Abstract

一種攝像頭,包括一支架、一樞接於支架的樞轉件、一設有穿設孔的遮罩件及一裝設於樞轉件的感光元件,支架包括一底座,底座設有一通孔,遮罩件由防電磁幹擾材料製成且固定於通孔內,連接於感光元件的線纜自該穿設孔穿過。

攝像頭
本發明涉及一種攝像頭。
攝像頭內的感光元件透過線纜連接於電路板。高頻率的訊號經過線纜產生天線效應,易造成電磁幹擾。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種攝像頭,可減輕因線纜造成的電磁幹擾。
一種攝像頭,包括一支架、一樞接於支架的樞轉件、一設有穿設孔的遮罩件及一裝設於樞轉件的感光元件,支架包括一底座,底座設有一通孔,遮罩件由防電磁幹擾材料製成且固定於通孔內,連接於感光元件的線纜自該穿設孔穿過。
該攝像頭的線纜穿過底座內由防電磁幹擾材料製成的遮罩件,可有效抑制線纜造成的電磁幹擾。

請參照圖1和圖2,本發明攝像頭的較佳實施方式包括一一支架20、一樞轉件24、一遮罩件30及一感光元件40。
支架20包括一底座21及自底座21的兩側延伸的兩連接臂22。底座21設有一圓形的通孔211。
樞轉件24包括一正對底座21的安裝部241及自安裝部241的兩側延伸出的兩L形的樞接部242。該兩樞接部242分別樞轉連接於該兩連接臂22。安裝部241朝向底座21的一側設有穿孔2411。
請參照圖1和圖3,遮罩件30呈圓環形,中部設有一穿設孔32且由防電磁幹擾材料製成。本實施方式中,遮罩件30由鐵氧體製成。遮罩件30固定於底座21的通孔211內。本實施方式中,遮罩件30以過盈配合的方式固定於通孔211內。感光元件40安裝於樞轉件24的安裝部241內並透過線纜50連接於一電路板10。
線纜50穿過安裝部241的穿孔2411及遮罩件30的穿設孔32。由於遮罩件30由防電磁幹擾材料製成,可有效抑制線纜50造成的電磁幹擾。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種攝像頭,包括一支架、一樞接於支架的樞轉件、一設有穿設孔的遮罩件及一裝設於樞轉件的感光元件,支架包括一底座,底座設有一通孔,遮罩件由防電磁幹擾材料製成且固定於通孔內,連接於感光元件的線纜自該穿設孔穿過。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之攝像頭,其中遮罩件由鐵氧體製成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之攝像頭,其中遮罩件呈圓環形,穿設孔設於遮罩件的中部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之攝像頭,其中樞接件包括一正對底座的安裝部,感光元件安裝於安裝部內,安裝部朝向底座的一側設有一供該線纜穿過的穿孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之攝像頭,其中底座的兩側延伸兩連接臂,樞轉件包括自安裝部的兩側延伸出的兩樞接部,該兩樞接部分別樞轉連接於該兩連接臂。
