Abstract

A polyimide metal laminate and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The polyimide metal laminate includes a polyimide layer, a 60 DEG gloss of the polyimide layer is in a range from 0 to 150 gloss unit, and a thickness of the polyimide layer is in a range from 12 to 250 [mu]m. The polyimide layer includes a plurality of inorganic particles. A diameter of the inorganic particles is in a range from 0.1 to 10[mu]m. And a metal layer formed on the polyimide layer and contacts the polyimide layer. A thickness of the metal layer is in a range from 0.01 to 1 [mu]m and the 60 DEG gloss of the metal layer is in a range from 10 to 900 gloss unit.
