Abstract
一種電子香,包括用於接收並傳導光線的導光體、設置在導光體入光端的光源以及設置導光體出光端的出光部,該導光體為中空管體,該光源為鐳射光源,該中空管體的一端鄰近光源設置而作為入光端,該中空管體的另一端作為出光端,該出光端與出光部相接觸並被出光部覆蓋。
Description
本發明涉及電子發光裝置,尤其涉及一種電子香。
現有的燒香拜佛的香通常為可燃材料混合並壓制而成的細長的燃香。然而,這種燃香在燃燒時產生的煙對人體和大氣均有害,並且燃盡後產生的粉塵也會對環境造成污染,因此常常會因為各種防火、環保規定而被禁止使用。
現有技術中有採用電子香取代傳統燃香的結構。該種電子香通常採用周緣塗有與傳統燃香顏色相同的不透明材料的細長光纖製成,該光纖的底部用來收集發光元件發出的發散光線,光線進入到光纖內部後會被局限在光纖內部傳輸而無法從光纖周緣側壁逃逸,最終光線被傳送到光纖頂部時從光纖頂部出射而照亮光纖的頂部末端以模擬燃燒的香頭。然而該種電子香結構採用的光纖價格昂貴,從而導致電子香的製作成本較高。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種成本較低的電子香。
一種電子香,包括用於接收並傳導光線的導光體、設置在導光體入光端的光源以及設置導光體出光端的出光部,該導光體為中空管體,該光源為鐳射光源,該中空管體的一端鄰近光源設置而作為入光端,該中空管體的另一端作為出光端,該出光端與出光部相接觸並被出光部覆蓋。
本發明提供的電子香採用鐳射光源向中空管體發射具有高指向性的光線,從而無需配備價格昂貴的光纖來為傳統光源的發散光線提供集光功能,使得整個電子香的製造成本較低。
下面參照附圖,結合具體實施例對本發明作進一步的描述。
參見圖1,本發明第一實施例提供的電子香10包括中空管體11、鐳射光源12以及出光部13。
所述中空管體11大體呈細長的圓筒狀。該中空管體11具有用於出光的上端110和與該上端相對的、用於入光的下端112。本實施例中,該中空管體11外部塗敷有顏料層114。優選的,該顏料層114的顏色與傳統燃香顏色相同,以模擬傳統燃香的外觀色彩。本發明中,該中空管體11不做反射或矯正光線之用,因此中空管體11極其外側壁上的顏料層114均可由透光材料或不透光材料製成。
該鐳射光源12設置在中空管體11的下端112,以向中空管體11內發出鐳射光束。本實施例中,該鐳射光源12為鐳射二極體120。該鐳射二極體120可從中空管體11的下端112局部、或完全嵌入中空管體11內部,本實施例中,該鐳射二極體120設置在中空管體11的下端112處而並未嵌入中空管體11的內部。由於鐳射光束具有高指向性,來自鐳射二極體120的鐳射在進入中空管體11之後,無需借助中空管體的任何輔助作用即可直接射向中空管體11的上端110。
該出光部13設置在在中空管體11的上端110、並覆蓋中空管體11的上端110,以接收來自鐳射光源12的鐳射光束。該出光部13由透光材料,如玻璃、樹脂等製成。該出光部13的表面優選為霧化表面,從而到達出光部13的光線可在霧化表面的作用下被發散向各個不同的方向,模擬燃香被點燃的香頭效果。
從理論上來講,該出光部13可以完全覆蓋或局部覆蓋中空管體11的上端110,因為鐳射光束較細的情況下,該光束可能僅會射及中空管體11上端110的局部位置,因此只要保證該出光部13的尺寸大小足以接收鐳射光束即可,而沒有必要使出光部13的尺寸大到足以覆蓋整個上端110。本實施例中,該出光部13完全覆蓋中空管體11的上端110。
該種電子香10採用鐳射光源12向中空管體11發射具有高指向性的鐳射光束,從而無需配備價格昂貴的光纖來為傳統光源的發散光線提供集光功能,使得整個電子香10的製造成本較低。
參見圖2,本發明第二實施例提供的電子香20同樣包括中空管體11、鐳射光源12以及出光部13。
該電子香20的結構設置於第一實施例的電子香10基本相同,不同之處在於:1.電子香20的鐳射光源12不僅包括鐳射二極體120,而且還包括繞射光柵122以及會聚透鏡124;2.電子香20包括多個中空管體11。
該繞射光柵122設置於鐳射二極體120的出光光路上以將來自鐳射二極體120的單束光線分離成多束光線。本實施例中,該鐳射二極體120正對繞射光柵122的中心位置。可以理解的,在實際的製造過程中,可依據具體需求設計該繞射光柵122的繞射階數。繞射階數m的確定可依照公式:mλ=Λ(n2sinθdif-n1sinθinc)來計算,其中Λ為光柵週期、n1為入射光所在介質的折射率、n2繞射光所在介質的折射率、θinc為入射光的入射角度、θdif為繞射光的繞射角度。
該會聚透鏡124設置於該繞射光柵122的出光光路上以會聚經由繞射光柵122分離出的多束光線,繼而使該多束光線分別進入不同的中空管體11。本實施例中,該會聚透鏡124的焦點與繞射光柵122的中心重合,以將被繞射光柵122分離出的多束光線以相互平行的方向射向多個中空管體11,這使得所述多個中空管體11相互平行排列成為可能,從而滿足電子香使用過程中的特殊需求。
需要說明的是,本實施例中“會聚透鏡124的焦點與繞射光柵122的中心重合”的技術方案是為了實現“多個中空管體11可以相互平行排列”的目的而進行的選擇,但是,當需要多個中空管體11按照其他形狀/相對位置關係排列時,可以相應選擇會聚透鏡124與繞射光柵122之間具有其他的位置關係,以滿足其他要求。
此外,上述繞射光柵122、會聚透鏡124是為了分別滿足分光、會聚作用而設置,而該繞射光柵122、會聚透鏡124也可以用其他的分光元件、光會聚元件來代替,在此不作一一介紹。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種電子香,包括用於接收並傳導光線的導光體、設置在導光體入光端的光源以及設置導光體出光端的出光部,其特徵在於,該導光體為中空管體,該光源為鐳射光源,該中空管體的一端鄰近光源設置而作為入光端,該中空管體的另一端作為出光端,該出光端與出光部相接觸並被出光部覆蓋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子香,其中,該中空管體的外側壁塗有顏料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子香,其中,該出光部的表面為霧化表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子香,其中,該鐳射光源為鐳射二極體。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的電子香,其中,該鐳射二極體從中空管體的入光端嵌入中空管體內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子香,其中,該電子香包括的多個中空管體以及分別覆蓋該多個中空管體的出光端的多個出光部,該鐳射光源包括鐳射二極體、分光器以及光線校正器,該分光器位於鐳射二極體的出光光路上以將來自鐳射二極體的單束光線分離成多束光線,該光線校正器校正經由分光器分離出的多束光線以使該多束光線分別進入不同的中空管體。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的電子香,其中,該分光器為繞射光柵。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電子香,其中,該鐳射二極體正對繞射光柵的中心位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電子香,其中,該光線校正器為會聚透鏡 。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的電子香,其中,該會聚透鏡的焦點與繞射光柵的中心重合。
