Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a keyboard cover, and in particular refers to a manufacturing method of a metal keyboard cover. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a metal sheet with a plurality of predetermined openings at the predetermined positions; forming a plurality of openings and flanges by stamping the circumferences of the predetermined openings; and removing the uneven parts on top of the flanges. Accordingly, an integrally-formed metal keyboard cover is obtained.

  本發明係關於一種鍵盤蓋之製作方法,尤指一種金屬鍵盤蓋之製作方法。

  然而,部分外殼之構造並不容易直接以金屬板材製作。請參閱第1圖,係習用金屬鍵盤蓋之製作方法示意圖。如圖所示,其主要係於一金屬板材12上以沖壓成型的方式形成複數個穿孔121,另外以塑膠射出成型的方式製作同樣具有複數個穿孔141之塑膠平板14,再將金屬板材12與塑膠14進行貼合,藉以完成具有預定厚度167按鍵孔163之鍵盤蓋16之製作。
  其完成之鍵盤蓋16構造包含有一金屬板材161、複數個按鍵孔163及由金屬板材161與塑膠平板165所構成之按鍵孔163預定厚度167。
  此一鍵盤蓋16之構造,由於需使用兩種分別製作的部件相互貼合,雖然可以擁有金屬外殼之質感,但內部多了一層塑膠平板163阻隔,其散熱的功效將大幅降低。另外,金屬板材161與塑膠平板165貼合時,需進行精確的對位,造成額外的人力物力成本。且,其黏合的品質亦會影響產品的耐用程度,容易因溫度的變化及環境的影響而剝離損壞。

  為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種鍵盤蓋之製作方法,包含有:提供一金屬板材;於該金屬板材之預設位置形成複數個預開口;於該複數個預開口周圍沖壓形成複數個開口與凸緣;及去除各凸緣頂端不平整處,藉以形成一鍵盤蓋。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中各預開口係分別位於對應之開口之中央位置。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中各預開口係以圓角矩形為較佳。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中各預開口之大小係依各開口之大小及凸緣之高度與壁厚計算而得。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中各預開口可分別選擇以沖壓成型、剪切成型、鍛造成型、銑削成型及鑽孔之其中一種方法製作。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中該去除各凸緣頂端之步驟係可選擇為一切割成型之步驟及一銑削成型之步驟之其中之一。
  在上述鍵盤蓋之製作方法之一實施例中,其中該金屬板材係可選擇為不銹鋼、銅、鋁、鎂合金、鈦合金、鋁鎂合金、鎳基超合金、鎢、鉬及鈷之其中之一種金屬薄板。

  請參閱第3圖及第4圖,係分別為本發明鍵盤蓋之製作方法一實施例之各步驟示意圖。如圖所示,本實施例係對金屬板材32採用沖壓成型之步驟於預設位置形成複數個預開口36。其中,各預開口36係位於對應之各開口34中央位置為較佳。而各預開口36之形狀則配合開口36之需求而為各式幾何形狀或為任意形狀,其中以圓角矩形為較佳,如第3圖所示。此外,各預開口36之大小應依各開口34之大小及預定凸緣42之高度與壁厚計算原料之擠壓效果而得。
  於各預開口36周圍利用沖壓成型之步驟形成各開口34與凸緣42之後,由於金屬原料經沖壓步驟之擠壓變形後,其凸緣42之頂端44難免形成部分不平整處,可利用一切割成型之步驟或一銑削成型之步驟沿一切割線441將頂端44不平整處去除,即可完成鍵盤蓋46之製作。
  製作完成之鍵盤蓋46包含有一平面部461及複數個按鍵孔463,各按鍵孔463之周邊並分別具有一凸緣465。
  利用本發明之鍵盤蓋之製作方法,即可完成一體成型之金屬鍵盤蓋之製作。

Preferably, each pre-opening 36 is located at a central position of the corresponding opening 34. The shape of each pre-opening 36 is a variety of geometric shapes or arbitrary shapes in accordance with the requirements of the opening 36, wherein a rounded rectangle is preferred, as shown in FIG. In addition, the size of each pre-opening 36 is determined by the size of each opening 34 and the height of the predetermined flange 42 and the wall thickness to calculate the extrusion effect of the material.
