Abstract

本發明提供一種導光板。該導光板包括入光面及與該入光面相鄰的出光面,該出光面上設置有多個直條狀微結構,該多個直條狀微結構相互平行,相鄰兩個直條狀微結構的間距相同,且每一直條狀微結構沿垂直該入光面的方向延伸,該多個微結構在該出光面鄰近該入光面的混光區域內呈非週期性分佈。

Description

導光板
本發明涉及一種導光板,特別涉及一種不同區塊具有不同出光能力的導光板。
圖1為傳統導光板結構示意圖。傳統導光板出光面上設置的多個微結構200為相互平行的呈週期性分佈的直條狀結構,因此,傳統導光板出光面上各個區塊的出光能力相同。但在某些情況下有必要提供一種不同區塊的出光能力不同的導光板。
有鑒於此,本發明提供一種不同區塊具有不同出光能力的導光板。
該導光板包括入光面及與該入光面相鄰的出光面,該出光面上設置有多個直條狀微結構,該多個直條狀微結構相互平行,相鄰兩個直條狀微結構的間距相同,且每一直條狀微結構沿垂直該入光面的方向延伸,該多個微結構在該出光面鄰近該入光面的混光區域內呈非週期性分佈。
在本發明中,因多個微結構在混光區域內呈非週期性分佈,從而導致出光面上不同區塊具有不同的出光能力。
請參考圖2,本實施方式中的導光板100包括入光面10、出光面20及設置在出光面20上的多個微結構30。入光面10為該導光板100的一側壁,出光面20為該導光板100的上表面。光源40設置在該導光板100的側壁上,光源40產生的光從該入光面10射入該導光板100。光源40為發光二極體。出光面20上鄰近入光面10的區域通常稱為混光區域,光源40提供的光線進入該導光板100的側壁後需先在混光區域進行混光。
多個微結構30相互平行,相鄰兩個微結構30的間距相同,且沿垂直入光面10的方向延伸。在本實施方式中,多個微結構30在混光區域內呈非週期性分佈。具體為多個微結構30在鄰近光源40的位置呈圓弧狀分佈。當然,在其他實施方式中,多個微結構30在鄰近光源40的位置可呈其他形狀分佈,例如呈等邊三角形分佈。
在本實施方式中,因多個微結構30在混光區域內呈非週期性分佈,從而導致出光面20上不同區塊具有不同的出光能力。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種導光板,該導光板包括入光面及與該入光面相鄰的出光面,該出光面上設置有多個直條狀微結構,該多個直條狀微結構相互平行,相鄰兩個直條狀微結構的間距相同,且每一直條狀微結構沿垂直該入光面的方向延伸,其改良在於,該多個微結構在該出光面鄰近該入光面的混光區域內呈非週期性分佈。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的導光板,其中,該多個微結構在鄰近設置在該入光面上的光源的位置呈圓弧狀分佈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的導光板,其中,該多個微結構在鄰近設置在該入光面上的光源的位置呈等邊三角形分佈。
