Abstract
Description
本發明係有關於一種看護系統,尤指一種可經由機器人主機輔助看護並即時傳遞看護對象之跌倒狀態至醫護人員或家屬之互動式監控看護系統。
The present invention relates to a care system, and more particularly to an interactive monitoring and care system that can assist a caretaker via a robotic host and instantly transmit the fall state of the care subject to a medical staff or family member.
1.無法立即掌握完整的現場狀況;
2.缺少資訊判斷其嚴重性且無法決定較為適當的服務;
3.無法準確的狀況處理;
4.影響緊急救護的時間。
是以,要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失,即為本案之發明人與從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
The ageing of the population is a common trend in the world. The advanced countries in Europe and the United States have gradually entered the ranks of aging countries since the 19th century. The value of population aging in most developing countries is also growing rapidly, and all human beings must meet in the 21st century. With regard to the problem of population aging, and with the advancement of society, the improvement of people's quality of life, and the development of medicine, the average life expectancy of the nation has also generally increased. Therefore, the problem derived from it is the medical treatment for the elderly. Health care, housing, economic security, security, leisure, recreation, long-term care, etc. are all social issues that must be taken seriously.
The fall is the most important cause of the accident in the elderly, and it is increasing with the increase of age. The study found that the faller is more likely to be hospitalized, stay in the nursing home, seek medical treatment, etc. than the non-falling person, and in daily life. There are many obstacles in the function of living activities, and the elderly will limit their ability to move because they are afraid to fall again, and gradually lose the ability to participate in independent activities, which makes the body function worse and worse, and also causes the burden on the family. Falling not only damages the body, increases medical expenses, but also affects the social activities of the elderly.
And the degree of injury caused by the fall of the elderly often depends on the discovery of the fall, the time of delivery, and the time of emergency ambulance. However, in view of the services provided by the current home care system, a text warning message or warning message is used in the event of a suspected accident. The Lord, and provide the health information of the caregiver to observe, but the textual content provided by the system is limited in description, or the warning message or warning message is simply used to prompt the lack of immediate on-site information. Let the medical staff immediately grasp the complete situation of the faller, so that it is impossible to decide the appropriate service in the first time and to do the accurate situation.
As described above, the prior art has the following disadvantages:
1. It is impossible to grasp the complete site conditions immediately;
2. Lack of information to judge its seriousness and cannot determine a more appropriate service;
3. Unable to handle the situation accurately;
4. The time affecting emergency ambulance.
Therefore, how to solve the above problems and problems in the past, that is, the inventors of this case and the relevant manufacturers engaged in this industry are eager to study the direction of improvement.

And transmitting an image signal S3 to the remote host 50 via the second signal transmission module 41.
The sensor 20 can be disposed on a care object (not shown). When the care object falls, the sensor 20 generates the sensing signal S1 and transmits the signal through the signal transmitting unit 21 by wire or wirelessly. The method is sent to the first signal transmission module 31 of the monitoring host 30, and at the same time, the first signal transmission module 31 generates the second signal transmission module 41 and the remote host 50 with the warning signal S2 to the robot host 40. The signal receiving unit 51 moves to the position of the sensor 20 where the sensing signal S1 is generated, and uses the imaging device 42 to capture the falling care object, and the robot host 40 passes the first The second signal transmission module 41 transmits the captured image signal S3 to the remote host 50, so that the medical staff or family members of the remote host 50 can know the fall condition of the care target via the image signal S3, so as to achieve an instant grasp of the complete scene. The situation and accuracy determine the appropriate service and condition handling, and can avoid the impact of emergency ambulance time.
Further, as described below, it is another embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the components and the connection relationship and operation of the previous embodiment, and the same components and component symbols are not described herein, but the phase of the preferred embodiment. The difference lies in that the sensor 20 can be fixedly disposed in the nursing environment, for example, fixedly placed around the medical bed (not shown) or the nursing object is at the normal traveling route position of the nursing environment, so that the nursing object falls. When the sensor 20 is touched, the robot host 40 also moves to the fall position of the care target and transmits the image signal S3 to the remote host 50 for the medical staff or family members of the remote host 50 to learn through the image signal S3. The fall of the object.
Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 simultaneously, which is another embodiment of the present invention. The interactive monitoring and care system has the sensor 20, the monitoring host 30, the robot host 40 and the remote host 50, and further includes There is a warning device 61 and an alarm device 62, wherein the sensor generates the sensing signal S1 when the care target falls and sends the signal to the first signal transmission module 31 of the monitoring host 30 via the signal transmitting unit 21, the first A signal transmission module 31 generates the warning signal S2 to the robot host 40 and the remote host 50, and simultaneously sends the warning device 61 and the alarm device 62 to cause the warning device 61 and the alarm device 62 to fall when the care target falls. The warning and the alarm are generated, and after the robot host 40 is photographed or the medical staff is in the nursing environment, the robot host 40 or the medical staff turns off the warning device 61 and the alarm device 62, so that the medical staff can know for the first time. The caregiver has a fall.
As described above, the present invention has the following advantages over the prior art:
1. Can immediately grasp the complete site conditions;
2. Accurate provision of appropriate services and conditions;
3. Avoid the time that affects emergency care.
