Abstract

The present invention is directed to an environmental-friendly artificial leather using an elastomer film and a textile made of composite filements and method of manufacturing the same. The composite filament includes at least one core portion and a sheath portion. The at least one core portion is made from polyester, polyamide or polypropylene. The sheath portion wraps the core portion. The sheath portion is made of thermoplastic elastomer. The elastomer film is combined with the textile.
