一環狀燈罩,係該環狀燈罩設有一中心穿孔且裝設於該離心扇及渦殼的正下方,且該環狀燈罩外圍與渦殼的內周圍共同形成一出風口,又該環狀燈罩內設有一第一燈體;及
一外殼,係該外殼設有一凹狀容室並更包含有複數支中空螺柱,且藉該複數支中空螺柱分別串接固定前述環狀燈罩、離心扇、渦殼於該外殼,並使其同時容納於凹狀容室內,又該外殼凹狀容室的內表面與渦殼的外表面共同形成一進氣通道,而環狀燈罩的中心穿孔與離心扇共同形成一中心抽風口。
