Abstract

一種導風架,包括一框體及複數可拆卸地裝設於該框體內之導風件,該框體包括相對之兩側壁,該兩側壁對應地分別開設複數穿孔,每一導風件包括一桿體及一設於該桿體一側之導風片,該桿體之兩端分別設有一可穿過兩側壁之一穿孔並擋止於該側壁外側之擋塊。

Description

導風架
本發明涉及一種導風架。
習知風扇之導風架包括一框體及複數導風片,該框體於兩側壁對應地分別開設複數穿孔,每一導風片之兩端對應卡入兩穿孔,即可將該導風片固定於該框體內。然,由於該等導風片之末端一般不設固定結構,導致導風片受外力作用時,容易脫離對應之穿孔並掉入框體內損壞扇葉。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種有效固定導風片之導風架。
一種導風架,包括一框體及複數可拆卸地裝設於該框體內之導風件,該框體包括相對之兩側壁,該兩側壁對應地分別開設複數穿孔,每一導風件包括一桿體及一設於該桿體一側之導風片,該桿體之兩端分別設有一可穿過兩側壁之一穿孔並擋止於該側壁外側之擋塊。
相較習知技術,該導風架之每一導風件於兩端分別設有可擋止於該導風架之外側之擋塊,可有效固定導風片。
請參照圖1至圖3,本發明導風架之較佳實施方式包括一框體10及裝設於該框體10之複數導風件20。
該框體10包括兩側壁12、分別垂直連接該兩側壁12之頂端及底端之一頂壁14及一底壁16。該兩側壁12於後部對應地分別開設複數穿孔120。每一穿孔120之孔壁相向地突設兩突起以形成兩相互連通之扇形之通孔122。
每一導風件20包括一圓柱狀之桿體22及自該桿體22之一側延伸之一導風片24。該桿體22於該導風片24之兩端分別凸設一環形之防護部26。該桿體22於兩端分別凸設一擋塊28。每一擋塊28相對地設有一對凹槽而形成兩相互連接之扇形之組合塊280。該桿體22於每一防護部26之外側設有一對對應擋塊28之凹槽之卡塊30。每一卡塊30垂直連接於對應之防護部26但與對應之擋塊28相間隔。
組裝每一導風件20時,使該導風件20之中部彎曲變形及兩端之擋塊28之凹槽正對穿孔120之突起,使擋塊28分別穿過兩側壁12之穿孔120,直至防護部26擋止於該兩側壁12之內側,即可將該導風件20可轉動地固定於該框體10。此時,該導風件20之卡塊30分別可活動地穿設於對應之穿孔120。每一擋塊28擋止於對應側壁12之外側,防止導風件20掉落。
需拆卸一導風件20時,轉動對應之桿體22,使擋塊28之凹槽分別正對對應之穿孔120之突起,再使該導風件20之中部彎曲變形,即可拆卸該導風件20。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種導風架,包括一框體及複數可拆卸地裝設於該框體內之導風件,該框體包括相對之兩側壁,該兩側壁對應地分別開設複數穿孔,每一導風件包括一桿體及一設於該桿體一側之導風片,該桿體之兩端分別設有一可穿過兩側壁之一穿孔並擋止於該側壁外側之擋塊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導風架,其中該桿體於該導風片之兩端分別設一可擋止於對應側壁內側之防護部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導風架,其中每一穿孔之孔壁突設一對突起,每一擋塊相對地設有兩凹槽,該兩突起可穿過該兩凹槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之導風架,其中每一穿孔形成兩相互連通之扇形之通孔,每一擋塊形成相互連接之扇形之兩組合塊,該兩組合塊分別穿過對應之通孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之導風架,其中每一桿體於兩端於防護部與擋塊之間設有可活動地收容於對應穿孔之卡塊。
