Abstract

一種擠壓成型裝置,其包括一霧化輪、一網點輪、一注入結構、一導向結構及一棱鏡成型系統。所述霧化輪與所述網點輪相鄰設置,所述注入結構位於所述霧化輪與所述網點輪的上方。所述導向結構位於所述網點輪與所述棱鏡成型系統之間。所述棱鏡成型系統包括一塗佈系統、一棱鏡輪及一紫外光源。所述塗佈系統位於所述導向結構和所述棱鏡輪之間,所述紫外光源位於所述棱鏡輪的上方。

Description

擠壓成型裝置
本發明系關於一種成型裝置,特別涉及一種擠壓成型裝置。
導光板一般應用於液晶顯示器的背光模組,且順應小型化趨勢越來越薄。目前,導光板主要採用射出成型技術製造,過薄的導光板導致冷卻過快,使得網點等微結構難以完全成型導光板上,難以達到預定的光學效果。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種能保證導光板的光學效果的擠壓成型裝置。
一種擠壓成型裝置,其包括一霧化輪、一網點輪、一注入結構、一導向結構及一棱鏡成型系統。所述霧化輪與所述網點輪相鄰設置,所述注入結構位於所述霧化輪與所述網點輪的上方。所述導向結構位於所述網點輪與所述棱鏡成型系統之間。所述棱鏡成型系統包括一塗佈系統、一棱鏡輪及一紫外光源。所述塗佈系統位於所述導向結構和所述棱鏡輪之間,所述紫外光源位於所述棱鏡輪的上方。所述注入結構用於收容一熔融體並將所述熔融體注入至所述霧化輪和所述網點輪之間,所述熔融體經過所述霧化輪和所述網點輪擠壓成型為一導光板,所述導光板包括一由所述霧化輪成型的霧面及一由所述網點輪成型的且與所述霧面相對的網點面。所述導向結構將所述導光板傳依次送至所述塗佈系統及所述棱鏡輪,所述塗佈系統在所述導光板的霧面上塗覆一層紫外膠。所述棱鏡輪對所述紫外膠進行壓印以形成一棱鏡結構,所述紫外光源用於對所述棱鏡結構進行固化。
相較於先前技術,本發明提供的擠壓成型裝置中霧化輪和網點輪通過對熔融體進行擠壓成型為導光板,所述導光板形成一霧面及一與所述霧面相對的網點面;另外,通過棱鏡輪和紫外光源對塗覆在霧面上的紫外膠進行壓印形成棱鏡結構;從而有效的保證了導光板的光學效果。

如圖1-2所示,本發明第一實施方式提供的一種擠壓成型裝置100,其用於擠壓成型一導光板200。所述擠壓成型裝置100包括一霧化輪10、一網點輪20、一注入結構30、一導向結構40、一棱鏡成型系統50、一保護膜貼合系統60及一剪切裝置70。
所述霧化輪10包括一第一作用面11,所述第一作用面11上採用精密噴砂形成一霧化結構111。所述霧化輪10與一驅動源(圖未示)相耦合,所述驅動源帶動所述霧化輪10沿順時針方向均勻轉動。所述霧化輪10上的霧化的密度沿圓周方向逐漸變大。
所述網點輪20與所述霧化輪10相鄰設置,通過調整所述網點輪20與所述霧化輪10之間的距離以調整所述導光板200的厚度。成型的所述導光板200的厚度相等所述網點輪20和所述霧化輪10之間的距離。所述網點輪20包括一第二作用面21,所述第二作用面21上採用快軸加工系統加工形成一網點結構211。所述網點輪20與一驅動源(圖未示)相耦合,所述驅動源帶動所述網點輪20沿逆時針方向均勻轉動。所述網點輪20的轉速與所述霧化輪10的轉速相同。
所述注入結構30位於所述霧化輪10與所述網點輪20的上方,且位於所述霧化輪10與所述網點輪20的對稱軸上。所述注入結構30具有一注入口31。
所述導向結構40設置在所述網點輪20相較於所述霧化輪10所在的另一側。所述導向結構40包括至少兩個導向滾輪41。其中一導向滾輪41位於另一導向滾輪41上方且相間隔設置。其中靠近上方的導向滾輪41沿逆時針方向轉動,靠近下方的導向滾輪41沿順時針方向轉動。
所述棱鏡成型系統50設置在所述導向結構40相較於所述網點輪所在的另一側。所述棱鏡成型系統50包括一塗佈系統51、一棱鏡輪52及一紫外光源53。所述塗佈系統51位於所述導向結構40和所述棱鏡輪52之間,所述紫外光源53位於所述棱鏡輪52的上方且相間隔設置。
所述塗佈系統51包括一容器511及多個塗佈滾輪512。所述容器511中收容有一紫外膠513。其中一個塗佈滾輪512部分位於所述容器511中且與所述紫外膠513相接觸,所述多個塗佈滾輪512之間相互配合。所述紫外膠513從一個塗佈滾輪512傳送至另一個塗佈滾輪512。
所述棱鏡輪52包括一第三作用面521,所述第三作用面521上採用超精密刀具形成一V形槽結構522。所述棱鏡輪52與一驅動源(圖未示)相耦合,所述驅動源帶動所述棱鏡輪52沿順時針方向均勻轉動。
所述紫外光源53朝向於所述棱鏡輪52,並用於向所述棱鏡輪52投射出紫外光線。所述紫外膠513在所述紫外光線的照射下可固化。
所述保護膜貼合系統60位於所述棱鏡輪52相較於所述塗佈系統51所在另一側,其用於在所述導光板200上貼附一保護膜63。所述保護膜貼合系統60包括一上貼合部61和一所述上貼合部61相對設置的下貼合部62。所述上貼合部61與所述下貼合部62相間隔設置。所述上貼合部61和所述下貼合部62可以用於貼合相同的或者不同類型的保護膜63。
所述剪切裝置70位於所述保護膜貼合系統60相較於所述棱鏡輪52所在的另一側。所述剪切裝置70用於將所述擠壓成型裝置100擠壓成型的導光板200剪切至合適的尺寸。
在所述導光板200的成型過程中,承載在所述注入結構30中的一熔融體32從所述注入口31注入至所述霧化輪10和所述網點輪20之間。所述熔融體32經過所述霧化輪10和所述網點輪20擠壓成型為所述導光板200。由於所述導光板200與所述網點輪20的黏附力大於與所述霧化輪10的黏附力,從而使成型的導光板200附著在所述網點輪20上。所述導光板200包括一由所述霧化輪10的霧化結構111成型的霧面201及一由所述網點輪20的網點結構211成型的網點面202,所述霧面201與所述網點結構211相對設置。所述導光板200在所述導向結構40中的兩個導向滾輪41之間的作用下被傳送至所述塗佈系統51,所述其中一塗佈滾輪512與所述導光板200的霧面201相接觸。所述塗佈滾輪512在所述導光板200的霧面201上塗覆一層紫外膠513。所述導光板200從所述棱鏡輪52和所述紫外光源53之間經過,所述導光板200與所述棱鏡輪52相接觸,所述棱鏡輪52對所述紫外膠513進行壓印以形成一棱鏡結構203,所述紫外光源53對所述棱鏡結構203進行固化。所述導光板200經過所述棱鏡成型系統50後傳送至所述保護膜貼合系統60,所述導光板200從所述上貼合部61和所述下貼合部62之間通過。所述上貼合部61和所述下貼合部62在所述導光板200的網點面202和棱鏡結構203上貼附保護膜63。所述剪切裝置70將所述導光板200剪切至合適的尺寸。
如圖3所示為本發明第二實施方式提供的一種擠壓成型裝置100a。第二實施方式提供的擠壓成型裝置100a與第一實施方式提供的擠壓成型裝置100的區別在於:所述擠壓成型裝置100a還包括一冷卻輪80,所述冷卻輪80設置在所述網點輪20與所述導向結構40之間。所述冷卻輪80用於對所述導光板200進行冷卻。
本發明提供的擠壓成型裝置中霧化輪和網點輪通過對熔融體進行擠壓成型為導光板,所述導光板形成一霧面及一與所述霧面相對的網點面;另外,通過棱鏡輪和紫外光源對塗覆在霧面上的紫外膠進行壓印形成棱鏡結構;從而有效的保證了導光板的光學效果。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種擠壓成型裝置,其包括一霧化輪、一網點輪、一注入結構、一導向結構及一棱鏡成型系統;所述霧化輪與所述網點輪相鄰設置,所述注入結構位於所述霧化輪與所述網點輪的上方;所述導向結構位於所述網點輪與所述棱鏡成型系統之間;所述棱鏡成型系統包括一塗佈系統、一棱鏡輪及一紫外光源;所述塗佈系統位於所述導向結構和所述棱鏡輪之間,所述紫外光源位於所述棱鏡輪的上方;所述注入結構用於收容一熔融體並將所述熔融體注入至所述霧化輪和所述網點輪之間,所述熔融體經過所述霧化輪和所述網點輪擠壓成型為一導光板,所述導光板包括一由所述霧化輪成型的霧面及一由所述網點輪成型的且與所述霧面相對的網點面;所述導向結構將所述導光板傳依次送至所述塗佈系統及所述棱鏡輪,所述塗佈系統在所述導光板的霧面上塗覆一層紫外膠;所述棱鏡輪對所述紫外膠進行壓印以形成一棱鏡結構,所述紫外光源用於對所述棱鏡結構進行固化。
  2. 如請求項1所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述霧化輪與所述網點輪之間的間距與所述導光板的厚度相等。
  3. 如請求項2所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述霧化輪沿順時針方向均勻轉動,所述網點輪沿逆時針方向均勻轉動,所述霧化輪的轉速與所述網點輪的轉速相等。
  4. 如請求項1所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述導向結構包括至少兩個導向滾輪,其中一導向滾輪位於另一導向滾輪上方且相間隔設置;其中靠近上方的導向滾輪沿逆時針方向轉動,靠近下方的導向滾輪沿順時針方向轉動,所述導光板從兩個滾輪之間通過。
  5. 如請求項1所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述塗佈系統包括一容器及多個塗佈滾輪;所述紫外膠合收容在所述容器,其中一個塗佈滾輪部分位於所述容器中且與所述紫外膠相接觸,另一塗佈滾輪與所述導光板的霧面相接觸。
  6. 如請求項1所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述擠壓成型裝置還包括一冷卻輪,所述冷卻輪設置在所述網點輪與所述導向結構之間,所述冷卻輪用於對所述導光板進行冷卻。
  7. 如請求項1所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述擠壓成型裝置包括一保護膜貼合系統,所述保護膜貼合系統位於所述棱鏡輪相較於所述塗佈系統所在另一側,所述保護膜貼合系統用於在所述導光板上貼附一保護膜。
  8. 如請求項7所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述保護膜貼合系統包括一上貼合部和一所述上貼合部相對設置的下貼合部,所述上貼合部與所述下貼合部相間隔設置,所述上貼合部和所述下貼合部用於貼合相同的或者不同類型的保護膜。
  9. 如請求項7所述的擠壓成型裝置,其中:所述擠壓成型裝置包括一剪切裝置,所述剪切裝置位於所述護膜貼合系統相較於所述棱鏡輪所在的另一側,所述剪切裝置用於將所述導光板剪切至合適的尺寸。
