Abstract

A manufacturing method of fiber reinforced products with combining mechanism is disclosed, including: (A) stacking plural fiber reinforced materials impregnated with thermosetting resin with a thermosetting polymer membrane to form a composite substrate; (B) placing the composite substrate into a hot pressing die for hot pressing into a semi-finished product, which includes an intermediate layer formed of the thermosetting polymer membrane and a main body located inside the intermediate layer and formed of the said fiber reinforced materials; (C) coating a bonding agent on the intermediate layer to from an adhesive layer; (D) placing the semi-finished product into a forming die to from a combining mechanism which combines the semi-finished product with the adhesive layer. This method uses the intermediate layer to accommodate the adhesive layer, which not only can enhance the binding force between the semi-finished product and the combining mechanism, but also can effectively avoid rupture or peeling off by the action of external forces.
