Abstract

A water removal method includes providing a fuel cell system, a first computing step, a second computing step and inputting a conduction ratio (duty ratio) into a solenoid valve. The fuel cell system comprises a battery stack, a flow controller, a manometer, and a solenoid valve. This invention uses a conduction ratio which computed by the first computing step and the second computing step to control the solenoid exhausting unreacted hydrogen and vapor to make the hydrogen stoichiometry could maintain at a stable value to avoid an anode portion of the battery being decompressed, moreover to reduce the water accumulates at the anode portion of the battery stack.
