Abstract

The present invention includes a case 510 having guiding parts 511, 512 disposed along a longitudinal direction of frames 22, 25 and further having an interconnected passage 514 between guiding passages 511a, 512a of the guiding parts 511, 512, and a flexible stripe-shaped member 520 such disposed that it can slide across an area containing the guiding passages 511a, 512a and the interconnected passage 514, wherein the guiding passage 512a has a pair of guiding grooves 512a1 for receiving the two side edges of the flexible stripe-shaped member 520 in a slidable manner and regulating the outward movement of the flexible stripe-shaped member 520, and a slide groove 512a2 formed between the guiding grooves 512a1; the interconnected passage 514 and the guiding passage 511a each has a portion, which is opposed to a depth surface of the frame 22, 25 in the case 510, opened with a size allowing the outward movement of the stripe-shaped member 520, and is attached with a cover member 530 for regulating the outward movement of the stripe-shaped member 520.
