Abstract

本發明係一種同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法,包括:提供一控制器聯接該直流匯流排,該匯流排並聯有多個電器;該控制器將一控制命令透過調變一交流輸入電壓,以產生一調變交流電壓,其中,該控制命令包括一動作指令;提供一轉換器,將該調變交流電壓轉換成一調變直流電壓輸入至該直流匯流排,該調變直流電壓具有一漣波(ripple);該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓;該多個電器驗證該調變直流電壓所對應之動作指令,並根據該動作指令進行對應的動作。

Description

於同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法
本發明係關於一種控制方法,特別是一種於同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法。
目前已知有許多多個電器的控制方法,特別在於透過調變輸入電壓的方式將控制命令進行編碼,再透過對應的路徑將控制命令傳送到欲控制的電器端。
然而,目前已知的控制方法大多是採用獨立配址或獨立路徑,將控制命令傳遞到電器端,對於位於同一直流匯流排的並聯電器來說,必須要額外配置控制線,方可達到有效的控制效果。
因此,是否有一種手段或方法,能夠讓同一直流匯流排的並聯電器,在不需要額外配置獨立控制線路的情況下,可以直接透過直流匯流排發送控制命令給特定的電器而不會影響到其他電器的運作,仍是相關業界的努力目標。
解決上述的問題,本發明之一目的在於提供一種同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法,包括:提供一控制器聯接該直流匯流排,該匯流排並聯有多個電器;該控制器將一控制命令透過調變一交流輸入電 壓,以產生一調變交流電壓,其中,該控制命令包括一動作指令;提供一轉換器,將該調變交流電壓轉換成一調變直流電壓輸入至該直流匯流排,該調變直流電壓具有一漣波(ripple);該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓;該多個電器驗證該調變直流電壓所對應之動作指令,並根據該動作指令進行對應的動作。

請參考圖1,圖1是本發明同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法所應用的架構圖。圖2為本發明同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法的流程圖。如圖1所示,本發明之架構為多個電器並聯設置於同一個直流匯流排上,並由該匯流排上取得驅動所需的直流電壓。一控制器10連接於一交流電源11,並根據一控制命令將一交流輸入電壓透過中斷的方式調變為一調變交流電壓,一轉換器20連接於該控制器10,並自該控制器10取得該調變交流電壓,並輸出至該直流匯流30排上供給多個電器40使用。
於一實施例,本發明提供一種同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法,包括:提供一控制器聯接該直流匯流排,該匯流排並聯有多 個電器;該控制器將一控制命令透過調變一交流輸入電壓,以產生一調變交流電壓,其中,該控制命令包括一動作指令;提供一轉換器,將該調變交流電壓轉換成一調變直流電壓輸入至該直流匯流排,該調變直流電壓具有一漣波(ripple);該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓;該多個電器驗證該調變直流電壓所對應之動作指令,並根據該動作指令進行對應的動作。
綜上所述,電器內存有對應各種動作指令的編碼,透過自直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓,驗證對應調變直流電壓中的控制命令,若取得控制命令中的動作指令未先預存於電器內,則無法驗證成功,自然不會就動作指令進行對應的作動。
請參考圖3及圖4所示,該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓的步驟,進一步包括:於一時間區間內,根據一電壓門檻值41,對該調變直流電壓12進行解碼;及組譯該解碼後的調變直流電壓12為一具有一高電平與一低電平的方波42,以取得該控制命令,其中,該調變直流電壓12自電壓門檻值41上至下設定為一下區段,該調變直流電壓12自電壓門檻值41下至上設定為一上區段。
值得注意的是,如圖3所示,控制器中斷交流輸入電壓的位置為調變直流電壓12下降的位置51,而電器偵測組譯的位置點則為調變直流電壓12與電壓門檻值41交錯的位置51。
為確保上述所謂一時間區間,多個電器的時間區間必須一致,避免發生編碼時產生錯誤,每一個電器中皆具有時脈單元,該時脈單元的時序與該漣波同步,而漣波的頻率與相位皆同步於交流輸入電壓,如 此一來,可以確保這些並聯於同一直流匯流排上得電器,其接收訊號的動作可以一致。
此外,為避免誤判斷,各該電器具有一預設的最小寬度與一預設的最大寬度,當該方波中的高電平與低電平的寬度小於最小寬度或大於最大寬度,各該電器會進行忽略。
對於要個別控制同一直流匯流排上的電器來說,各電器需具有一個可以提供辨識的地址,對控制器來說,控制器需要明確告知電器所發出的控制命令的需求、是要發給誰以及做什麼事情,因此,控制命令另包括有一前言區塊及一目的位址,而該前言區塊的內容適用位於同一直流匯流排上的所有電器。
舉例來說,如圖4所示,當一控制器發出一控制命令,同一直流匯流排上的電器匯編譯出如圖4所示的方波,於解讀上為一個"000"、"010"及"0010"的代碼,於這例子來說,000為前言區塊的內容,其用來告訴所有電器,控制器要告訴所有電器它要找位址為010的電器(010為目的位址),並執行代碼0010的動作指令,而其他位址的電器便會忽視後面0010代碼的動作指令。
如此一來,對於同一直流匯流排並聯設置有多個電器控制來說,此編碼控制的方法不再需要透過額外設置獨立控制線來進行傳輸,透過電器將調變直流電壓直接解碼編譯成方波,該方波對應控制器中斷交流輸入電壓的調變交流電壓,取得控制器的控制命令。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種同一直流匯流排控制多個電器的控制方法,包括:提供一控制器聯接該直流匯流排,該直流匯流排並聯有多個電器;該控制器將一控制命令透過調變一交流輸入電壓,以產生一調變交流電壓,其中,該控制命令包括一動作指令;提供一轉換器,將該調變交流電壓轉換成一調變直流電壓輸入至該直流匯流排,該調變直流電壓具有一漣波(ripple);該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變直流電壓;及該多個電器驗證該調變直流電壓之該動作指令,並根據該動作指令進行對應的動作。
  2. 如請求項1所述的控制方法,其中,該控制命令另包括有一前言區塊及一目的位址,各該電器具有一對應的位址。
  3. 如請求項2所述的控制方法,其中該前言區塊的內容適用位於同一直流匯流排上的所有電器。
  4. 如請求項2所述的控制方法,其中驗證該調變直流電壓所對應之動作指令的步驟,只有該控制命令中該目的位址與該電器位址相符的該電器會進行此步驟,以及執行對應的動作指令。
  5. 如請求項1所述的控制方法,其中該多個電器自該直流匯流排取得該調變 直流電壓的步驟,進一步包括:於一時間區間內,根據一電壓門檻值,對該調變直流電壓進行解碼;及組譯該解碼後的調變直流電壓為一具有一高電平與一低電平的方波,以取得該控制命令,其中,該調變直流電壓自電壓門檻值上至下設定為一下區段,該調變直流電壓自電壓門檻值下至上設定為一上區段。
  6. 如請求項5所述的控制方法,其中該多個電器驗證該調變直流電壓所對應之動作指令的步驟,各該電器具有一預設的最小寬度與一預設的最大寬度,當該方波中的高電平與低電平的寬度小於最小寬度或大於最大寬度,各該電器會進行忽略。
  7. 如請求項1所述的控制方法,其中各該電器具有一時脈單元,該時脈單元的時序與該漣波同步。
