used for the fixation without requiring a spring grip, and the valve rod may be directly tested without requiring the rubber belt to be detached. As such, the present invnetion has the novel performances of more correct and rapid alignment of the strain gauge, conveient installation and stable gripping, and multi-sizes correspnding relationship.
