Abstract

An electronic device includes a hollow enclosure and a bracket. An inner wall of the enclosure defines two opposite slide slots. The bracket includes a base plate for mounting a circuit board, and two slide plates extending from opposite ends of the base plate. The slide plates are received in the slide slots, respectively. An arced mounting wall is formed on an end of each slide slot. An arced connecting wall is formed on a junction of each slide plate and the base plate, to tightly contact with the corresponding mounting wall.

Electronic device

The present invention relates to an electronic device.

Due to the trend of miniaturization of electronic products, electronic components in electronic products are densely placed, and the heat dissipation effect of electronic components is often not ideal.

In view of the above, it is necessary to provide an electronic device that facilitates heat dissipation of electronic components.

An electronic device includes an inner casing and a bracket. The inner wall of the casing is provided with two opposite sliding slots. The bracket includes a substrate on which a circuit board can be mounted and two opposite ends extending from opposite ends of the substrate. The sliding plate is respectively received in the two sliding slots, and one side of each sliding slot is provided with an arc-shaped mounting wall, and a joint of each sliding plate and the substrate is provided with a curved abutting wall of the mounting wall.

The mounting wall of the outer casing of the electronic device is arranged in an arc shape to fully contact the rounded corners of the bracket, and the heat of the circuit board is more easily transmitted to the outer casing through the bracket, thereby enhancing the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, a preferred embodiment of the electronic device of the present invention includes a housing 10, a bracket 20, and a circuit board 30.

Referring to FIG. 2 together, the outer casing 10 has a cylindrical shape, and the inner wall 12 is provided with two opposite parallel sliding grooves 13 having a substantially U-shaped cross section along the axial direction of the outer casing 10. The inner wall 12 is provided with a fixing portion 15 in the axial direction of the outer casing 10 near each of the sliding grooves 13. One side of each chute 13 is provided with an arc-shaped mounting wall 132. Each of the fixing portions 15 is provided with a locking hole 152 in the axial direction. In the embodiment, the locking hole 152 is a threaded hole.

The bracket 20 includes a square substrate 21, a plurality of fixing posts 22 extending from the substrate 21, and two opposite sliding plates 24 extending perpendicularly from opposite ends of the substrate 21, extending perpendicularly from opposite ends of one side of the substrate 21. Two connecting pieces 26 and a baffle 28 extending perpendicularly from the middle of the other side of the substrate 21. A curved rounded corner 242 is provided at the junction of each of the sliders 24 and the substrate 21. The two connecting pieces 26 are each provided with a through hole 262.

The circuit board 30 is fixed to the fixed posts 22.

Referring to FIG. 4 , the two sliding plates 24 of the bracket 20 are respectively slid into the two sliding slots 13 , and the rounded corners 242 of the two sliding plates 24 respectively contact the mounting walls 132 of the two sliding slots 13 . The two connecting pieces 26 respectively abut the two fixing portions 15 . The two screws 40 are inserted into the through holes 262 of the two connecting pieces 26 and locked into the locking holes 152 of the two fixing portions 15 to fix the bracket 20 to the outer casing 10.

The mounting wall 132 of the outer casing 10 is arranged in an arc shape to be in sufficient contact with the rounded corners 242 of the bracket 20, and the heat of the circuit board 30 is more easily transmitted to the outer casing 10 via the bracket 20, thereby enhancing the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board 30.

In the present embodiment, the outer casing 10 and the bracket 20 are both made of metal and the bracket 20 is grounded to prevent static electricity from accumulating on the outer casing 10.

In summary, the present invention has indeed met the requirements of the invention patent, and has filed a patent application according to law. However, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is not possible to limit the scope of the patent application of the present invention. Equivalent modifications or variations made by persons skilled in the art in light of the spirit of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims (10)

An electronic device includes an inner casing and a bracket. The inner wall of the casing is provided with two opposite sliding slots. The bracket includes a substrate on which a circuit board can be mounted and two opposite ends extending from opposite ends of the substrate. The sliding plate is respectively received in the two sliding slots, and one side of each sliding slot is provided with an arc-shaped mounting wall, and a joint of each sliding plate and the substrate is provided with a curved abutting wall of the mounting wall. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the outer casing is provided with two fixing portions, and one side of the substrate extends two connecting pieces respectively fixed to the two fixing portions. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the two fixing portions are parallel to the two sliding grooves. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the outer casing has a cylindrical shape, and the two sliding grooves and the two fixing portions are disposed on an inner wall of the outer casing along an axial direction of the outer casing. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the substrate extends a plurality of fixed posts of the circuit board. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein each of the chutes has a U-shaped cross section. An electronic device includes an inner casing and a bracket. The inner wall of the casing is provided with a sliding slot. The bracket includes a substrate on which the circuit board can be mounted and a sliding plate extending from one side of the substrate. The sliding slot is provided with an arc-shaped mounting wall on one side of the sliding slot, and the connecting portion of the sliding plate and the substrate is provided with a rounded corner of the mounting wall. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the outer casing is provided with a fixing portion, and the other side of the substrate extends to a connecting piece fixed to the fixing portion. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the fixing portion is parallel to the sliding slot. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the outer casing has a cylindrical shape, and the sliding groove and the fixing portion are disposed on an inner wall of the outer casing along an axial direction of the outer casing.
